La playa es maravillosa. La habitación cómoda y bastante moderna. Buena limpieza también. La cena y desayuno muy buenos.

All of the staff was amazing, in particular Tucker, he is so helpful and was very kind to myself and my elderly mom. The beach area was lovely as was the food and the prices.

I have nothing to put here, our stay was wonderful, no complaints, we had a fabulous time at Travellers Beach Resort.

Het resort ligt direct aan het strand. Het eten in het restaurant is erg goed. Het ligt aan het einde van Negril beach. De stranden zijn wat smaller dan op andere plekken. Er waren wat issues maar de manager heeft alles correct opgelost.

Er is erg weinig supervisie op dingen die gebeuren. Heel veel gasten roken gewoon terwijl het niet mag. Zowel wiet als sigaretten. De airco's in de gym koelen niet meer goed. Dat was wel jammer.

Mijn verzoek betreffende de kamer was ondanks alle berichtjes vooraf niet geregeld. Bij het inchecken vroeg ik er zekerheidshalve naar en toen bleek dat het verzoek niet was geregeld. Gelukkig hebben ze het wel gelijk opgepakt. We moesten even wachten en konden daarna wel naar de kamer.

Bathroom and bed out dated but ok... all clean rooms.. the live entertainment is superb but they should have specific area where a spotlight and enough lightning for us guests to see their faces.

The grounds were beautiful and the location directly on the beach was the best part . The staff were professional and friendly .

All and each staffs were absolutely GREAT. Attentive and ready to help with anything and everything. The property was steps away to the beach. The in house gym, restaurant/ bar and entertainment nights combine with water sports makes it perfect to just relax and enjoy.

The staff were almost universally charming and lovely. The room was beautiful and the coffee machine worked great, delicious coffee too! I loved the pool and the little patch of beach. The job the cleaners did on the bathroom was flawless.

Maybe get little wooden or metal tokens for the towels. The laminated cards felt a bit sloppy. It's easy to pick tiny faults in an otherwise exceptional stay but the one thing that stood out was the friendly and cute little cats roaming about. A couple of the Tom cats were marking the plants outside our room so on the first day that was a little pungent. Bicarbonate of soda and a good veterinary surgeon would solve that though. Definitely keep the cats they are little charmers, just get them neutered.

Peccato per la stanza affacciava sul parcheggio e era in un ala del resort nel bel mezzo dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Solo per questo non siamo stati molto fortunati. Ma ne è comunque valsa la pena!

Le personnel, de la réception, au restaurant en passant par l'équipe de l'entretien des chambres, est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel, et courtois. Les repas au restaurant, du petit-déjeuner au diner ont tous été délicieux et très abordables et les animations du soir étaient aussi de très bonne qualité. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel et le recommande les yeux fermés!

I hadn’t been to Travellers since I was a teen so it was a pleasure to see how far the hotel has come. Our experience did not disappoint. The friendly staff, excellent food, entertainment and amenities far exceeded my expectations. Everything was well thought out and available at our disposal.

My stay at Travellers was exceptional. From the security at the gate, checking in with the staff and the overall team. They were friendly and helpful at every turn. The property was clean and overall ambience and was relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I enjoyed this property and most definitely will return. However, there can be updates done to the property. For eg, the bathroom the quarter shield guard makes it impossible for a dry bathroom, water keeps spilling of the floor during shower. The face basin is really small, the AC unit drips. Overall this is not a dang towards this facility, but only for improvement. PS the pool can be kept a little better.

The restaurant and bar staff are very rude and unpleasant; they make you start the day in a bad mood. The food is nothing special, service takes a long time, and they definitely charge way too much. But the worst part is the bad attitude of the restaurant employees.

The hotel is very comfortable. Private beach with sunbeds, not many but enough as we were staying there out of the season. Breakfast is ok, cocktails are good. Pool is clean, as the whole area. We were staying in room no.1. Its not big but with a lovely little porch. Bathroom was very clean. Beds are comfortable.

the beach was absolutely beautiful and its such a good touch that the hotel's restaurant seating is perfectly placed right there. the staff were all cool, smiling, warm and friendly and looking to check if youre comfortable.

We have just returned from our 2nd trip to Travellers Beach Resort in Negril Jamaica. We love the laid back, casual vibe here. We stay in one of their “signature cottages”, which provides a small kitchenette area. You feel the warmth and friendliness as soon as you walk in. We received a “welcome home” immediately from the bellman, Orashia, who remembered us from our previous trip 1 1/2 years ago. The staff is great - from the front desk/ bellman/ waiters/ waitresses/ security/ beach staff/ housekeepers! Particularly Orashia/ Ricky/ Ramone/ Romeo/ Sue Anne/ Tucker. Their beachfront on 7 Mile Beach is kept clean, and is right in front of you. The food is good Jamaican eats at reasonable pricing. Early morning breakfast on their deck at the water’s edge is the best?! We loved our stay!

We stayed one night before going to an all inclusive resort and we absolutely loved it. We grabbed a late lunch and hung out at the pool some and the beach some. The staff was amazing as well.

Our room number 46 was facing the back which doesn't have a nice view and had to listen to a lot of drilling in the morning as they were working on the property We were not able to sit out in the balcony

I had the best time here that on our last night I just wanted to stay and enjoy all that the hotel offered: gaming room, awesome and inexpensive bar, swimming pool, best restaurant (had plantain, the mashed potatoes and the soup was amazing; beach access and a designated smoking area where we were greeted by friendly staff and security Tucker. He made sure we felt comfortable and if we needed anything, even getting safe tips for the beach, he was available. The mattress was SOOOOO comfy I had to ask what it was so I’ll buy it for myself. I don’t sleep well but totally did the 4 nights we were at Travelers Resort. 🤤🌬️🛏️

Die Terasse vom Restaurant ist sehr schön, direkt am Strand und auch das Essen sehr gut. Das Preisniveau im Restaurant ist auch gut. Das Zimmer ist schön,, modern, gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist super mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten.Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Das Persomal ist freundlich.

Mi aspettavo la 7 miles beach piena di resort, invece le strutture sono abbastanza deludenti, fatta eccezione per il Travellers. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma nel complesso la struttura si difende bene. Le camere (non i bungalow) sono enormi così come i bagni. Gli spazi comuni ben curati. La colazione non è a buffet e, a parte i tempi biblici, comune a tutta la Giamaica, molto buona con un caffè veramente speciale. Il personale è estremamente gentile. E poi la spiaggia: per quanto piccola, con questo brutto viziaccio di accaparrarsi i lettini di primo mattino pur non usufruendone, è di borotalco, con un'acqua che sembra un laghetto alpino!!!!!

La lentezza del servizio è al tavolo è disarmante anche se è una cosa comune in tutti i ristoranti della Giamaica. Per il resto la struttura si difende molto molto bene e credo sia tra le migliori strutture, se non la migliore di tutta la 7 miles...

We came here as a family for my sister‘s 50th. It was perfect. I really actually had the best time on our last night at the hotel when we decided to just hang out by the ocean at the restaurant and had the most amazing food; they even had plantain and some really awesome mashed potatoes. My daughter loved her fettuccine pasta and the bar was super cheap. People are super nice, security is on point and the pool is great. Everything about Travellers Resort was awesome. We had a really great room, big patio, nice, comfy bed… the best mattress. I think I slept the best in the longest time and no back pain as I normally do when I wake up. Thank you for all the wonderful things you all did to make our stay unforgettable. We WILL be back. ☺️

Extraordinary resort, outstanding staff and beautiful 7 mile beach location 💯🇯🇲

The bar and restaurant must be one of the best in Negril. From breakfast to dinner, they don't disappoint. Their service is very friendly and professional. The cleanliness is also spot on.

One of the glass bottom boat was a bit pushy after trying to rip us off with a pricey service. I know he's not a staff but somehow is allowed to dock in early to pick customers.

Travellers did not disappoint! Perfect place for a nice relaxing vacation and in our case family reunion. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean, spacious and up to date and food was delicious! Especially for our catered Jamaican brunch. Highly recommend!! My second time there and will be back.

I loved the property it was beautiful. Everyone was sweet. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but I will speak about the names I do. O that’s what I call him the greeter and employee of the year as he should be forever was so nice very knowledgeable and always checks to make sure your ok. Such a comforting spirit to be in the presence of. Ricky and the night bartender both pleasures to be around. Very attentive and on top of the jobs. They make you feel so comfortable like you’ve known them for years. Very respectful and respectable gentleman. The lady manager at the bar makes sure everything is top tier and such a sweet person. Staff at the bar is so on point with any of your needs. The grounds keeper always on his job. He will say hello but he’s right back to work and kind. The pool boy is cool funny and has such a good personality. Very helpful. Everyone has a beautiful smile that’s so welcoming and warm. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Andre the manager helped me immediately with a tiny incident but made sure it was dealt with right away. The people make the resort even more beautiful and such a great experience.

If anything just the shower cause the water always got on the floor

I like the beach access, pool was empty & clean, and the drinks at the bar are great. I appreciated my welcome drink as well.

The room was a bit small and the pool doesn’t have much shade for mid day. It can feel like being under a magnifying glass.

Travellers is a fantastic resort. The Staff is excellent. I booked the wrong week. Standing in the lobby with no room reserved. The Staff fixed it. The rooms are beautiful. The pool with bar is perfect and the beach is serene. Clear blue warm water. The best thing is that everything is a quick walk away from any room. Food is good. Other good restaurants nearby. I would definetly return.

My stay at this resort was awesome, the moment we entered I felt welcomed. The lobby has a welcoming ambiance, the staff, phenomenal, pleasant and professional. The rooms and bathrooms very clean. The gounds are well kept. The atmosphere is serene. The beach very clean and nice. The food was good. The price is reasonable. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Travellers Beach Resort in Negril was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, exhibiting both friendliness and professionalism. The grounds were both aesthetically pleasing and meticulously maintained. I would highly recommend this location to anyone planning a trip. You won't be disappointed with your experience there. If you go, make sure to visit the souvenir shop and say hi to Harry.

Travellers lives up to it's theme, home away from home. The room was clean and comfortable beds. I was concerned about the bathroom privacy as I travelled with a relative and would've preferred a solid door instead of stained glass. I enjoyed my Jamaican breakfast and dinner was great too. I went for the ocean and I totally enjoyed my time in the water. Best place to catch the Negril sunset.

Brilliant location right on the beach. Lush manicured gardens leading to the beach. Well equipped gym with sturdy good quality equipment. Very stylish decor in the rooms - we had two the kitchenette and the superior double queen. Lovely, private verandahs and balconies.

They didn’t make enough Jamaican breakfast so it ran out unless you got there early for breakfast.

Love being home, the welcome home on arrival is especially great! The changes since my last visit are wonderful. The room was perfect and spacious.

Not being able to get an extension on the night we lost due to a delay and misconnect not the hotel. Would be nice if you can move the day if space and room is available but we understand how it works.

I’ve stayed at this property several times, and after the hurricane, I noticed they’ve made several updates that have added even more charm and character to the resort. Before I get to all the positives, let’s get the hiccups out of the way. The Wi-Fi service can be inconsistent at times. Since I needed to do some work during my stay, I often found myself connecting to my personal hotspot to work from my laptop. I also noticed that the water pressure can occasionally be low, and if you’re not an early riser, you may end up with a cooler shower than expected. The good news is that these issues typically resolve themselves and didn’t significantly impact my overall stay. While there are still a few areas that could use some renovation, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. From freshly prepared meals to housekeeping ensuring rooms are clean and stocked with fresh towels, the staff truly make you feel like family. The front desk team is warm and welcoming, greeting guests with a drink upon arrival, whether it’s a refreshing rum punch or another beverage of choice. A special shoutout goes to Alex at the pool bar! His customer service was outstanding. He kept the drinks flowing, the entertainment going, and the atmosphere lively. The Reggae Drink was a favorite, and the music created the perfect island vibe. We also ordered chicken wings from the bar, and they arrived fresh, hot, and delicious. In the evenings, the resort offers activities and romantic candlelight dinners set along Seven Mile Beach, providing beautiful ocean views while you dine. My favorite night was Sunday, when they hosted karaoke night—a fun way to unwind and connect with other guests. Overall, if you’re seeking a laid-back beachfront getaway with friendly staff, great food, entertainment, and a welcoming family atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out Travellers Beach Resort. It’s a place that keeps me coming back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Traveller’s hotel once again for a friend’s birthday celebration. I must say that Shanille at the front desk ensured that check-in was seamless and the coordination of the birthday events were executed flawlessly. Ovel, the most gracious server was on point and ensured that our dinning experience was one to remember., He created a playlist of the songs for the birthday dinner and joined in singing happy birthday. Thanks to the chef (from Darliston) for cooking up the most sumptuous meals for us. Big thanks to (Mesheka, Roger, Romeo, housekeeper from St Elizabeth) and everyone who ensured we had the best experience at the resort. Traveller’s has never disappointed me over the few years since I have been staying there. They consistently serve great tasty food, clean & spotless rooms, nicely manicured grounds, friendly, warm and helpful staff. Looking forward for my next trip there soon.

We booked this trip for our 25th anniversary. We stayed couple of days at Travellers Inn and a week at Riu in Montego Bay. The location for Travellers Inn is near perfect. The beach is 10 out of 10. The hotel is above average and good value. Most of the staff are good. The main issue is lifeguard Tayon and Beach towel staff. They occupied all the beach chairs and placed towels. And I saw this myself several times. He then charged people that came from other places for the beach chairs. I thought staying at the hotel included access to beach chairs. And when I got upset, he was rude and confrontational. He said do whatever you want. I most likely will return to Jamica (Negril) but not Travellers Inn. The hotel since called back and advised that they have resolved this issue.

Going to the island of Jamaica is always a great getaway experience but, going to Travellers Beach resort is like coming home from a long trip. The property is immaculate, the atmosphere is warm and natural, so much sunshine everywhere. The staff, starting at the front desk with Shenille, who is a thoughtful and gentle person who makes sure all the small details are in. At the restaurant , Mesheika, makes sure my breakfast is just right because of my many food allergies, Roger, Chevelle and Ovel are rockstars, but, Ovel, is the absolute best at hosting a private birthday dinner,. Not forgetting Romeo, Ricky, and Ramone at the bar, thanks for the many conversations and amazing fresh fruit mixed drinks. Go check out Harry at the gift shop right outside of the reception area, you can't miss it. And lastly, there's Mr Throp who is by far one of the most humble humans I've had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks travellers for such a wonderful experience every time.

Great customer attentiveness

Wij hebben niet in Travellers Beach geslapen. We hadden wel geboekt, maar door schade aan een kamer konden we niet gebruik maken van onze reservering. Het hotel heeft een alternatief voor ons geregeld dat prima en naar wens was.

Could of been more choice on the menu

My daughter and I stayed at Travellers Beach Resort for four nights in March 2026. I found the hotel very nicely remodeled, the room, bathroom, and balcony were lovely. Our reception during check in was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The location is on the quieter side of the 7 mile beach, I knew that when I booked. Melissa did significant damage to areas of 7 mile, but the area around Travellers was better than expected. Long Bay Beach has disappeared in some areas, access to the walking path is difficult due to erosion. We ate at the One Fusion restaurant next door one evening. We sat on the deck, watching the sunset, it was a wonderful dinner. We ate in the Travellers restaurant for most meals and every meal was delicious. The reason I removed a star was due to the service in the restaurant. This was the only area where the hotel was lacking. I travel to Jamaica a few times a year so I totally understand Island Time. What we experienced was beyond the normal slow service. It happened more than once so it wasn't just a "one off." Once at lunch, we waited more than 2 hours for our meal to be delivered, watching everyone else eat and leave. I finally said, let's go we are missing the sunshine. A half hour later, the waitress called me in from the water and asked me why I left without signing the check. I told her we sat there for two hours waiting and neither the food or the check arrived. Her response, "Well you had a juice." To which I replied, "I know, I left a five under the glass."

It was right by the beach which I loved. The staff were nice. The room was clean. The area was quiet which I enjoyed. The resort was near the end of the 7 mile beach which allowed us to walk a good amount of it.

There was a night the electricity turned off but it was back on before midnight. The food at the restaurant wasn't that good.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's beautiful entrance. The elegant piano in the lobby and the delightful aroma that greeted us upon entering created a warm and inviting first impression. We received a wonderful welcome from Shaneil, who was professional, attentive, and exceptionally customer-focused. Upon entering our Deluxe Garden View room, we found it spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as pictured. Throughout our stay, the staff were accommodating, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel's location is also ideal, providing convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.

A spectacular place, I fell in love, the staff of 10! Very friendly, the room very clean and warm! The place has everything and makes you really feel like you're on vacation!! The food in the restaurant is delicious!! I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Travellers Beach Resort between 11th–21st May 2026 in one of the cottage rooms on a room-only basis. This was our first non all-inclusive trip to Jamaica and it absolutely did not disappoint. The cottage itself was on the smaller side for a couple and had limited storage and hanging space, so it’s probably better suited to shorter stays where you naturally have less luggage. That being said, the location more than made up for it — our cottage was just steps away from both the pool and the stunning Seven Mile Beach. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding provided regularly. Impressively, we didn’t see a single bug in the room during our entire 10-night stay, and the rooms have clearly been renovated to a very good standard. The room also included a smart TV, reliable WiFi, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the resort restaurant most mornings and had dinner there a few evenings too. All of the food and drinks we tried were delicious and very reasonably priced. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was warm, polite, and genuinely friendly, and you could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs. There’s a real sense that care and effort are put into making the resort a special and welcoming place for guests. The resort’s location on Seven Mile Beach is incredible, with soft white sand and crystal-clear blue water perfect for relaxing all day. There are beach vendors selling fresh fruit, patties, cake, sugar cane, handmade jewellery, hats, and offering activities such as horse riding. Every vendor we encountered was respectful and polite — a simple “no thank you” was always well received. As this was our first boutique hotel experience in Jamaica, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but Travellers exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely be returning and would love to bring more of our family and friends next time. For our next stay, we would likely book a larger room for extra comfort, but overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

We recently spent 3 nights at Travellers Beach Resort and had such a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, and the hotel itself had a beautiful romantic atmosphere with lush tropical scenery throughout the resort. The grounds were very well maintained and felt peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant food was incredible we genuinely never had a bad meal during our stay, and the portion sizes were generous. I’d honestly say it was the best restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. We especially enjoyed trying the Bob Marley cocktails! Although we didn’t spend much time around the pool, we did use the games room which was lovely. Most of our time was spent on the beach, which was only a short walk from our room. The beach was absolutely heavenly, and the hotel provided loungers and towels which made everything so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and we also felt very safe exploring outside the resort. We walked to the Scotiabank ATM, which was only about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there’s a small shopping centre with places like Burger King, smoothie bars, phone shops, a cannabis dispensary, and more. On our way back to the hotel, we visited the local craft market and picked up some lovely souvenirs. We also took a taxi to Sweet Spice Restaurant, and it ended up being one of the best meals I had in Jamaica definitely worth visiting! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Travellers Negril and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, tropical getaway with great food, friendly staff, and an amazing beach location.

I must say This is a Superb, fantastic place. Staff A1 . All smiles !! I loved everyone I met!! My new family. Now the restaurant is an absolute 0. Food is garbage. Service is trash. I gave them several opportunities to make right. Literally got worse n worse. I will never eat there again. Bit I’ll absolutely Return for the clean, and beautiful place❤️❤️

On a d'abord voulu me donner une chambre au rez-de chassée alors que j'avais demandé dès ma réservation d'avoir une chambre en étage élevé. J'ai dû argumenter pour que cela ne se fasse pas. J'ai ensuite eu une chambre proche de travaux de maintenance bruyants (avec tronçonneuse..) qui avaient lieu de 10h à 17h et parfois avant 10h, ce qui m'a réveillée. J'avais dit dit dès le départ que je n'étais pas satisfaite mais ils n'avaient pas d'autres chambres à me donner et je n'ai donc pas pu me reposer dans la journée si je restais dans la chambre. La vue de la chambre donnait sur les entrepôts des travaux. :(( J'ai à nouveau fait part de cette situation à la fin du séjour car j'étais indisposée par le bruit des travaux à côté de cette chambre. Ils m'ont offert alors une réduction avec surclassement si je devais réserver à nouveau mais c'était au moment où j'étais dans cet hôtel que j'aurais voulu avoir la chambre correspondant aux critères que j'avais demandé lors de ma réservation.

Enjoyed my stay here. Wifi worked great the whole time. Rooms are modern and comfortable, nice little kitchenette if you need it. Room also had a small patio with bushes for privacy, it was nice to sit outside and read and relax. You're also waterfront at Seven Mile which is obviously the highlight. Just a short walk from jerk chicken bbq on the beach, town center is also just a 10 min walk if you need to go there. I enjoyed my visit for sure.

Did find it to be a bit expensive for nightly rate.

We had a wonderfull weekend chilling on the beach, cocktails in hand. Friendly staff, customer service good. The cottage we stayed in was modern clean and comfortable. We will be returning later in the year.

I can recommend this hotel if you want to have fun with good vibes from the animation,those people are amazing.i was surprised by one thing this lady called Tekla her spirit ,she hardworking managing both departments and doing everything thing perfectly. When it comes to performance she give her all with a cute smile

Love everything about this resort. My family and I stay here quite frequently and every time we are met with outstanding hospitality. I love how staff treat one another what ever their role is, it is like one big family which definitely eminates throughout. When an issue arises they deal with it promptly which is also a bonus. The location is perfect and have a wide range of activities on site and have great recommendations beyond the resort.

Breakfast was great value if you get the breakfast wristband for 12 dollars a day. Also the staff are super friendly, great conversations with the bar staff!

We just recently stayed at Travellers for 7 nights. I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel for a few reasons. I loved the idea of it being locally owned and the size of the property. Unfortunately I do not think I would return. Lets start at the beginning. Front desk staff were great at both check in and check out. I only used them for assistance one other time during my stay to enquire about transportation and they were great then as well. The driver that we used from the hotel - Kenneth (Kenny) was also fantastic. He drove us to the Rockhouse for lunch and picked us up at Josephs cave when we were ready. He was great!! Housekeeping staff were also a great bunch of people, always quick with a smile and hello. The property is kept very clean and I think they would have cleaned our room everyday if we had not told them it was not necessary. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Now lets move on to the restaurant and bar staff. The first morning we went to the restaurant to eat was shortly after breakfast rush. Most of the tables on the main deck were still occupied or dirty. (Before my current job I was in the service industry for over 20 years in all sorts of capacities and establisments from a 5 star resort in the rockies to a locally owned mom and pop hot spot in my home town. So I am aware of of what it takes to be a server.) We stood at the entrance to the patio and waited for someone to acknowledge us but that did not happen. So I did what I know we are not supposed to do and that is sit at a dirty table, not because the table is dirty but because staff do not know if you are a new customer or old one. I made contact with one of the male servers who is also a regular bartender. He came over to the table and asked if we were new guests and before I could apologize for sitting at a dirty table I was sort of lambasted for it. Enough that it put a total damper on our first meal at Travellers. No one came to the table while we were eating to see how everything was, we had to ask for the bill and had to ask them to remove the fruit plate that never made its way to our table. After a couple of days of avoiding the place we decided to give them another chance for lunch. This time we had a female server but the experience was pretty much the same. I will say that the fish sandwich was amazing, so good that we went back at the end of our stay to have another one but the second time we did not get the tarter sauce, when we asked the server she brought mayo. So no consistency. One night we stopped at the bar after eating at another establishment to see if we could get a coffee and were told that there was no coffee made. I dont get it, they have a small gold mine in this restaurant and they are letting it fall to the wayside. Every night when we walked by the bar/restaurant to go have dinner some where else the music playing was not dinner appropriate, too loud too rockin. Perfect for after dinner but not while peole are trying to have a nice meal in such a beautiful setting. There is also the option to dine on the beach but the bar/restaurant music is competing with the romantic beach dinner music. What a fiasco!! So, would I recommend Travellers as a place to stay? Yes!! As place to go eat a meal ? No! Save your money and eat somewhere else where you are acknowledged with a smile and the staff actually seem happy to be there and happy to have you join them!!

Lovely little hotel. I read these when booking so I try give feedback to help others. First massive shout out to the house keeping staff and Ricky at the bar he is so funny. Pro- stayed in the cabins. Loved the greenery, so quiet, cute little decks. Great showers rain heads awesome. Little kitchenettes were cool. AC worked well. Beach water- nice no rocks no seeweed. Close walk to many other restaurants. Pool- awesome big for a small hotel fun and loved swim up bar Food- overall very tastey. Good amount of choice and decent price. View awesome located steps on the beach. Cons Room- beds need some work kind of old to get in. Some items don’t work like out safe and missing a few things coffee maker etc BUT NOTE ANYTHING WRONG THRY CORRECTED. MAINTENANCE CAME REAL FAST SL EGILE OLDET SHALE THRY RUN TO HELP Beach- not their fault but small and curved a bit harder to walk until you get further down. Overall it was great and I would stay again. The people and cleanliness make up for few little things. I will recommend to others.

The staff were excellent and really cared. Property was well maintained and both pool and the beach were manned. Restaurant had a good selection of food and bar had plenty of choice. Lovely to sit and watch the sun go down over the sea. Would definitely stay again if I was in this area.

I asked reception to book a taxi the night before departure to the nearest bus stop. They said I didn't need to as it was a short trip and it would be fine to do in the morning. In the morning I requested a taxi and heard the reception ask security to book a taxi. Unfortunately it was shift change so the message got lost. With only one bus leaving a day I needed to get there on time, luckily I'd left enough time to check where my taxi was and then the error was realised. A taxi came within 10 mins and I made my bus. In future I would privately book transport if for a time critical journey. I was also told the journey would be 10 dollars but was in fact 20 dollars.

Your hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful surroundings that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional, every meal was delicious, well-prepared.

We did experience a couple of minor issues, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the TV remote didn’t seem to work, but overall, it was still a pleasant visit.
