Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig es gab eine schöne Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, da es mitten in der Altstadt liegt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit alten und auch mit modernen Möbeln. Es ist liebevoll dekoriert. Ein absolutes Ausnahme Hotel. Wir sind zum 2.mal in diesem Hotel , jeded der Zimmer war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet.

Das Hotel erstreckt sich über 4 historische Gebäude und die Zimmer sind nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Wenn man Mobilitätsprobleme hat ist das Hotel eine echte Herausforderung.

Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, da man die einzelnen Etagen nur über oft recht steile Treppen erreicht.

Perfect location for an abundance of restaurants and bars also walking distance to supermarkets and a shopping mall also a 10 minute walk from Bolzano train station but most of all the wonderful staff with Enke and Patricia always helpful and friendly and willing at all times. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The history behind the hotel really makes it!

Es war ein Hotel, das vollkommen anders ist als andere Hotels. Die Zimmer sind in einen sehr alten Gebäudekomplex mit vielen Winkeln und Stiegen integriert. Man sollte allerdings gut Treppen steigen können. Aber auf jeden Fall ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis!

Die Unterkunft liegt super Zentral. Wir durften in einem der neu renovierten und erst im März eröffneten Zimmer wohnen, dafür waren es ein paar Stufen ins Zimmer. Kleines Gepäck vom Vorteil 🙂 Die liebevolle Gestaltung der Gänge durch die 4 alten zusammengeführten Häuser ist unbeschreiblich schön, wirklich sehenswert.

I loved the aesthetic of the property; the history was so interesting, and the eclectic decor is beautiful and inviting . The modem elementsd added to the historic buildings make staying there very comfortable. The location is perfect- right in the centre if the city, so close to everything, but when you go inside to your room, it is calm and quiet. Staff members are warm, friendly, and helpful.

I had issues with the ventilation and cooling in the room.

The building was phenomenal! They did an amazing renovation of the 800 year old building, combining modern and historical architecture. The room is big and bathroom is also spacious. Amenities are very good and very friendly staffs! We got also a voucher for free drinks in their restaurants and some discounts for the shoes and bag shops.

Absoluely stunning and unique property renovated for modern comfort while retaining the traditional character. Staff were friendly and helpful and took the time to explain the history of the building. Excellent location in old town.

Not a negative but note that the sauna could only be used at significat extra charge nand had to be booked in advance.

Wonderful service throughout- reception, breakfast and cleaning teams were consistently attentive and kind. The rooftop terrace view is genuinely stunning, especially in the early morning. Thank you as well for arranging the room I requested; it made the stay feel especially well cared for.

The property is in a heritage building, beautiful, clean and very centrally located. The staff is wonderful and courteous. Special thanks to Tatiana and Silvia and ofcourse the staff who carried our luggae up the stairs. Don't forget to climb up to the roof top. The views are insane

Our stay at this beautiful townhome in Bolzano, Italy, was exceptional from check-in to checkout. Everything was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. The accommodations were by far the best of our trip through the Dolomite region. This hotel is in the most quaint part of Bolzano, near so many wonderful shops, restaurants, and an abundant outdoor market. We loved our stay! The staff were very kind.

Es war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Das Gebäude ist uralt, modern und liebevoll renoviert und hat unendlich viel Charme. Dazu ein freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besser geht es nicht !

cool historic building!! and amazing breakfast!

Un hotel moderno e suggestivo in un antico palazzo del centro storico. Letto comodo, stanza grande e pulita. Un labirinto di scale per arrivarci, ma bello per questo. La sera si acecde per una porta sulla strada con chiave. Conciergerie aperta fino alle 21. Avevo la stanza n° 9 ed era silenziosa. Il top è la terrazza sul tetto con vista di tutti i tetti di Bolzano e i monti. La sauna non l'ho provata. Colazione abbondante in belle sale.

Das Hotel hat Charme. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell gestaltet.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar.

Das Gebäude, mit der perfekten Abstimmung von historischen und der neuen Architektur ist sehr gut gelungen.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit sehr schöner Architektur, sehr leckerem Frühstück und sehr nettem Servicepersonal beim Abendessen ( Franziskanerstuben)

Klimaanlage konnte zwar auf 19 Grad eingestellt werden, allerdings kühlte die Anlage leider nicht richtig runter.

Lots of stairs but the cases were taken up and braught down for us without asking.

Het ontbijt was echt bovenverwachting goed. Verse gember thee, koffie, cappuccino, alle soorten melk en verse sappen. Eitjes, 4 en 7 minuten gekookt. Allerlei soorten broodjes en ook gebak. Vleeswaren en verschillende kazen, tomaatjes, augurk. En een heel assortiment aan noten en granen en zaden en kwark en yoghurt. Echt heel compleet! Het pand is authentiek en al honderden jaren oud. Overal zijn kamers of hoekjes met leuke zitjes. De kamers zijn groot en koel en netjes. Er is een heel mooi dakterras.

Het viel niet tegen, maar hou er rekening mee dat je trappen moet lopen en dat er veel gangetjes zijn. Dit heeft zijn charme maar als je slecht ter been bent, kan het lastig zijn. Ben je met de hond? Die mag mee. Krijgt zelfs een eigen mand. Hou er dan wel ook rekening mee dat als je het hotel uitstapt, je gelijk in het stadscentrum staat: winkels en terrasjes. Als je in de avond je pyjama al aanhebt en de hond nog even wilt laten plassen, dan is dat misschien niet zo handig. Je staat gelijk in het uitgaansleven. Qua geluid heb je daar overigens geen last van op de kamer.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, tiefer kann man in die historische Architektur Bozens nicht eintauchen. Der Service ist exzellent und superfreundlich. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt kann besser nicht sein.

Die Lage, das die Design und die dort arbeitenden Personen waren toll - ein herzliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das mir schnell und unkompliziert vor der Ankunft Infos übermittelt und nach nem Checkout kompetent weiter geholfen hat, nachdem ich im Hotel etwas gegessen hatte.

Leider war der Kühlschrank (Minibat) im Zimmer defekt - das kühle Bier musste daher ausfallen. Ich bin aber sicher, dass das längst repariert ist

Absolut empfehlenswert! Treppen sind unvermeidbar. Aber selbst diese Wege beeindruckend. Frühstück liebevoll und professionell zugleich mit einigen regionalen Spezialitäten. Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist noch ein Sahnehäubchen.

Definition von Sauna/Dachterrasse und Nutzung derselben dürfte ein wenig transparenter sein. Das ist alles. Sonst alles spitze.

Das historische, liebevoll restaurierte Gebäude. Das Ambiente hervorragend angepasst. Die zentrale Lage. Das sehr freundliche Personal.

A beautiful hotel in a very interesting old building. There are indeed a lot of stairs, but this wasn’t a problem for us. The mattress and bathroom were excellent. The hotel is close to a supermarket and restaurants, within easy reach of the train station, and not far from the waterfront, which is a great place to walk the dogs. Excellent hotel staff!

The attic room was very stuffy and hot in August. The air conditioning worked well, but it was positioned so poorly that it clearly couldn’t cool the room effectively. The room was also very dark, and a few additional light sources would definitely have been helpful. There was no proper refrigerator, only a small minibar that barely kept things cool. On top of that, it was filled with unnecessary drinks, which we had to take out. There is some storage space, but the surfaces are narrow and inconvenient to use.

We spent 3 extraordinary days in a gorgeous apartment that beautifully combined the charm of a historic building with modern comfort. It was so special to enjoy our morning coffee on the apartment's private terrace, which also gave us access to the stunning rooftop. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled right in the historic center of Bolzano on a truly beautiful, picturesque street. The entire property radiates refinement, elegance, and history. Every single corner, from the staircases of this building dating back to the 1200s to the beautiful breakfast area, has been designed with incredible taste. They managed to perfectly preserve the historical soul of the place while creating a sophisticated atmosphere. What made our stay even better was the wonderful staff. A special thank you to Tatjana, Patricia, and Anke for being so welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality really added a personal touch to our experience. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Ich war sehr überrascht, wie großartig Hotel & Personal sind. Die Zimmer sind so außergewöhnlich schön und blitzsauber. Von der Rezeption bis zum restlichen Personal, alle extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Trotz des Weinfestes am letzten Abend in den Laubengasse konnte ich super schlafen.

Een fantastisch hotel in het centrum van Bolzano. Het pand is 800 jaar oud maar uiteraard wel gemoderniseerd met mooie kamers die recht doen aan de historie. Het hotel is prachtig met veel gangetjes en trappen maar gelukkig ook een lift. De mensen zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam, zo kregen we een rondleiding met uitleg door het pand en werden de koffers, ook ivm de vele trapjes etc, voor ons op de kamers gezet. Omdat het hotel echt in het centrum van het centrum ligt kun je er met de auto niet komen, taxis overigens wel, maar Bolzano heeft een uitstekende centrale parkeergarage op 5 minuten lopen. Zodra je het hotel uitstapt, sta je direct tussen de terrassen van de uitstekende restaurants en wijnbars. Vanaf het hotel is alles verder te voet te bezoeken, het grote plein, de vele winkels en restaurants en ook het Zuid-Tirools Archeologisch museum waar de resten van Utzi te zien zijn.

Niks, alles was heerlijk aan deze accommodatie!

Beautiful old house in a fantastic location in the Altstadt. The staff were very engaging and accomodating with my rusty German, the breakfast was great, and the overall stay was very nice. I will definitely stay here next time in Bolzano.

Een prachtig historisch pand, 800 jaar oud, uitstekend gemoderniseerd met behoud van orginele details van toen (in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto’s). Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Smaakvol ingericht en het ruikt er heerlijk. Een verblijf in dit hotel kan ik eenieder van harte aanbevelen. Vraag naar kamer 10. ;) het allerlaatste appartement bovenin het hotel. Een fantastisch appartement en een eigen terras met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en een kerk. 🫶🏻

Das Hotel ist top. Wenn man mobile Einschränkungen hat, sollte einem bewusst sein, dass das Hotel sehr verwinkelt ist und es keinen Lift gibt, der barrierefrei zu den Zimmern bringt.

位置离火车站还是有些距离的，博尔扎诺这个小镇还是很方便又有意思的，逛起来也很舒服，就是这个酒店一是稍远，而且不提供免费的火车公交票，其他酒店是有的，单比价格还是不是很有性价比，毕竟三天的车票成人也要32欧呢，所以还是在价格差不多的情况下选择免费附赠车票的酒店吧。 博尔扎诺去富内斯和奥蒂赛伊都还是很方便的，如果有三天的车票不管是火车还是公交都可以免费乘坐，建议还是购三天车票，单次首先不划算，而且还要通过乘车点和目的地购买，比较麻烦。

没有免费的车票附赠，酒店不提供牙刷。

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The location was right in the heart of town, and it was easy to get to places by walking. Staff was friendly.

When you walk into the room (at least the one I had), the bath is to the left, and in front of you is a door to the bedroom area. Every time you open that door to go to the bathroom or to leave the room altogether, a bright light comes on. That is not pleasant if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and there is no way to turn it off. Additionally, while part of the charm of the hotel is that it is made up of two (or maybe more) different townhouses, it's easy to get lost. And the elevator only goes to the second floor, so be prepared to climb stairs.

Absolute highlight was the breakfast with vegan and lactose free options, healthy fruit, seeds, cakes etc. Everything was clean and the location is great, right in the city centre, walkable from the train station.

Just two minor things in our room - armchairs that seemed for some really small humans and a mirror next to our bed (don't want to see myself right after I wake up :) ). But overall the room was very comfy and clean.

Difficult to find, especially by car

Sehr speziell sind die verwinkelten alten Räume auf verschiedenen Etagenniveaus. Alles ist modern hergerichtet, ohne die geschichtlich Substanz zu schmälern. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet war geschmackvoll angerichtet.

The property is beautiful, clean and centrally located. The owner is wonderful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She even helped locate an excellent dentist needed for a dental emergency after arriving from the Milan airport! Must also mention her delicious breakfast!

The hotel is outstandingly beautiful! There are many communal spaces set out across the building, which is thoughtfully decorated. I would recommend walking around the building and seeing all the different spaces, including the beautiful view from the roof terrace. The hotel is very easy to access on foot from the train station and close to all of the bars, shops and restaurants in the centre.

The room was beautiful, but lacked storage and surface space, e.g. no bedside tables, so when we unpacked our bag the space felt crowded and cluttered.

המון מדרגות גבוהות. יש להחנות את המכונית בחניון של הקניון וללכת 15 דקות ברגל עם המזוודה, או לשלם 13€ לאובּר. לילה לאדם בחדר זוגי עם ארוחת בוקר ומס עירוני עלה יותר מ-200€

just note, there are a lot of internal steps so if you mobility issues check that you can have as appropriate location room

Data la natura di questa struttura, raggiungere la propria camera può comportare un percorso tortuoso, tra sali e scendi di scale.. Inoltre, il buffet della colazione è un pochino minimale in termini di varietà e sacrificato in termini di spazio. Nel nostro bagno non c'era il bidet.
