I already ask for king bed but they gave me double bed ,Then They charged for 3 nights while i stay for one night and they refuse to return back the other 2 nights and refuse to cancell my booking

My room charge was GBP 408,However my debit card was charged 497.47Euros. I really didn't understand their exchange rate.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum konferencyjnego Excel, bliskość metra i kolejki DLR, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel (pozdrawiam Panią Polkę z obsługi na śniadaniach w restauracji:), piękny widok na Tamizę z pokoju, duże i wygodne łóżka oraz bardzo ładnie urządzone, duże i wygodne pokoje.

Monotonne i mało urozmaicone śniadania, ale podobnie było w innych hotelach w których nocowałam w przeszłości w Londynie, więc pewnie jest tam taki standard. Mimo wszystko można się było najeść.

Massive long queue for check in as everyone is waiting for check in to open at 3pm. Even though you have to do it online, you still need to wait in the queue. Waited 40 mins to be seen. Not a great system. Why not let people do the check in earlier but only allow access from 3pm or when the room is available? Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is located in a nice quite area, close to DLR and the Elizabeth line, which is super convenient. The staff at the reception and overall were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wan to especially highlight the lady at the breakfast area, who explained and showed everything around the area and was very welcoming. We also found the breakfast to be very good with nice variety. The room is spacious and has a bathtub. We booked some time in advanced and were very pleased with the low price.

The room looked very tired. The tiles in the bathroom moved, the shower head was leaking and the shower worked with a lot of noise. Some of the drawers were falling apart when you try to open them. There was dust in some areas. Additionally, the bed was very narrow, which made it quite difficult for two people to sleep in - I would not call it a 4 star hotel bed. I’ve slept on much better beds at most of hotels of lower class. One other thing is that even though the room was huge, most of the space was wasted with furniture placed quite randomly.

Great dockside location with good transport links. Our twin room had very generous bed sizes and was very comfortable all round. Spa facilities were a great addition to stay. Nice bar and breakfast. All staff were welcoming and friendly- Kaleb was a very helpful point of contact during our stay.

Staff very welcoming and helpful at all times, lounge comfortable and inviting with bar and food and bedroom had great view with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast choices and presentation were excellent and catered for all tastes.

Only comment would be having to walk up and down stairs to pool as I am a little unsteady on my feet especially when flooring is wet.

Lack of flexibility to either get into the room an hour earlier to to have access to a room in order to change prior to attending a wedding. Lack of parking availability, Room was far to hot and it wasnt even during the heat wave. Room was not appropriate for a toddler, unable to secure the door from inside. Staff unable to identify a solution. Unable to stay as a result and had to make a 2 hour drive home very late at night

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and the pool was a good size for a hotel pool.

The child's bed in our room wasn't made up and had to be made when we had checked in. The 9 year old was disappointed not to be allowed in the jacuzzi at any time, even with us.

Perfect place for travelling to the O2 and good links to central London. Rooms were a good size and clean. Good breakfast, with decent variety. Magician provided at table entertainment which was really good.

Check in took a while, there seemed to be a few problems and one of the rooms wasn't made up with the extra bed, despite us having earlier dropped bags and confirming details of the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Bar staff were inattentive and declared they had 'clocked off' after a period of chatting with their friends whilst husband was waiting at the bar to order.

We visited to attend a concert at the 02 the location was perfect close to the underground. Staff we very attentive and friendly from the reception staff, cleaners and restaurant/ bar staff. We did have a emergency during our stay in the hotel thestaff dealt with the situation excellently keeping calm and making sure that everyone's safety came first. The room was clean and had all the facilities that we could wish for. The breakfast was amazing and the cocktails we had were delicious. Thank you for such an amazing stay ❤️

Hot breakfast was a little cold but is a buffet self service so didn't expect it to be piping hot.

Stayed here for just one night while attending gig at O2. Great location and nice river views. Room good, bed super comfy, great nights sleep. Staff really good, from reception to bar/restaurant staff. Didn’t get time to use spa or pool but this is on floor 2. Ate in the restaurant.. had a burger.. £18.. gave some feedback to the waiter who was very apologetic and would pass comments onto the kitchen. Offered a free desert or glass of wine on the house which was lovely. One female waitress clearly didn’t go to the sane charm school and struggled to raise a smile… asked for some vinegar for fries which never arrived and it really wasn’t that busy. Everyone else I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Tip if you are going to O2.. get the cable car outside the hotel to take you over the river.. great way to see the city from above and if you show a gig ticket these are half price. Ubers and tube were very busy and prices hiked due to the event. All in all a pleasant stay in a whistle stop stay in London. Staff are a credit to this hotel

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Docklands with my partner to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and the hotel and their staff were fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay as it was the staff who went the extra mile to add extra touches at their compliment. The key members of staff behind the magic were Maddison, Cheyenne and Aqsa (all at the front desk). We are so grateful for your excellent service and look forward to returning again in future. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely but the pool was quite small for the kid sessions. Changing rooms and showers very nice.

I felt the rooms looked quite dark and dreary . Also the location was quite noisy with aircrafts near City Airport . The air con never seemed to work and the beds were very small and with duvets which were far too hot. The pillows offered no support . Nice pool but rooms poor. Breakfast average , no porridge or omelettes on offer.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the beautiful scent at reception created such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist who checked us in—the lady with the lovely locks—was particularly impressive. She demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well presented. The complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water were much appreciated, and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The gym and spa facilities were also good. The swimming pool was incredibly busy during our stay, but it was lovely to see how understanding and respectful everyone was towards one another. The steam room and sauna were clean and well maintained. However, the cleanliness of the spa changing rooms, toilets and showers needs greater attention. On both days that I used the facilities, these areas were consistently untidy and in need of cleaning. This was a real disappointment, particularly given the otherwise excellent cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, all of which were fresh and tasty. Although there were plenty of restaurants and dining options outside the hotel, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant on both evenings. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented, with generous portion sizes. I would especially recommend the cocktails! The restaurant staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. **Alana was wonderful**—her attention to detail was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The gentleman working on Friday evening was also fantastic. He made a real effort to ensure that my son had an enjoyable dinner, and I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness. Thank you both! I would, however, suggest that the female member of staff wearing a headscarf may benefit from some additional support and coaching around customer service, particularly in terms of communication and engagement with guests. I also want to commend the hotel for having such a diverse team. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Jacuzzi was very small ( group stayed in there so couldn’t get in ) no Sun loungers around the pool just plastic chairs so couldn’t relax. This is the main reason I came

I booked a room with 2 double beds for myself and my 14 year old daughter, however when i got to hotel they informed me they didnt have any of those rooms and i had to sleep on a sofa bed which was the most uncomfortable night sleep i have ever had and i already suffer with back issues

Concernant l’accès à la piscine. On nous dit à la réception que les enfants de 15 ans sont autorisés à y aller jusqu’à 22h. Mais arrivé à la piscine à 19:30. Il se sont fait refusés l’entrée malgré tout. Le lendemain, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Dans la chambre les sels de bains sont périmés.

A very special thank you to Aqsa and Caleb, (Carribean gentleman in training on Late shift on 19.08.2026) and Megan in the Restaurant for their kindness and hospitality, Megan was so polite and considerate during breakfast as per my son's special needs and Aqsa and Caleb were so hospitable, these three staff members have amazing customer service skills and are a great asset to this establishment as well as the brand - I sincerely hope they are recognised for their hard work and dedication. The hotel is so clean, beautiful and refreshing, lovely rooms and facilities and a great ambiance as soon as you walk in. Having been with the brand for over 22 years, this hotel is by far the best amongst the rest. Thank you for a great stay, we look so forward to returning 😊

We have just returned from our overnight stay on 19.08.26 and was really impressed, the hotel is spotless and smelt incredibly clean! The staff were so friendly and polite. The room was perfect size for me and my daughter, spotless and had great views. The breakfast is definitely worth adding to your booking and set us up well for a day of sightseeing in London. I have to say the breakfast was one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts Iv had in a while. The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the DLR and 5 minutes from the cable cars. We stayed for a concert at the o2 and used the cable cars to go and took about 20 minutes from leaving the hotel to arriving at the o2 and used the tube to get home. There is a tesco express next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning a trip to London.

L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal. Le cadre permet de profiter pleinement d’une agréable balade au bord de la Tamise, mais aussi de courir le long de la rivière dans un environnement magnifique. Pour les amateurs de sport, tout est également réuni au sein de l’établissement : une salle de sport très bien équipée ainsi qu’une piscine, accessibles dès le matin et jusqu’à tard dans la soirée. Un vrai plus pour garder ses habitudes sportives même pendant un séjour. Les services sont de grande qualité, le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux, et la disponibilité du personnel est vraiment appréciable. L’accès aux différents moyens de transport est également très pratique, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter pleinement de la ville. Tout était réuni pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel : accueil, emplacement, services, confort, sport, petit déjeuner et disponibilité. We were upgraded which was a lovely treat as it was my special birthday and I hadn't mentioned it at all... the room was lovely and the bed was cosy. The room was also very clean and we had lovely views of the river and cable cars.The staff were lovely and friendly also...

I think the breakfast set up could have been more streamlined but I realise there is only so much room to design these things. Also every drink that I had out of the drink machine tasted of nothing but watery dregs unfortunately even my hot chocolate. But we enjoyed the food very much. Maybe the coffee machine needed filling up again each time we had our drinks as it was very busy....

I just want to say a huge thank you to Ty at IHG Docklands for the way she looked after us. We had booked our room through Membership Services, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t gone through. We called the night before and, after speaking with the hotel, Ty stepped in and made sure a room was secured for us and that everything would be sorted when we arrived. After all the worry around the booking, we arrived feeling quite apprehensive. Ty came straight over, introduced herself and made us feel so welcome. She knew we were celebrating my son’s 10th birthday and went out of her way to make it special. It genuinely meant so much to us. Her kindness and warmth were exceptional. She didn’t make us feel like a problem to be dealt with — she made us feel like valued guests, and that made such a difference. The hospitality was honestly 10 stars. ⭐️ Ty really deserves recognition and a reward for the way she went above and beyond. She is a credit to IHG Docklands, and I’m so grateful that she was there to turn what started as a stressful situation into such a lovely experience for our family. Thank you, Ty. You were truly amazing.

Good breakfast. We went swimming and enjoy having drinks outside on the patio.

The seating plan was not good at breakfast. Badly disorganised. We had to wait for some time before getting a table for all of us to enjoy breakfast. Also a few more seats are needed around the swimming pool area. No other complaint.

We stayed in the crowne plaza in August and I couldn't fault it at all. The staff were amazing, super helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was lovely. The bar staff were very accommodating and Fed the manager made us feel right at home. The hotel is 5min walk from the Victoria line and the DLR line and just across the road from the cable car so it is very easy to get around.

I stayed here for the first time for two nights simply because of the hotel’s proximity to London City Airport. I stay about 250 nights a year in hotels, mainly IHG, and this was definitely the worst IHG property in which I’ve stayed. The positives: 1. The staff are lovely 2. The bed was comfortable The negatives: 1. Compared to all of the other Crowne Plaza’s in which I’ve stayed, the rooms are tired and outdated. Maybe visit Crowne Aberdeen Airport and see how it should be done 2. There are no heated towel rails making it difficult to do ‘Go Green’, unless you like soggy towels 3. The windows were absolutely filthy. I’m told they’re washed regularly and of course the water attracts birds but they clearly need more frequent attention 4. Breakfast is an average Crowne Plaza offering but without the usually fantastic homemade bread 5, Unlike any other Crowne Plaza, I got obsessive texts asking to check in online. I did so hoping it would save time on arrival but it didn’t! Check in was laborious 6. Check out was a fuss. Normally, IHG hotels do ‘quick check out’ when one simply puts the room key in a box but this one doesn’t and won’t simply charge extras to the card presented at check in. Crazy. 7. The Fremantle restaurant is absolutely dreadful! Business travelers usually want comfort food but the hotel say this is a ‘destination’ restaurant so offer no salads, sandwiches, wraps or soup, for example. The worst Crowne Plaza restaurant. Maybe look at Crowne Plaza Kings Cross or Aberdeen Airport to see how it should be done. 8. There’s no Club Lounge 9. I arrived to a restaurant converted into a football venue for local people. The atmosphere was rough and unpleasant. Surely, the priority is hotel residents but apparently not. What a confused and ‘off brand’ offer. The hotel asked me not to leave an honest review but that’s not the purpose of TripAdvisor so it is .
