Staff were very friendly, clean room, nice pool area, breakfast included, and seemed to have plenty of parking. Our room had a loft area upstairs with a king bed and second bathroom. The room felt amazing temperature wise. Really enjoyed the ceiling fans too as someone that sleeps with a fan on at night.

It was clean, fresh decor and the bed was very comfortable.

No restaurant/bar and the air conditioner was clunky

The hotel was very clean there was . I enjoyed the pool the hot tub and a delicious breakfast that they offered the staff was also very friendly! Hotel was very convenient to the beach

The property was close to everything. The rooms and facility were extremely well maintained and clean! The breakfast had many choices and was well stocked!

The location was close to the beach, harbor town and low country sports which was very convenient.

Beds were very hard , and tv cable was not clear and would have been nice to have Netflix or a movie. Channel after hours to unwind .

The pool towel sign out process is weird. Maybe just put the pool towels in the room and then charge the guest if they aren’t in the room…

Apartment like stay

Being put on first floor with the pool outside our sliding glass door , Pool hours were supposed to be until 9pm and people were out in the pool until after 11 pm . Noise in hallway , key card door to enter didn't work had to go to other end of building to enter and walk all the way to the other end to room . Wasn't relaxing or enjoyed. Bathroom fogged up with shower and bathroom door does not allow privacy

It was my anniversary and they decorated the room for me and my husband. It was really nice

We needed a floor length mirror outside the bathroom. We had to wait until the bathroom was free to use the mirror. Other than that, no complaints.

The room was clean and spacious. It was pretty quiet as well and comfortable. It was a good location to food, shopping, and the beach! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok too. I liked the covered patio at the pool. We enjoyed getting some shade and we played some games with other guests we met. Very nice atmosphere. Thanks for a great vacation!

The only thing I didn't like was the bed was up some stairs. I wish that was listed on line. I have plantar fasciitis and in the mornings going down the stairs was rough. I was also wanting a balcony, we did get one but ours was so tiny. Would have been nice to know i could've chosen a room with a bigger one. But it truly was a wonderful vacation.

There is so much space in the loft room. This is the best kept secret on Hilton Head. Great outdoor areas as well.

Microwave was hard to work in the room I am ok with dogs but not barking all day long and at night. Was very noisy at night. Did not like that the cigarette place was right near the door to get in to go to room. Faced with the smell. Nasty. Move it away from the door.

Everything was nice, clean and convenient. It's not a luxury place but very nice, especially for the price. We needed a place that would take our dog and we were on the first floor which was very convenient, especially since the sliding glass doors in our room led directly to the outside "dog area" where they had doggie bags and a disposal for such. And it was a nice area to look at from our room with palm trees, bushes, grass, etc. The pool was also very convenient as was the dining room where we had a nice breakfast (waffles, bagels, potatoes, eggs, coffee, etc.) Our room had a full kitchen with frig, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything needed. We were also close to shopping and restaurants and beach. Great place for the money. Highly recommend.

Breakfasts was simple but fine. A pancake maker and eggs bagels fruit, yogurt hot cereal potatoes, sausage! Coffee was great free breakfast and coffee each morning.

I just wish their was an ice machine on each floor. I loved the loft rooms.

The barn style sliding door on the bathroom was difficult to close and still had a large gap all the way around. Could see through easily. The walls are also very thin so you can hear other guests, especially in the halls.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Felt like laying on bricks. The downstairs bathroom water pressure was nonexistent. A cockroach about 4 inches long was crawling around upstairs and the walls were paper thin so sleep was scarce. The pool area was disgusting! Smelled of trash. No one cleared the pool the entire 4 days of my stay so I decided to do it myself. Upon cleaning out bugs and debris a poop 💩 turd floated into the cup. Needless to say vacation was over!!🤢 The breakfast was equivalent to prison food

Small and cozy hotel. Keep coming back for 10+ tears. The fact that it takes 5 min to drive to the beach doesn’t bother us bcs we love staying in the loft-type room, facing a cosy courtyard with a pool. Aldo, the hotel is located close to the gorgeous marina where we take a walk at night, enjoy the restaurants or a scoop of ice cream.

Never received my 200 deposit that I had to pay once we got there told it would be refunded still haven't received it

Rooms were spacious with great facilities.

Swimming pool was filthy and staff ignored our numerous requests to clean it.

It is close to the town and stores in case you need anything last minute. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff working were very nice.

Some over night staff were less than pleasant on one occasion.

The elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor. I had my 85yr old mom with me and that wasn’t going to work. I called the front desk and they moved us to the other end of third floor where the elevator was working which we greatly appreciated. The young lady at the front was great. I wish that I knew her name, but she had a lovely accent that sounded like she was from the islands.

That the grass thats was supposed to be out of the sliding doors. Was not grass in my room had to go down the end of the back to get to grass. Out my sliding doors was mud.

Schöne Anlage, schöner Pool, große geräumige Zimmer mit Küche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man kann sich Fahrräder leihen und die ganze Insel mit dem Rad erkunden. Ansonsten gibt es einen großen Parkplatz am Strand, der sogar kostenlos ist. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die meisten Gäste haben sich was geholt und auf dem Zimmer gegessen.

Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Water didn't drain very well.

The interior design was pleasant to the eye. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic! The kitchenette was handy, but if you cook bring utensils, liquid dish soap to clean up and a sponge. No oven. Plenty of storage space and large bathrooms!

The ice machine was on the first floor only, and only on one end The pool needed more than a morning clean out, it is heavily used and there was lots of yard debris floating around. You can only enter the upper rooms from the side of the building and no one mentioned that there’s bell boys inside a utility closet to bring your stuff up… we saw another guest with one and asked where he got it from! He snooped around and happened to find it. It shouldn’t be a big deal but it is a long way in the heat to be hauling up luggage. Ppl smoke weed and cigarettes all day long especially on the first level… this is a no smoking facility. It’s gross. Food was ok, eggs are fake but the other food was mediocre. The bathroom hot water takes forever to get hot.. the balcony is basically not usable, very small.

Lobby area closed at night, not good when you need an extra bathroom. Often smelled like weed when entering our building. Bed mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Bathroom needs more hooks/rails to hang towels and clothes.

It was very peaceful. It was very clean . I really enjoyed our stay. The house keepers and ground keepers work really hard to keep everything looking nice. .

The breakfast wasn't the best selection but you can find something you will eat. The pull out sofa as a sofa was pretty uncomfortable. But those are both small things.

The size of the suite and cooking space was nice for my family of 5, the pool set up was good for kids but the water was very warm, parking was easy for the building we were in, and there were some activities outside and grills in the common space.

The way I was basically ignored when I informed the staff that the pancake machine wasn’t working properly! My daughter was lucky enough to get a chance couple but me and my 5 year old son did nothing not! I informed the lady from the front desk who was around at the time but did not seem to care she didn’t say anything!

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out your staff at the front desk was fantastic, they made sure that any question I had was answered and if there was anything that I required it was taken care of. Its nice to stay at a facility that focuses on the traveler with there needs , not to mention how polite they are...............

The beds were a little too firm for my liking but I survived and still enjoyed the property.

Very Quiet! Even though other families were present, the walls are well insulated and soundproof. The property was well maintained and our quarters were very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and complimentary coffee and water was always available. The pool and hot tub area was also very clean.

No complaints about the property.
