Amazing relaxing experience at Homm Laguna Bintan! The secluded private beach with powdery sand and soft waves was a big plus! The front desk staff (Pancha, Angel, Tasia & Maruli) were welcoming and so hospitable. Wiwik, from the Lotus Restaurant, had such a warm and friendly smile. Loved the Buntut Bakar and Keropok Tempeh were my favorite food at the resort. Will definitely come back!

I had the best time here at Homm Laguna Bintan resort. My partner and I could not help but to extend our vacation. As my partner already wrote a beautiful detailed review; Here is another. The Reception Team, especially Pancha and Adele, were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and we deciced to upgrade our room and extend our stay. A special thank you to the F&B Team; Megy, Amirah, and Wiwi for their attentive service, friendly smiles, and great hospitality throughout our stay. Our appreciation also goes to Adi from the Housekeeping Team who did an excellent job and ensured everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you as well to Benny from the Operations Team for his assistance and for making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. As usual, the service is top notch. Lotus cafe service staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the all inclusive package which allowed us to enjoy daily massage, activities like stand up paddle, cooking class for free.

Wow, seriously, the service was top-notch from the moment we rolled in until we checked out. Maruli totally nailed it, getting us all set up and to our room without a hitch. And talk about convenient! They even sorted out our ride from the Ferry Terminal to the hotel resort, which was super nice. Oh, and the BBQ buffet at Xana? So good! The vibe there was awesome, too. Our room was really spacious, which was great. We did have a couple of minor hiccups with the AC and a light, but they got 'em fixed up super fast. Just a couple of tiny things I noticed, though: The drawers could've used a quick wipe-down; they were a bit dusty when I opened them. We had a bunch of ants chilling on the table, even though it was right by the hot water flask. Kinda weird. Lunch at Lotus was pretty good, but man, we had to wait a bit for our food. Still, the service itself was excellent, so that made up for it. The beach? Absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for a family day out, whether you're a grown-up or a kiddo. And the 8lements spa? Pure bliss, no complaints at all there. The ATV ride was a blast! They even hooked us up with a smoother track, which was cool and made it feel safer. Even checking out was a breeze! Fendy, one of the staff members, was a superstar. He helped us grab our bags from the room and got them to our ride. He also did an awesome job driving us back to the Ferry Terminal. Okay, so it wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the whole experience and the fantastic service made it totally worth every penny.

We held our wedding anniversary ceremony and dinner at Homm Laguna Sanati Deck and Xana Beach Club recently and had the best experience at this gorgeous location. Vita Carolin was our event coordinator and she was efficient, detailed and responsive throughout the entire planning process. The billing was done in stages and was clearly itemized. She listened to every request, even last minute ones and went the extra mile to accommodate them. She connected us to all the extra services we needed as well that they didn’t provide in-house which made it such a seamless and effortless affair for us. On the event day, Vita was handling another event as well but her team was briefed well and knew exactly what to do. There was clear communication via a WhatsApp chat group set up. The staff were friendly and responsive to all our guests. Big thank you to Rosa and Erik who tirelessly helped with all our requests on the event day, and Fir from F&B.

An Exceptional Stay Made Truly Special by an Exceptional Team Our stay at Homm Laguna was nothing short of wonderful, and a huge part of what made it so memorable was the incredible care and dedication of Vita, our coordinator. Vita went far beyond what we could have asked for. She helped us plan and execute our wedding for around 50 guests, and from the very beginning, she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely earnest in helping us with every request. She gave us thoughtful advice throughout the planning process, handled our many ad hoc requests with tremendous patience, and always made us feel that everything was under control. What impressed us most was how much she cared not just about us as the couple, but also about our guests. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. Despite the scale and number of moving parts involved in a destination wedding, Vita handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference in allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding. We are incredibly grateful to Vita for helping us turn what could have been a stressful experience into such a smooth and beautiful celebration. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a tremendous asset to Banyan Tree. I would to share my experience i go into the beach while i was swimming there lots of rock and under that have something i didnt notice very poison sea creature bite me on my left feet now i feel very painful & swollen might be stone fish venom very strong and dangerous now im on hospital i share this infromation to know everyone there the beach is not a safe place to swim they should put one but there no warming sign as well so that if you are unlucky u will get this problem im on serious conditions!

Love the white sand beach, multiple activities shared among nearby resorts with free buggy transfer, amazing buffet spread for breakfast and bbq dinner! Definitely would come again 🤍

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were kept cool all the time which was amazing. The beach access was great as it lead us to have a swim every day. The food was amazing and different every single day. The staff pancha and adel were so kind and would always great us every time we walked past. At the beach bar Tika was a very nice server. The hotel was always quiet around night time which was great, the value for rooms is a 10/10 and the jungle setting was the best. Thank you everyone at the homm we had a great time.

Had a wonderful massage experience here! Helno, Billa, and Endras were all incredibly skilled and really knew how to work out tension in the right spots. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and relaxing — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Pressure was well-adjusted based on my preference, and the whole session felt professional from start to finish. Would definitely come back and highly recommend Helno, Billa, and Endras to anyone looking for a good massage in the area!

I had a wonderful 30min head, neck, and Arm massage by Helno at the Laguna Bintan Golf Club following morning round. Billa provided an excellent service as well.

We had a fantastic trip to Bintan, staying at Homm Laguna for a week. The room was large and spacious and just a few steps from the magnificent beach. The staff here are amazing and really make an effort to get to know you and help make your stay unforgettable - in particular Tasia, Maruli, EL and Panca at front desk and Wiwik at the restaurant - who took care of us like we were family. Food was great, especially the Saturday night bbq and we enjoyed a city tour plus mangrove tour. We’d highly recommend this hotel and the Island as a whole.

Location was really convenient and had the perfect beach resort vibe, room was fantastic with a nice view and all amenities we needed were all readily available. The resort also had some fun activities of its own like make your own cocktail, jet ski etc; In room dining + hotel breakfast was really yummy too! What made the hotel even better was the customer service, everyone who served us were really friendly, accommodating and proactive! We loved having Pancha serving us as he was polite and helpful! First time in Bintan. Had an amazing experience at the resort. Check in was smooth by Pancha. Initially assigned a room quite secluded, requested for a change and got a much better room on the ground floor facing swimming pool and the beachfront. Amazing customer service, amazing staffs, everyone was friendly. The resort is in a private estate, together with Cassia and Banyan Tree. The beach was very private and quiet. Definitely enjoyed my time there. The one downside is the fact that it is in a private estate, it is quite far from town. Eating out is difficult, Bike Grab isnt available. Grab car was quite difficult and expensive. The best way was to hire a tour guide. I hired a tour guide for the whole 3 days. Amazing experience, just an hour ferry ride away from the hustle of the city of Singapore. Will come back for beach vacation.

While some might argue that it needs a bit of renovation here and there, there is an authentic charm to the place—it just feels like it perfectly fits its natural, tropical surroundings. We stayed in the **Island Family Suite**, which was absolutely lovely and gave us fantastic, easy access to both the pool and the beach. Speaking of the grounds, the **beautiful pool and stunning beach** are absolute highlights, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing family holiday. ### The All-Inclusive Package: What to Expect We opted for the **all-inclusive package**, which was a bit of a surprise compared to traditional European styles as it **did not include alcohol**. However, the inclusions more than made up for it: * **All meals** were fully covered. * **Resort activities** were included. * **Daily spa massages** were part of the deal—these were absolute highlights of the trip and well worth it. > **Tip for Dining:** You can also dine at the neighboring **Banyan Tree** properties for a small additional fee. We did this and found both **Treetops and Saffron to be amazing**. A special shout-out to **Daisy at Saffron** for making our dining experience there so spectacular! > The only real downside to the package was that **some staff didn't seem fully aware of what was included** and got a bit confused, so there is definitely some staff training left to do on that front. ### Exceptional Service & Family Care Beyond that minor hiccup, the **staff all round were amazing**. They went above and beyond to personalize our stay, even taking the time to **learn our daughter’s name**, which meant the world to us. Thank you to everyone! We stayed at Cassia Bintan and had breakfast included at Homm. I can only eat gluten free and I want to give a big thank you to Amirah, one of the staff there. Once she knew I was GF she made sure I was looked after every morning of our stay with the most delicious GF pancakes. I didn’t even have to ask for them, she had them prepared and delivered to my table after I arrived each day. She was always smiling and friendly and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her. Thank you Amirah! You made my start to each day amazing!

We booked this stay to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. My parents absolutely loved everything, and since it was also my younger sibling’s birthday, I requested a small birthday surprise for the room. The team went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and preparing a lovely birthday cake for us. Our family had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights filled with wonderful memories. We are so grateful to Tasia, Adel, and Daniel for making our stay so special and memorable. A special thank you as well to Ega at the restaurant for the warm and kind service. The staff try very hard but they don’t seem to understand or often get the request wrong. Those who managed well and thus stood out are: Tasia, Danielle, ocha, Audi, Nichol, Johnson, wee wee and another middle aged lady working closely with wee wee from the buffet restaurant. Perhaps more training required. Otherwise, stay was fine

The Homm was absolutely fabulous, from the room and the location to the staff who are always happy to help with a smile on their face. We stayed in cassia and had dinner by the beach in xana bar. The BBQ buffet was good but the services even better. The supervisors and the waiting staff like Aga were very attentive and accommodating .

Our first visit to Bintan Island. This place is very nice with its nature landscape and the private beach. They provided a room which has the best Seaview! It’s a fun experience in Homm! The private beach has beautiful, soft white sand and crystal-clear water. Don’t miss the dinner by the beach, food is amazing. Darul Ega, one of the staff is very accommodating and made sure that everything is great! All staff are friendly. They ever surprised me for my bday cake. I’m so touched. 😍 I will never forget this experience and for sure will be back.

I would like to take a moment to commend two exceptional members of your team who made our dinner experience truly memorable — Darul Naufal Farhan and Chef Anjas. Both were incredibly professional and friendly throughout our visit. During our meal, we ordered ikan bawal, which unfortunately had an off smell. When Chef Anjas came by to check on us, we mentioned the issue and he apologized sincerely and immediately arranged for a replacement with seabass — even after we assured him that it was fine and that we were already full. His dedication to ensuring we left happy, going above and beyond what was expected, truly reflects the high standards of your establishment. Darul Naufal Farhan was equally attentive and warm, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening. Please do pass on our heartfelt appreciation to both of them. The resort gives old money vibes and is so well kept and maintained. I found no issues with the room. There is plenty of swimming pools to choose from and its all nearby. Even the beach is so clean an nice. So peaceful here. The staff here is simply excellent, very warm and hospitable and goes the extra mile to make your stay here really worthwhile. Some honorable mentions like Amira, wiwit, mika, evo, bennie, adim, and el. But all of them are simply excellent. Will definitely come again here. 💯

The staff such as Ameena and Johnson were kind and super attentive staff who even arranged an impromptu birthday celebration for one of our birthdays in a matter of minutes. We had a wonderful experience on cassia Bintan. The staffs were very courteous, kind and helpful. Jonson Turnip, Amirah and other staffs at the break area were so friendly. Front desk and all the other staffs were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was so peaceful and we felt we had the beach all to ourselves. Overall our stay was excellent.

We had a very nice time at Homm Laguna, there are lots of facilities, dining options and excellent service. The only let down was the odd fishy smell coming from the beach during our stay due to Algae, the hotel went out of their way to add fresheners to our room to reduce the smell but it meant we couldn’t use the beach or open the balcony at all. Rooms wise the rooms are dated but we took 3 rooms and noticed some rooms have started being refreshed. The pools and breakfast are great and shoutout to Adiel and Daniel for ensuring our family had a lovely stay.

Spacious apartment, housekeeping was good, clean rooms, access to beach and room service.

Food quality was bad on both days, with limited options for vegans. Xana Beach Club was very poor with lots of bugs and very hot with no fans. A sandwich took about an hour to deliver and was very badly made. We had to send it back and then wait another 30 minutes for it to be made as described in the menu (they forgot to put chicken in a club sandwich!). Pizza was ok. Pasta was decent.

I had a wonderful stay at HOMM Laguna Bintan and truly felt the warmth and hospitality throughout my trip. Even though the hotel was fully booked during the holiday period, the staff remained very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating I would especially like to praise Tasia for her exceptional service. A three night golfing holiday, accommodation and transfers worked well. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice ocean view from our balcony. The staff were wonderful, a special mention to Adel, El and Daniel on the front desk. We loved the variety of options at breakfast. Memorable dinners at Treetops, Saffron and Keylong seafood restaurant at Nirwana. Golf courses were challenging and enjoyable. Our caddies provided welcome guidance and support. D'bintan massage was an enjoyable experience. Plenty of activity available at the resort. The holiday ran smoothly, recommended.

My 50th birthday celebration at Banyan Tree Bintan's Homm Laguna was absolutely unforgettable. The culinary experience was exceptional, from local flavours at Treetops and Italian dishes at Vista to a specially arranged Thai dinner from Saffron. They organized great team building activities and the Aqua Zumba was highlight for most of my friends. The entire team demonstrated flawless efficiency and impeccable management throughout our stay. I want to extend a special thank you to Ms. Vita (Event Manager), Chef Rizkan (Treetops), Chef Chom (Saffron), and Daniel and Panca from the Front Office. My friends and I agree that we have never experienced this level of world-class service anywhere else in Asia. Thank you for making my milestone birthday so remarkable.

Abt 15 mins drive fr ferry terminal. Book the ATV 30mins ride thru beach n forest, amazing guide to ensure u are safe n sound in a leisurely ride. Also book day trip of Safari Lagoi zoo for abt 4hrs including lunch at kelong. Book additional buggy ride that include a guide to bring us around in the enclosure. Join the daily free 1hr Tree Trek that showed us the different types of fauna around . Also join the free 1 hr Bird Watch that let us hv a glimpse of kingfishers and herons and doves that is around us. Only downside is the Lotus restaurant where its non aircondition and can be quite stuffy.

In Bintan for a weekend getaway .. Staying in Cassia, breakfast was included in Homm Lotus Cafe, surrounded with beautiful open greens and they even have their own herbs and vegetable garden. Lotus Cafe itself is big with high ceiling & outdoor options too. Food varieties is good, fresh and hot. Yohana came over to greet us, offered us local coffee, we had a short convo on their local food and market. She later brought us a mixed fruits plate for us which was such a good touch. Thank you, Yohana! We wish you well and keep up the good work.

Yohana and her team has been very warm and welcoming to us the entire time we were here. Her service was impeccable and it is service staff like her that would bring patrons back. We hope to visit again in the near future and thank you for the experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days relaxation at Homm Laguna. Our room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated on arrival in celebration of our wedding anniversary. The view of the pool, gardens and beach was spectacular. The private beach is shared with the 2 sister hotels either side and it would have been nice to have had a few more beach beds, especially at the busy weekend! The food was very good, great choices for breakfast though limited for dinner here. However the sister hotel Banyan Tree did offer several restaurants that were excellent. A free, efficient buggy transport is available to and fro. We made use of the adjoining golf facilities and the course, equipment and caddy were great! As was the spa at the hotel! Leila was an amazing therapist and masseur. Our 5* was ultimately because the staff were outstanding! El, Daniel and Pancha were based in reception and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Indeed, all the staff were so happy all the time to help in any way. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Bintan, splitting my time between Homm Laguna Bintan (May 1-2, 2026) and Banyan Tree Bintan (May 2-3, 2026). One of the best things about these properties, along with Cassia Bintan, is that they are all managed by the same management and are located right next to each other. This creates a massive, seamless resort area with plenty of space to explore. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service at Homm Laguna Bintan. I am incredibly grateful to Pak Pancha and Bu El. They were both extremely informative and went above and beyond to assist me with restaurant reservations, arranging the shuttle bus to Plaza Lagoi, and coordinating the shuttle to the Ferry Terminal. Their help made everything so much smoother and stress-free. Whether you choose Homm, Banyan Tree, or Cassia, I highly recommend staying at any of these three properties for a great getaway.

Had a great long weekend at Homm Bintan. Service was great, everyone was so nice and helpful. El and Adel at reception took good care of us and booked restaurants in Banyan Tree. Beach is always in great shape, can see corals and so many fish after a short swim into the ocean. Will be back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Homm Laguna Bintan from 29 April to 2 May was absolutely perfect. My girlfriend and I had full board access and made the most of it: breakfast, lunch, dinner, daily activities, and even a 1hr massage each day included. We did Tree Trekking, Kayaking, Sunrise Yoga, learned Basic Massage Techniques, Buggy Tour, and the Sundown Ritual. Also paid extra for Archery and loved it. Every meal was great and the whole resort just has such a relaxing energy. Huge thanks to the amazing team who made our stay so special: *Front Desk*: Daniel, Panca, Tasia, Adel and the rest of the team - so welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. *Housekeeping*: Rafli and his colleagues kept our room spotless. *F&B*: Wiwit and her team, plus Hida from Cassia - the food and service were excellent. *Activities*: Archery guy and Andi for Kayak - patient and fun instructor. Luna and Micha for Tree Trek. Sofyan and Levi for Buggy Rides. *Spa*: Natalia, Nadia, Fena, Lela and team - the daily massages were a highlight. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend Homm Laguna to any couple looking to recharge. Thank you to everyone for the lovely memories!

I stayed at Homm Laguna for my 2D1N trip to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating for specialised requests to make this trip memorable. What was great - the staff really care and want to help everyone from dept. desk to all the restaurant staff including Adele and Daniel and buggy drivers were great - ⁠we had exceptional care from Evo who with his team cleaned our room - he is an asset to the team - ⁠and in the breakfast restaurant Amirah and Wiwik were amazing. They treated us like family, remembered us each day and were always offering extra service that made us feel very cared for. Also the dinner we had at Saffron was absolutely wonderful and we will remember it forever. Check to see if there is a turtle release during your stay and go see the babies at Cassia next door.

Relaxing location and atmosphere - resort is located at the beachside, offering a calm, quiet and peaceful vibe. Ideal for relieving stress if you are at a high-paced country like Singapore and desperately need to rewind. Rooms are very neat, clean and hygienic. There is a Lotus Cafe and Xana Beach Club, as well as a small Veranda Cafe - their food is delicious! There is also a swimming pool which helped us cool off from the heat in the mid-afternoon. Excellent! Special mention to the team members: Tasia, Pancha, Daniel, Adel and Risti for the exceptional service provided - this included installing a bidet at the toilet, finding a rafia string on such a short notice to tie our cartons together, as well as coordinating the buggies for our transport to Banyan Tree Bintan for 2 of our meals etc.. Information provided to us is also very clear, e.g., explaining in detail the half-board package, which further enhanced our comfort during our stay.

We had a lovely one night stay at Homm Laguna Bintan. Our check in with Daniel was smooth and Adel was very kind during check out. The food at XANA near the beach was delicious, beach also amazing and clean. Everything felt comfortable and memorable, will comeback soon, thanks for all the staff.
