Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Siempre su ubicación es privilegiada, el trato en general es bueno, sus mezcalinas son únicas, la limpieza en general es extraordinaria, la ropa de cama y baño impecable, los equipos funcionan a la perfección.
El trato en recepción algo frio e impersonal, el mantenimiento al mobiliario es notorio que no es tan bueno, tienen una verdadera joya de ropero qué con media hora y dos botecitos de pintura, quedaria como una verdadera pieza de museo.

Lamentablemente la que me toco (creo que así son la mayoria) no tenía ningún contacto con el exterior: esto es, no tenía ventanas ni ningún tipo de abertura. Tampoco en el baño hay ningún tipo de respiración ni contacto con el exterior.
Que no me hubiesen advertido de la situación que la habitacion no tenia contacto con el exterior. Creo que no es mucho pedir respirar aire puro.

we hebben van kamer geruild omdat er een zeer rudimentaire badkamer was voorzien in de eerste kamer. Dit was echt bedroevend. De nieuwe kamer was ook maar zozo... zeker voor de prijs die je betaalt is het niet top.

La cama era incomoda y las almuhadas mucho más, estuvimos en un cuarto para 2 personas y no tenia suficiente ventilación solo una ventana chiquita, no habia ventilado solo aire acondicionado. El espacio de la habitación era algo justo.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy segura, lo que nos permitió desplazarnos caminando con total tranquilidad durante toda la estadía. Además, los mercados más representativos de Oaxaca se encuentran a tan solo cinco minutos a pie.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La ubicación es relativamente conveniente, y cumple bien con básicos de conveniencia (limpieza adecuada, personal que responde de manera básica o puntual).
Pésima gestión y cero flexibilidad. Pague el dia completo de estacionamiento al check out que era a las 12, sali a las 10 pero no hubo forma de que respetarán el tiempo restante y cobraron extra. Además mala logística en la limpieza: en un dia del total de la estancia nos hicieron esperar a que arreglaran la habitación al regresar nosotros tarde 5pm a la habitación. Destaco el buen trabajo de la camarista durante nuestra estancia pero la coordinacion administrativa en general deja mucho que desear.

Mi colchón estaba deformado, el baño muy pequeño, faltan barras de seguridad para personas de tercera edad (iban mis papas conmigo, ellos me dijeron eso) y falta un teléfono para llamar a recepción, queríamos mas agua y tuve que vestirme y bajar para pedirla. Ah! Hace falta un elevador, subir tantas escaleras con maletas es pesadito y sobre todo para la gente con cierta discapacidad y/o de tercera edad.

Hubo varias cosas: 1. La habitación estaba muy cerrada sin ventilación natural. 2. El servicio en el restaurante es demasiado malo, se demoraba un montón, sin opciones para reemplazar, la comida llegaba fría y el tiempo en general DEMASIADO demorado, más de 40 minutos para platillos muy sencillos. Es mejor salir a los restaurante al rededor.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar en el centro, se descansa muy bien. Camas muy cómodas, personal muy amable. Muy cerca de la plaza central, iglesias, muchos restaurantes muy variados.. todo muy cerca, puedes llegar caminando sin necesidad de usar taxi.
Solo creo que le falta una cortina blackout a la ventana para que no entre tanta luz por la mañana. Todo lo demás muy bien. Como dato adicional, solo hay 2 habitaciones en planta baja... todas estan en el 2o piso y hay que subir escaleras (no hay elevador) por si hay alguna persona que tenga problema con eso, debe considerar antes de reservar.

As expected from the photos. Only used the restaurant for breakfast a couple of times and was good. Staff were all excellent too.
Was a bit noisy in the early mornings with work on the street but not the fault of the hotel and looks like it will finish a couple of days after we left. Bad timing on our part but not a major problem.

definitivamente el Baño lo primero y más feo es que al cerrar la puerta, literalmente queda pegada la cuerpo a 20 cms literal, una vez que uno se sienta en el inodoro, si se inclina literalmente pega la frente, no sé cómo no se quejan los extranjeros que normalmente son mas altos que el promedio de los Mexicanos lo segundo y muy peligroso es los azulejos de la parte de la regadera, no son azulejos para piso, son para la pared, pero los pusieron al revés, son lisos y muy resbaladizos, pueden provocar un accidente un día y en las paredes si tienen azulejos con superficie rugosa, eso no lo entendí

The room has no windows, the breakfast is of poor quality (nothing but toast and coffee), the pressure of the shower is quite low. Still, it is very expensive.

部屋の鍵の開け方が最後までよくわかりませんでした。シャワーのお湯が熱湯か水かどちらかしか出ません。部屋が狭かった。朝食が高いです。周りにコンビニがありません。

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The location is great and the room was spacious and clean. A lot of suggestions for tours. Parking if available is really close by but it is not always readily available.
Do not book with breakfast, the basic breakfast included is just bread, jam and coffee but they bring you the menu for additional breakfast options, it is better to just explore the great breakfast options around the hotel. Only stairs meant it was a bit of work with a baby and pram every time. A noontime nap for our baby was impossible with the shop across blaring music over their loudspeaker but nights were calm and quiet with just a few loud motorcycles

le petit déjeuner : café de mauvaise qualité . du pain blanc (toasts) industriel alors que la ville regorge de Pannaderia avec des pains de toutes sortes. Chambre sur la rue bruyante, on entend plus un bruit continu lié a priori à l’air conditionné. on a du aussi discuter sur le prix des œufs à ajouter… Dommage

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026La ubicación es fantástica. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La limpieza estupenda. Ninguna queja. El desayuno es bastante bueno y a precios razonables.
El hotel está muy bien aunque el mantenimiento no es lo mejor En las mañanas no había agua caliente y en varias ocasiones tuvimos que pedir que solucionaran el problema. Las habitaciones que tienen balcón y están pegadas a la calle son una pesadilla pues justo enfrente al hotel se coloca un taquero que tiene muchos clientes pero se escucha como pican la carne y la cebolla hasta altas horas de la noche.

Everything other than the location. Website was deceiving . We were given a very sad looking room with no windows.. On complaining , we were moved to another room which was slightly better . The bathrooms were below average . No coffee making facility in the room . We ordered continental breakfast . It consisted of fruit or juice , very diluted coffee from a coffee urn and slices of bread ! See photo. On one occassion they ran out of the coffee , and said it would take 15 mins for more coffee .As we were rushed to go on a trip, we asked for coffee from the coffee machine perculator , they said tbey would charge for that ! Staff of the front desk didnt not bother to say goodbye etc, on check out . Sadly not a great experience at this hotel.

Water pressure low and one night no hot water. Terrible coffee at their restaurant but lots of good options locally. Very noisy.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Staff were wonderful! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel is very close to the zocalo - with a short walk to any shops, restaurants and concerts.
it would be good to have a large water dispenser available at all times. The rooms on the street, where it was quite noisy, had to have the balcony doors closed all day. It might be good to warn guests of that.
