the people and the rooms were breathtaking. the people were amazing, customer service was deligthful i loved this room.

the breakfast was almost empty most of the times i went down . i wasnt able to really get any food at the rooom , but it was still god stay. i was very happy with how easy they help. I wish they had more accessibility to towels and stuff.

אין להם מושג למי נתנו את החדרים ולכמה זמן דפק לנו אורח חדש באמצע הלילה...כי בקבלה נתנו לו את מספר החדר שלנו. למחרת שאלו אותנו אם אנחנו עוזבים.... שכרנו חדר ל 2 לילות! לא ברור לי איזה רישום הם מנהלים. גם החדרניות לא יודעות אם לנקות או לא... פשוט עוברות חדר חדר...ובודקות.

It was a lovely stay.

However, I wish I could've received better room service. I did not receive tissues or new coffee cups during the cleaning. The pillows were a bit too soft to sleep on. I would have liked some vegan option like cooked beans during the morning breakfast.

My favorite place to stay when I'm in NJ so no complaints. My only issue was the shower water was luke warm sometimes and wouldn't get hot.

The staff were very friendly and polite. This is my second time staying at the hotel and would definitely stay there in future when I visit New Jersey.

A relatively cheap hotel near Jersey Gardens Outlet.

Appalling service from the reception staff; they are very unprofessional and act as if providing service is a burden. We had a clogged toilet, and some ceiling tiles were missing. The breakfast was pathetic. A poor choice, despite the low price.

הגענו מאוחר בלילה, היינו 4 אנשים ולכן ביקשנו עוד 2 שמיכות. נאמר לנו שאין שמיכות במלון. הסברנו שזה בעייתי ועדיין העובדים טענו בתוקף שאין כזה דבר בכל המלון. באיזשהו שלב עובדת הקבלה שהיתה נחמדה מאוד (האדם הנחמד היחיד שנתקלנו בו במלון הזה) הביאה לי שמיכת פיקה אחת/ כיסוי מיטה. כשהגעתי לחדר ופתחתי אותו היו עליו לכלוכים מגעילים כולל גוש שערות וקרעים ענקיים. בנוסף הבת שלי ישבה בלובי ושמעה את העובדת מדברת בספרדית על בעלי. בבוקר פניתי למנהלת התורנית והסברתי לה שהיינו צריכים שמיכות ולא היו אז היא אמרה שתדאג לזה. הגאתי לה גם תמונות של השמיכה המלוכלכת והיא היתה המומה ואמרה שזה יטופל. בעקבות זה קיבלנו 2 שמיכות פיק נקיות תחדר. יום למחרת כשעזבנו את המלון פניתי למנהל המלון וסיפרתי לו על כך שלא קיבלנו שמיכות ביום ההגעה וגם כשקיבלנו משהו זה היה דוחה ברמות. המנהל התנצל, נתן לי הנחה של 20 דולר ובזה נגמר העניין. בושה וחרפה

Close to the airport and right across from the mall

Waited over an hour for the shuttle, when I phoned, was told it’s leaving in 5 mins. Driver very nice and friendly. Arrived at the reception desk, the man at reception ignored us for good 10 mins so I waited patiently, he didn’t even acknowledge or say I’ll be with you shortly, I found that rude.

We waited more than 2 hours for the hotel shuttle!!! The driver just didn't came to pick us, i needed to take a taxi and pay for it, which no one offer me re fund on this.. Bad feelings that nobody cares. I called The reception and she told me there is nothing she can do We saw in the gps app that the driver is 1 min. Away, and than make a turn and 48 min. Away. DON'T BELIEVE THE TRACKING APP. DON'T COUNT ON THE SHUTTLE. ( We saw all the other shuttles 4-5 times).... Looks like it doesn't matter to anyone in the hotel, and made us very disappointed from their behavior. Nobody in the hotel told us that the picking point is at P3, we had to find it out in the airport. All the other things were basic.

The 2 guys that were at the front desk when I checked in were great. Made me laugh after a long day of travel and work and made pleasant conversation.

The WiFi connected no problem the first time but only stay connected for a few minutes and when I tried to reconnect it kept saying they couldn’t find my name or something. From the minute I walked into the room and all through the night until I left the toilet ran. And ran and ran. It was loud and made for a miserable night. I tried to call downstairs but it didn’t work and I was so tired I just turned the tv up to try and drown it out. I let the lady know when I left- it was room 232.

Staff, service, we stayed 4 night, only 1 time room service, asked front desk they said cant do room service everyday even you request. one night i went to take some shower towel , staff said housekeeping staff is not available so, cant provide, then after brief fight they bring towels.

La habitación esta bien, aunque no da la sensación de limpieza. Que los Hampton sigan realizando servicio de limpieza cada 2 dias me parece vergonzoso, el Covid ya paso y todos los hoteles han vuelto a la normalidad, si no se limpia habrá que realizar un descuento por no realizar la limpieza diaria de la habitación

Airport shuttle took over 1.5 hours to arrive. All peer hotel shuttles (including other Hampton) came and went multiple times while we waited for this shuttle.

Room was clean. Bathroom was excellent. Shower was nice and hot. Towels were immaculate. The room temperature was perfect and I didn’t need to adjust it.

I saw a cockroach, thankfully only one. There was a bunch of hair on the carpet, so the floor had not been properly vacuumed. Missed having complimentary water bottles in the room.

Everything was fine except for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to the airport. Then the shuttle was packed with people.

The shuttle only runs every 30 mins from a far location. I wss not acknowledged as a Hilton Diamond member, was not offered any Diamond member benefits and was not provided the room type i had reserved

Improve on your breakfast variety and quality

Good location, close to train station. They were accommodating to a very late check in (after midnight). Did not charge us for parking due to late arrival. The room was very clean.

Our room key didn’t work initially and we had to go back to desk to have keys reactivated. However; this was resolved quickly. The temperature in the room was 76 when we entered and it took a while to cool down but eventually did. It would be nice if breakfast was offered a little later than 9:30 but it is understandable.

Shuttle didn’t arrive at the airport even after multiple calls. Someone else finally brought us there. Arrived more than 2 hours later. Requested an upper floor room but got one on the ground floor closest to the lobby and elevator so noisy.

The location was good, its pretty close to the airport. There is a mall less than a mile away, ihop also close by so there was options for breakfast.

The hotel isnt generally clean. From the elevator to the bedroom... especially the bath tubs....

Well, I would tell the proximity of airport is awesome and the beds were great. And the bathroom was clean and nice. But thats it.

AC in the room was making noise instead of cold air. (corridors were cold, rooms not) But mainly, the advertised free shuttle bus is scam. They will tell you, that it will come every 30 minutes from hotel and from P3. I waited 40+ minutes at P3 all others shuttles coming like 2-3 times in meantime. Not for the Suites. On the way back, the departure should be at 8:00 AM. I checked shuttle app at 8:15, shuttle was somewhere in the city, so I ended with Uber again. Noone from personal really cared.

The location.

I enquired whether a shuttle service will be available at my arrival time - received a message that the shuttle goes 24/7 with a link to track the shuttle, however when I arrived I waited an hour with no shuttle, after getting hold of the hotel they just said that the driver did not show up for work so there was no shuttle. This was not communicated and VERY unprofessional. Front desk was difficult to communicate with and was just plain rude. I closed my bag with a zip tie and just wanted assistance to open the zip tie and I had nothing to remove it with - the staff plainly said they had nothing to help with - not even trying to help. Overall a very disappointing experience.

It was close to the airport and had easy access from the highway.

The whole facility is ragged. The bed was lumpy and had no support. The air conditioning could not be adjusted. Most important, we booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle running every half hour. On Tuesday it ran very late. But on Wednesday on our way to the airport, we checked out and spoke to the man at the desk. Then we waited outside for the 6 am shuttle. At 6:05 I checked with the desk, and the man told me there was no shuttle until 8 am. He could have told us that at 5:50 when we checked out. Luckily, we did book a ride share quickly and we made our flight. O would not recommend this hotel.

O quarto é ok.

Um horror o atendimento. Nunca responderam minha dúvida sobre o shuttle. Mas pior foi a experiência real. Um error na chegada , inexistente para ir pegar um voo!!! Fui na hora acordada, shuttle parada, funcionários indiferentes ao meu desespero. Eu tive que ameaçar chamar a polícia para eles chamarem um táxi. Uma total irresponsabilidade num hotel de aeroporto.

Rooms were small. Only 1 elevator in the entire hotel worked. Fire alarm went off at 7am because someone burnt a bagel. Lack of communication from staff as to what was going on was disturbing.

Despite being very near the airport, you didn't hear any airplane noise. Breakfast was the standard scrambled eggs and pork patties, waffles, cold cereals and oatmeal. The mall with outlet shops was walking distance to the hotel, which was very convenient. Adequate parking for $20. Appreciated the 12:00 noon checkout time.

Hotel is run down, but was clean.
