From the moment we arrived at Melas Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The property is beautiful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food exceeded our expectations at every meal. Every member of the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you goes to Asu, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who truly made our stay exceptional. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality set her apart. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our visit was perfect — always checking in, anticipating our needs, and resolving anything we asked with a smile. It's rare to meet someone who cares so genuinely about guests, and Asu is exactly that person. We left feeling like family, and that's thanks to the wonderful team — especially Asu. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable holiday!

Parking was very helpful

Nice staff. Clean rooms . Sauna was great. Nice restaurant in front of hotel

Pool a little small , room/cleaning staff didn't speak English very well.

Personnel adorable, chambres confortables, petit dej copieux.

Breakfast

Street next to it

Rien

komfortable Zimmer, gute Ausstattung.

It was beyond our expectation. Breakfast is excellent but expensive. Service was perfect and respectful staff. The hotel brought us Iron and ice when we asked for it at night. Check-in and check-out easy and fast, we checked in two hours early! We got room in 6th floor and there was not much noise. Very Clean!

Location is not great, 10 minute to metro and not near popular spots. Fridge wasn't cold.

Sehr gut!

A very well located hotel in the Besiktas area of Istanbul. Rooms were clean and plenty of facilities in the hotel such as spa, lounge, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend if looking for a relaxed trip to Istanbul.

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey mükemmeldi.

Niets

Personeel was vriendelijk.

I was with my husband last month Melas Hotel is our second home the staff were fantastic especially Selim with his nice smile Nosra ASU I appreciate all the staff front desk room service cleaning staff.Thank you so much for making our trip enjoyable. also the location is very convenient by all means. We will come back soon to this lovely hotel.Thank you so much.❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay to max the hotel is super clean and nearby many attractions, Slim and Nusra we supper supportive and nice, 100% coming back again after this second stay , 😀

Don't expect too much just because you've seen the 5-star rating, but it's comfortable. Day reception and staff are really nice and helpful, the night shift reception was so rude.

Location close to zorlu centre

Cleanliness

The massage therapy robbed me last July 2025

Clean, well suited to my needs accessible to metro shops walking distance

Like it all, but an outside pool would top it

Super nice, classy location. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast out of this world.

I liked the staff. Food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

The tv was built inside a mirror, it was difficult to watch.

I am still staying at Melas Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff are exceptional always friendly, helpful, and professional. A very special thank you to Nusra and Idris in the breakfast restaurant. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making every guest feel at home. Today, Nusra kindly prepared fried eggs with sausage especially for me and even served me a delicious cup of authentic Turkish coffee after breakfast. Their warm smiles and outstanding hospitality make every morning a wonderful start to the day. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the hotel manager, who yesterday left a personal card and a thoughtful gift in our room. It was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly valued and warmly welcomed. The room is modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed is excellent, and the room is cleaned to a high standard every day. The breakfast is fresh, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices. The entire hotel is impeccably clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul and close to Beşiktaş, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. I will definitely book Melas Hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and genuine Turkish hospitality.

Nichts!

Kahvaltı lezzetli, park alanı , araç şarj istasyonu muhteşem avantaj, yol kenarında ki odada ses yalıtımı muhteşem, camlar ve çerçeveler çok iyi seçilmiş.

Hersey kaliteliydi bir sorun görmedim

Perfect hotel! Excellent location, in the Sisli area (close to the Gayrettepe Metro station, with direct access to the airport). Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful and polite; they even gave me a free upgrade and let me check out late.

Nothing negative to say!

Excellent modern facilities. Spa facilities great. Good location, just a 10 min walk to the metro which will then take you to the main tourist area in 10-15 mins or so. Plenty of good restaurants nearby if you don’t want to always have meals at the hotel. Secure underground garage for your vehicle if required.

Cleanness Kind staff Good breakfast

Good location near by M11 Gayrettepe (metro to IST), friendly service and perfect clean room. Breakfast package for early checkout.

Everything about Melas was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The staff ensured to always be available to assist. We used the swimming pool/spa, the delicious restaurant, the gift shop downstairs and what a joy to have multiple dining options within walking distance. The lobby area stands out - a piece of art.

The only down side for us a a family was to have a room with shower only (no bath), but this is not a deal breaker.

I always chose this hotel and that says it all!

I always chose this hotel for every visit of mine in Istanbul. Helpful staff, great location, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Bei Fragen wurde einem sofort geholfen. Spa-Bereich war sehr angenehm. Gerade an Regentagen eine sehr gute Alternative.

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Gepflegtes Hotel, zuvorkommendes Personal

Små sängar.

Great breakfast and polite staff

Location is far from most tourist attractions

Everyone is very nice. The room was always super clean.

I liked the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the rooms

It would be great to get a welcome gift (basket of fruits, etc..) like before. Also another option for repeat visitors is to give them a spa or massage voucher as a complimentary good faith appreciation
