Return trip to this hotel. We found the room adequately sized and comfortable. The hotel bar and dining rooms were very good, the food and drinks served were lovely and all the staff helpful. The spa facilities were good and used throughout our stay.

There’s not much if anything to dislike. The decor could probably do with brightening up as it’s all very dark but that’s just nitpicking.

Nous avons été assez déçus par notre séjour aux Les Aiglons, surtout compte tenu du prix et du standing annoncé. Le gros point positif de l’hôtel est clairement son emplacement, qui est vraiment excellent et probablement la principale raison pour laquelle on choisirait cet établissement. En revanche, la chambre nous a vraiment déçus. Elle est extrêmement petite et donne presque une sensation d’étouffement : on a rapidement envie d’en sortir et de ne pas y rester longtemps. Le chauffage était bien présent, mais nous n’avions pas la possibilité de le régler nous-mêmes dans la chambre. Nous avons donc eu très froid, ce qui est particulièrement problématique dans une région de montagne comme Chamonix. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à pouvoir contrôler la température de notre chambre. La salle de bain présente également plusieurs problèmes. Il n’y a pas de ventilation efficace dans les toilettes, ce qui fait que les odeurs se répandent rapidement dans toute la chambre. Nous avons également constaté des taches sur le lavabo, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. Nous avons aussi été déçus par le manque d’informations lors de notre arrivée, notamment concernant le spa. À la réception, on ne nous a pas expliqué clairement comment y accéder ni quelles étaient les modalités d’utilisation, ce qui nous a obligés à chercher les informations par nous-mêmes. Autre point négatif : la télévision. Il n’y a ni YouTube ni Netflix, uniquement des chaînes françaises classiques. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, nous avons trouvé cela assez décevant. Concernant la piscine et le jacuzzi, l’expérience était assez variable. Le premier jour, le jacuzzi était vraiment trop froid. Le lendemain, il était enfin chaud, mais c’est cette fois la piscine qui était très froide. Nous avons également constaté un réel manque de propreté dans l’espace spa : la piscine et le jacuzzi contenaient beaucoup de saletés et de dépôts visibles.

Une petite attention qui m'a particulièrement touchée, lors de mon depart on m'a offert des bonbons. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux

J ai oublié une robe longue dans la penderie de la chambre 235, j appelle dès mon retour pour le signaler à l accueil 3 fois , robe introuvable, je leur explique avec certitude de l oubli,donc je pense que ma robe a été subtilisée.

Everything, the staff were so helpful, the facilities - the pool etc, after a long hike, room was lovely, food delicious, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had.

Pas de climatisation avec la chaleur c'était intenable, rue bruyante quand vous voulez dormir avec la fenetre ouverte,, pas de parking gratuit. Cet établissement n'est clairement pas a la hauteur d'un 4 etoiles

The sauna was actually quite nice. Even had water for the stones. The breakfast was good and the views to the Aiguilled du Midi beautiful. Located right next to the Chamonix Sud bus stop so getting to and from the hotel was super easy. It is a short walk from the city center so not too far to get around town in flip flops.

All the sun beds were taken in the pool area and there was nowhere to put your towel when went in for a swim. That's pretty much expected on a hot autumn day though and it was refreshing to take a dip.

Es gibt nicht wirklich einen Spa Bereich, die Sauna und ein Hammam sind neben dem Außenpool und bieten bei Schlechtwetter keinen Ruheraum. Die Liegen am Pool sind spärlich.

The amenities were top-notch, and so was the location. The proximity to the cable cars, including the Aiguille du Midi, was outstanding. Breakfast started early, which was a great perk for early risers.

Our room was quite worn out, which was unexpected given the price point. Most rooms with views of Mont Blanc also overlook the pool and restaurant so some level of noise should be expected until around 10 pm, which is the restaurant's closing time. I also would have appreciated knowing in advance that parking needed to be reserved ahead of time.

Premium was charged for a view room, which was over the patio bar and restaurant area, incredibly noisy. The first night there was actually a band until 11pm. Rest of time there was loud music until 11. If you're a late night party person, that's great. Many things were broken in the room, which was pointed out to the front desk. They were of no help. The roo. Was also dirty. A lot for $500/night.

Right by bus stop and easy walk to Aguille de Midi and downtown. Staff was excellent. Slushies upon arrival.

市営駐車場、バスターミナルが近く、交通至便でした。エギーユのロープウェイも徒歩５分くらいでした。また、フロントでのcomplimentaryなシャーベットもおいしかったです。朝食の種類、ボリュームも素晴らしかったです。部屋からもモンブランが見え、朝日に輝くモンブランや夕闇のモンブランを堪能できました。

夜遅くまでイベントがあり、かなりうるさかったです。

γενικα οι εγκαταστάσεις αν και ευρυχωρες, οι χωροι ειναι κάπως παλαιωμένοι. Το δωματιο πολυ μικρο, με 2 πολυ μικρα παραθυρακια - δεν ανταποκρινεται στα 360€ που πληρωσα. Επισης τα μπουρνουζια ηταν παρα πολυ φθαρμένα

There is a cocktail bar inside the hotel. At first, seems to be a beautiful place in which they prepare good cocktails. In reality, there are no classic cocktails, only special ones. One saturday night, at 22:00, they didn't want to serve me because they told me it was closed. There was 3 o 4 people drinking in the bar, and 3 tables outside finishing their meal. In my opinion, a cocktail bar, in Chamonix, on Saturday could at least serve any drink till 23:00. I felt upset, not being served meanwhile there were many people just being served their drinks in the hotel. We are paying a 4 star hotel, not a refuge up in the mountain.

Nous avons apprécié la partie spa, très propre et agréable, ainsi que le restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé. Beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres ce qui est appréciable. La vue également est très belle.

Pokój czysty, bardzo dobre śniadanie - duży wybór. Dobra lokalizacja. Spa w cenie. Po wymeldowaniu możliwość dalszego pobytu na basenie. Na zewnątrz dostępny prysznic i toaleta.

Obiekt pobiera 150 euro depozytu przy zameldowaniu - zwrócono od razu po wymeldowaniu jednak sam fakt pobrania depozytu był dla nas zaskoczeniem, nie byliśmy uprzedzeni. W łazience źle jest zaprojektowany prysznic, woda zalewa całą łazienkę. Jeśli okna pokoju wychodzą na ulicę słysząc hałas samochodów, także w nocy.

Location was perfect for exploring Chamonix? The l'Aiguille de Midi was less than a 5 min walk as was the Monevers train. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Room was small and they couldn't accommodate our request for a double instead of twin beds.

Set overlooking Mount Blanc is the highlight of the hotel and it’s also a short walk into the centre of Chamonix, the gondolas up into the mountains are close by. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant areas are welcoming and beautifully decorated. Breakfast had a good choice of food whereas we found the evening meals menu to have little choice and heavy on the carbs and it took along time for food to arrive, for one evening we went elsewhere for food. Staff were always professional and polite. Our room had an amazing view of Mount Blanc and over the pool area, there was a Dyson fan rather than air conditioning which didn’t really do the job of cooling the room down at night. The room itself was pleasant enough and the bathroom did the job but not sure why they painted the whole thing Simpson yellow?! We were here on half board, in hindsight I would have gone for B&B as there are plenty of options of restaurants close by.

Circa 15 Minuten bis in die Stadt zu laufen. Modern, gute Lage. Wenn man einen Parkplatz will, muss man ihn vorbestellen. Großer öffentlicher Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe.

Balkone sind teilweise sehr klein, dass nur eine Person sitzen kann, wenn man die Fenster offen ist, im Sommer, ist das Restaurant sehr stark zu hören. Mit Ohropax ist alles okay.

Nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu’il y ait une piscine. Ce fut une belle surprise!

L'établissement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus. Mention spéciale à la pizzeria, dont les pizzas à pâte épaisse sont excellentes !

Selon l'heure à laquelle on arrive à la piscine, il peut être difficile de trouver une place pour s'installer, et il n'y a pas vraiment d'espace prévu pour patienter confortablement. Le balcon est petit, ce qui est dommage au vu de la magnifique vue.

From the moment we arrived I could tell I would like this hotel more than others I’ve stayed in Chamonix. Daniela greeted us at reception, and was the friendly face we saw throughout our stay. I had arrived with no luggage since BA didn’t put it on the plane and she was so good at helping us get sorted quickly to get shopping before the stores closed. The rooms were good and clean and typical of a Chamonix stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a Dyson fan to help with the heat (thankfully it cools down at night in the mountains). There was a kettle to make tea which always makes me happy. Breakfast was of a very high standard, and had lots of gluten free options - not something I can always find. There are water refill stations throughout the hotel making it very easy to have good water. The great, very friendly service continued at breakfast where all the staff seemed really happy and helpful. It was just such a pleasure. When my bags did finally arrive Daniela found me and made sure we were reconnected. For a medium sized hotel I was touched at how we were remembered and greeted by name and even recalling our planned activities! It is in an easy location for Chamonix, and if you take a bus up its right beside the bus station which is also really helpful. All in all highly recommended!

Das Hotel liegt in Chamonix Süd, direkt beim Busbahnhof, die Fußgängerzone ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr). Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spa-Bereich mit Pool, Sauna und Hamam wirkt gepflegt. Frühstücks-Buffet im angrenzenden Restaurant ist üppig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Hier gibt es auch das Abendessen, a la carte und sehr lecker! Für unsere Zwecke war es das perfekte Hotel

Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr warm und leider verfügen die Zimmer über keine Aircondition. Der verfügbare Dyson hilft nur bedingt, war aber besser als nichts.

Un parking d’hôtel rempli également prévoir 18€ pour 24h sur le parking public à 100m de l’hôtel Des murs très peu insonorisés, nous avons eu droit à un excellent commentateur sportif lors du match. Merci à lui nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’allumer la télé pour suivre le match. D’ailleurs les chaînes France télévisions on dû se perdre au détour du Mont-Blanc

Location was good. Rooms were clean. Staff went above and beyond. We had four rooms booked for a family group and they looked after us all. Pool was great and everyone enjoyed trying out the sauna and steam room as well.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was very relaxing and quiet, we were on the first floor and still couldn’t hear any noise! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The reception and bar were very polite and helpful, as well as the staff at the spa. The pool and spa area was quiet which was very relaxing and had stunning views! Id recommend this hotel to anyone! Right next to the buss/ coach pick up and only a short walk from the main centre.

Unico appunto sempre questa spa che risulta di difficile fruizione per gli sbalzi di temperatura tra il dentro e fuori, hanno rinnovato tutti i locali ma non hanno pensato a facilitare questa apertura della porta della piscina che è sempre un enigma..e per l’ennesima volta impossibile usare la jacuzzi che viene sempre presa in ostaggio da un solo gruppetto di persone senza limiti di tempo. La spa è migliorabile sicuramente.
