Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The location is fabulous - just off the main town area - enough to be close to the action but a little removed from it when you want to relax. The room was spacious and well appointed. Staff excellent throughout. Capri is expensive but we thought this hotel offered good value.

Unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe: viel zu klein und eng , abgewrackte Möbel , keine Ablage und Staumöglichkeit , das Bett war zu kurz , keine Steckdosen im Zimmer und Bad . Eine alte , laute Toilettenspülung . Auch von anderen Zimmern hörbar .

عامل مدير الفندق روببورتو كان غير احترافي للغاية وغير متعاون وكان لدي مشكله في الغرفةالاولى وهي التكيف سيئ للغاية وهذا شيىء مزعج للغاية والغرفة الثانيه مشكلتها الإنارة الخارجية للتراس بدون اضائة تعمل والشتر على الشباك كان معطل من اول يوم وانور مزعج في النهار ارجوا التعاون للراحت النزيل الفطور ضعيف جداً

O funcionário pode ser mais simpático e gentil. Atendia com educação mas não se propôs a nenhuma indicação ou informação. No retorno incluiu o valor de malas no ferry que não foram solicitadas pela empresa NLG. Expliquei que não foi cobrada na ida mas simplesmente respondeu que tinha que pagar. Em um local como Capri espera- se um cuidado especial com a equipe de um hotel como esse.

The pool was incredibly refreshing on a warm afternoon, and you can't beat the view from it! Our room was very comfortable and charming, with a small covered porch and sea view. Loved the tiled bathroom and shower-beautiful! Breakfast was lovely as well. Overall a great experience!
I found the entrance from the road, which is a ramp, to be a little steep, but there's not much you can do about that on the side of a mountain!

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The hotel was well located and pristine- unfortunately as we were there a couple of weeks before the season got going the restaurant wasn't open - this we knew about and wasn't an issue as there were so many places to eat and the hotel gave us recommendations too. However the bar wasn't functioning at all which we didn't know about and the restaurant and its surroundings were being renovated. Some acknowledgement of this inconvenience would have been appreciated.

We needed to deliver the key to the rooms under the stay, and it was right behind the desk, and not always someone there to watch it. The safe in the room was loose, so everyone can take the whole thing with them.

Leider war das Restaurant was beschrieben war noch zu. Man konnte nichts trinken im Hotel.Der Herr vom Empfang hätte einmal lächeln können. Die Stimmung im Hotel war sehr distanziert gegenüber Deutschen.

Wir waren Mitte März da und leider war das Restaurant am Abend geschlossen. Und auch fast alles andere sonst auf Capri. Also Ausgehen war schwierig.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo ładny, spory pokój z dużą dobrze wyposażoną łazienką. Piękne otoczenie i zieleń. Widok z leżaków przy basenie wspaniały. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Mieliśmy pokój na najniższej kondygnacji, ale w naszym przypadku taras był znacznych rozmiarów. Położenie około 150m od via Camerelle jednego z najbardziej eleganckich miejsc na wyspie. Radzę zwracać uwagę na lokalizację, teren wyspy jest górzysty i do niektórych miejsc trzeba pokonywać duże różnice wysokości. W przypadku hotelu Canasta, w naszej opinii, lokalizacja była optymalna. Wygodny dostęp do centrum miasta, ogrodów Augusta a jednocześnie oaza spokoju z pięknym widokiem.
Wszystko było bardzo dobre.

The room was amazing, with a beautiful view, and it was always spotless. Every single time we came back from a meal or an activity, the room was freshly cleaned and perfectly prepared, even before bedtime, everything felt fresh and tidy. The service was excellent, with new towels every day and a delicious breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Capri!

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025A great hotel with a pool and sea view, located almost in the very center of Capri town. It’s a family-run business, which makes the whole experience even more special. We often met the owner — an incredibly kind and friendly person. We felt truly welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, with excellent local toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The lobby is beautiful and cozy, filled with art books and lovely artworks on the walls. We’d be happy to come back someday!

At evening time our curtains were drawn and our bedding turned down. Long time since I’ve seen that done. Nice lounge area for a chat with the owner or staff who were very nice and had a complimentary tray of tea. When we asked for tea for our room they brought it to us. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice in lovely surroundings. Had an evening meal in the restaurant next door owned by the same people and it was excellent. Couldn’t fault the food or the service.

Очень чисто, очень продумано — хорошие халаты и тапочки, хорошая местная косметика в ванной, вода в холодильнике в избытке. Идеально организован процесс доставки багажа. Классный вид из номера, если он на море.

The swimming pool and sun lounging area were our favourite part of the property and we ended up spending a lot of our time there rather than the overcrowded beach clubs on the island. They were also really helpful in organising our return ferry to Naples and making sure our luggage was transported to the harbour.

This boutique hotel is a real treasure and offers all you need during your vacation. I visit Capri for the last 6 years for my birthday and this year was the same. I was happy I found this hotel where we felt good and relaxed. Staff is really good… the houskeeping changes towels twice a day. Breakfast is good… coffee is excellent. Pool area is amazing and fresh beach towels every day is a big plus. The restaurant connected with a hotel ( Villa Margerita) is also extrodinary. I liked everything here… from the first moment I entered in this place. I will be back!

Era disponibile sia una selezione dolce che salata, con frutta fresca sia intera che tagliata, torte artigianali, salumi e formaggi scelti con cura. Ogni mattina era un vero piacere iniziare la giornata in questo modo. La posizione della struttura è perfetta: a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla celebre Piazzetta, ma in una zona tranquilla e riservata, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sull’isola. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Roberto alla reception, sempre disponibile, premuroso e pronto ad aiutarci in ogni esigenza. La struttura è arredata con gusto raffinato ed eleganza, in ogni dettaglio si percepisce attenzione e stile. La piscina è uno dei veri punti di forza: con vista panoramica sul mare e su una parte dei Faraglioni, rappresenta un angolo di pura bellezza e relax. A disposizione degli ospiti venivano forniti anche teli piscina, sempre puliti e pronti all’uso. Un’ulteriore nota positiva è la cura della camera: il riassetto veniva effettuato due volte al giorno e trovavamo sempre acqua fresca, sia liscia che frizzante, nel mini frigo. La stanza era spaziosa, dotata di uno spazio esterno con tavolino e sedie, perfetto per un momento di relax. Il bagno, anch’esso curato nei dettagli, offriva prodotti di una nota marca caprese. Tutto è stato al di sopra delle aspettative. Un soggiorno che consiglieremmo senza esitazioni e che speriamo di poter ripetere presto.
