I slept very well, room was comfortable not too hot, sufficient tea and coffee, hot shower, clean towels and clean room, no issues

Only little niggles - Lack of plugs and low lighting in the evening. I had to purchase a desk light as the light in the room was insufficient to work from in the evening. I could not read a book even with all the lights on and TV on with no sound. Had to wait for bacon for two mornings running as not ready/cooked in time. Had to wait around 10 minutes but at least it was served very hot.

As usual everything was perfect for our stay.Bus and Rail Station just across the road.

The room window did not close or lock properly, and the hinges were broken. As a result, there was car noise and cold air coming in throughout the night. We asked for another room, but management said there were no other rooms available.

Been coming here 40years now twice a year, bed mattress is terrible rooms need updating, sink was very slow and obviously blocked, shower is slow, breakfast quality is drab not tasty. Our window didn't open while others did on the same floor was very hot.

Staff were very accommodating, flight had been delayed so I was later than intended. Breakfast was quite decent.

I paid for my stay and breakfast… but I could see that some eating did not! Nobody was checked upon arrival for breakfast so there were a lot of non payment customers enjoying themselves for free! Not fair!

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable; the lighting in the room was so dim that it made the stay even worse. Overall, I’m definitely not booking this hotel again.

Good central location with cheap parking on the doorstep. Breakfast included in the price. Large, clean room, bathroom and bedding. Good lounge/breakfast area with view over city. Welcoming staff. All clean and well kept.

Bed was soft in the middle. Plates for the hot breakfast were cold.

I liked the central location and the proximity of the car parking, which was cheap. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty.

Noise from traffic - I feel the window in our room didn't close properly which meant constant noise. Coffee machine at breakfast wasn't great.

The hotel is right in the centre of Bradford, close to the city square and best of all just right across the road from the main train station The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and well laid out. No noise from the other rooms during our stay Pretty good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The close proximity of Bradford Interchange was a huge bonus for me as I used the bus interchange a lot whilst I was there. Also the fact that Cineworld was even closer was even better as I got to use my Unlimited Card. On checking out the receptionist gave me a tea bag so I could make a mug of tea as my train was not due until 12:30. I found all the staff very helpful and friendly.

The room I was allocated had a connecting door (which was thankfully locked). In hindsight perhaps I should have requested a separate room but at the time it wasn’t a major problem.

This is a low maintained hotel. Rooms won't be cleaned other than vaccum and make up the bed. Thats it. Carpet was dirty. the sofa cum bed is almost its end of life. Window did not have handle, so no ventilation, so smelly. On top of all these, We had consistent banging noise in the night.

The location of the parking was very confusing and we searched for the parking for half an hour and did not receive any instruction on where and how to park . The extra bed in the room was broken and we were forced to sleep on the floor. When we reached the hotel all the coffee machines were off and did not work.

Timing of check in and check out Start 3pm and finish 11 it should be at least till 2pm you still have full 1 hour time to clean and ready for the next customer

Car park was only £1.50 for 24 hours, Bed was very comfortable, Room was the right size for 1 adult and 2 kids, location is really good, you have Nandos and Hollywood bowl right outside the main hotel door.

Just back from a short break from Bradford seen this hotel on different sites yes it was cheap but having stayed for a few days can definitely say if we come back to this area would be looking to book into this hotel the staff are fantastic nothing was to much trouble for us. Great location the room is very spacious and clean. Yes there was a few niggles. Not enough power points. But we brought our own so didn’t spoil our stay. We found that we had a choice if the room got hot. Open the window and put the fan on yes we got traffic noise. But that’s to be expected due to Bradford’s layout it’s not the hotels fault. We soon forgot the traffic we all different. Some can block the sound some hate it the noise in the lifts are an eye opener. Slight creaking followed by grinding. Yes it should be investigated and sorted if it just a minor issue. Post a notice. Due to me being limited walking and being in electric wheelchair I really enjoyed the spacious hotel/rooms easy to turn round One little tip. We went over bridge to look around Bradford shopping to primark and town then returned same way Later we went down car park steps/lift and down that street. There was primark we had been so close to hotel but retraced our steps back the long way round

The beds

Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes' walk from the railway station. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. There was a good choice of options at breakfast.

The cleanliness of the cutlery at breakfast could have done with some attention - maybe the dishwasher needed servicing? Other than that all was good.

Excellent location for our needs, staff were welcoming, professional and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the breakfast was very good.

Would like to have been able to open the window as it’s been hot weather, but there was an efficient fan provided which was really nice.

I like the proximity of the hotel to the bus/train station. There were enough towels in the room.

There was no intercom in the room to communicate with the reception team. My room temperature was low but I was already dressed in my pyjamas and couldn't go out in that to the reception to ask for assistance.

The radiator was not working and the issue was not resolved by management even after speaking to staff at the reception. I also requested a room on the top floor prior to my arrival but unfortunately my request was not considered.

Clean and tidy, room smelt very fresh, easy check in with very hospitable staff . Short walk into town, cheap parking close by, only £1.50 for 24 hours. Bar prices reasonable and not over inflated.

A little tired furniture and the stain on the carpet an off putting. The light over the shower flickered and most of the time off, toilet took a few flushes to clear any paper. Mattresses wasn’t comfortable but that could just be us.

The only small issue was that the window wouldn't open to allow fresh air but staff member Brandon did get everything sorted to cheer us up

Location was spot on

Breakfast time, not enough tables to sit at to ear your Breakfast. Bacon looked plastic (Hard and Dry) looked like it's been there for a while. Hashbrowns wasn't cooked, cold in the middle, no colour to them, most of it was just slightly warm. Staff were spot on, they did all they can, I think when you have a full hotel you need more staff on expecially at Breakfast. I reckon you can get at least 8 more small tables. If I know the Breakfast was goinf to bw like that I wouldn't have book it with Breakfast.

Lifts are slow, it's a good choice if you can get a reasonable price, Holiday Inn app only matches your previous room rate, Booking.com can be slightly cheaper, they should be a two or three night deal.

Booked to visit family . Wish I had read the reviews first first impressions .. dirty ! stains on all the carpets .. lifts scrape along the lift shaft and don't feel safe . weird brown stains on the duvet cover . bed uncomfortable got to the room 3rd floor down a corridor that you felt you needed an uber to go down it was that long and for someone with mobility issues it wasn't a pleasant walk room was very spacious with 2 electric sockets covering the whole room no where near the bed one had the kettle plugged in and the other had a small desk sized fan designed to be the air con of the room . windows screwed shut so no fresh air . and the fan was next to useless room felt a very uncomfortable 30 degrees shower was nice and hot .. very spacious but when you add the heat of the shower to an already stuffy hot room You kinda regreted that pretty quick . as no extractor in bathroom so id also suggest packing an air freshner for toilet moments had to take turns charging phones ect as you could not think about unplugging useless fan . I mean if you don't have aircon at least invest in decent fans that you don't have to literally sit in front of to even feel a benefit .. better still get some restrictors on the window to allow for a tiny bit of fresh air Did not sleep 1 wink of sleep sat on the sofa bed all night with the chair in front of me with the fan on as near as its short cord would allow .playing bingo on my phone to distract me from what felt like armageddon went down for breakfast ... further disapointment the bacon needed cooking more than it had been .. prehaps next time bring it in to the room 10 mins in there it would of been nice and crispy . scrambled egg was gross and hash browns were like cardboard good job that was free reception were not surprised by my description of my stay but said sadly theres not a lot they can do about it ... from her air conditioned seat I could tell she was not really understanding nor really cared what i should of done is go sit in there all night cos it was lovely and cool but I doubt the sight of me in my christmas pjs would of been welcome . I actually would not stay there again even if it was free I would of found a park bench more comfortable and eating out of a bin more appetising . any one planning to stay there bring an extension .. it wont change the stuffy hot room but you can at least then move the fan nearer the bed couldn't wait to leave

Decent size rooms, with fans present, a necessity with the hot weather. One of the room windows were pinned so we were unable to open, we asked for another room and it was swapped without issue. The staff are professional and polite, both, at the check-in and those addressing breakfast duties in the morning. Breakfast had adequate options with halal sausages available too. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking again. One thing to bear in mind is the hotel doesn't have its own parking as such but there is cheap parking at the rear, in a manned car park £1.50 for 24 hours.

The staff team were excellent friendly and efficient. Some younger members of your team would benefit from looking to older more experienced members to mirror best practice in good customer service.ie being more engaged with customers and having a confident demeanor.

This is a personal preference...the bed was too soft. The duvet was too thick for the summer.

it was very good and i would most definitely recommend this fabulous hotel it has so much shops near by as well for a quick run. I stayed here for a couple of days and i had little to no problems!

The only thing that wasn’t as good was that it was really hot and i would recommend higher quality fans as u cannot fully open the windows, but other than that its awesome.
