Easy to find, very comfortable room and bed. Air conditioning and a window that opens. Curtains provided black out from day light. Breakfast was great and good variety. Able to cater for gluten free.

I really didint like having a room for disabled people. Those red strings have me so much nerve racking. Did not appreciate wet room as the whole flow was wet.

We stay here every year when attending concerts and events, and the family room was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Breakfast is always excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. We also accidentally left some clothing on top of the wardrobe, and Alexandra was incredibly helpful in arranging for the items to be returned. We received them back within a week and were very grateful for her assistance. Alexandra also checked us in, and her excellent customer service is one of the reasons we have already booked future visits.

The only area that could be improved is the coffee. I appreciate that it is included in the breakfast offering and that guests may have different expectations, but I personally found it did not quite match the otherwise excellent standard of the breakfast experience.

Beds were very comfortable and staff were lovely

The breakfast was awful especially the cooked breakfast, bacon was hard and the eggs were very odd full of this milky liquid. The coffee was ok but no option to have hot milk to add.

The housekeeping team and breakfast staff were always friendly, welcoming and polite throughout our visit. Breakfast is one of the reasons we continue to return to the hotel. The selection is always well stocked, and the staff work hard to keep the area clean, organised and running smoothly. Tables are cleared promptly, meaning guests rarely have to wait for a table, even during busier periods. As this was our fifth stay, we were pleased to experience the same high standards of service from these teams, which is why the issue at check-in stood out so noticeably.

During our stay, a member of staff advised us that payment for parking should not have been taken when we arrived earlier in the day. When we first visited the hotel, we were not checking in as it was too early and we had plans in the city, but we asked about parking and were offered the opportunity to pay at that point, knowing we would return later to check in. This was our fifth stay at the hotel, so we simply followed the guidance we were given. When we returned later to check in, the staff member assisting us was quite vocal about the parking payment having been taken earlier. I felt this was an internal matter that should have been discussed between colleagues rather than in front of guests. The conversation left me feeling as though I had done something wrong, despite only following the instructions provided. Unfortunately, I did not feel this was handled in a particularly professional manner. One area that could be improved is the coffee provided from the self-service machines. I appreciate that this is included as part of the breakfast offering and that the machines are serving a high volume of guests throughout the morning. However, I have found the quality of the coffee to be below the otherwise high standard of the breakfast experience. Perhaps there may be alternative options or equipment available that could provide a better balance between capacity and quality.

Gewohnt gute Holiday Inn Qualität in direkte Nähe zur U-Bahn Station. Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Bei den Zimmern zur Straßenseite kann es trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut sein.

Great location for seeing a show at the o2 arena with the underground only minutes away, making it easy for visiting all parts of London.

The hotel is a little dated and the breakfast was mediocre. A LOT of outside noise gets into the rooms and although they provide ear buds for sleeping, these aren’t comfortable to wear.

Nice hotel to stay near O2 arena, easy to reach. Everithing was value worthy. Great breakfast.

Excellent location with parking (for an additional £20.00 per night). The bed was comfortable however, not enough pillows and safe to say my Husband and I both woke up with sore necks and shoulders!

The size of the room was not adequate for 4-people sharing, and it was difficult to get past the sofa bed to get to the double. Perhaps put the sofa bed the furthest one away so that you don't need to squeeze past! The curtain had been ripped down from the window and when my Husband reported this, it was simply "logged" i.e., no offer to fix this. The light coming through in the morning meant an early start for us all. There was also a blood stain on the carpet and it wasn't exactly the cleanest of rooms overall. When we arrived, the previous guests rubbish and dirty glasses etc. were still sat outside the room, and this was the same for a lot of the rooms on that floor, which was not a pleasant or expected sight to walk into. The breakfast, and whilst I appreciate it was "free", was inedible - the scrambled eggs smelled and tasted off and the bacon was freezing cold. The staff overall seemed to have a very blasé attitude, with little desire to actually make you feel welcome or, that they would go out of their way to help in any way, shape or form. We were disappointed that on retuning to the hotel in the evening, there were no food options available although, the bar was still open.

The staff at reception were very nice and friendly. En-suite was clean and looked like it may have been newly renovated. Plenty of clean towels provided.

The common areas of the hotel are very shabby and really need to be upgraded. The smell once the lift on the 2nd floor opened and also once we opened the bedroom door was dire!! The carpet in the hall and bedroom looked filthy and I'm sure that's where the smell was coming from. It really needs to be replaced. Breakfast food was ok. The breakfast area could be laid out better, it was a bit hectic in there trying to move around with so many people.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, jeżeli masz zaplanowane wydarzenie w The O2 Arena i przejazd kolejką nad Tamizą. Blisko sklepy, MC Donald take away, nawet Lidl, blisko stacji metra.

Location. Super easy to get to on the tube or sky car, and affordable. Room was a decent size and very clean. Staff all really helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to give out sightseeing tips and travel tricks to anybody who needed it. Allowed us to store our suitcase as we arrived hours before check in, but managed to get our room done as priority which allowed us to check in over an hour early at no extra charge. Would defo stay again. Really impressed for the price.

Hotel je blízko stanice metra. Blízko je také lanovka do Greenwich. Místo je skvělé, do centra a kamkoliv se snadno dostanete. Služby na recepci byly vynikající. Snídaně byly skvělé, každý si vybral, co má rád. Celkově byl pobyt skvělý a na velmi dobrém místě.

Méně pohodlná postel pro děti - rozkládací gauč. Málo místa na uložení věcí pro 4 osoby na pokoji.

Plutôt bien placé à une vingtaine de minutes du centre. Accès facile par le métro à 2 minutes de l hôtel. Quartier plutôt calme et sécurisant. Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine extérieurement mais qui est plutôt confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Petit dej très bien,varié et réapprovisionné régulièrement. Chambre spacieuse pour 4. Attention canapé convertible d’1.20 m de large. Bien pour des enfants.

La Clim est à revoir car très bruyante ce qui nous oblige à l éteindre la nuit. Sinon RAS.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec du choix. Les chambres sont plutôt confortables.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé de brosse a toilettes, dommage. Cet ustensile de toilettes est plus utile (a notre avis) qu'une table à repasser. Un sèche cheveux pourrait aussi être très utile.

To, że jest już dość mocno wyeksploatowany, w pokoju ślady zużycia widać bardzo wyraźnie. Wykładzina swoje najlepsze lata ma dawno za sobą.

Z naszej perspektywy ważnym było że moglismy zostawić bagaże w hotelu przed i po wymeldowaniu. Obsluga byla bardzo pomocna. Dość blisko metra.

Nie podobało mi sie, że była mozliwosc płatności tylko karta.

Myself and my Aunt were going to Mamma Mia The Party at the 02 last week and we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, it is only about a 4 minute walk to Canning Town Tube Station and 1 stop to the 02 which was ideal for us as we are not familiar with London especially using the tube. The hotel was very nice and our room was excellent. The free breakfast was fantastic and plenty of choices. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Will be booking a return visit to London soon to see another show and will definitely be booking a return stay at this hotel. Thanks again to all the staff for making us feel very welcome. Late at night we asked for a margarita cocktail and a tin was opened and poured in to a small glass- - no mint , no ice no extras - if it was too late for A proper cocktail we should have been told, no just charged regular price- think it was too late and we were just too stunned at the state of a cheap 2.00 tin being opened , poured into a small glass tumbler then served - yet charged same price

Nel parking dell'hotel a pagamento con telecamere, mi hanno rubato ls moto con cui ero andato a Londra. L'assistenza post furto fatta dall'hotel è stata scandalosa. Nessun aiuto di alcun tipo. Avrei dovuto lasciare la camera il giorno dopo il furto, e dato che stavamo capendo con la polizia londinese il da farsi, ho chiesto il prolungamento forzato di 1 notte della camera, pagandolo ovviamente. La risposta è stata molto.fredda e diretta.. SIAMO AL COMPLETO. Nessun aiuto nel magari cercare una soluzione, anche nella stessa catena, per venire incontro a un disguido di questa portata.. davvero pessimo l'approccio mostrato verso il.cliente dalla reception di sera, e ripetuta al mattino. Il contrario di cosa invece a fatto la polizia, aiutandoci in maniera eccezionale per risolvere tutti i problemi che questo danno portava. Assistenza al cliente VOTO 0
