Had breakfast daily and it was good.

The 10% fees times 2 and the other fee is getting out of control. We are other places to not have all those fees.

The property was beautiful

It was too far from the town of Negril and everything costs a lot.

The food was excellent; the beach was also. This is a nice and cozy get away, with an atmosphere that allows for relaxation. A few refinements with interior of rooms could be helpful along with a few games and affordable activities.

I paid extra for breakfast but on arrival I’d to pay for eggs and anything else that I had apart from fruits and coffee. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied that booking.com could sell customers something take money and don’t deliver.

Location is amazing, the beach is phenomenal

We went to the restaurant on our 1st day & we were disappointed with the service. We didn’t get served at all, we watched people getting served on the other side that came after us, so we left after sitting for 25 min.

I love this hotel, very in expensive to stay here. Located almost in the middle of the 7 miles beach, amazingly -- Best Beach water in the world. Plus free continental breakfast - a keeper.

My room smelled like smoke, then I found out that prior guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony of the room. Unfortunately, I did forget to state that I needed a smoke free room.

They gave me a room that had mould on the bathroom ceiling, took a whole day to change it, next room was ok. I needed it cleaned on my second to last day and asked early for it. Took me asking 4 times before the cleaner came. She said nothing, not hello, no apology nothing. Very disappointed as I love staying there. I will go back but I hope things change.

The room appears to be a closet changed to pass as a bedroom Bathroom a little box no shelf toilet almost butting up against the sink Not even a chair in the room and inside the room felt damp and smelled moldy The biggest disappointment was we found a large live waterbug crawling by the bathroom door. The WiFi was almost nonexistent in the room. And the free breakfast was nothing but pastries and a juice with fruit we thought we could get a real Jamaican breakfast

The junior suite was large and very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Feels like you can have an authentic Jamaican experience while still getting the amenities a resort offers. I loved that I could leave the property whether to walk to the beach or adventure out for food. And if I never wanted to leave the hotel, I didn’t have to. The restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious.

We switched rooms halfway through after extending our stay. I prefer the junior suite over the beach front room simply for the updated fixtures. Plumbing and Furniture

The food and drinks were very expensive, so depending on what you want, a cheap all-inclusive might serve you better if you are there as a couple. The hotel is very nice on the other hand and very clean. My husband and I were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the security was wonderful. The outside bathroom was always clean, too.

I like the ambiance and the staff they are very friendly and professional.

Just the restaurant, it takes a while to get through to pay after finish eating. The waiting time sometimes its a bit too long.

We enjoyed everything about the property. It’s not very large so you can’t get lost. Everything is convenient and the distance to the beach is excellent.

We loved everything about the property. If we come back to the Negril we would definitely stay here again.

Quarto e chuveiros bons.Limpeza muito boa. Estrutura de praia boa com cadeiras e toalhas. Seguranças bem educados. Tem piscina, tem estacionamento, ótimo lugar para descansar é ótimo lugar para as crianças. Ambiente familiar. Pé na areia, mar muitooooo calmo. Vibe ótima .

O Café da manhã incluso na diária é bom e básico, não tem opção , (Café incluso na diária é apenas o continental) mais atendeu bem eu e minha esposa…, se ficar mais de dois dias irão enjoar. Mais tem outras opções de café da manhã pagando há parte. Tanto café da manhã, almoço , janta , bebidas não são baratos. Apenas para informação.

WiFi has improved a lot but still not good quality like other beach properties. Prime and NetFlix didn’t work on television which was a bit outdated.

The room shower draining system is weak, the water kept filling up whilst we were showering. Our feet was soaking in the dirty water

The room had some small flies in it. I am not sure where they came from.

I like that it was on the beach. However, I would have loved it even more if an option was given for breakfast that includes cooked food instead of all pastries etc.. I’m suggesting that if you have a guest staying 3 night or more, include a cooked breakfast for one of the days. Just a suggestion.

Hade insekter på rummet men det är tropisk land så det är vad det är. Annars är det ju att jag bokade för 850usd och sen ser 650usd pris för samma rum tre dagar innan men pga av booking är så långsamma på svara/så kunden jag inte få mellanskillnaden

La posizione ottimale e la spiaggia stupenda. Bagnino gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Teli mare a vostra disposizione, si possono cambiare anche tutti i giorni. OTTIMA aragosta mangiata il nostro giorno di arrivo, complimenti al barista,molto bravo! Ottima musica durante tutto il giorno! Bellissima piscina e idromassaggio con acqua bollente! Gentilissima l'infermiera, peccato che non ha potuto farci un'iniezione abbastanza urgente. A volte ci vuole anche un po di flessibilità.

Reparto reception assolutamente non all'altezza. Abbiamo prenotato a gennaio e abbiamo scritto varie email e messaggi, senza avere mai risposta. C'erano anche richieste importanti, ma anche quando siamo arrivati in loco non sono state in grado di soddisfarci. Il ristorante molto lento e non attento alle allergie alimentari. Abbiamo cenato 1 sola volta e ci hanno portato una pietanza proprio con l' ingrediente a cui eravamo allergici. (Avevamo parlato anche con la chef) ma nonostante ciò il piatto è arrivato al tavolo e io non ho potuto consumarlo. L' ho fatto presente alla cameriera ma l'ho comunque dovuto pagare. Altro punto negativo la colazione, solo dolce e servita,molto lentamente al tavolo, per fare colazione in media un ora e mezzo...e di pessima qualità, ai Caraibi è inconcepibile mangiare frutta piu acerba e insapore che in Italia. Se si vuole qualcosa di salato si paga a parte. La camera non era per niente come mostrata in foto ,polvere sul pavimento e molto umida, i vestiti appesi( non c'è neanche l'armadio) erano umidi e nel bagno molti piccoli insetti neri sulle pareti. Per i tranfer si prendono il doppio o quasi di quello che costa prenotando tramite booking. Su 100 dollari prelevati all'atm del resort ci hanno applicato 14 dollari di commissioni, stessa cosa se si cambia alla reception. Di solito non lascio recensioni, soprattutto negative ma è giusto che la gente sappia quali sono le condizioni quando parte per un viaggio.

Da localização na praia Seven Miles Beach. Lugar espetacular!!! Lindo o pôr do sol. Um lugar super tranquilo, calmo e perfeito! O quarto também foi muito bom! Grande e espaçoso. Comida do restaurante muito gostosa. Jantamos todos os dias lá.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two receptionist gave us a warm welcome after a long drive and made check in very straightforward. The waiters were friendly and helpful. The cleaners and grounds men done an excellent service.

The jacuzzi was too hot to enter, the breakfast included has room for improvement.

Put into a room at a really poor location on the first night, weren't able to sleep at all. Had the opinion that if we didn't complain, they would have happily let us stay in such a poor room. Not what you expect after traveling from Europe, poor showing. Glad to be going home!

Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno, está incluido pero uno muy básico si queres algo más completo tenes que pagar a parte y no era barato un desayuno con huevos 18usd por persona, por el precio de la noche deberían tener un desayuno completo incluido en el precio

The staff was really nice especially Johnson and the ladies cleaning our room, even the gardeners. The room with two queen beds was perfect. Just in front of the beach! Housekeeping was done everyday. There was AC in the room. We felt very safe especially thanks to Johnson.
