The film theme was fun. The room was very good in all respects. Staff helpfill. Breakfast very good. For a motorbike the secure garage was fantastic.

le prix m'a semblé élevé par rapport à des établissements de la même catégorie (191 euros avec la taxe de séjour, 2 petits déjeuners et le parking pour 1 nuit.)

This was our second stay at a hotel from this chain, both times in France. I would like to thank the staff for maintaining such a good standard of service and cleanliness across the chain. The rooms are a comfortable size, with very comfortable beds and fresh, clean bed linen and towels. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and would like to say a special thank you for that. The hotel was within walking distance of the city centre and close to the train station, yet it was located on a quiet street, which made our stay very comfortable. There are also public parking facilities within a 4-minute walk, where you can conveniently leave your car. The breakfast was decent. The selection was not particularly varied, but overall it was perfectly fine for a good start to the day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to choose this hotel chain again.

The only issue we noticed was the presence of flies in the breakfast area. It would be better to keep some of the food covered, especially bread and pastries, to prevent flies from landing on the food.

Freundliches, warmes und modernes Ambiente. Das Thema Kino und Schauspieler wurde hier schön umgesetzt. Viele Bilder berühmter Schauspieler und Schauspielerinnen zieren die Wände. Auch sonst ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet.

Die Matratzen, zumindest die unseres Zimmers müssen erneuert werden. Sie waren durchgelegen und beulig. Außerdem war die Dame im Frühstücksraum eher unangenehm. Sie hantierte ständig lautstark herum, knallte und klapperte mit Besteck und Geschirr und war trotz Nachfrage mehrerer Gäste nicht in der Lage dafür zu sorgen das das das Baguette nachgelegt wurde. Und wenn sie es den tat, war es ein Stück, welches nach Sekunden wieder aufgegessen war.

Das ganze Hotel hat mir von der Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen, die Betten waren super bequem. Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier übernachtet. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen, was perfekt war da wir es dann nicht ausräumen mussten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, es gab reichlich Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Speisen.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait pour notre voyage dans le Sud-Ouest.

Le sol de salle de bain était sale à notre arrivée, nous avons informé le veilleur de nuit, de plus, je trouve anormal que le lit bébé n’est pas de draps. Nous avons séjourné l’an dernier déjà et notre expérience avait été nettement plus agréable. Dommage…

Den utmärkta servicen vi fick av personalen i receptionen när vi skulle besöka slott.

The actual hotel was clean, comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Our car (British) was parked directly outside the hotel, because there wasn't room in the car park, and overnight it was subject to an arson attack - witnesses saw it deliberately smashed up and set on fire by locals with a firework. The whole car exploded and was completely destroyed, meaning that myself, husband, 4 children and 2 elderly relatives were left to find our own way home. The hotel were sympathetic up to a point, but charged us for the "kind" drinks they gave us while we were sitting in reception, having had to vacate our rooms, working out what to do next. The barman who worked there said that this was the 4th arson attack on a foreign car in 4 years (not just British). We were not warned about this. So be careful if you have a non French car, particularly on festivity days, try to get a space in the underground car park. Although they do not have even half the spaces for the number of rooms, so this is absolutely not guaranteed.

Nothing to really dislike. It’s a bit of a walk to the city centre and old town, but close to the train station so that’s convenience.

La ubicación es excelente. La cama muy cómoda. Buena ropa de cama y toallas. No hay ruidos del exterior. Buena limpieza..Si no hay plaza de parking en el hotel, está al lado el de la estación de tren por 12€ las 24 horas.

Habitación no muy grande. Baño pequeño. Nos hospedamos 4 noches y el armario resulta muy pequeño. Sin cajones. Esto hace incómoda la estancia. No comprendo que nos inviten a no cambiar las toallas diariamente para cuidar el medio ambiente, y pongan, en pleno agosto, nórdico en la cama y tengas que poner toda la noche el aire acondicionado para poder dormir Con el gasto de energía que supone y lo incómodo que es el ruido y el frío. Esto no me ha gustado.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, l’hôtel est très bien placé et la chambre était très propre et confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant. Je recommande.

The air con did not work and when we called reception they did not answer. We went down and the receptionist came up did not know what to do. We asked if they had any fans and they said no. Also we asked for ice from the bar and they didn’t have any. Their answer was come back in a couple of hours. The drinks were a lot more expensive than anywhere around. The receptionist seemed to do receptions, bar and serve breakfast

Las camas, el silencio y la limpieza. Su ubicación cerca del ayuntamiento donde hay muchos restaurantes.

El barrio era tranquilo pero a la hora de volver de cenar nos pareció que no era el mejor sitio para volver paseando.

La décoration et la literie

Les nuisances sonores (climatisation très bruyante nécessitant de l'éteindre), oeufs brouillés du petit déjeuner (industriels (non maison), similaires à ceux proposés dans les hotels 2 étoiles); pas de réapprovisionnement du buffet 15min avant la fin, état des joints dans la salle de bain.

L’ensemble de la prestation était au niveau rapport qualité prix.

La salle de bain de notre chambre était minuscule. Beaucoup de difficulté pour utiliser les toilettes même pour une personne de 1,60 mètres et 50 kilos. Dommage car à côté de cela elle était bien aménagée.

Amabilité de l’accueil. Bon petit déjeuner.

Alles tipptopp. Sehr freundliches und unterstützendes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut! Ich hatte eine Tasche bei der Abreise vom Hotel stehen lassen. Diese wurde sofort aufgenommen und über eine Agentur umgehend an meine Privatadresse gesendet, nachdem ich das festgestellt habe und das Hotel kontaktiert habe. Das war eine spezielle Erfahrung mit glücklicherweise sehr gutem Ausgang und sehr gute Unterstützung vom Hotel. Der Versand meiner persönlichen Gegenstände war innerhalb weniger Minuten organisiert.

Het is een prima hotel, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Tours, dat een mooie, gezellige stad is, met vele restaurants met buitenterras. Aan de overzijde van het hotel ligt de ondergrondse parking van het hotel. Er kunnen 's 2 electrische wagens opgeladen worden aan een competitief tarief (geen snelladers). Tours ligt aan de machtige Loire stroom, met zijn indrukwekkende bruggen. Je kan er mooie wandelingen langs de oevers ervan maken, evenals in de sfeervolle oude binnenstad.

Very nice hotel, great room, great breakfast and the staff is very nice!

Hôtel bien situé, dans une rue relativement calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare, de l'office de tourisme et des commerces de première nécessité.

Un petit point d'amélioration : proposer une eau un peu plus fraîche à la fontaine de l'entrée et permettre de régler la température du petit réfrigérateur de la chambre, ce qui serait particulièrement appréciable en période de canicule.

Aardig personeel, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en dicht bij het oude centrum.

Prima, nette kamer. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Op 20 minuten lopen van de oude stad, mooi onder de bomen door en over de winkelstraat. Na een dag in de auto is het best aangenaam om de benen te strekken. Garage onder het hotel met beperkte capaciteit en zeer smalle bocht. Reserveren niet mogelijk, dus hoe eerder je komt, hoe groter de kans dat je een plekje hebt.

Het was heel warm in de stad (39 graden) en de airco kwam niet lager dan 25 graden.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de cet hôtel 5 minutes à pied de la gare nous avons également apprécié le petit-déjeuner qui est complet avec beaucoup de choix. Un petit plus pour le personnel de l'hôtel qui est souriant et accueillant les chambres sont propres et confortables.

One of the key criteria for our hotel choice was the availability of car parking. Whilst parking was available, the access, parking provision and circulation were quite restricted for our vehicle (a medium sized SUV).

Points positifs: - proche gare et du tram menant aux principaux points d’intérêts - personnel aimable - chambre spacieuse et très propre; salle de bains refaite à neuf - excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et diversifié

Points négatifs: - la Clim: simple souffle d’air le premier jour, à peine refroidi. Du coup: compte tenu de la canicule, obligation de laisser une fenêtre ouverte entraînant un rèveil très matinal à cause du bruit. 2ème jour: meilleur fonctionnement mais arrêt dans le courant de la nuit d’où une température assez difficile à supporter - mauvaise insonorisation intérieure: portes de chambre qui claquent et ce n’est pas de la faute des clients ni probablement des propriétaires. Par pitié messieurs les fabricants , ne pourriez vous concevoir des portes aux grooms moins résistants qui n’obligent pas à jouer de l’arrière -train pour la maintenir ouverte quand on sort sa valise, et qui permette de fermer la porte sans qu’elle ne claque- sachant que ce type de porte équipe de nombreux hôtels. Se faire réveiller à 5 heures du matin par une porte qui claque et une valise que l’on traîne dans le couloir, c’est assez déplaisant. - pas d’aménities dans la chambre (lotions, petit carré de savon, bonnet de bain…). En outre pas de bouteille d’eau, sinon au distributeur au niveau de l’accueil, ou de la pétillante dans le frigo, en payant. Regrettable par temps de canicule - Pour un 4 étoiles et un tarif à 200€ par nuit ( avec petit déjeuner), le rapport n’est pas satisfaisant.

Das Hotel ist hübsch eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, allerdings gegenüber unter einem anderen Gebäude - ohne Aufzug, man muss die Auffahrt hoch und runtergehen. Schlüssel für die Tiefgarage muss an der Rezeption geholt und auch wieder abgegeben werden. Ist aber okay! Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nichts besonderes. Man kann vom Hotel aus die ganze Stadt zu Fuß besichtigen.

Das Hotel machte einen guten Eindruck.Die Zimmer waren sauber und es fehlte an nichts.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage war schon heftig😀.
