La atención del personal fue excepcional y la habitacion también. Muy limpia y ajustándose a lo reservado. Además tienen coche que te lleva y trae de la estación y todos los amenities necesarios.

Las zonas comunes del hotel (pasillos, onsen, etc.) son muy viejos y están malgastados, manchados y muy sucios. Ademas olían mal. Una pena porque eso hace que nos llevemos una imaginen no buena del hotel (aunque la habitación era excepcional) y el precio caro para ello. Deberían hacer una buena reforma ya.

The room was loud but only due to other guests. Perfect stay all around! Staff was extremely friendly and the onsen was clean and presentable at all times.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfbereit. Der Blick auf den Fuji ist traumhaft und der Shuttlebus extrem praktisch. Das Essen (Halbpension, 2 Nächte) ist ein typisch japanisches hochwertiges Menü, welches unglaublich detailverliebt und ausgesprochen schön angerichtet wird. Man isst im Speisesaal und hat 4 Haupterichte zur Auswahl (vorab), die anderen Gänge variieren, was toll ist!

Die Futons waren uns zu unbequem, das Essen war geschmacklich für uns sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (v. a. das Frühstück), und die Ausstattung der Zimmers spärlich. Der Onsen im unteren Stockwerk ist nicht sehr einladend, er wirkt eher wie ein Waschraum. Im oberen Onsen (mit Ausblick) waren wir nicht. Aber es ist ein Ryokan und da ist es nun mal so. Es war ein Erlebnis, deshalb hatten wir es auch gebucht;)

The traditional Japanese experience was a real highlight, from sleeping on futon beds to enjoying a traditional Japanese breakfast. The onsens (single-sex) were excellent, and the attentive staff made everything easy, notably with a quick shuttle service to the town centre. The slightly older, traditional design gave the hotel a lot of character while remaining perfectly functional and comfortable.

Nothing to report. We have no negative comments about our stay.

We had a fantastic stay, the view from the room is a real highlight, the lake and Mt Fuji both visible on a clear day! The Japanese style beds are comfortable and the staff are really attentive, they helped us out with a lot of activities and storing bags etc.

The kaiseki dinner and breakfast was served in the restaurant and all at once rather than course by course. Not bad at all, just a thing to note in advance if that is important to you!

Nous étions 4 adultes (avec nos grands enfants) nous étions dans une chambre style japonais avec vue sur le mont Fuji. Je ne dirais pas que c’est la ou j’ai le mieux dormir car pour moi les futons sur tatami cela est plutôt dur . Par contre une vue formidable, un hôtel très bien placé avec navette pour venir nous chercher , le bus à côté pour rejoindre la superbe vue du mont Fuji dans les champs de fleurs . Le funiculaire était en panne mais ce n’est pas grave pour la deuxième vue sur le mont au milieu des arbres car réalisable en randonnée (qui grimpe un peu). L’accueil a l’hôtel est très bon , la dame qui nous a accueilli, conseillé et géré notre retard pour la navette était formidable . Nous avons réservé sur place notre dîner , on ne peut pas dire que le décor soit joli avec des séparations plastifiées (souvenir du Covid ?) mais un repas auquel on ne s’attendait pas avec multiples saveurs , une chouette expérience à un prix très raisonnable. Nous avions hésité où nous installer pour la nuit et nous ne nous sommes pas trompés !

白天櫃檯“小林”小姐非常棒，11點退房那天我們不知道要去哪裡，尋求小林建議，她想到了一個很棒的方法，讓我們有時間去看五重塔，再接車班回東京。最後我們直接帶著行李去下吉田市，省下很多時間，其他天她也幫助我們很多。

Finally saw Mt Fuji on the last day of our stay, which was awesome. The room was spacious, neat and tiny and have everything i needed for the holiday. I like the fact that i can use both onsen facilities at different time. The breakfast was absolutely stunning and delicious. I would highly recommend to include breakfast.

There is a bit of smell in the toilet and there were no hooks to hand towels and clothings. I would have prefer to have a tea pot in the room, instead of individual green tea stick per cup. The blanket was a bit small.

Camera con una vista sul monte Fuji spettacolare. La cena è la colazione superlative. Struttura un po' datata ma curata e pulita. L'albergo è dotato di due vasche termali bellissime.

The friendly staffs is the highlight of this trip, they seem to know what you need from your behavior even you don’t need to tell a word.

The reverse Fuji is exactly be cover by the boat port.

Самое главное, из-за чего мы выбрали этот отель - вид на Фудзи, номер в японском стиле, кайсэки. И мы все получили в лучшем виде! Отель расположен в Фудзикавагутико. Во время нашего пребывания со стороны отеля Фудзи был всегда открыт, что бывает не со всех сторон. Также использовали сайт, где прогноз на вид Фудзи на каждый день. До автостанции 30 минут пешком. Можно воспользоваться автобусом, трансфером от отеля или такси. Такси стоило 1200 йен, ехать 7 минут. Отель стоит на берегу озера Кавагутико, вокруг него можно совершить пеший маршрут около 18 км или использовать велосипеды. В доступности карты маршрутов по нескольким озерам. Мы прошли вокруг озера Кавагутико пешком, дорога очень красивая, по пути встречаются кафе и магазины, чтобы передохнуть. Номер был настоящий японский, с татами, спали на полу)) Ужин и завтрак - кайсэки - настоящее погружение в японские традиции. Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал! В городе есть магазинчики с продуктами, закусочные. Также рекомендую официальный магазин изделий из кожи Кюсю Инден - производство с 400 летней историей и магазин горной одежды, прямо напротив автовокзала, чтобы купить по майке с Фудзи. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель!

Stayed in a Japanese-Style Room with Mt.Fuji and Lake View for 1 night during our visit to Lake Kawaguchiko. From the moment we drove into the parking, staff came up immediately to help with our bags. Excellent service! Room is not big but clean & cosy for 3 of us. Best part is the view from the room ! We visited in May & it's so hot in the afternoon. It's so peaceful & nice to sit in the room & enjoy the view of Mt Fuji & the lake. Onsen was small but nice. My daughter & I even had the whole onsen to ourselves ! Upon check-out, staff made sure we had a good stay & gave us a few postcards as souvenior. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Lake Kawaguchiko again

Wir hatten ein traditionell japanisches Zimmer gebucht und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Mt. Fuji und den See. Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen hoteleigenen Shuttleservice an die Kawaguchigo Station an, was wir ebenfalls sehr praktisch fanden.

Het hotel is zeer aan te raden. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en het personeel is zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons zelf nog geholpen aan een tandarts en daarheen gebracht omdat mij vriendin problemen had met haar beugel. Zelden meegemaakt hoe behulpzaam en respectvol!

Het Japans ontbijt viel ons als Nederlanders wat zwaar maar het was zeer goed klaargemaakt en opgediend.

酒店分兩座，一座有前台職員，另一座完全冇人看管，非住客也能出入自如。其中一間溫泉設在無人看管那座的 G/F, 隨時可以有街外人直接走進溫泉間，保安問題令人擔憂。

Amazing view, amazing food (make sure to book dinner and breakfast), beautiful and spacious room, available pickup from train station, and I appreciated the kind staff who also were very responsive in the chat! (Some people wrote the floor bed was not comfortable, to me it was perfect). The onsen was empty when I visited so I was alone with the nice view. Make sure to wake up early before the clouds appear so you see Fuji.

Not an issue but small recommendation: It would be nice if the staff explains how to eat the dishes, it was my first time eating Japanese and I was very confused which dish goes with what (from the 10 little plates). This being said it was delicious!

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Eles inclusive guardaram a nossa bagagem e encaminharam para a estação de Kawaguchiko depois, para nós explorarmos melhor a zona até à tarde do check out. O pequeno-almoço foi espectacular e o jantar (que optámos por incluir) estavam divinas e com doses generosas. Tivemos sorte em aproveitar um dos pontos fortes desta estadia, que foi a vista impressionante sobre o lago e o monte Fuji. Recomendo e gostaria de repetir a experiência.

Para quem tenha mais de 1,85m, as portas do quarto eram baixas, por isso há que ter atenção.

Beautiful room, locations, view, and amazing onsen experience. There are actually 2 onsens in this hotel and both offer amazing views of Fuji while you relax and bathe. Staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our reservation came with breakfast and we wish we had done dinner as well because it was so delicious!! We stayed 2 nights in a Japanese style room. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

La vue était juste extraordinaire, et les onsens étaient super avec très peu de monde. Les repas étaient traditionnels et sophistiqués. Le personnel est très serviable.

Les couloirs et ascenseurs sont à rénover. Malheureusement il y a eu plusieurs erreurs concernant mes allergies alimentaires ce qui est très dommage car c’est la seule fois que ça m’est arrivé au Japon, j’ai dû le rappeler à chaque repas et renvoyer des plats car il y avait mes allergènes. C’est une chose à améliorer car ça peut être vraiment très dangereux.

The view…spectacular…likely the highlight of our trip having such a perfect view from our room! the amazing kind helpful team that worked there. They were all so friendly and warm and so willing to help in any way to make our trip special. The driver, the front desk team, the staff for the meals were all wonderful. The onsen! I wasn’t sure about it but had such a lovely time trying both - both times I was fully alone there…it was very peaceful and relaxing. The meals were an experience too…there were so many dishes to try so many things we’d never seen or tried before. All in all this hotel experience was 5 star, thank you for all your warmth and hospitality

We had an unbelievable view from our room, with Mt. Fuji across the lake right in front of us. It was incredible to wake up to and the favourite part of my whole trip. I also loved the room itself – we had a Japanese style tatami room and it was extremely spacious and beautifully done up, and lovely to experience overall. The futon was very comfortable to sleep on and the bathroom was big. The staff at the property were very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. On the day we arrived, our train was delayed so we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station a little past the last shuttle bus time but they still picked us up after we messaged them on Booking.com, even driving us to Lawson so we could buy dinner. The traditional hotel breakfast was delicious and a joy to eat each morning. We especially loved the apple juice! They also accommodated the fact that one of us doesn’t eat seafood. The serving ladies were also very nice.
