The food was wonderful especially the Mozzarella Sticks. The staff was very helpful and we felt very welcome even after we had checked out.

The staff made me feel instantly welcomed and were very helpful and chatty when I arrived. As I was travelling solo this was much appreciated as it’s nice to know the staff care. The location is also excellent for any events at either the ExCel or London’s O2 Arena. It’s a five minute walk from two different tube stations with great links to central London, and also a two minute walk to the cable car, which is a really fun way to arrive at the O2!

The rooms need a bit of modernisation and the pillows weren’t great.

Perfect location, happy and friendly staff, fantastic accesible room, the burritos from the street vendor down the road, loved everything especially distance to the step free underground and ofcourse the distance to the cable car.

The bathroom floor was incredibly slippy on the edge of the bathroom, ( next to the sliding door ) Our 2 nights went far to quickly.

Conveniently located hotel in Docklands doing everything an Ibis should - simple, clean, effective. The early starting breakfast was welcome and there was a decent selection. Good value for money.

There was some work going on in the reception area during my stay and the lights were flickering over the reception desk which was distracting. Hopefully the work is now complete.

Posizione perfetta per l’Arena O2, camera molto pulita e personale molto gentile ed accogliente.

Alcuni dettagli delle camere dovevano essere leggermente più curati, come ad esempio il rubinetto del lavandino un po’ arrugginito, però niente di così grave da rovinare l’esperienza.

We went to watch a concert at the o2, the closeness to the arena was great. We got the cable car over and had to get the train back. The hotel staff where helpful and the rooms where really nice too

Beds were way too small. Definitely not standard single beds. More like what you get in a caravan. Had no sleep. Air con didn’t work properly.

Convenient location, couldn't be easier to travel to and from here to both the airport and the event i was attending. Room and overall cleanliness of the place seemed good.

One i didn't like was the pillows in the bed. You shouldn't need to fold up 2 pillows just to get a tiny bit of support. May aswell have been lying on 2 bags of fresh air that empty as soon as your head touches it.

The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were bizarre although comfortable for sleeping. My room was an upgrade but very basic and at the furthest point in the building. Cleaning of my room was good but a dirty plate and a fork was in the corridor from when I arrived to when I left after 3 nights. I was also under the impression by the website that I had a safe in my room, but this wasn't the case, and although there was a safe via reception, I didn't feel comfortable with staff knowing I had put something of value in their safe, obviously accessible by some staff.

We had a lovely time here. Its close to the o2 arena so it was easy for us to get to a concert. We used the cable car to get there which was close and easy to use. The hotel informed us that if we show our concert tickets while booking the cable car we get a discounted fair, which we did.

I had a slight mishap while booking which we didn't realise until the day before we checked in. I booked for 1 adult and child instead of 2 adults. So I had to book a separate room for for my wife.

Location is excellent for the excel and docklands with a secure carpark next door.

Rooms a little tired and fire alarm sensor beeping all night in the corridor.

A bit more clearer when it comes to the parking. It said it included parking on the Booking.com website but didn't say we had to pay extra in advance as there wasn't any when we arrived.

The staff were lovely, willing to accomodate my request of having a room with a view 🙂 The room was clean, big enough, quiet, cozy and had a nice time enjoying the view while having my tea in the morning. Also love that checkout is at 12pm, no rushing to cehoit by 11am.

Our room smelled absolutely awful, and we were given another room that was only slightly better. The carpets in the rooms probably need to be replaced. The shower was old and worn out.

Great breakfast. Set me up for the day. Comfortable room. I slept really well. I visited an exhibition at the Excel centre so the hotel was well placed for this. I enjoyed walking by the river and sitting in the square by the hotel.

I had a couple of problems with the lifts not stopping on my floor going down to reception. I had to take the stairs. As I have 2 crutches and difficulties with stairs it wasn't the best for me. Fortunately, it would stop when I was going from reception up to my room. This was an issue for me but the lifts are in the process of being replaced so this is going to be resolved soon.

Our main reason for choosing the hotel was its location, being so close to the O2 as we were in London for a concert. Upon checking in, the staff were warm and friendly and also very knowledgeable in relation to all our questions around travel, shopping etc, esp advice about cable car discounts if going to a gig. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. We all enjoyed our stay, thanks.

The bathroom smelt horrible for the time we was there, and came into the room. The room didn’t get cleaned as when they turned up for housekeeping it was 3 in the afternoon and we were getting ready.

Great location for seeing Ariana Grande @ the O2 about a 10-15 min drive when it’s not busy. Clean and tidy and Staff very polite. Wasn’t too expensive for the location

When booking in I was asked to scan the barcode on wall (I thought this was to book in) I think this may have been for their loyalty scheme which I don’t think was clear.

La habitación estaba súper desgastada, el baño parecía muy viejo, sobre todo el baño fue el problema. No parecía que estuviera limpio realmente y en algunos lugares estaba sucio. La sombra de la habitación un poco manchada y en general, bastante oscura. Eso, sin mencionar uno de los ascensores no funcionaba tampoco..

Close to the O2 for a concert. Close to the cable cars too. The hotel was clean and welcoming with friendly staff. The lady on breakfast duty on Thursday 20th was very helpful and attentive. View was lush!

Perfect for a concert at the O2. A lovely room with enough space for two. Staff were all very pleasant. Very quiet area but lovely views of the river.

Did not have any toilet roll in the room and when asked for some, it took a little over 35 minutes for housekeeping to arrive with it.

Some staff at both the ibis and the novo which are connected were amazing.we spent alot of time in the novo terrace restaurant/bar and most staff there were amazing too.

The location wasn't close to anything other than the O2 and the sunborn hotel 😍 for our needs and although the ibis was clean overall we did notice that a plate with food left on it was left near to the lifts on level 3 it was my mates sons from the 1st night we stayed. On the Monday there is a fire drill at 2pm we hadn't long arrived and were tired stressed and hungry so we had lunch in the ibis bar and about 5mins after our food arrived the drill started but we hadn't seen the signs that are posted here and there tbf but because of the stress etc of our journey we hadn't had time to look properly so as I said we didn't know not 1 member of staff explained to us or directed us during the approx 10 mins we stood outside 3 out 4 of our party are registered as disabled staff saw us looking befuddled but didn't approach at all, when we finally got back in to our food (an entire pepperoni pizza, bar 1 slice) and drinks obviously our food was cold and anyone could have done anything to our drinks yes I did complain and was offered to have the pizza re heated thats all. 😡 There was 1 member of staff who I don't think was there during the drill who went above and beyond known as Azzy, big up! 🤣 He literally kept me going when all I wanted to do was hide till we could go home so yeah.

room service I stayed for three nights and even though i left instructions and request messages at the reception and with housekeeping staff to clean my room and clear the bin, it was not done even once during my entire period of stay. Every night I returned to the hotel and had to keep the garbage bag outside my room in the corridor. This was the most disappointing part of my stay.

Hotel situato a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metro; struttura pulita e molto accogliente. La stanza era abbastanza grande con l’affaccio sul fiume. Colazione varia sia nel dolce che nel salato . Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Purtroppo nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato erano presenti comitive numerose di turisti che affollavano la sala della colazione ma dato il periodo era prevedibile.

Hotel jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum Londynu - bardzo blisko jest stacja DLR i EL. Tuż obok znajduje się również stacja Lonon Cable Car. Obsługa hotelu miła i pomocna. Pokój i łazienka ładnie urządzone, dobrze wyposażone oraz bardzo czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania świetne: codzinnie bardzo bogaty wybór produktów.
