Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Prachtige kamer en badkamer. Zeer mooie materialen gebruikt en pas gerenoveerd. Je zit midden in een drukke winkelstraat maar het was erg rustig in kamer 105. Zeer groot terras erbij. We hebben ook gebruikt gemaakt van de privé sauna voor 55 euro voor 2 uur. Zat alleen geen toilet bij. Appartement is ern aanrader en locatie is super.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026De studio is gelegen in het centrum van Bolzano. Vlakbij tegenover een Spar. Fietsen konden gestald worden in de parking, Toegang via een code. Alles is aanwezig. Koelkast, microgolfoven, waterkokertje, haardroger. Erg mooie stad, gratis guest card waarmee je met de kabellift naar het Hoge Bolzano kan , en dit gratis..
Om 10u uitchecken vonden we wel te vroeg. Je kon echter wel de baggage aan de receptie achterlaten en de fietsen in de garage laten zodat je toch nog wat kon bezichtigen.

Beim Check-in wurde mehrfach behauptet, wir hätten nur für zwei Personen gebucht und müssten für unser Kind 20 € pro Nacht extra zahlen. Obwohl ich erklärte, dass die Buchung für drei Personen war, wurde dies zunächst verneint. Erst als ich die Booking.com-Bestätigung zeigen wollte, wurde die Buchung plötzlich gefunden. Bezahlen mussten wir letztlich nichts extra – trotzdem hinterließ die Situation ein seltsames Gefühl, zumal ich Ähnliches bereits in anderen Rezensionen gelesen hatte.

Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kleines Gym. Nicht günstig, aber mit ok-ischem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels und Appartments.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Hotel midden in het centrum van Bolzano, tegenover het Ötzi museum. Hele mooie ruime kamer, een bed van 2 bij 2.20, hele ruime douche. Alles werkte met tiptoetsen. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Onder het hotel parkeren á 25.00 p.n. als je boekt via een booking site. Boek je rechtreeks bij het hotel is het gratis. Het hotel uit, rechts om de hoek zit een klein tentje waar je voor 7.00 kunt ontbijten.
Het bed is zo groot dat wrs de mensen in het midden slapen, waardoor de matras een hele kleine, maar toch wel voelbare kuilvorming had. Receptioniste vertelde dat elk half jaar de matrassen werden gedraaid. Wrs voelen de meeste mensen het niet

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Super central yet quiet, a light, spacious and modern apartment. Supermarket and Ötzi museum just across the road. Very nice minimalist design with electronic lighting, powerful and quiet a/c, a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Coded entry system means no need for keys or cards. Staff are very helpful and professional. Safe luggage storage and parking until 3pm on departure day.
Kitchen facilities are not the most functional - no sink or work surface, which seems odd as the bathroom is super sized, surely there would have been space to carve out for a kitchen sink? Bathroom sinks don’t plug so you rinse your plates under running water. Fine for a snack though, and useful to have the option.

The facility is modern and it has functioning air conditioning (we were on the third floor so we don't know if the AC works at the top floor on extremely hot days). Overall, a great place for a shot staycation.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026ממש ממליצה, מלון מעולה, איזה כיף היה להתארח אצלכם! מיקום - מעולה!!!! ממש בתחילת המדרחוב בחלק העתיק והיפה, מאוד שקט, מול סופרמרקט שפתוח עד 19:00 בערב, שם הצטיידנו במצרכים לכמה ימים. חדר שקיבלנו - הרבה יותר טוב ממה שציפינו, ממש חדש ,גדול , נקי , מטבח מאובזר היטב (כלים, סירים, סכו"ם, נייר סופג) שירות - מצוין! כל בקשה ושאלה נענתה במהירות ועם חיוך, איזה חמודים! חניה - מקורה , בבניין עצמו, בתשלום של 25 יורו ללילה. מקווה שאוכל לחזור אליכם בקרוב! תודה על אירוח מושלם , YAEL , KLARA , SHIR , NOYA

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026A great base for exploring Bolzano's Italian side — positioned right in the heart of the old town, close to the market, squares, and the best restaurants, yet quiet and secure. A short walk from the Piazza delle Erbe market and the old arcades on Via dei Portici, and handy for the South Tyrol Museum (Ötzi) and an easy aperitivo at Grifoncino on Piazza Walther. The room itself is modern and super comfortable: great blackout blinds and double glazing make for silent, restful nights, the bed is large and very comfortable, and there's a large flat-screen TV and a well-appointed coffee station. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed too. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The garage, while pricy, is very convenient and exceptionally efficient. Standout factors: room comfort, cleanliness, host communication, low noise levels.

De stank was echt vreselijk. En douche gedeelte over de schimmel. De gym was zo klein dat ik er vanochtend niet bij kon omdat er al 2 mensen daar bezig waren. De sauna moest voor betaald worden en was heel vroeg dicht.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Almost everything was excellent: strong air conditioning, a spacious room and living area, a comfortable king-size bed, two sinks, a dishwasher, washing and drying facilities near the reception, and two TVs. The staff were very kind, luggage storage was available beside reception, and guests could use the gym for free. Eurospa supermarket is directly across the street, which made grocery shopping very convenient.
The sofa bed was less comfortable, but still manageable. The main drawbacks were the high price, limited cutlery, and slightly dusty air, although I may be sensitive to dust. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-equipped stay.

Abbiamo avuto problemi la sera rientrando, si usa un codice per accedere ma dopo tanti tentativi sembrava che ci fosse un problema con la porta automatica, abbiamo chiamato il numero ma lo dava occupato, se non fosse stato per degli ospiti che stavano uscendo non so per quanto tempo saremmo rimasti fuori

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Perfect location, beautiful hotel just a little hard to find. The entrance is on the main street, but you must go up a level for the reception. However, we were directed to the parking garage which is around the corner, without much information about the series of garage doors that need to be opened with a code. Fortunately, one of the hotel employees happened to see us struggling to find a way in and with her help, we were able to park the car in a great underground garage with elevator direct to main lobby. Our room was wonderful, we had a large outdoor sitting area, not much of a view, but it was nice to have aperitivos and breakfast there. The room comes equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, plates, cutlery etc. Extra coffee pods will cost you .50 Euros. The hotel also gave each of us the complimentary Bolzano pass that allows you to ride the buses and funicular to Renon plateau for free. Location is perfect, you step outside right on the main road filled with shops, food etc

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We only had one night here but it was perfect right in the old town. The room was very nice with a small kitchenette, and balcony. It had A/C which was very much needed during our stay. We made use of the Sudtirol guest pass to go up on the cableway for a hike to the Earth Pyramids.
I found accessing the parking tricky.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026A gem of a place located in the heart of the old town. A fabulous, clean, modern and spacious room / bathroom with everything needed. Although we had a high floor with a beautiful view, a room with a balcony would have been even better! Helpful staff on reception. Should you wish to include breakfast, this is possible by walking a short distance to a nearby building where you can sit either inside or out and choose from a wide variety of buffet items. A massive bonus being provided with a Bolzano Bozen card which, amongst other discounts, enabled us to travel freely on transport within the area, including the nearby cable car. Excellent accommodation, many thanks!
As I don’t choose a cooked breakfast, I wish I had been aware of the cheaper continental breakfast price which I only noticed advertised within the lift on departure, having paid slightly more for what I thought was the only breakfast option.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026De kamer zelf was prettig: ruim, met een keukentje, een groot bed en een ruime badkamer. De locatie is ook echt goed, midden in het centrum van Bolzano. Daarnaast was het erg handig dat er een parkeerplaats onder het hotel aanwezig was.De kamer was daarnaast goed schoon.
De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel wel tegen. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer naast de receptie, waar we veel geluid hoorden van pratend personeel. Omdat we lichte slapers zijn, hebben we gevraagd om een andere kamer. Dat kon alleen tegen bijbetaling, wat we uiteindelijk hebben gedaan. We kregen vervolgens een kamer op de vierde verdieping, naast de 24/7 geopende gym. Dat bleek helaas geen verbetering: er werd op onregelmatige tijden gesport, waarbij gewichten hard op de grond werden gegooid, wat flinke klappen veroorzaakte. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van andere kamers, waardoor het vrijwel nooit echt stil was—hooguit tussen 03:00 en 06:00 uur. Ook werkte de airco slecht, wat extra vervelend was met 37 graden buiten. Er wordt wel geadverteerd met airconditioning, maar in de praktijk was dat nauwelijks effectief. Verder was er geen mogelijkheid om te streamen op de televisie in de kamer, wat in een hotel van deze prijsklasse eigenlijk wel te verwachten is. Tot slot rook één kant van het bed sterk naar salami, wat niet prettig was.
