Clean quiet and tidy

The breakfast selection needs improvement and the waiting time for the food was a bit too long but the food was great.

I was a good value, but I do not feel like 5 starts hotel, the room was really nice and big. Gym small but ok with good equipment.

Swimming pool was around 1.2 meter deep, so more for families, but to be fair not so many people, it is really on the hill outside of main area, so you need to take a taxi to go to center. Breakfast was served, ok but I would expect more.

المكان جدا مرتفع وبعيد عن الشاطي اي تكتوك يغلي السعر عشان الطلعه

موظفين فندق جدا ممتازين وكأنك بين افراد عائلتك يعني بختصار علق تيس ورجع نام متطمن

موقع فندق على مرتفع يعني ماتقدر تروح بقاله ولا اي مكان اله بوسيله نقل

The location is a bit isolated there’s a laundry and a 7/11 near the property but other than that you have to take a taxi

בריכה כיפית, חדרים גדולים, צוות נחמד ואדיב. מלון בוטיקי קטן ולא עמוס, נמצא 15 דק מהאזור הראשי של הפאטונג.

קצת מרוחק ודורש מונית לכל יציאה מהמלון. יש סבן אילבן מתחת למלון אבל יש עלייה חדה כדי לחזור למלון. ארוחת בוקר די דלה.

The place was great and the staff were very cooperative and friendly. They rush to help us every time we needed something

The cleaning was a bit bad for few days and when I spoke to them their cleaning got better. Plus going to 7/11 down the hill will be a struggle going up especially with many goods and children

موقع الفندق شاق للصعود والنزول طلبات البولت وقراب والتكاسي تلغى بسبب الصعود أو يستقبلك تحت وانت تنزل له بعيد عن الاسواق والفعاليات اذا عندك فوبيا من الوزغ ما انصحك فيه ابداً يستقبلوك في كل مكان بحكم تواجد الفندق بوسط الطبيعة والأشجار

الفندق هاديء وقريب من باتونغ ونظيف الغرف عباره عن غرفه وصاله صغيره وبلكونه الفندق صغير ولا فيه زحمه قريب من 7/11 و مغسلة ملابس وصيدليه الطلبات من المنيو اسعاره معقوله لو طلبت عشاء

الفندق لا يرتقي لخمس نجوم .. الفندق يقع على جبل والطلوع له صعب بدون سياره لو احتجت شي ونزلت ويقع دخل حي سكني والطريق له مظلم في الليل الافطار عباره عن منيو يقدمونه لك وتطلب الطبق الرئيسي اما المشروبات والنواشف موجوده في بوفيه صغير ونفس الفطور كل يوم الطاقم محترمين وودودين

الموقع جيد عند سوبرماركت وصيدلية والمغلسة على بعد 5 دقايق مشي تقريباً.. الفيو مقبول الجلسة في البلكونة حلووة السرير مريح تكيف ممتاز

الجيم سيء مكتوم جدا ولا فيه ماء بارد المناشف جدا وسخة وقديمه ومقطعة رغم اني شفت كومنت قبلي ولا صدقت ولكن فعلا اسوء مما اعتقد. الستاف بعضهم وقح وغير متعاون المكان اغلبه عرب ممكن هشي يعجب البعض او لا ماعرف ولكن لايمت بصلة ل 5 نجوم

The location was incredible the view was amazing the rooms was clean although some of the rooms were to small so we upgraded to the sweet and it was very nice and big the staff were nice Mr Bobby was very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would like to sincerely thank every member of the staff. From reservation, the security guards who warmly welcomed us, to the reception team: N’EYE, P’SANDY, the bellboys: P’BOWJUNG, P’TANNY, and the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. Their kindness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to truly enjoy our dayoff. One of the highlights was the breakfast. Although it is served à la carte, there is a wide variety of choices, and every dish was freshly prepared and delicious. Enjoying breakfast in such a pleasant atmosphere was the perfect way to start our morning. If you are looking for a warm, clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return in the future.

Iwas very satisfied with my stay at the Skyview Hotel. The location on top of the hill with the beautiful view is really something special. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would be happy to come back.

This accommodation was sleek, modern, well looked after, very quiet in a great location, and very comfortable, from the pool with spa and bar, the 24 hour gym, to the huge apartment style rooms with bath and showers. Breakfast was simply awesome with included alacarte and buffet. Staff were exceptional and general manager a nice bloke. It's a pity some guests were arrogant @#$& and treated staff like servants.

I guess if I had to find something it would be the roof top bar is closed for maintenance.

Property is great, good breakfast, clean spacious rooms. But slightly far from beach it takes about 20 mins to reach the beach by walking.

Their kitchen staff were rude and pathetic. They didn’t like getting orders at night. I even saw cockroaches running in their kitchen.

За втори път отсядаме там и няма да е последен. Ако не е този хотел и няколко от плажовете, не бихме стъпили в Пукет. Изключително много ни харесва персонала, отношението им, усмивките им и това, че са супер добронамерени и готини - Благодаря Ви, страхотни сте! Много ни радва това, че видяхме някои от служителите, които бяха и преди 2 години, които за наша огромна изненада ни помнеха (надяваме се с добро :) ). Един от малкото хотели с наистина комфортни легла, завивки и възглавници. Отлична чистота както по стаите, така и в ресторанта, дори в тоалетните на партера. Гледките от хотела, басейна, всичко е чудесно. Да не забравяме закуската :) Бяхме там за тяхната нова година (Сонкран), и ни бяха оставили страхотен сапун във формата на цвете на спалнята с послание, което е много мил жест. Имаше погдотвена програма по случая около басейна. Да, може би има и по-добри хотели, но в случая за нас е важно личното отношение, малките жестове на внимание, усмивките и приятната емоция, която ти оставят тези хора, отношението към нашето дете и цялостната обстановка.

Преди 2 години бях оставила коментар за декинга около басейна и тази година заварихме същото положение. Някои от дъските са се изкривили/надигнали, пироните с които са захванати не са забити докрай и когато се нагорещи буквално можеш да се жигосаш ако ходиш бос. Асансьора от към паркинга не може да се използва, което създава дискомфорт, ако си паркирал на паркинга.

Beautiful place to stay, nice and quiet and very clean

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en Thaïlande ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche des restaurants, commerces et attractions. Un vrai point fort : il y a un 7-Eleven à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l’hôtel, très pratique au quotidien. Le personnel était absolument incroyable : toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider à tout moment. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et propre, avec une très belle vue sur la piscine. L’ambiance de l’hôtel était parfaite pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du voyage. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

Very modern exceptional hotel very great service really enjoyed and very comfortable beds and the room was great. Balcony view was amazing.

They need to be a little bit clearer about the item charges if you use them. The hotel was on a hill so walking up there was very tough. They need to have more transportation up there.

LOCATION: Very quite located at the top of a high & Steep incline , Not the location to stay should you be the kind of person to walk every were unless your super fit,, The Hotel have a shuttle service (FREE) if you wish to spend the day at PATONG BEACH they have early morning and late 18:30 from beach back to Hotel should you wish to make your own way back TUK<TUK cost 300 Bht as a couple PATONG BEACH Road is vast has a lot to offer if you cant find what you want then it don't exist BREAKFAST : VERY VERY GOOD: everything is cooked to MENU Order so fresh and Deli shes BREAD was also fresh every day with fresh Coffee machine as well as a wide choice of drinks,fruit, Cheeses, Chicken Bacon fruit Preserves Cakes On& On If you have an early start on your final day of leaving and its before Breakfast starts at 7.00 you can order the day before for a box Breakfast to take with you and is a good choice yummy sandwich, fruit , Drink Juice & Water

NOTHING to Dislike, The only down side for us was the ROOF TOP Bar and food was closed for renovation, if you choose to stay and this is a on your list then i would contact the Hotel and ask what the situation is with the roof top bar

Stayed in a Patong sunset room for four nights. It was spacious and cool with a large comfortable bed. Great balcony and view. Our room needed a couple of decor repairs to match the high quality of the rest of the hotel. Still, very clean, and resembles the hotel marketing. Breakfast is good. Lots of choice and the restaurant itself is very pleasant. Loved the iced coffee. Only negative is that the pastries were sometimes too hard. The hotel located on a steep hill, but this is not a problem. Taxis easily reach the hotel, or you can walk down the hill and get a Tuk Tuk from the main road (not an easy walk for elderly or young children). There’s a laundry and a good 7 eleven at the bottom of the hill. Being on hill you are far away enough from the noise and chaos of Patong, but only 200 / 300 THB taxi ride away from the centre. We used the free shuttle which was great. Best thing about the hotel is the fabulous staff. They are so pleased to help and gave us great advice on restaurants and excursions. They booked us an excellent sightseeing trip of Phuket, just for the 6 of us, and also an amazing trip to James Bond island. We chose the SKYVIEW as base for excursions and the location works well for that purpose, with the added benefit of a peaceful night sleep. Big thanks to all the staff.

Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr dürftig und nicht wirklich empfehlenswert! Einige der zur Auswahl stehenden Getränke speziell frisch gepresste Säfte stehen nicht zur Auswahl. Wenn, dann nur gegen Aufpreis und selbst dann sind sie meistens nicht zu bestellen.

- Le ménage très mal fait est bâclé - Le petit déjeuner très peu de choix, les viennoiseries et pain super sec. - Bon emplacement par rapport au centre, mais vos mieux être véhiculé car la pente pour monter l’hôtel bon courage. (Prendre grab moto ou voiture car tuktuk ne vous monte pas en haut)
