I was unable to leave a positive review because I actually didn't stay at the hotel. Despite confirming multiple times that I had booked a Deluxe Matterhorn Panoramic room, when I checked into room 204, the Matterhorn was completely invisible. Even stepping out onto the balcony, there was not a single trace of the mountain view, which is entirely different from the pictures shown. The front desk stated there were no vacant rooms available, so they couldn't switch me. I was ultimately given a refund and had to scramble to frantically search for another hotel in Zermatt with available rooms. I hope the hotel will be truthful and reclassify this room to a tier that matches its actual description.

Больше всего понравился СПА ,особенно теплый бассейн с видом на Маттерхорн. Был вкусный и разнобразный завтрак. Весь Персонал на ресепшене и на завтраке вежливый и знает свою работу ,особенно Maria Angela!

We were blown away by the views from the hotel and the vibe of the town. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect location, the spa is incredible- especially the outdoor pool and the snow room. Staff were all so sweet and attentive, especially Marco who was all smiles and helpfulness from the minute he picked us up.

The ONLY negative would be no a/c and no irons available. The evenings were cool though and they gave us a fan and an ironing service is available.

Great central location and amazing views. Hospitality was incredible. Spa was a wonderful relaxing break from a day exploring. Also conveniently located close to a laundromat.

This hotel is beautifully situated. Really lovely location with incredible views from all over the hotel. Seeing the Matterhorn from my hotel balcony was such a treat. And the staff was incredible. The spa was also beautiful.

The room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Everything was exceptional.

Wonderful location, 10 min walk both from the train station as well as the cable car station; and close to a couple very good restaurants. Room was spacious and spotless but definitiely go for one with a view of the Matterhorn if you find it available. It's more than worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities are excellent.

If I could rate this hotel higher I would. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony room. The breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious, I would highly rate the omelet for breakfast. The spa pools are beautiful, a perfect way to relax after a long hike. The staff are amazing. I would absolutely return and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Posizione bellissima con vista sopraelevata sul Cervino sia dalla piscina esterna che dalla SPA , giardino esterno delizioso e attrezzato con sedute , tavolini , ombrelloni e vasi fioriti che rendono lo spazio molto accogliente , superlativo il servizio del tè pomeridiano abbinato a torta e pasticcini incluso nel prezzo e fruibile nella veranda esterna con vista .

The breakfast area with a terrace and the view to Matterhorn made me happy every morning. And the beautiful spa with very hot sauna and outdoor pool with the view to Matterhorn made me even happier in the evenings.

Miejsca do których chce się wracać to głównie zasługa spotkanych tam ludzi, a w hotelu Couronne są ludzie, którymi chcesz się otaczać. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo komunikatywna, która podejmuje wszelkie działania aby Twój pobyt w Zermatt był niezapomniany. Począwszy od komunikacji mailowej przed przyjazdem gdzie niezwłocznie odpowiadano na wszystkie moje pytania, przez miły uśmiech na codzień, życzenia i prezent urodzinowy za które jeszcze raz ogromnie dziękuję, po wsparcie w transferze na i z dworca oraz pomoc z kartą Peak Pass. Hotel położony jest w świetnej okolicy, blisko centrum, ale jednak w bocznej uliczce więc wieczorem jest cisza i spokój. Pokoje są urządzone w tradycyjnym, górskim stylu, z nowoczesną łazienką i wszystkimi udogodnieniami (suszarka do włosów, tv, pięknie pachnące produkty pod prysznic). Bardzo podobała mi się strefa wellness, kilka saun w których można odpocząć, basen z jacuzzi pod dachem i basen odkryty z widokiem na Matterhorn. Wszystko czyste i zadbane, dodatkowo dostępna woda niegazowana, gazowana i detox oraz domowa herbata. Śniadanie na najwyższym poziomie, urozmaicone, z lokalnymi, dobrej jakości produktami. Bardzo duży wybór dla wegetarian. Pyszne cappuccino! Zermatt i okolice są fantastyczne aby miło spędzić czas, odpocząć od zgiełku, ten odpoczynek na pewno może zapewnić Couronne. Ja już wiem że na pewno tu wrócę. Jeszcze raz dziękuję za niezapomniany pobyt! 😊

Ich habe nicht erwartet dass Sie mir eine Frühstückspaket vorgeschlagen würden, da ich bereits um 5-5.30 wandern gehe, konnte ich das Frühstück im Haus um ab 7:00 nicht nützen. Der Saunabereich ist sehr sauber. Zudem bietet er einen tollen Blick auf das Matterhorn und auf dem Fluss, worüber ich sehr froh bin. Schade ist nur, dass der Bereich nur bis um 20h geöffnet ist. Ich verstehe dass vollkommen, man sollte den Blick geniessen können, bevor den Sonne untergeht.

Hervorragende Lage im Dorfzentrum mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn; Deluxe DZ mit Matterhorn-Blick waren den Mehrpreis wert. Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig, in schön möbliertem und gestalteten Raum mit verglastem Wintergartenausblick auf das Matterhorn. Sehr schöner SPA mit Sauna, Kälteraum, In- und Outdoor-Pool. Personal sehr freundlich.

A Wonderful Stay with an Unforgettable Matterhorn View La Couronne Hotel enjoys an excellent location. Sitting on the balcony and looking directly at the majestic Matterhorn—especially when the summit glows golden in the morning sunlight—was an unforgettable experience. From the balcony, we could also see many visitors stopping by the bridge below to take photos of this iconic view. It made us appreciate even more how privileged we were to enjoy the same magnificent scenery peacefully from our own room. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Our sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work, warm hospitality, and attentive service. We had a truly memorable stay and would be delighted to return!

The atmosphere of the hotel is exceptional. The staff was so kind and helpful, they always kept smiling. For me, the location was perfect, max. 10 mins walk from Zermatt train station and everything (cable car stations, restaurants, shops, main sightseeing spots) was so close. I was speechless because of the view from my hotel room. I really loved the bed and the blanket, the room was clean and comfortable. You can sign to ths staff using a QR code if you do not want your room to be cleaned next day, in this way to support the protection of the environment. I also tried the spa that is really cozy and best place to relax. Spending several minutes in a snow room was avreal challenge. My favourite was the breakfast room, a very nice white-colored built-in terasse with big windows go to Matterhorn mountain. Breakfast contains wide range of variety, everything was fresh and tasty. Next time coming here as well, for sure. I can recommend this place to try.

Perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum. Utsikten fra hotell or rommene er perfekt mot Mattehorn, byen og fjellene rundt. Rommene meget delikate, flott bad og med balkong helt optimal utsikt. Spa området er stort med flere sauna, steam bad og 2 basseng - inne og ute med utsikt opp mot Matterhorn. Personalet er meget hyggelige og service minded. Etter lang fjell tur etter utsjekk fikk vi bruke spa anlegget før hjemturen. Tee time fra 14:00 meg te, kaffe frukt og kaker som kan nytes på en stor ute balkong med usjenert utsikt.

Alt er helt perfekt.

Some construction noise from work on new restaurant. Drilling started at 8am most days!

Room was great with a balcony with a tremendous view of the Matterhorn.Breakfast had an excellent choice with a wonderful fresh omlette and wonderful selection of other fresh produce particularly the fresh fruit cheeses and cold meats.

The only downside was the restaurant was getting refurbed so we had to eat elsewhere, I’m sure it will be a lovely addition.

Breakfast had broken glass in it. Better access to coffee machines. Refurbishment was underway so no bar/dining room.

Leider war das Restaurant wegen Renovation vorübergehend geschlossen.

Nydelig hotell med flott beliggenhet. Lyst og fint frokostområde og innholdsrik frokost. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte, samt et fantastiks spa. God service å bli hentet med bil fra togstasjonen.
