Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Location was very close to Central Station, many restaurants and cafes (many many options), shopping and waterway, and Tivoli. Super easy check-in and check-out (you can do it via your phone, at the kiosk, or front desk). The room was spacious and very clean with storage (good for myself and my partner for 4 days). Anything you need, you can ask the front desk. The neighborhood itself is a bit younger/trendy which was still okay for us in our 40s but would probably be fantastic in my twenties/early thirties because of nightlife options.

Sjónvarpið í mínu herbergi 1030 var ekki nógu gott. Það var alltaf að slökkva í sér. Við kvörtuðum ekki.

An oversight on our part not realising a room refresh had to be arranged the night before and we were only given half a toilet roll for a 3 night stay. This was rectified with a visit to reception.

Emplacement idéal : L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour explorer Copenhague. L'accès aux transports en commun (train, métro, etc.) est très facile. De plus, on trouve de très bons restaurants juste derrière l'arche de l'hôtel, ce qui est extrêmement pratique le soir ! Chambre très confortable : Rien à redire sur la chambre, la literie est super et garantit de très bonnes nuits de sommeil. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la grande salle de bain équipée d'une belle douche. Un petit-déjeuner exceptionnel : Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner qui est tout simplement délicieux et très complet. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Da Hotel was sauber, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frügstück war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich mit frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten.
Die Matratze war uns etwas zu weich.

Bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet förskräcklig! Den gnisslade något enormt så jag kunde inte röra mig, vända på mig, eller gå av sängen utan att väcka alla. Mycket synd och drog ner helheten mycket. NOG HAR SCANDIC RÅD ATT KÖPA NY BÄDDSOFFA! Det finns billiga, sköna och fantastiska.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is centrally located near Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Most key attractions are within walking distance if you enjoy exploring on foot — we comfortably covered 15,000–20,000 steps a day. The staff throughout the hotel, from reception and the bar to the breakfast area, were all fantastic.
The room remained quite warm even after adjusting the digital temperature controls. From Thursday onwards, rooms on certain sides of the hotel may also be affected by noise from nearby bars. It did not bother us, but it may be an issue for lighter sleepers. There is also no phone in the room to contact reception, so any request means going down to the lobby or scan the barcode.
