Bell'appartamento di ottimo confort in un resort direttamente sulla spiaggia. Bagno con doccia degna di un hotel cinque stelle ! Terrazzo affacciato sul parco e vista mare. Tranquillità assoluta ! Cucina completa di tutto, frigo, microonde, macchina da caffè ecc. Due climatizzatori autonomi, più due ventilatori a pale grandi a soffitto. Ottima colazione a buffet, in un ambiente molto bello. Transfer in mini-bus da e per il porto dei traghetti per Singapore. Lo staff è composto da personale giovane, di una cordialità eccezionale. Ottima collaborazione su tutto, ad esempio ho avuto necessità di cambiare il giorno di ritorno col traghetto, in reception mi hanno aiutato al 100%, sono andati personalmente al porto dell'isola, hanno cambiato la prenotazione e hanno pagato la differenza per conto mio (non avevo rupie indonesiane in contanti). Faccio anche i miei migliori complimenti ai due giovani laureandi (mi scuso ma non ricordo i loro nomi), grandi appassionati di natura ed ecologia, che mi hanno accompagnato in una bellissima uscita mattutina di bird-watching, con incusa visita ai nidi delle tartarughe marine. Complimenti ragazzi !

Os quartos são bem equipados e espaçosos. O café da manhã é bem variado, a praia é uma delícia e de frente ao resort. Enfim tudo foi muito agradável.

have visited Bintan many times, but this time my experience at Cassia Bintan was truly exceptional! The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Ms. Vita and her wonderful team, who went above and beyond to help me organise a birthday celebration. Their support, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made everything so smooth and memorable. We had an amazing time and truly felt well taken care of. Thank you, Ms. Vita and the entire Cassia Bintan team, for making our celebration so special!

La struttura è di ottimo livello e di una qualità e standard elevati, rispetto al contesto nella quale si trova. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e molto accogliente. Le zone comuni sono super curate ed impeccabili. La spiaggia è un paradiso, pulitissima e mare stupendo. Il cibo molto buono e la colazione super varia. Palestra e tante attività disponibili in loco . Stanze molto grandi e pulitissime.

Ci sono pochissimi ombrelloni disponibili, ed è un peccato vista la spiaggia enorme, considerando che l'attività principale qui è proprio la vita da mare. È un gran peccato che non ci sia la formula all inclusive, in quanto si trova isolato da qualsiasi cosa (c'è un centro commerciale a 15 minuti di aiuto, nuovo ma con poche attività utili all'interno). Il servizio di ristorazione è super vario (ci sono 4-5 ristoranti differenti), ma veramente troppo cari. Il servizio navetta per raggiungere il centro commerciale è un buon servizio ma ha orari limitati e soprattutto di sera non c'è, e chiamare un grab in questa zona risulta molto costoso. La pulizia è buona per lo standard indonesiano, però c'è un gran divario tra le stanze super pulite e alcune zone comuni lasciate un po' andare .

Very nice, quiet and enjoyable location. Our children as well as ourself enjoyed the location and the option to play soccer, swimming and do some sprints at the beach. Also snorkling as well as other water activities like bananna boat rodes were the same great as the massages we have enjoyed. The general atmosphere of the whole location as well as the friendlynees of the employees were absolutly fantastic. Our room with a direct access and view to the beach was just great.

It’s our 3rd time time for the year and it’s always been amazing as usual! A truly home away from home. Friday The views, location, beach and most are the staff here! Very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Definitely will come back again.. kudos to Kris and his team, Endras from elements spa and Ofcourse Fandi from Banyan restaurant and Desi of saffrons! Breakfast was great. A great diversification of food. Lots of activities to do. Also a great place to just relax. But by far the best part was the staff. They all were amazing.

We had a wonderful experience at Cassia Bintan for our recent SWTC camp. The team did an awesome job looking after our group and accommodating all our needs and requirements. Everything ran smoothly, from the room arrangements and group setup to all the little details that made managing a large group so much easier. The team was helpful, responsive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to everyone at Cassia Bintan, especially Vita & Erick for helping make our camp such a great experience. We really appreciate all the effort and support and would happily return again! ❤️

Just wrapped up a great family weekend escape in a super cozy 2-bedroom family suite. Exceptional Service from Ana and Roger I would like to commend Ana and Roger for their wonderful service and warm hospitality during our stay. Ana is always friendly, cheerful, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her genuine smile and helpful attitude really made our stay more pleasant. What touched us most was that she went above and beyond without being asked. She noticed my young niece and kindly gave her a little kids’ gift, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. My niece was absolutely delighted! Ana even took the time to send us off when we boarded the bus to the terminal. It was such a warm and personal touch that we truly appreciated. I would also like to thank Roger, who assisted us with our check-out. He was helpful, attentive, and made the check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, Ana and Roger, for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. Your kindness and excellent service are a real credit to the hotel. Great resort, peaceful atmosphere perfect to relax. The staff is amazing, the rooms are very clean. Lots of different options for breakfast.

The staff were all so friendly. We felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. The pool on site is warm and perfect for children to play and the other pools available were also amazing. The beach area was one of the best we have seen, so clean and beautiful. We did the mangrove and fireflies tour and that was booked from the hotel - really recommend it. My husband played golf at the nearby Laguna and really recommends that too. I enjoyed a massage at the spa - one of the best massages I have had. The food on site was great. Breakfast options were endless.

The lofts were clean, spic and span. Staffs were always smiling, welcoming. Breakfast spread was good. The view from the lofts excellent.

As the lofts were on the first floor and closest to the swimming pool, the lounge, the movie night. the noise was deafening regardless of the day and time. Doors and windows were closed but to no avail. I could not even ask to change floor or units as the lift on that building were out of work. I have a wheelchair- bound mother. As much as the management were considerate and trying to keep the noise down were beyond their control, it’s really HIGH time to get the only lift in that building to work. I paid to get some quiet time and rest, but couldn’t.

The whole experience was amazing. The apartment clean and well presented and very well stocked kitchen equipment wise. Pools and beach amazing and we spent a lot of time there. Food at Vista always great and well priced too! I loved their environmental focus it was so nice to see. Also the breakfast at Locus was like nothing I've seen!! There were so many stations offering different food and drink options! Even a wonderful herbal drink station with yummy fresh brews made by the lovely young lady there! We loved our time, special thanks to the staff at front desk, housekeeping, and Fendy for driving us to and from the ferry, we will be back for sure!! X

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and had a very well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The pools and beach were fantastic, and we spent so much of our time there relaxing. The food at Vista was always delicious and reasonably priced, and we really appreciated the resort's environmental focus – it was wonderful to see. Breakfast at Locus was unlike anything I've experienced before. There were so many different food and drink stations to choose from, including a fantastic herbal drink station with fresh brews prepared by a lovely young lady. A special thank you to the front desk team, housekeeping, and Fendy for driving us to and from the ferry. Everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our holiday and will definitely be back!

Noi avevamo un appartamento con 2 camere da letto e due bagni, a dir poco bellissima, tutto davvero molto pulito. Acqua in bottiglia disponibile tutti i giorni. Noi abbiamo sempre mangiato al ristorante in spiaggia “xana club” tutto molto buono. Colazione inclusa con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato (più salato rispetto al dolce) ma tutto molto buono. Dalle 16 alle 17:30 c’era la possibilità di happy hour, con lo sconto del 50% su cibo e bevande. (Possibilità di pagare anche con carta) Se potessi darei 11, sul serio, tutto bellissimo. Ci tornerei subito e la consiglierei a chiunque. Piscina a sfioro bellissima. Teli mare compresi. C’erano poi un Ping pong, un biliardino ad uso gratuito. Sono venuti a prenderci e ci hanno riportati al ferry, basta scrivergli l’orario del vostro ferry e organizzano loro il trasferimento incluso nel prezzo.

Wow, I had such a wonderful time during the birdwatching activity! 🐦🌿 I was incredibly lucky to see one of the resort’s rare birds up close. Even the birdwatching expert said it was the first time they had ever seen one so closely! I forgot the names of the two amazing guides, but I would absolutely recommend them. They were so knowledgeable, kind, and passionate. It made the whole experience unforgettable! 💚

We've had spent 3d 2n in the cassia Resort. The staffs all were very friendly and welcomed. The beach and swimming pool is just at the front of the receptionist hall. The resort also have scheduled activities, such as pool yoga, bubble pool. The beach sand is very cleaned, and it has provided water sports activities too.

Struttura un po' vecchiotta

Had super relaxing and fantastic time in Cassia Bintan in June 2026. Cassia, Homme (formerly Angsana) and Banyan Tree Resorts are all linked and part of the Banyan Group, sharing a very clean and beautiful beach, pools and restaurants. Calm sea (in June at least), clean beach ( they clear the beach every morning!). But the most important aspect is the super friendly staff. Everywhere you walked, you are greeted with smiles!! Want to give a shout out to Deni at the Xana Beach Club, Amirah, Mutia, Nicho, Alifah and Nadia at the Homme Restaurants. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Had many chats with them every morning during breakfast. They really took the effort and time to chat with us and made us so welcomed, everyday we were there. I think the Banyan group management is doing a great job with their staff. We have stayed at various resorts in Bintan but Cassia and the Banyan resorts have absolutely the best staff. Looking forward to another stay there soon!

Teure Restaurants vor Ort, schlechte Anbindung an weitere Attraktionen auf der Insel, etwas wenig zu tun im Resort, die Anlage des eigentlichen Hotels müsste etwas besser gepflegt werden.

- tolle Schaumparty am Pool - schöner Strand - Zimmer sind neu wie auf den Bildern - extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

- alles im Hotel ist sehr überteuert, z.B. kostet im Hotelshop eine Flasche Bier 5x soviel wie im lokalen Minimart, Getränke an der Bar oder Abendessen im Restaurant sind eher mit Singapur vergleichbar - das Hotel ist abgelegen und ohne Auto/ Taxi kommt man nicht weg - gab bei voller Auslastung großes Chaos beim Frühstück, Qualität der Speisen passen nicht für den Zimmerpreis. Personal war schlecht organisiert aber sehr freundlich und extrem bemüht

Breakfast buffet spread was pretty good and the food especially the experience at Treetops, Banyan Tree was excellent. Very calm atmosphere all around the property. Very convenient getting from ferry terminal to hotel with a friendly staff. Nice view of the sea from the hotel room. Rooms were clean and very very spacious with good amenities inside like storage and kitchen area. Felt at home. The breakfast was good spread. Spa facilities and spa staff were excellent, The dinner at Treetop restaurant was just amazing, the 5 course with wines was really good.

We booked ocean view room and it was beautiful. The sands on the beach was so soft, there was mini basketball, badminton, volleyball, pool table, table tennis, mahjong... we could really spend our entire free day meaningfully while waiting for our 6.50pm ferry charter. We also got lucky with the turtle release event, do look out in IG conservationlab_bintan for updates. Service was excellent, staff did their best to serve us really well. Extra mile to even deliver our forgotten Kueh Lapis from hotel to our ferry terminal. We are super impressed! Can't wait to visit again!

Luna and Michael were very nice and kind. They walked us along the Laguna golf course and looked for the birds. We found quite a few interesting birds.

Stayed at Cassia Bintan with my parents and children and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to offer assistance whenever needed. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The peaceful atmosphere makes it a great place for a family getaway. One of the highlights for the kids was the beach. There were many hermit crabs along the shore, especially in the late morning after our buffet breakfast. The children had lots of fun observing and gently picking them up before releasing them back onto the beach. Overall, Cassia Bintan is an excellent family-friendly resort. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for families with children.
