ロケーションが良かったです。 スタッフの方が親切でした。 次回、お世話になりたいです！

小浴場があり、時間内は貸切なので他の人を気にせずゆっくりできました。

部屋の電話が使えませんでした。音もならず、直接フロントへ。電話の故障でした。電話は交換出来ず、何かあった時のために、部屋自体を変更となりました。

O atendimento de um senhor que me recebeu e de outro,que me levou a estação gratuitamente (o hotel tem esse serviço) foi excelente e o quarto, apesar de muito pequeno, tem tudo que necessita. Café da manhã incluso, pães e salada de frutas para ocidentais, para outros coisas deles que não sei o que é.A vista do lago deve ser linda,porém choveu muito e não vi nada.

O atendimento de uma recepcionista de óculos. Ela disse não ter tradutor (o meu estava molhado pela chuva)e que não tem o serviço de despertar(ao menos foi o que entendi,sem tradutor).A má vontade é incrível e devido a isso, andei muito embaixo de chuva, tendo ônibus para tomar,pois o lago,que concentra os hotéis e atrações, é um pouco longe da estação.

最初に案内された部屋は部屋臭有り、トイレ洗面扉に歯を磨いた液が垂れ乾燥した跡があった。また、ティッシュペーパー箱はほこりが積もっていた。ので、部屋を変えてもらいました。以前仕事でよく利用していたがこんなことは初めて。イメージが変わりました。

飯店一出去即是河口湖，大眾池甚至能邊泡湯邊欣賞風景，很讚！而且還有接駁巴士，從飯店到河口湖車站很方便～

房門還是使用鑰匙，而不是電子鎖，有點小麻煩

富士山の見える席で、朝食も美味しく、涼しくて、最高です 又、行きたいです。

スタッフの方は気軽に話しやすかったです。お風呂は、のんびりはいれたし、清潔感が感じられました。コーヒーは、時間がきめられていましたが、ドトールのコーヒーがのめました。氷も無料で、たすかりました。朝ご飯は、ネギとろがあり。洋食も凝ったものではないですが、まんべんなくありました。満足でした。

建物が古いが、きれいにリフォームされていました。部屋はツインでしたが、狭く感じました。大浴場があったので、ほぼつかいませんでしたが、段差がかなりあり、不便を感じました。

I like the breakfast, so many choices. We saw Mt. Fuji while we were eating breakfast.

They advertised in booking.com that they have free shuttle from the terminal to the hotel. We waited at the "hotel bus pick up station" at the terminal for long as instructed in their email to us, but found out that they do not have shuttle bus.

総体的にみて、料理は夕食・朝食ともに美味しかったです。また、お風呂も大きくゆったり入ることができました。加えて、たまたま花火大会を見ることができ、コスパ最高でした！

・お風呂のサウナが、故障で使えなかった。 ・髭剃り(カミソリ)が、全然切れなかった。 ・早朝、お風呂のトイレが汚かった。 ・ビリヤードや卓球は無料とのことであったが、同じ人達が専有してずっと遊んでいたため、結局全然遊べなかった。ダーツだけ有料なのも違和感があった。

生憎の天気で富士山が全く見られなかったのが唯一残念でした～

We loved that we could see Mt Fuji from the road. We tried the onsen and it was wonderful. Also we managed to walk to a beautiful shrine just down the road.

ちょっと山に隠れるけど、富士山がよく見えた。お風呂の窓が大きく、富士山を見ながら温泉に浸かることができた。 朝食が美味しい。コーヒーやパンも良かった。

部屋を出てからのエレベーターの場所が分かりにくい。　部屋のトイレに入るのに段差がすごいので、お年寄りだったら手すりが必要かも。　冷蔵庫は予め冷やしておいてほしい。

The hotel has a great view of Mount Fuji to the front. The rooms are small and a little dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style, mostly Japanese but with a small continental selection. The location is great, not directly in the town but great views over the lake towards mount Fuji, there is also a free shuttle bus to the town that you can book in on at reception.

It’s a little dated, but we didn’t really spend that much in the room anyway.

The lady on reception was really lovely. They have a nice little shop and a waiting area on first floor. They have a car park The dining area looks out onto the lake, and the hot soring also looks out onto the lake so you can see quite a bit of the righthand side of Mt Fuji.

We has a double bed room on the second floor. It was the room ★without a lake view (the lake view was pricy) so I guessed it would be a mountain view but it looked out onto a grey concrete wall, and old corrugated plastic above. It really WAS a room with no view. The food wasn't labelled and the menu for vegans was pretty much just lettuce, rice and tofu. ... I wish they had a better offering. The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Hotel provided shuttle bus service to from station or the bus just in front of the hotel. The onsen is the best, you can see the Mt Fuji. I travel solo and with no view single bed room, but the room still spacious. Very delicious buffet style breakfast for free.

Absolutely stunning views including from the public bath. Food had enough variety. Good to have a bus to the station. Sakura colours just out the door are incredible.

Plan your trip from the train station. The lines were long so we walked. Nice walk if not with too much luggage.

The hotel is well located, the staff is extremely friendly, and the overall stay was very good. The view from the hotel is exceptional when it is not cloudy, with a wonderful view of Mount Fuji. The breakfast is extraordinary.

The rooms are small, with very little space to move around or place your luggage. Some smell from the kitchen, or from the kitchen exhaust located below, came in through the window. Strictly speaking, it was not clear to me whether the smell came from the hotel or from a neighbouring property, although there did not seem to be many neighbours nearby.

Superbe surprise, un accueil parfait qui à commencé dès la gare de Kawagushiko avec le shuttle de l'hôtel gratuit, c'est le centre d’information qui les appelle pour vous. A mon arrivée, l'hôtesse m'a changé de chambre sans vue pour une avec vu sur le lac et le mont fuji. le petit déjeuner offert est excellent et sous forme de buffet continental et japonnais. Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant pour 2500 yen, un bon buffet. la localisation est super pour la vue ou une bonne promenade sur les rives du lac.

室内の段差が高いので、夜中に気をつけた方が良いです。

Parfait, si ce n’est les matelas (mais ça reste personnel). Emplacement idéal, vue sur Fuji San au petit déjeuner, chambre ultra spacieuse, matériel pour hygiène fourni, petit séjourner incroyable et à volonté, Onsen spacieux avec vue sur Fuji San, N machine à laver et sèche linge, desserte de bus juste en bas, service de transport jusqu’à la gare gratuit… vraiment un des meilleurs hôtels. Je reviendrais à coup sûr.

Les matelas, mais ça a été partout au Japon. Mon dos n’aime pas la grande fermeté.
