Very well kept and managed with staff that look to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay..

Nothing really, location is not something you can change but the facilities etc are all amazing

لم يعجبني موظفين التسجيل والتاخير في إجراءات الدخول وكذلك الدفع بمجرد الوصول ولم يعجبني التزامهم واحترام الضيف حيث قمت بدفع مبلغ الغرفة واستلمت البطاقة وخرجت وعندي العودة قاموا بتبديل غرفتي لشخص آخر وكذلك قائمة الطعام عادية ليست بالمستوى المطلوب لفندق 5 نجوم

الاكل في بوفيه الفطور نعم متنوع ولكن لا يوجد فيه موكلات عربية

The lobby and the restaurants were nice and the staff debated me when I told them the towel I didnt use was wet also my room had a very strong cleaning supply smell as if to hide another odor the hotel rooms are quite old you can see it from the bathroom

Staff training is lacking some were quite rude tbh

Friendly staff, efficient check in, very clean and comfortable room. I stayed here for my birthday and it really couldn’t have been better from all aspects

Food a little on pricey side

Lush breakfast buffet: Indian, Continental and Arabic. Pool and Gym are well kept. The rooms are modern, bathrooms bright and well arranged. All services flawless, including EV charging.

Check-in and -out take quite a bit of time.

Location

Extremely bad experience! This feels like a 50-year-old hotel that has not been properly maintained or upgraded. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible—you can clearly hear conversations and everything happening in the next room, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There was no sense of hospitality or basic courtesy. The overall service was disappointing, the ambience was unpleasant, and the entire experience was far below what one would expect from a decent hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Location is just next to cuffe parade Aqua line metro station. You step out of hotel and can take metro. This is big bonus if you want to travel for leisure. The hotel is very close to all south mumbai key location. Hotel ambience was good. Breakfast spread was diverse to cater to all tastes with a live flute performance. Kids loved the swimming pool. With evening sea breeze swimming pool was another level experience. Overall we were very satisfied

Everything was excellent at the hotel. A special mention to the swimming instructor, Mr. Rajesh, who was extremely helpful and patient in guiding my daughter. I truly appreciate his support and the prompt, courteous response from all the staff. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Luxury hotel and clean

I can hear noises and people walking in the hallway while I am inside my room. The sound is quite noticeable and disturbing, specially morning sleeping time!

Old world charm in ample amount with a lovely location. Rooms are pleasant and the food is good

The breakfast spread could be better; as could the service quality during breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. It was perhaps a little on the small side for a suite, but given the central Mumbai location, that’s understandable. The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of many of the main sights, although Mumbai itself isn’t always the easiest city to explore on foot. The metro station is directly across from the entrance, which makes getting around incredibly convenient, including travelling to and from the airport. Breakfast was great, and the pool is beautiful.

We arrived at around 3am with two young children after many hours of travelling from Athens. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely slow and took around 40 minutes, with the full formalities being completed at that time. Given the hour and the fact that we were travelling with young children, this was particularly inconvenient. I think the hotel could handle very late-night arrivals more flexibly, either by significantly speeding up the process or allowing guests to go straight to their room and complete any remaining formalities the following morning.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Leider kostet ein Beistellbett für unser Kind 25000 Rupien die Nacht. Das habe ich in anderen Hotels dieser Klasse "complementary" erhalten. Sehr unglücklich, v.a. wenn man explizit ein Zimmer mit Kind und zwei Erwachsenen bucht... Frühstück immer sehr voll und wirkte aufgrund der Menge an Menschen oft etwas chaotisch.

Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Uns wurde bei der Ankunft ein Zimmer-Upgrade für 30’000 INR angeboten und berechnet. Dadurch wurde das Zimmer offensichtlich sehr schnell vorbereitet. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Boden stark verstaubt und auch die Fenster sowie das gesamte Zimmer waren voller Staub. Trotz unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurde der Staub nicht entfernt. Aufgrund des starken Staubs hatten wir Atemprobleme. Für den bezahlten Aufpreis haben wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Qualität erwartet.

الإفطار لا يتناسب مع العرب كثيرا
