Breakfast was great, location was great & staff were great!

There was a stale smell of smoke in the corridor and our room smelt badly of spray but didn't smell well ventilated.

Gluten free breakfast. Very quiet room even though it overlooked the station. Very well sound-proofed room. a 20 minute walk into the old town. Secure underground parking.

Parking is very secure, although no electric chargers, and too many codes for the gates.

This is the tiredest Novotel I’ve stayed in, the room smelt, just very basic for the price and extra 19:50 euros each for breakfast. We declined. The bar on there information on booking.com said it was closed on a weekend! So we didn’t go down to check, but would have been nice for a drink after a long drive. Reception staff very friendly.

The staff waiting for us to accommodate us and to inform about parking status and most suitable space was kind and really willing to help. We arrived late by 23:30 and that was highly welcomed by us.

No tenían preparada la habitación y la persona que nos atendió en recepción, con poca experiencia y capacidad de resolución, pretendía que la niña durmiera sobre la base del "sofa-cama" sin poner un colchón, finalmente nos puso en dos habitaciones separadas porque le dijimos que no aceptábamos eso.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable. Stationnement de notre voiture possible en plein centre ville. Hotel idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, ambiance cosy.

No tenía sala de entretenimiento para niños, y el acceso al parking era un poco confuso. No había sitio para aparcar en el Check In.

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est bien situé, près du centre et juste à côté de la gare. Les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux! Petit plus, toutes les boissons prises dans le frigo nous ont été offertes.

Manque de propreté dans le frigo de la chambre(signalé à la réception) et une bouteille vide retrouvé en dessous du canapé lit… Le canapé lit n’était pas confortable du tout.

Our room was quiet, comfortable and quite spacious. Given that the hotel is adjacent to the railway station, I was surprised at how quiet the room was. The refreshment station left something to be desired. There was no black tea provided, only herbal. We had to ask for black tea and milk. Breakfast was good, but things ran out during busy times and staff were slow to replenish. The bar was not well staffed; we had to go to reception and ask for someone to serve us. The restaurant was closed at the weekend, which didn't bother us, but it was odd. The worst thing about the hotel was the location. It was not in the nicest part of town and I would not have been comfortable walking back to it in the dark. If a hotel close to the station is what you require then this is ideal, but I would not stay here again.

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un très bon emplacement, idéal si vous avez besoin d'utiliser les trains au quotidien. Le centre-ville est également très accessible, à seulement 15 minutes à pied. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner qui est très bon.

L'établissement ne donne pas l'impression d'être un hôtel 4 étoiles (les prestations et le standing mériteraient d'être améliorés).

Nous avons aimé son emplacement et le personnel était très agréable

Une fontaine à eau dans le couloir proche de l’ascenseur est une bonne chose mais elle ne fonctionnait pas.

The only bad thing, was that the shower doesn’t drain fast enough so the water was spilling out.

Breakfast was ok,however quite limited choice of warm food.

I was charged twice for the stay and even though I flagged it on check out, I needed to call and clarify again as a mistake was made. While I understand that, I have not heard apology for the mistake a staff member made and needed to chase yo get my money back - quite poor customer experience and I will not be comming back to this facility.

Hotel 4 stelle comodo e moderno. Molto pulito, le stanze sono molto grandi e dotate di tutti gli accessori necessari. Parcheggio molto comodo situato di fianco all'hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren allesamt extrem hilfsbereit und bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Von der Rezeption über den Roomservice und das Housekeeping können wir uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne vergeben. Danke!!

the area of town where the hotel is based is not the nicest - but handy for the station and it was not too far to walk to nicer areas

Goed gelegen, vlot bereikbaar. Vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie, afgesloten parkeergarage, mooie kamer met goed werkende geruisloze airco. Een mooie propere badkamer en comfortabel bed en ‘s morgens een heel lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze.

Op de hotelkamer stond een zeteltje met onderaan op de steun een mega dikke laag stof en in het stof had de voorganger iets neergeschreven: coucou. Je kon er niet naast kijken. Dat was in lange tijd niet gepoetst.

Centrale ligging, je loopt zo het centrum in. Het hotel ligt naast het station/spoor (geen trein gehoord). Er is een ruime keuze voor het ontbijt en alles werd continue aangevuld.

Het is wel wat gedateerd maar schoon en comfortabel.

Merci d'avoir mis ma chambre à disposition dès 13h, comme convenu. Car j'étais venue assister à un mariage, et devais être à la mairie pour 15h.

Il a fallu demander par deux fois que ma chambre soit disponible dès 13h ; alors que je l'avais notifié lors de ma réservation sur Booking.com. Lorsque j'ai voulu rejoindre ma chambre à 4h30 du matin. J'ai appelé l'hôtel plusieurs fois : sans aucune réponse. J'ai dû attendre dehors pendant un moment. C'est dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie !

Only the parking at back was a bit grim/grubby - but girl at desk very nicely let us keep our kids' two bikes inside, in office/ storeroom.

Het is een huisdiervriendelijk hotel. We mochten met de kleine hond in de ontbijttafel eten. De bedden zijn prima en de omgevingen leuk om ergens een hapje te gaan eten! Alles op loopafstand.

De lift duurt lang daar er 1 lift defect was maar dat was ook al een andere keer! Wellicht wordt die nog gemaakt in de toekomst

Patul si pernele foarte confortabile. Mic dejun bun. Aer conditionat peste tot ceea ce a fost excelent pe aceste calduri. Am fost la o formare si personalul a fost foarte atent cu hartii pentru notite si pixuri, inclusiv cu gustarile, apa si cafeaua. Locatia langa gara, dar fereste bine izolate. La maxim 15 min de mers pe jos pana in centrul orasului.

Large room with lots of thoughtful features, the bedside lights, the large room with space for bags. We loved it.

La clim en période de canicule et l'acceptation des chiens. Le personnel était très aimable. Chambre propre et insonorisée malgré la gare à côté.

The AC was not working properly and the refrigerator was dirty with bad odors

Ottima posizione a un quarto d’ora a piedi del centro storico. Discreta la colazione, anche se molto cara.

Più un tre stelle che quattro. In camera mancavano frigobar, accappatoi ed accessori per l’igiene. Ad un certo punto è finito il sapone dal dispenser e persino la carta igienica. Parcheggio piccolo e costoso (17 euro al giorno) che però ci è stato omaggiato per compensare l’attribuzione di una camera meno ampia di quella prenotata e pagata in anticipo.

It was our 2nd visit within a week, when we stayed the 1st time the staff was friendly and we had a lovely room as the staff upgraded us. The 2nd visit we found the room we had the carpet was grubby with stains

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr großes Zimmer mit Sofa, Minibar, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher., gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Tiefgarage. Frühstück gut. Es war sehr heiß während unseren Aufenthalts, so daß wir unser kühles Zimmer als Oase empfunden haben.
