Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Niestety hotel bardzo utrudnia wydanie faktury, co potwierdza inne opinie w tym zakresie. Do tego jest dość stary i wymaga remontu. Recepcja codziennie wymyśla inne powody dla, których nie może przesłać faktury. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z widocznym na stronie opisem i zdjęciami, tymczasem dostaliśmy wersję dla inwalidów z zupełnie inną łazienką, bez inflacjami i uprzedzenia. Generalnie robią z klientem co chcą.

חנית המלון חינמית , לא קטנה אבל מוגבלת במקום. האלטרנטיבה - חניה בצד הכביש בתשלום.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The location is perfect. Next to the green bus shuttle that rides 24/7 to T1 and T2. The staff were super friendly and polite. Rooms are big, bed was comfy.
The food was bad. Especially dinner. I had a beef steak wich was really bad. Breakfast it is ok. You can find something good to eat.

Немного дороговато из-за близости к аэропорту, но прям сильно дешевле с возможностью быстро добраться самостоятельно без машины и такси из аэропорта ничего не найдешь. Вкусный завтрак с хорошим выбором на шведском столе. Если вы без большого количества багажа, то сюда удобно добраться на бесплатном автобусе, который ходит между терминалами. От остановки идти 5 минут.
В целом все в порядке, из недочётов только немного поцарапанные стены в номере, в остальном все отлично.

셔틀에서 내려서 걸어가는길이 어두워서 무서울 수 있어요. 여러명 같이 내린다면 괜찮겠죠..

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026공항 근처에 머물러야 해서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 생각보다 방이 넓었으며 욕실도 깔끔했습니다. 조식은 보통이었으며 호텔 정문에서 공항 가는 버스가 있어서 편리했습니다. 체크아웃 하기 전에 공항을 가게 된다면 셔틀버스는 무료입니다. 체크아웃 후에 버스를 이용하게 되면 유료입니다. 공항 근처에서 머물러야 한다면 생각보다 이 호텔은 괜찮습니다.
공항에서 운행하는 셔틀버스가 하차하는 곳에서 호텔까지 가는 길에 자갈이 많이 깔려 있어서 안 좋습니다.

イタリアのベッドは狭い（3か所泊まったが、ほとんどが1ｍ以内）。冷房が効きすぎで夜は切りました。シャトルバスの様子が日本の様に書いてあると便利（いろいろ調べなければなりませんでした）

Ho trovato il prezzo del dessert sproporzionato; quasi 5 euro per un semplice gelato rappresenta un basso rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tuttavia, a parte questo dettaglio, l'intero soggiorno è stato eccellente.

The towels were very thin. There was patches on the wall in our room weren't painted. The included breakfast hmm the scrambled eggs seem to be powdered and we're so salty we couldn't eat them. The coffee was good.

On the evening of September 3rd, at approximately 9:00 p.m., we experienced a highly unpleasant and unacceptable incident involving the shuttle driver who transported us from Malpensa Airport to the Holiday Inn hotel. Throughout the journey, the driver behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner and addressed the passengers using offensive, inappropriate, and vulgar language. His conduct was completely unacceptable and, in our view, fell far below the standards of courtesy and professionalism that guests should reasonably expect from a hotel transportation service. The situation was so serious that the receptionist at the hotel was visibly shocked when we reported the incident. She immediately apologized on behalf of the hotel and offered us compensation for the inconvenience caused. While we appreciated the receptionist’s prompt and courteous response, we believe that such behavior by a shuttle driver is unacceptable and should be taken seriously. We therefore strongly recommend that this incident be investigated and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure that other guests are not subjected to similar treatment in the future.

the whole hotel is quite outdated. from the terminal, you can only get to the hotel with the shuttle or taxi, not accessible on foot. bus shuttle offered by the hotel costs a few eur, and only operates every 30 min.

Location was in a desolate location. The meals were very basic and it was not near other restaurants. There was no pool or recreational opportunities.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel. Es una buena opción cerca del aeropuerto de Milán Malpensa, cómodo para pasajeros con vuelos con horarios complicados. Transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto con un suplemento de 5 euros por persona. La habitación bastante cómoda. Ideal para relajarse después (o antes) de un largo vuelo intercontinental.
Nos asignaron una habitación que no había sido limpiada, cosa que fue prontamente resuelta. Ningún amenity kit para la limpieza personal. El desayuno mejorable (los huevos revueltos no se veían muy frescos, tenían un color tendiente al verde, lo que significa que habían estado demasiado tiempo en la fuente calentada). La location escuálida, está en medio de la nada, cosa común en este tipo de hoteles (hay un buen restaurant bastante cerca, pero esta vez no fuimos, en cuanto los calores en Italia no aconsejaban salir del hotel).

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Comodo, vicino al T2. Da qui si può raggiungere comodamente sia T1 che T2 con una navetta che trovate su google maps con orari ecc. Stanza comoda, silenziosa. Colazione molto ricca con piatti sia dolci che salati e una buona varietà, pur essendo un albergo in cui soggiornerai per una notte sola è veramente ben fornito.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Sinceramente, muito pouco. A única coisa positiva foi a localização relativamente próxima do aeroporto.
Foi, sem dúvida, uma das piores experiências que já tive num alojamento. A estadia foi extremamente desagradável e ficou muito aquém do que seria expectável de um hotel desta cadeia. O nível de serviço e as condições encontradas foram dececionantes. Saímos do hotel completamente insatisfeitos e com a sensação de que o valor pago não correspondeu minimamente à experiência proporcionada.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026A perfectly fine place to stay for the night before a flight, or if coming into Malpensa late. There was a great restaurant in the neighborhood. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful.
I wish they had more comfy chairs in the lobby, a pool and/ or a work out room. The neighborhood was a little sad with some dilapidated buildings and random car lots with over grow weeds, but there was a great Italian restaurant in walking distance.
