Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Fantastisk hotell og superfint spa, de unge ansatte var superhyggelige og snille. Vi fikk oppgradert rom med utsikt til matterhorn. Perfekt beliggenhet, midt i sentrun.
Det eneste jeg ikke likte ved hotellet var frokosten. Frokosten virket ikke fersk, og det var dårlig tilbud for noen som ikke tåler melk eller brød. Den eldre damen som jobbet på frokosten var heller ikke så hyggelig eller serviceinnstilt.

Отель рядом с кладбищем. И некоторые номера выходят на кладбище. Плохая звукоизоляция, шторы пропускают дневной свет, если захотите поспать до обеда- в комнате будет светло. Маленькие одеяла.

As soon as we entered the property we were warmly welcomed. All staff members were extremely helpful and very nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had a bathtub/shower where you had a large step to get in and out of the bathtub. For a senior citizen, this was not easy to navigate.

My room was large, calm, with a nice balcony and the perfect Matterhorn view. .The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is very diverse and excellent. The atmosphere in the hotel is extremely welcoming and the staff is very friendly and nice. The recommendation about neighboring restaurant was excellent and I really enjoyed my dinners there. All in all I loved my stay a lot and hope to be back!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liess keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Upgrade mit dem wunderschönen Blick aufs Matterhorn. Das Zimmer war grossartig und auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Allalin ist ein top geführtes Familienunternehmen mit einem wunderbaren Charme, der jeden Tag aufs neue begeistert.

The owner greeted us you when when we checked in, offered us a cold drink and provided us with very helpful information about Zermatt and the tours up the mountain. They upgraded us to rooms facing the Matterhorn, which views were spectacular. The breakfast was fantastic, and my son enjoyed the gym. Everyone was extremely helpful. If and when I go back to Zermatt, I know where I will stay.

Inclusive, acreditamos que as fotos e a descrição disponíveis no Booking não conseguem transmitir completamente a qualidade da experiência oferecida. Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos com um welcome drink e por uma equipe extremamente cordial e atenciosa. O hotel oferece serviço de traslado para hóspedes que chegam pela estação de Zermatt, bastando comunicar previamente o horário de chegada. É um serviço muito conveniente e com excelente custo-benefício. A localização é excepcional. O hotel fica a poucos minutos de caminhada da estação, em uma área muito agradável às margens do rio, e com uma das melhores vistas do Matterhorn que encontramos em Zermatt. Ficamos hospedados em um quarto com varanda e vista direta para a montanha, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Dormir e acordar contemplando o Matterhorn é algo difícil de esquecer. O hotel possui uma arquitetura muito charmosa, com forte presença de madeira e diversos detalhes cuidadosamente trabalhados, criando um ambiente acolhedor e elegante. As áreas comuns são muito bonitas e convidativas, incluindo uma varanda extremamente agradável para relaxar e apreciar a paisagem. O quarto era muito amplo, confortável, silencioso e impecavelmente limpo. A limpeza, aliás, merece destaque especial. Tudo transmitia uma sensação constante de cuidado e organização, desde as áreas comuns até as toalhas e roupas de cama. O café da manhã também foi excelente, com boa variedade, produtos de qualidade e um horário bastante generoso para os hóspedes. Outro detalhe que nos chamou a atenção foi a gentileza da equipe ao identificar nossa nacionalidade e, em diversos momentos, nos atender em português, tornando a experiência ainda mais acolhedora. Um dos maiores destaques do hotel é seu spa. Trata-se de uma verdadeira joia escondida.
É difícil apontar pontos negativos relevantes diante da excelente experiência que tivemos. Se houvesse algo a ser aperfeiçoado, seria apenas o banheiro do quarto em que ficamos. Embora fosse muito limpo, funcional e equipado com banheira, seu padrão estético não acompanhava o nível excepcional do restante do hotel. Comparado às áreas comuns e especialmente ao spa, o banheiro aparentava ser um pouco mais antigo e poderia se beneficiar de uma modernização futura. Ainda assim, trata-se de uma observação bastante pontual que não comprometeu em nada nossa estadia.

Auch für Menschen mit Intoleranzen. DieLage ist top, mitten im Dorf. Als ich ankam wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und durfte direkt einen Willkommensdrink auf der Terrasse geniessen. das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Spa Bereich, den ich aber nicht genutzt habe.
Nichts, alles war zu meiner Zufriedenheit.
