Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer mit einem großen Balkon. Das Bett war superbequem und alles war sehr geschmackvoll in weiß und blau eingerichtet! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig für italienische Verhältnisse, und der Service supernett. Nur ein kurzer Fußweg von der Seilbahn und vom Bus- und Taxistand entfernt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, die mal wieder renoviert werden könnten (Lampenschirme, kleine Farbausbesserungsarbeiten), aber alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel!

Расположение отеля просто идеальное, действительно сто из ста: всё рядом, и при этом есть ощущение настоящего отдыха на острове. Сам отель красивый и очень уютный. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - внимательный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. В номере чисто, всё аккуратно. В ресторане вкусная кухня и отличное обслуживание. За эти два дня у нас осталось очень приятное впечатление от отеля. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда ещё раз.

AC was not working in our room. It was filthy dirty and not blowing cold air. I could not sleep well. This is not a 4-star hotel. More like a 3 star. It needs a serios update asap. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is quite old but not well maintained. Bathrooms need a big refresh, while the elevator is only for 2-3 people, no luggage. The staff overall did not seem welcoming at all, but rather tired of tourists. The terrace was not cleaned.

La vista dalla finestra della stanza era pessima, in un cortile interno di fronte al ponteggio di un vecchio stabile in ristrutturazione ( non di certo sulla graziosa stradina dell'ingresso principale dell'hotel).

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We only stayed one night at Regina Cristina, but it was truly the highlight of our entire trip in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Stefano for the unexpected room upgrade to the most beautiful room with an incredible view, and for kindly allowing us to check in early after our long journey. I also want to thank Flora. we wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked. When she learned that I wasn’t feeling well, she went above and beyond to help my husband find us another lovely hotel just a few steps away. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the heart of Capri. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the staff are genuinely attentive and caring. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly!

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Capri, just a short walk from the main street and the Piazzetta. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good, and our room was spacious and very comfortable, with separate beds. The bathroom was large, the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we also enjoyed having a balcony.
One important thing to know is that the hotel is not directly accessible by taxi. Taxis and buses drop you off about a 5-minute walk away, and from there you need to walk down to the hotel. Without luggage, the walk is manageable, but with suitcases, especially in 30°C+ heat, it becomes quite difficult. This was our first time visiting Capri, and we had booked the hotel more than seven months in advance. We didn’t realize how useful the luggage transfer service would be. Booking.com did send us information about it after we made the reservation, but by the time we arrived we had completely forgotten about it. I highly recommend using this service, as it allows your luggage to be transported directly between the port and the hotel, making both arrival and departure much easier.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026O Hotel Regina Cristina superou em tudo nossas expectativas. Localização central em Capri, próximo de tudo que interessa. Instalações confortáveis, bem cuidadas e com a limpeza permanente. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto amplo, com vista maravilhosa, bem decorado e com bastante iluminação natural. Equipe fantástica, muito proativa simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para Stephano que fez de tudo para atender nossos pedidos, inclusive reservando restaurantes e tours de nosso interesse.
Sentimos falta de tomada elétrica para carregamento dos nossos dispositivos em um dos lados da cama. Hoje em dia não é razoável deixar os dispositivos carregando distantes da cama.
