Room clean and fresh
Bath was extremely uncomfortable and a not overly clean.
Not really much to say
It was a bit annoying when you book for two nights to find your key does not work on second day
Staff brilliant. Lovely welcome.
Nothing.
Okay for 1 night stay only thing wrong it was continental breakfast would preferred a cook breakfast. But the continental box was good.
Everything
Everyone
Convenient to the places we needed to go as visiting family great price for the first night would of stayed a further night but the price had gone up by £25 so had to cut our trip short 😒
Just the cost of the second night which was a lot higher
Clean
Breakfast was poor
Comfortable bed, clean, surprisingly quiet considering it’s off the motorway
Nothing
Bed and room were clean. Staff helpful
Location was just feet from a motorway services (I could see the entrance from my window just a few feet away! After booking I was informed that I had to pay an additional £5 for parking (hidden costs). I stupidly included an extra £8 for a continental breakfast that turned out to be a small cardboard box with a pack of cornflakes and milk, a pan o chocolo, a flapjack and a miniature bottle of water! What a joke!!
Timothy on reception was terrific. All these kind of hotels (Days Inn, Travelodge, Mercure etc) are much the same. It's the staff who make the difference, and Timothy made a difference 😀
It was quite, clean and easily assessable from the motor way with plenty of car parking too 😁
Nothing .
The room was really big and the bed too! Super comfortable and despite being at a services, it's really quiet. We slept really well!
Disappointed with breakfast box also charge to park. This should be included

Very welcoming and polite. Hotel room spotless
Everything was perfect
Location
The hotel itself was generally okay, although finding your room can be quite difficult because the rooms are arranged in a rather chaotic and confusing way. However, the food was absolutely terrible. For such a large 4-star hotel, the quality and selection of food were extremely disappointing. There was very little choice, and the overall standard was far below what you would expect from a hotel of this size and category. Quite frankly, it is embarrassing for a hotel of this calibre to offer food at such a poor standard.
Nic
Friendly staff
Rock hard bed has given me back ache. Included breakfast was a box of less than appetising items, not what I expected.
Price, location, comfort
The bathroom had been heavily bleached and the chlorine stung my eyes and throat
Brilliant friendly helpful staff, hotel and room exceptionally clean and tidy
Personally would prefer a shower cubicle to a bath
Friendly staff bed was comfortable room was nice and clean and everywhere smelt lovely
I liked it all
Very convenient to get into Telford. Very clean . Lovely staff. Basic but if you just need a bed and a base it’s perfect.
Adjacent to service station - limited for hot meals . We used Burger King for breakfast !!
The beds were very comfortable rooms very clean staff very pleasant
No where to near to get get a decent hot meal we tried B king £22 pounds for 2 burgers which tasted very bland
Convenient for my location Comfortable clean
£5 a day parking passed on to customer at a service station type location Carb heavy cold packed breakfast for £8 per person If I had known, I would’ve spent £4 at a local place for a cooked one.
Wasn't expecting breakfast included to be breakfast in a box . .... no oat milk. Room hot. Only 1 fan. Put sign on door to make bedon Saturday but it wasnt. Both reception staff were lovely
Hot room
Could do with a king size bed. No breakfast. Small room.
Breakfast. Had to pay for parking. Basic facilities
Perfect access to.Telford. Easy to find Excellent electric car charging facilities
Friendly and helpful staff Good location Good value
Rooms were very warm but there was a fan in the room to help out.
Good location. Clean. Friendly staff.
Not many plug sockets particularly next to the beds. Shower was too powerful that the bathroom floor flooded. Not safe for a disabled bathroom! Not enough towels provided for 2 people!
The environment inside was quiet, good for relaxation & sleep. Nearby facilities for eating.
The rooms should have a small fridge. Improve on breakfast
Great location, ample parking (at small charge), food/drink a plenty and fuel station on doorstep. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy and staff are friendly. Good job 👍

A safe place to sleep
Good size clean room. Helpful staff. Handy shops nearby
Location
No aircon
Impeccably clean. Staff attitude and helpfulness excellent. The hotel provides excellent accommodation for the price. Although aimed primarily at the short stay "motorway " market, I would have been happy to use it as a base for a longer holiday exploring this beautiful and historic area. Supermarket inside the services gives easy access to food and drink with extensive areas for dog walking.
Nothing to not like if you are a couple or lonely traveller with a dog,
Nice spot to stop on our way to Wales Comfortable bed, WIFI, desk for work and tea bags and milk on standby for Tea.
Nothing, perfect for a stop when heading to Wales.
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Very family and pet friendly.
Very convenient location to Midland Excellency
The reception staff was very helpful, Becky in the morning shift was really very helpful.
rooms were clean
no refrigerators
Staff friendly and helpful, room clean could do with a fridge in the room. This is definitely not in Ironbridge it is in shifnal Everything was lovely didn't have the breakfast as it looked like it was going to heated in the microwave but still would give the place a score of 10.
No fridge in the room
A very busy Welcome Break site, A lot of cars and people coming to relax get food use the toilets and fill up with fuel. The Days Inn was also very relaxing.
The M55 motorway traffic noise.
Clean , comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Room and bathroom nice and clean also spacious
Nothing
Booking in process, cleanliness.
Be aware that there is a £5 charge for parking at this motel, which is not unique but not welcome. Note: I paid the £5 on arrival and have just received a £60 parking fine for parking there on that date. Unimpressed by that.
The “breakfast included” part where I paid £16 for two breakfast just to receive in the morning two boxes that contained a cornflake, a small milk & water, a chocolate au pain, and a flapjack bar … that I wouldn’t call breakfast and definitely wouldn’t charge £8 per person for it! Also room very hot, I know they can’t really do against the heatwave but come on, it’s the 21st century … if you are charging £60 for a night per room could you at least make sure that your rooms are at least on a decent temperature and not an oven ... yes, they did left a mini fan on the table but that’s nothing … Overall below average and that breakfast thing … come on!
Easy to find. Staff were extremely helpful. Comfy rooms, basic but were exactly perfect for what we needed.
Nothing
Staff are freinly lovely and clean great location for facilities

Everything. The smell, the lack of accessibility and the ventilation in the room

Trolleys being pushed across the rear of property where my room was located and being woken up at 05.40 on Sunday morning by an articulated lorry making deliveries.

Great location for where we wanted to be
Value for money
Great staff. Comfortable room with accessible facilities. Wifi was ok.
It was very expensive. I paid £123 for one night. In some previous stays there I've paid between £50 and £70.
Excellent staff member (Tyler) nothing was to much. He was able to resolve many problems that occurred.
Hidden charge for parking at the hotel over night. I don't remember being told about this on booking the rooms. My brother and i were give a double room on arrival. I had booked a twin. This was resolved by Tyler. The floor was wet next to my brothers bed. No USB C sockets in wall plates. USB C is now a world wide standard socket for chargers. Your receptionist Tyler lent us his one. Thank you Tyler. Fixed shower heads were so low only my friend who is 5' 6'' could fit under them! My brother and I are just over 6', which is pretty common these days.
We booked rooms based on advertised " air conditioning". We found out before checking in that the rooms were not air conditoned. This is false advertising.
Perfect for kissing cuddles and secrets
It’s great
Friendly staff. Very clean room
All good
Location good
Bed was rock hard room overly hot breakfast very poor
Nice welcome from staff
But far from town but we knew this and the price was reasonable
Staff was very helpful with regards to getting to RAF Cosford.
Pillows wasn't very comfy but for one night we won't hold it against you.
Checkin very quick, Room clean and a good size. Had everything we needed. Bathroom had a great shower.

everything was as expected as usual which is good
there was no drinking glasses in the room
The staff on duty where excellent very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and tidy as was the reception area and corridors

Staff, cleanliness and value for money !!

Location was good for where we needed to be, very clean, friendly staff, lovely place to stay.
The pillows were too flat, maybe add a couple of firmer but not to firm in the rooms, the bed was really comfy.
Location and facilities
Room was smelly - I appreciate it’s dog friendly and it was clean but smelled of dogs
Excellent location with Tesla chargers
Ease of checking in. Friendliness of the staff. Good facilities in the room - good shower.
Everything was fine, thank you.

Booking.com email about parking charges was confusing. Unless you book directly on the hotels own website it costs £5 per day to park.
All good
Convenient pleasant staff
Carpets looked worn and stained.
Clean and Easy parking.
Location close to where we wanted to be and lots of amenities around.
The parking wasn’t private
Basic hotel Great price Lovely staff
Dated rooms could do with a freshn up
Great room. Comfortable room
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was large and convenient location
Being woken up ar 5am but a false fire alarm. Rooms need an update. Our sink leaked ontonmy feet. And very hot as no air conditioning
Great location, very clean room and comfy bed, lovely staff. Good value for money.
We enjoyed our stay the room was exceptional everything we needed and very clean we even had breakfast to very good value we will definitely come back 😁
Location was great 10 min drive to the international centre room was comfortable and clean. It was quite.
No plug socket at the side of our bed
The property was clean and easy to access and close to Telford which we were visiting
The location and quality of the accommodation didn’t match the pretty steep price we paid for one night. Plus the fire alarm was set off at 5am and went on for 10/15 mins which was a pretty abrupt way to start the day and staff didn’t say much about it to explain/apologise.
