Breakfast was superb with linen napkins, custom egg choices, fresh veggie and fruit drinks, even bubbles!

Les réceptionnistes ont été très accueillante. la chambre était confortable, très peu de nuisance sonore malgré que l'hôtel se situe dans la rue principale. Le déjeuner était bien et les serveuses à l'écoute. Content de ces deux nuits passé dans cet hôtel !

The hotel had wonderful ambience and a comfortable feel. A very nice choice. The breakfast area was excellent w/plenty of tables.

I wish I did not have a single room with the bed up in the loft where I had to climb up and down the stairs each time. For certain types of people with any conditions, that could be dangerous. Outside of that the room was really OK for just myself.

Clean, lovely decore, breakfast was brilliant and its location were standouts.

Lovely atmospheric Swiss chalet style hotel with modern facilities. Rooms were spotless and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Location is perfect, just steps from the station. Highly recommend.

No fault of the hotel. The bath tub was high and difficult to step into. When using the shower it was easy to get the floor wet.

Very clean and the room had high quality craftsmanship on all of the finishes. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and was great. The onsite restaurant was so good that we ate there twice.

Can’t think of anything to complain about!

The Hotel had a very nice and comfortable room, with an excellent bed and very soft, high-quality bedding. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection, and the staff were extremely friendly. The bathroom was very clean, and the location was perfect for our short trip, with the train station close by.

The only small downside was the glass bathroom door, which made the room very bright in the morning — I personally don’t like having light coming into the bedroom while sleeping

O hotel é perto da estação

Muito caro e não oferece os acessórios básicos como condicionador, acabou o papel toalha e não repuseram, o elevador não estava funcionando e meu quarto era quarto andar, ele praticamente não oferecia acessórios nenhum. No último dia de manhã fiquei sem papel higiênico. Tinha muitas expectativas pelo valor que paguei e fiquei frustrada, quando paguei o dólar estava alto e ficou 2.200,00 reais a diária. Eu também tinha entendido na reserva que o quarto era de vista para o matherroh, mas não era, na reserva tinha opção vista da montanha e vista da cidade, paguei mais caro para ser vista da montanha, mas tinha vista da cidade, eu argumentei, mas falaram que tinha vista da montanha, mas não a que eu i.maginava. Me arrependi de ter escolhido um hotel e um quarto mais caro.

All you need for a skiing trip including a cosy and friendly ambiance.

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay here! We are very impressed by all the lovely details - the fresh orange juice machine, gym and the meeting room! The location is also great, super close to train station and all the shops.

It was a great experience! The room, the lounge, the resteraunt, the breakfast, the ski room, the relaxation center, the gym, the staff, the pool table and the location!

My vacation wasn't longer

Perfeita! Quartos limpos, aconchegantes e espaçosos. Bar funcionando até as 2 a.m, ótima localidade. Café da manhã excepcional e atendimento de qualidade.

De não ter a piscina prometida, mas não fez falta no passeio.
