최고의 가성비 숙소. 아침식사가 괜찮았으며 역과의 거리도 가까운편

화장실 환풍기가 꺼지면 금연실인데도 담배냄새가 흘러나왔음. 화장실 불과 환풍기가 자동이라 키고 꺼지는 걸 조절할 수 없어서 약간 불편했음.

Liked everything about Drei Konige... quiet location, very pleasant and helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! Highly recommend!

The position was perfect, close to the old town, restaurants etc

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although the staff did supply hot water and teabags from a station in the lobby

Standard beds were bad, I’m quite skinny, but my body sank on the bed causing backache within a minute. Sofa bed was firmer and more comfortable to sleep.

I asked for a clean and quiet room, which I had. I was positively surprised by the fact, that I had air condition (it was very hot and humid that night). As well, I got a free room upgrade (double bed room)!

Family room was a good size and really enjoyed our visit there. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and happily stored our bag during the day.

Great location close enough to the centre of the city without being too noisy and busy. Elevator available to all floors so easy to transport luggage. Around 10 minutes from the main station or there is a bus. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. great bathroom with amazing shower, comfy beds, good TV with Netflix - what more could you ask for! Aircon really helped during the heatwave! Breakfast was all you can eat, good continental choices and good quality. we left every morning happy, full and ready for the day. Good coffee, juices, fresh bread, meats, cheeses, cereal, pastries, fruit, and cooked bacon and sausages - spot on! The staff really make this place though. On arrival we were greeted by a charming lady who gave us lots of information about the local attraction, our room and the hotel services. everyone in the breakfast room seemed happy and willing to help. And on checkout the nice gentlemen gave us more information to help us on our way and a little stone with a painted face as a "good luck charm!" (These have gone on our travelling bookshelf!) I highly recommend a stay here

We stayed in three places in Switzerland and every place (Including here) at ultra soft pillows. We prefer something a little firmer. Maybe providing extra pillows might be a nice touch!

The hotel is a good choice for travelers looking for a base close to the city center to explore. The rooms are clean and come with A/C, which is a big plus in the summer. The breakfast buffet is ok, in line with hotels of that price level.

L'acceuil à la réception est chaleureux et de très bon conseil. Les lits sont très confortables, on a très bien dormi. Le lieu est central. On a apprécié notre séjour.

Breakfast was awesome, my wife loved that they had mimosas. The room was small but comfortable, the air conditioning worked great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Location was excellent, close to the train station, river, lake, and old town. Good restaurants nearby. We were able to get ice.

The Reception staff (the young lady who checked us in particularly) was extremely warm, welcoming, professional, informative & helpful. She very kindly was able to let us check in earlier. Albeit it was the attic room with a sloped ceiling, but it was our choice to settle for that. My husband struggled a bit as he's very tall. But it was a cosy, very clean & comfortable room with great views. The breakfast staff were also lovely, very efficient and attentive. The breakfast options were pretty good considering. They even had Dhal & rice for their Asian guests, which was unexpected, but so thoughtful. Location wise, it was walking distance from the train station, lots of public transport options (free ticket for guests). And walking distance to Old Town and the Promenade. So handy. The cleaner does an amazing job of keeping the rooms spotless. Even better than most of the larger hotels we stayed at. The hotel manager was also very helpful. All in all, would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel. They still offer old fashioned wonderful service, so lacking in most other places.

No air conditioning so breakfast area windows needed to be open. There was a bees nest close, so bees came in during breakfast.

距離車站不遠，可以徒步過去，距離超市與河岸很近，採買與散步非常方便。房間有冷氣很棒，床鋪很舒服，可以一覺到天亮。員工很熱情，讓人感到安心，早餐很好吃，環境也乾淨，可以坐到窗戶旁，一邊享受餐點一邊欣賞風景。退房時，服務人員給了兩個小小幸運石，超可愛，讓我們接下來的旅程順順利利，值得推薦給到盧森的遊客。

The air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with staff replenishing items as the hotel was quite busy with tour groups. The bed was very comfortable. Tv had plenty of English speaking channels. The local travel pass the hotel gave us made it easy to get around in the extreme heat of the summer. Location was very close to the old town and supermarkets. Bathroom was clean and modern.

The bath towels were on the small side. The door lock was a bit tricky. The dormer rooms are not made for tall people and you have to be aware of them all the time otherwise you keep hitting your head like my husband did the first day.

Отличный отель, очень близко к центру и ко всем достопримечательностям. Также близко находится к ж/д вокзалу, буквально 10 мин, если приехали поездом. Интерьер отеля очень красивый, чистые номера. Также хочу отметить девочек на рецепции, а особенно Марию, все объяснила, показала, очень приветливый персонал. У меня был др, украсили комнату, все на высшем уровне. Всем рекомендую.

Super beliggenhed, meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme personale. Man fik adgangs billetter til offentlig transport i Luzerne samt adgang til museer. Fik alsidig morgenmad. Gå afstand til det hele samt mulighed for parkering meget billigt.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko centrum, atrakcji turystycznych. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Karta turystyczna na darmowe przejazdy i zniżki wydana automatycznie w recepcji. Sympatyczna, życzliwa obsługa. Śniadanie tradycyjne: kawa, wędliny, pieczywo itp. Można by pomyśleć o zestawie do parzenia kawy i herbaty w każdym z pokoi.

Traumhafte Lage, ein wirklich absolut bemühtes und äuserst zuvorkommendes Personal und ein sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit auf unserer Reise - das Hundeset hat super gepasst. Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein (die Möglichkeit zur Essensrettung finden wir wirklich toll). Gerne jederzeit wieder und Danke für den Glücksstein.

The breakfast was excellent and as the hotel was busy with some groups staying I wondered how they would manage. Not a problem as a large dining area and staff excellent. Our room was quiet and comfortable so we spelt well.

I dont have any complaints, the hotel was full yet the staff managed well and our room was quiet.

Очень приятный персонал! Вежливый и дружелюбный. Рассказали и нарисовали на карте, куда сходить погулять и вообще осталось очень приятное послевкусие. Поздравили мою маму с днём рождения, что было для нее приятным сюрпризом. Отличное местоположение. Пешком можно прогуляться в центр или на жд вокзал. А в случае, если устали, в 3 минутах ходьбы автобусная остановка. Завтраки были отличными! И горячая еда была, и нарезки, яйца, выпечка, вкусный кофе, Просекко, фрукты, йогурты. Номер был хороший, очень спасало наличие кондиционера, мы как раз приехали в жаркие дни. В номере было тихо и комфортно спать. Нам всё понравилось!

The location was great. The staff especially the lady that attended us at night was fabulous. The morning crew was great also and they really tried to do things to make your trip the best.

I really didn’t have anything I didn’t like. I wish there was an ice machine on each floor so we could get our own ice, but they were very happy to get us ice at the main floor when I needed it.

Při rezervaci bylo uvedeno možnost parkování.. Při příjezdu parkování pouze na ulici za 17 euro a najdi si sám. Snídaně slabota.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were willing to store our luggage and provided us with visitor pass that allowed us to use public transit. The breakfast was also good and the dining room was charming.

The rooms felt a little outdated for the price.

Resepsiyon görevlisi vardığımızda ücretsiz şehir içi ulaşım kartını verdi ve ayrıntılı olarak her şeyi bize tarif etti. Sessiz ve sakin bir cadde üzerinde. Kaldığımız oda yeterli seviyede büyük, dolabı ve her türlü ekipmanı mevcut idi. Otelin kahvaltısı yeterli ve doyurucu idi. Hiç bir şeyin eksikliğini hissetmedik. Verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığında en güzel hizmeti aldığımız söyleyebilirim.

Merkezi bölgeye 1 km mesafede olması dışında olumsuz bir yanı yok. Yürüyerek ya da otobüs ile ulaşılabilir.

Gute Lage, fussläufig zur Altstadt. Sehr sauber und alles gut in Schuss gehalten. Das Personal ist mir ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit in Erinnerung geblieben!

Die Einrichtung (z. B. die Duschwanne) ist nicht auf dem aktuellsten Stand, das ist aber dennoch absolut in Ordnung, da alles sauber und gepflegt wirkt

部屋に湯沸かしポットはありませんが、ロビーに紅茶パックと共に部屋へ持って行けるお湯ポットがあるのでとても便利です。 朝食にスパークリングワインがありました。

Location is good and staff if very cooperative

I booked the room for 2 person but when i reached to the hotel counter they tell me I have selected single room we cannot stay in one room. they charged by extra amount for one bed and this I experience first time on booking.com

Conveniently located on a quiet street just a short walk to where the beautiful river and restaurants were located. Had air-conditioning and good private bathroom with good water pressure for a shower.
