The location is great. The shuttle service is great. For travellers, it is really convenient.

The rooms are "tired" and need renovation. The carpets need to be replaced in the corridors.

Very clean, it has a Resturant, easy access to the airport , everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly

The shuttle was fantastic. Every 15 minutes with friendly strong driver who lifted all bags. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

The room was a bit depressing, painted dark colors.

Parking price. The add states is free parking but was charged

Bathroom was very small For double occupancy towels were kept for one person. All complements were for one person. Water leaking out due to gap in the door in the bath area. When tried to complain about this the receptionist became defensive and rudeness crept in instead of apology.

We arrived early in the morning after an 18 hour flight and the reception staff were able to give us a room on arrival. Very helpful staff. Shuttle bus is reliable and easy to use. Very comfortable room. Nice bathroom.

Only 1 restaurant so limited dining choices.

Clean and spacious. Food in restaurant was really good.

Staff at front desk didn’t even look up at me at check-in they did not want to be bothered inconvenienced. Air conditioner did not work in the room, barely any water pressure and difficulty figuring out which way was hot or cold. Marriott standards certainly have gone down way down which is why I will be choosing Hilton instead moving forward. Do not recommend this hotel.

Poor direction signage couldn’t find it didn’t get to park at the hotel i had to pay $65 for parking for 2 1/2 hrs in the airport parking garage

Getting to the hotel was a hassle due to construction at the airport. We could literally see the hotel, but could not walk there because there is no pedestrian access. It was so frustrating.

Very clean, nice look. The airport damaged my walker and there was a nice man in maintenance by the name of Eric who rigged my walker so that I would be able to get around while I was there. Definitely thank him very much!!!

No complimentary breakfast, when I was told I had a complimentary breakfast.

Location and food. Lounch was nice, dinner was very tasty, staff was very attentive, polite and professional.

Hotel is tired, carpets in the hallways are stinky and it is very difficult to roll suitcases over them, shower was old and looked filthy. Air in the room is horrible, A/C must be turned on all the time to have circulation of air.

The ridiculous cost of nearly $400 for one night without any solid amenities. The hotel had a cockroach wandering the floor, the hotel had clearly not been updated in a while, the room had an unpleasant odor, the “breakfast included” for a family of four for a limit of $44 total. An “American breakfast” was $24 per person. The waitress was rude about it. It a not actually connected to the airport as advertised.

EL hotel es prolijo, bien conservado, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, el gimnasio bastante completo. Pero es un hotel básico. En la habitación no hay caja fuerte, no hay refrigerador. El placard de guardado es muy pequeño y no tiene mucho espacio de guardado extra ni cajones. En mi opinion luego de haber estado alli 3 noches, creo que es ideal para 1 noche, como hotel de paso. Lo que es muy positivo es que si uno llega o sale a traves del aeropuerto Newark, está a 10 minutos del mismo. Y hay un transfer gratuito entre el hotel y el aeropuerto que pasa cada 15 minutos.

This was an absolute joke of an airport hotel and Marriott. To begin, is not a train direct from the terminal, it is a standard shuttle bus. The room had clearly not been brought up to standard in a while and had an odor which was unpleasant. Paying almost $400 for one night with no pool or actual amenities was a bit of robbery for this atmosphere and level of cleanliness. As I write this there is a cockroach crawling on the floor in the lobby! Additionally, the “breakfast included” rate was an absolute farce as when we went to have breakfast we were informed fairly rudely the total amount included was $44, not per person but per room! We had four people and a standard eggs/toast/meat breakfast was $24 per person! I will say this is a hard no.

The drains smelt and therefore the room Ridiculous you cannot walk to it. Took nearly an hour to find shuttle etc for a hotel we could see but couldn’t get to. There was a beeping that went off every hour in the room

The last thing you need after a long flight is a quest to find your hotel, but that’s exactly what I got. Having booked for the convenience of thinking the hotel was a short walk away, it actually took nearly an hour to reach once I’d followed signs to a monorail, been misdirected by rail staff and jumped off at a random spot to take a minibus which didn’t turn up for 20 minutes and then took 10 mins. No warning was given about the mission to find the hotel, which was very disappointing as I would have just jumped in a cab for the 1 mile journey had I known.

I prepaid via booking.com but the hotel charged me a second time for the stay. I flagged immediately and provided proof from my credit card statement, but I have not heard back in over a month from both the hotel and booking.com. Disappointing customer service experience

The location was amazing, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the restaurant downstairs had good food and great staff. The ease of parking and check in was also much appreciated. Can’t beat the close proximity to the airport and free shuttle every 15 minutes.

The bathrooms had peeling paint on shower ceiling and the bathroom door had paint peeling off of it. It looks like an older hotel but that’s ok with me.

The hotel was very good and welcoming! However, the only thing I would recommend is giving the opportunity to extend the stay, even for a fee, until the flight. After all, it is an airport hotel. But overall, the hotel is perfect. For anyone staying a night before or after a flight, I highly recommend it

It was close to the airport however there was no staff to help my elderly parents with their luggage when they got there and they had lots of luggage this is unacceptable when a hotel knows guests are arriving and it being in an airport

The most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed at. €721.00 for one night for a very basic room with a bathroom that has a shower curtain - completely unacceptable. I had five pieces of luggage. No bellboy and staff watched me struggle on my own with five suitcases. €721.00 and no breakfast included. A tiny bottle of water in the room. No biscuits or confectionery in the room. I have stayed at the Burj al Arab (and many similar top hotels around the world) for less. Total rip off.

The lights in the bathroom didn’t work even the ones that were on in the photo. The phone did not work with no clear instructions on how it worked. The iron didn’t work either. The Internet did not work properly even with my private relay off and the room smell like cigarettes, even though it was a cigarette free smoking room.

I’m back! At least once a year I’m happy to Park and Fly with this Marriott! I was greeted by the Dynamic Duo of Elizabeth and Tarian! They are so wonderful! It was as if I saw them yesterday! Tarian and Liz make every effort to treat me like I matter to Marriott! They are the BEST! After warm hugs and some lovely conversation Tarian made sure I checked into my favorite type of room with an airport view! In addition she got her colleague Lenny to help bring my heavy luggage upstairs! Thank you Lenny! Thank you so much Tarian and Liz too! Great to be back where I belong—-and my name is NOT Dolly!

Hizo una reservación 20 días anterior a mi check-in con Confirmación de la Reserva y numeración por Booking. Llegué con mi esposa y hijos pequeños al hotel para realizar el check-in a las 9:30pm y en la recepción dicen que no había la reserva en el sistema del hotel. Después de casi 2 horas de espera, tuvimos que gritar con el gerente de turno para que nos atendiera y poder ingresar a la habitación casí a las 12am.
