إقامة رائعة جدًا 👌🏼 الفندق مميز من جميع النواحي، وأكثر ما أعجبني **جودة وتنوع وجبة الإفطار**، كانت الأطعمة طازجة ومتنوعة والخدمة ممتازة. كذلك **موقع الفندق ممتاز جدًا** وقريب من الأماكن المهمة والمطاعم والخدمات، مما جعل التنقل والإقامة أكثر راحة. تجربة جميلة جدًا، وأشكر إدارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين على حسن التعامل والخدمة. بالتأكيد ستكون لي زيارة أخرى بإذن الله. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

not clean at all (stains in the shit, dirty floor,dirty pool cannot “swim” in it, it’s called a pool but we can’t even swim in it it’s so small and dirty from all the insects bad cleaning some hairs have been on the floor for days had to clean myself insects on the balcony not modern at all

لم استعمل مرافق الفندق ، كانت الفترة. قصيرة ليلتين بدون ايام وللاسف المكان في موقع مرتفع وبعيد عن المحلات او المناطق السياحية

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est très bien passé, la chambre était propre et tout le monde était content. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. C’est vraiment la marque de fabrique des Thaïlandais : leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil. 🇹🇭❤️ Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour et à très bientôt, avec grand plaisir ! Petit point dommage : la salle de sport est assez mal équipée, il n’y a que deux machines. Ce serait super d’avoir un peu plus d’équipements.

الدرج في كل مكان و السياح العرب يعطوهم غرف بعيده عن الحوض والوبي بدون اطلاله مع انه ما في ذكر في الحجز علا الاطلاله خبرتهم يعطوني جنب الحوض وعوني اخر مكن بس السياح الاروبيين يعطوهم جنب الحوض فيه تمييز في التعامل

I really liked that the rooms were very close to the lobby, which made it very convenient and easy for us, especially with the children. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent and close to everything. They also arranged connecting rooms for us exactly as we requested, which was very helpful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional.

There was some noise from the cars outside. Also, the children wanted to swim around 7 PM, but the pool was already closed, which was a little inconvenient.

The staff was amazing. So kind and so helpful. They assisted with finding reputable companies for activities to do in the Area. Bally, Dew, Ran, Cartoon, Knight and the reception team were all spectacular. Any issues I had they had answers for. The facilities were well maintained and the food at the restaurant was divine. Lovely experience overall.

There is absolutely no privacy between the rooms. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door. My neighbors spoke very loudly and I could hear their conversations clearly. You can even hear things like someone using a hairdryer. The lack of soundproofing was very disappointing.

Good swimming pool, lovely food, clean and comfortable rooms. Location is Patong, but at outskirts. Which for us was very good. (More quiet)

Limited options at buffet breakfast. A bit more lighting at bathroom

عدم وجود إلا مرايا في الغرفة باب دورة المياه لا يعلق بالكامل لا يوجد خدمات قريبة من الفندق خيارات الإفطار قليلة وبالأخص الحلال

*Room Misrepresentation: We booked this room for three guests, exactly as it was advertised on Booking.com. During the booking process, we were even given the option to include an extra bed within the room rate. However, upon arrival, we were told by the hotel that the room was only for two people. The staff stated that what was listed on Booking.com was “not their business,” and the room itself was too small to accommodate three guests. * Poor Housekeeping: The cleaning standards were disappointing. We found an old, dirty tissue stuck to the bathroom floor that had an unpleasant smell. The bed sheets also did not appear to be properly cleaned, and after housekeeping, the room had a noticeable bad odor. * Inconvenient Location: The hotel is not within easy walking distance of supermarkets, pharmacies, or other conveniences. Walking in the surrounding area is difficult, making it less convenient than expected.

المطعم وموظفين المطعم خصوصا الرجال منهم نفسيات واسلوبهم غير جيد نهائيا وايضا المطعم بشكل هام لديهم ليس جيد وذكرت هذا بتقيماتِ السابقه لهم ولم يتغير شي

I love this hotel it’s my favorite in Phuket second time i stayed with them and i’ll do it again i highly recommend

House keepers leave the rooms door open while cleaning so lizards get into your room from outside. Found a lizard and they could not kill it so i stayed up all night. While check out they came after us for missing "laundry bag" and they asked me to give it back.

كانت اقامه جميله واستمتعنا بمرافق المنتجع وكان الإفطار لذيذ جدا مع موظفين خدومين ومتعاونين

بعده عن الباتونغ بيج لايمكن الوصول مشيا ولابد من التاكسي أو التوكتوك مع توافر خدمه التوصيل في المنتجع الي الباتونغ بيج بأوقات معينه لكن كان ذلك مرهقا بلنسبه لي

انه لا يوجد معدد لا انصح لكبار السن وغرفتي كان المكيف حار قليلاً هذا فقط

Was clean & well kept

Superbly appointed hotel, rooms are spotless, bed and pillows excellent. Pool is lovely, all the breakfast staff are incredible so caring and so attentive, as are the front of house ladies.

The shuttle service is okay but not great, the location of the hotel does not allow any ability to walk to a coffee bar/7-11 or other, we found this a little inconvenient as the coffee was not great at the hotel, and sometimes you just feel like a walk. But overall very enjoyable and very good value.

there is no mirror outside the toilet. please add a big mirror in the room.

The stuff are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating.

فرصه جيده للجوده والمتعه مقابل المال الفندق فعلا يستحق بجانب ذلك فريق الاستقبال Bally and Jer كانوا متعاونيين للغايه اشكر الفريق جميعا على ابتساماتهم وحسن استقبالهم وتعاونهم طول فترة اقامتي حيث كانت ٤ ليالي وامتدت الى ١٠ ليالي

لايوجد خدمات حول الفندق وهو تقريبا على طريق سريع لااحد يفكر يمشي الا بسيارات الاجره. لكن عموما هو قريب من باتونغ حيث تجتمع فيها كل الخدمات

النظافه والمكان بشكل عام جميل وراقي وبالنسبه للسعر ممتاز

المكان ليس مخدوم وكل شي تبغاه لازم تاكسي

The property is great and very well maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks and took a room with a private pool which was perfect for the timeframe. It had a microwave, coffee machine and all the basic amenities one needs for a slightly longer stay. We extended our last day in a basic room with the tub which was also excellent. There is a terrace on top which has beautiful sunsets and the gym is great too. We had one meal at the hotel which was also delicious. We didn’t use the pools much as we had a private pool but they looked great.

I had 2 issues with the stay. One was the location. The property is located right on a main carriageway so walking is NOT an option. Either you call a grab or rely on the hotel’s transport to Patong centre which has fixed times of 3-4 trips a day so that was a little inconvenient. The second was my booking came with airport transfers but when I reached out to the hotel they said they were unable to supply it so this miscommunication was annoying!

Magnifique cadre personnel accueillant rien à dire

Tout est parfait

Hotel magnfique avec une belle vue imprenable sur la baie de patong. Le personnel à l'accueil est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les chambres sont justes splendides. La piscine et la terrasse au dernier etage sont au top. La salle de sport est egalement bien fournie en materiels. Un hotel à réserver les yeux fermés.

Nous avons tout aimé, les deux piscines la chambre, le p'tit dej...

Friendly helpful stuff, sunset view was amazing, food was tasty, clean rooms, calm stay, amazing pool, free shuttle to the beach.
