Оставив в стороне все комплименты самому отелю, хочу отдельно сказать о лаундже. Это потрясающее место во всех отношениях: от уровня сервиса и внимания персонала до захватывающего вида на город и Босфор. Вряд ли в другом месте города мне удалось бы найти такую же панораму.

Everything was perfect and the personal from the breakfast (especially Bucu and Hazan) were very helpfull.I totaly recomand the hotel.

I have written a lot of reviews but I must say this hotel is exceptional fromThe start to the end .. Murat at the front was very professional and must be a big asset to the hotel. The morning breakfast staff exceptional even though there was so much Kaos they handled it so well. Shout out to Hakkan and the girls. The tall and short Hollywood lookng Vallet boys so good. Lastly the you boy in Club lounge 10/10

We especially want to thank Murat Bulut, one of the doormen. When we checked out and were waiting outside with our luggage for a taxi, Murat went out of his way to help us. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and we had a great conversation while waiting. We even talked about our families, and he showed us a picture of his family. That personal kindness really made us feel welcomed. He also helped us with the taxi and gave us helpful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. It’s people like Murat who make a hotel stay feel special. Thank you so much, Murat, for your kindness and hospitality. You truly made our evening better! I had a wonderful experience at the Gold Executive Lounge at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Irem for her excellent hospitality, and to the trainees Said and Oktay, who were both very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made our lounge experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

After staying at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, the concept of a hotel in Istanbul took on a completely new meaning for me. In terms of design, comfort, and service quality, Fairmont Istanbul easily competes in the global premier league. The staff is truly world-class. The Gold Lounge delivers an excellent experience on par with American and UAE standards. In particular, Butler Ms. İrem makes you feel right at home with the genuine warmth and grace of a true hostess. Trainee Oktay also deserves a special mention and extra credit for his efforts. I congratulate the hotel management on providing such beautiful service, and I highly commend both the Gold Lounge team and the staff who made our cigar lounge experience at the lobby cafe so enjoyable.

The spa, and wellness facilities were superb. The room was really nice.

The room did not have any complementary tea or coffee. No dental kit in my room, I needed to ask for it. Next day they had taken the toothpaste and didn't leave me a new one. Breakfast was so average. there wa no option if connecting devices to the TV wireless, like mirroring or bluetooth.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is impeccably clean, the breakfast is incredible with so many options, and there are plenty of activities and facilities available. They even left a lovely surprise in our room for my wife's 40th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

An excellent stay at Fairmont — perfect location, amazing Skyline rooms, a very comfortable Business Lounge experience, a great pool, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk.

The only area where I expected a little more was breakfast — I would have appreciated a wider variety of hot dishes and more dessert options in the morning, especially Turkish sweets and pastries.

We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, the view, the staff, and the pricing policy. The view was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I stayed for two days, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The service, housekeeping, and the professionalism of the team were all excellent. The hotel is also in a great area—it's about a 40-minute drive from Istanbul Airport, and around 20 minutes from the main central attractions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Bij aankomst was de kamer schoon en netjes, echter vond ik niet dat ze het dagelijks goed schoonmaakte, we kregen alleen nieuwe handdoeken en zelfs dit werd niet helemaal goed gedaan en de bedden werden strak getrokken maar verder werd nergens naar omgekeken.

We are loyal customers of the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul and have stayed there several times over multiple years. Our stay in August was absolutely delightful. Reception staff is exceptional, especially Mr. Ali. They are always very helpful and very competent. They remember us and treat us so professionally and kindly. The hotel grounds and reception are lovely and beautiful. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly maintained. Housekeeping ensures that the rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and tidy. The location is close to bus stations and a metro station. Breakfast is amazing, with endless variety of delicious options. Everything is fresh and nicely presented. The breakfast service is excellent. Hotel management really cares. They go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We are delighted.

Great hotel, with nice facilities!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay; however, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, there seems to be an issue with taxi coordination. When calling a taxi, drivers often have difficulty locating the designated pick-up point at the main entrance/lobby exit. This resulted in delays on two occasions during my stay. Clearer instructions or improved coordination with taxi services would be helpful. Secondly, the housekeeping service-at least on the 30th floor where I stayed-could benefit from improvement in terms of room servicing standards. Addressing these points would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Het was goed uitgerust, modern

Ik kwam er pas op de dag zelf achter dat ik mijn verblijf per ongeluk een dag te laat had geboekt. Zodra ik dit ontdekte, heb ik gevraagd of mijn reservering een dag eerder kon ingaan en de uitcheckdatum daarop aangepast kon worden. In plaats van mee te denken, werd hier erg moeilijk over gedaan. Ik heb precies dezelfde situatie eerder meegemaakt bij een ander hotel. Daar werd ik vriendelijk geholpen en werd er zonder problemen naar een passende oplossing gezocht. Daarom viel de houding van dit hotel mij erg tegen. Hoewel het personeel vriendelijk probeerde over te komen, straalde de communicatie veel stress en tegenstrijdigheid uit. Daardoor voelde ik mij als gast eerder een last dan iemand die geholpen werd. Uiteindelijk moest ik een extra nacht betalen en daardoor ook een dag langer blijven. Als uitleg kreeg ik dat dit via Booking.com niet mogelijk zou zijn. Dat vind ik moeilijk te geloven, aangezien een ander hotel in een vergelijkbare situatie wél flexibel kon handelen. Ik begrijp dat ik zelf de boekingsfout heb gemaakt, maar juist in zo’n situatie verwacht ik begrip, duidelijke communicatie en de bereidheid om mee te denken. Helaas heb ik dat hier niet ervaren. Erg teleurstellend.

The hotel is very clean and the room very big and very nicely classified between the dressing and shower bathroom and the bed I like it The staff were very welcoming especially at check in and at breakfast all of the staff were very helpful I remember one staff member called sema was so nice The buffet had small limited options but the coffee was good The spa outdoor swimming is all good and nice .

We loved our stay at Fairmont Istanbul. The food was excellent — fresh pastries, delicious grilled meats, and tasty local mezes. Everything was well-prepared and flavorful. But the real highlight was our waiter, Bilal. He was super attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. Made our meals even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Will come back.

Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding hospitality. What made this stay extraordinary was Ms. Írem Kar, the Guest Relations Manager. She transformed what would have been an excellent stay into an exceptional and memorable experience. From the moment she became involved her professionalism and kindness attention to detail and sincere care were evident in every interaction. She listened and followed up personally and anticipated our needs to ensure that every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

They are not 5 atar hotel i was asking GM to look after our stay and he didnt even respond or care, ignored. I ended up cancelling the reservation. There is many good 5 star hotels in istanbul that will appreciate your business avoid if you can. My advice

Our stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel is modern, elegant, and truly luxurious. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the city. Every detail reflected the high standards of the Fairmont brand. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Fairmont Gold Lounge. The lounge itself offers breathtaking views, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent food and drinks throughout the day. What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the incredible team. A very special thank you goes to Seven and Irem, whose warm hospitality, genuine friendliness, and attentive service made us feel at home every time we visited the lounge. They are true professionals and a real credit to the hotel. We would also like to mention the two trainees, Oktay and Aras, who were always friendly, polite, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are doing a great job. Thank you to the entire Fairmont Gold team for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning.

We stayed two complimentary nights here via Turkish Airlines. We arrived at 7:30 in the morning, and the hotel arranged priority check-in for us just one hour later. The room is brand new with practical amenities. The only small oversight was that bathrobes were not restocked during housekeeping service. Unlimited complimentary bottled water in the room was incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. A staff member named Sema provided exceptionally thoughtful service one morning. She had a pleasant attitude and spoke fluent English, leaving a wonderful impression on us. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very hotel in an ok part of town. Wonderful bars and restaurants….. however one problem. Went to the pool area to relax have few drinks and read a book. It was Sunday and there was a DJ playing music very loudly. Impossible to read or chat with friends. Thought we would to the spa area which also has a pool to relax…. Not to be. When we got to the pool it had a few children that were doing as kids will do… splashing but yelling at the top of their voices… ended up retreating back to our room which thankfully was lovely with a great view. Never ceases to amaze me how a hotel has two pools but won’t restrict one to adults only.

I always thought no one comes closer in terms of service compared to TAJ group of hotels. Now there is an addition to my elite list- Fairmont Quasar İstanbul. The service besides every thing was just outstanding. The smiles and the passion to go the extra mile. Thanks to the Gold Lounge butler team- Irem, Said, oktay, Anas, Gunes for making it extra special. I never write reviews, had to make an exception this time. Everyone from the spa manager to the concierge were very friendly and helpful. I will surely visit again.

This was by far the nicest city hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire hotel and all of the rooms are designed ultra modern, the breakfast was incredible high quality with lots of options, and the pools, spas, amenities, all beat expectations. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

From Check in to Check out, the staff were all exceptional. Murat at Check in was the first staff member to make my stay fabulous. Ali at the Concierge and the Gold Club staff are amazing including Seven, Aras and Oktay. From the Gold Club and my higher floor Suite, the views across Istanbul are stunning. Thank you Fairmont Quasar Istanbul for making my first stay in Istanbul wonderful and memorable. I will return!

The overall design of the hotel, the lounge areas, Spa, pool and bedrooms were modern and classy. The room size was generous with the most amazing view! Our requests regarding pillows and extra comforts were honored and appreciated. The gold lounge was brilliant! We loved the snacks and evening meals on offer. Seven and Said were so professional and courteous and we enjoyed our conversations with them. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were also very accommodating. Sema was particularly kind to our toddler on one occasion where she was upset! The staff at the spa were also so kind, helpful and professional.

The location is a bit far from the old city, which is a consideration when planning an Itinerary. There are entertainment and shopping options within 2km, but not much in easy walking distance from the hotel. I didn't appreciate being charged for breakfast room service considering we had breakfast included in our room rate. We had a few early mornings but had to pay to have a breakfast in our room on those days. To be honest, this is among the very first 5* hotels we've stayed at with this policy. I did converse with other guests who expressed the same.
