הדבר היחידי שאני יכול לציין זה שאין מזגן בחדר האוכל אבל זה נסבל.

Nice interior design. The kid’s club was nice they enjoyed it.

It doesn’t say anywhere But there is construction right next to the hotel we could not be in the room it was very noisy 10am-5pm And also a big part of the kids pool is under construction as well and my 4 y son was devastated. It was part of the reason we booked that place.

Everything was great, clean and pleasant. The stuff is super nice and friendly. The location was also great, close to 7Elevent, restaurants, bars and masage places.,

Nooit meer. De kamers zijn verschrikkelijk gehorig, er zijn hele dunne tussenmuren gebruikt. Je kan letterlijk de buren horen praten als die normaal in gesprek zijn met elkaar. We zijn één keer van kamer gewisseld ivm geluidsoverlast en we zijn één keer gewisseld ivm een stjnkende muf ruikende airconditioning. Leek net of er gerookt werd in de kamer. Bij inspectie bleek dat de filters vervangen moesten worden. Verder zijn de afspraken die we met het management gemaakt hebben over tegemoetkoming niet nagekomen. Voor ons nooit meer Centara Karon Resort. NIET boeken. Onbetrouwbaar en kan je geen afspraken mee maken.

Location was nice

When check out they told me that we took something from the mini bar which im sure we didnt take any and I confirmed that we didnt but they told maybe the kids took something but i re confirmed that we didnt. Yet they still charged me. For me its not about the money. But charging me for something i didnt take felt like im being scammed.

This was our 2nd stay at Centara Karon Resort. We stayed here last summer as well and loved it sooo much we decided to stay at the same resort again this summer. Love everything about this place: the staff is so polite, the resort is perfect for kids, the location is very close to the beach and to multiple restaurants. Halal food options within walking distance as well.

3 piscines dans l'hôtel, bien entretenus. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, et le personnel est très accueillant ! L'hôtel est assez grand donc si votre chambre est loin de la réception, on vous y emmène en buggy, très pratique quand vous rentrez d'une journée d'activités. Le quartier est calme, sympa et l'entrée de l'hôtel est surveillé.

Quelques coupures d'électricité de temps en temps mais le courant revient peu de temps après

Personnel pas fou, le service pas fou, les chambres et couloir ne sont pas aussi moderne que l’hotel, les chambres sont pas tres propre le menage est bof, on a pas eu la chambre qu’on a reserver et la conciergerie à qui on s’est plaint n’a rien fait

The positives: - Larges rooms, some with bathtubs - The pillows, robes and hairdryers are fabulous. The best I've experienced in a hotel - Large outdoor space - Multiple pools - Lots of sun lounges - Concierge app - made accessing information and services simple and easy - Exceptional gym - one of the best I've seen in a hotel setting. The fitness classes are a bonus. Having showers and lockers is a helpful for travel days. Please recognise,Aung, housekeeper for all the fantastic work does. He goes above and beyond, and always with a smile.

The negatives: - Phuket and the hotel is inundated with Russians (80% occupancy), so be prepared for all that brings - rude, inconsiderate guests. - The hotel is also inundated with children, with no adults only or quiet spaces - The rooms are noisey - you hear everything - toilets flushing, kids screaming, people stomping around, doors slamming etc. If you want a place to sleep-in then this is NOT the place. - The onsite coffee shop doesn't start serving coffee until after 8:30 a.m. - The buffet breakfast is overpriced and vastly unhealthy - Overall, the food and drink is expensive, incurs a 10% service charge and additional 7% VAT on every item. Feedback: Hotel management, please seriously consider implementing the following: 1. Add a dual towel rail above the bathtub. The room is lacking towel hooks in the bathroom. 2. Add a hand towel rail to the vanity 3. Make the pool/lounge area near the villas adults only and a quiet zone for relaxing - no talking. 4. Make the pool near reception adults only (18 and above). Adults need a place to relax without screaming children. 5. Make coffee available for order (at least for breakfast) via the room service app 6. Add soft close door hinges to prevent slamming of room doors. (This really is a must). Constant slamming of doors is NOT a relaxing experience for anyone. 7. Fix the air-conditioning in the yoga room 8. Move the meditation sessions to a quiet space...perhaps near the villas. 9. Move the 8:00 a.m. adult fitness classes to 9:00 a.m. 10. Add more adult Muay Thai classes to the schedule.

Excellent! Pool view here is not like in the other hotels. Very good sound isolation, green palm leaves all around, aesthetic, big balcony to chill. Everything is clean, daily housekeeping, perfect air conditioning, fast WiFi and good location. Additionally, we want to highlight housekeeper Aung. He is such a helping and dedicated to his work specialist! Greetings from our family to him, he definitely needs a rise with his attitude to job 👏🏼👏🏼 and all the reception and pool bar staff. Amazing people. Almost cried when it was time to leave because this place made us feel like home! Even better 😁🫶🏻

Отдыхали в отеле не в первый раз. Отель после глубокой реновации в 2024 году, все новое, мебель, интерьер, постельные принадлежности, а главное система кондиционирования, это очень важно для нас, так как во время пандемии почти все отели стояли закрытыми какое-то время и климат просто уничтожил все, те кто открылись без ремонта , даже более именитые 5* отели, сейчас в плачевном состоянии. Здесь же идеальное соотношение цены/качества, во многом отель соответствует 5*, хоть и заявлен 4*. Прекрасные завтраки с упором на международную кухню, а не Азию/Китай как уже многие. Большая, зеленая, а главное ухоженная территория, много лежаков, всегда везде хватает, не надо бегать занимать. Большие номера в малоэтажных корпусах, живем только там, семье из 4 человек вполне комфортно (36-38 кв.м.). Море 5-7 минут, 7/11 и фрукты прям на выходе, 3-5 минут и на улице полной ресторанов и массажей.

В прошлые приезды постоянно ходили на тематические ужины (шведский стол барбекю/морской/бразильский и тп), все было вкусно, выбор большой, в этот раз дважды сходили и разочаровались, очень урезали меню, мало мяса, выдают по кусочку, свежего не жарят и поэтому почти всегда все остывшее и сухое, хотя цена не маленькая. Очень рассчитывали на эти ужины когда бронировали. Раньше полотенца пляжные были в свободной доступе, теперь по картам, в целом нормальная практика, но на деле, на стойке у бассейна постоянно нет персонала для выдачи полотенец, либо бегаешь ищешь, либо сам заходишь и берешь полотенца и карты, как итог, доп неудобство без сохранности полотенец от воровства. Вздулось все покрытие у детского водного городка, стало очень не безопасно, а так же все фонтаны льют воду во все стороны, в том числе на лежаки и дорожки, хотя это легко починить, надеюсь поправят это в межсезонье.

It is not clear why our luggage has not been handed over back to us when we asked to get our luggage. This made us extremely uncomfortable

Останавливался в этом отеле с семьей (Жена и ребенок) на 15 ночей. Заранее знал, что прилично переплачиваю, т.к. в окрестностях были варианты жилья сильно дешевле. Осознанно выбрал центару, потому что хотелось больше комфорта, больше приватной территории, вкусных завтраков и возможности проведения досуга с детьми. Практически все это здесь и получил и даже больше того. Персонал - 11 из 10. Лучший сервис за все мои путешествия. На все просьбы реагировали всегда и очень оперативно. Чувствовалось, что очень хотят угодить по максимуму. Для удобства гостей у них есть приложение для смартфонов, с помощью которого можно вести коммуникацию с персоналом по всем вопросам (Заказ еды, прачечная, уборка и проч.). У меня было два бронирования: на 3 ночи и 13 ночей в двух разных категориях номеров. Но второе бронирование сделали бесплатное улучшение до виллы - было очень приятно. Отдельно стоит сказать, что в ноябре 2025 там закончили реновацию и мы заехали фактически в новые номера.

Наверное, стоит сказать про мини-клуб на территории отеля. Он есть. Разделен на две секции: одна для подростков, другая для более младших детей. В мини-клубе есть расписание, в котором есть как бесплатные так и доплнительные платные мероприятия. Здесь действительно можно оставить детей и за ними будут присматривать. Однако, присмотр этот будет лишь номинальным. Вот, какой был опыт у меня. Моему ребенку 4 года. Пришли в один из вечеров на платное мероприятие целенаправленно. Нас приняли с удовольствием, можно даже сказать уговорили оставить ребенка, потому что мы в какой-то момент хотели отказаться, т.к. кроме нас никто не пришел. Программу, надо сказать, провели классно, ребенок был доволен. Решили на следующий день придти и оставить на целый день, и вот тут ждало разочарование. Картина была следующая. Пришли с ребенком, расписался, что мол, привел его и решил подождать, пока не начнется развлекательная программа. Так я там просидел часа полтора. Все это время приходили другие родители и, видимо, также ждали, что детьми будут заниматься. Сотрудник мини-клуба в это время просто стояла на стойке и записывала невозмутимо всех, кто приходит, и на этом, собственно все. В итоге, мы просто ушли, сделав вывод, что если вы просто приводите своего ребенка не на платные мероприятия, то он там будет предоставлен сам себе. Скорее всего, с ним там ничего не случится, т.к. присматривать там все-таки будут, но развлекать он себя должен будет сам.

The hotel and staff were lovely and hotel in a great location.

People with children (mainly Russian)using the pool with the swim up bar when there is a dedicated children's pool. I and many other guests we spoke to said the management need to make this area adults only.

The pools where very nice although the towel system was quite frustrating at times.

The airconditioning is very very lound but its too hot to leave off the entire night. I could also hear a rat or mouse in the wall behind my bed.

What I enjoyed most was the hotel’s thoughtful service to enhance sleep quality. Guests can choose from different types of pillows and soothing scents, with staff coming in to spray essential oils on the pillow according to your preference. They also provide relaxing tea and an eye mask, making the experience even more comforting. The bed itself is very comfortable, and everything is kept impressively clean. My children especially loved the facilities—there are three pools in total, which kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.

Wasn’t told about putting a hold on a credit card for incidentals. Only had a Wise card but that’s a debit card and needed a credit card or have cash. Apparently little trust in clients as had to have a card for towels as well. Not a huge thing but would have liked to know earlier. Had shows but communication was poor. They were good shows but needed to maybe drop a flyer in your room letting you know of events coming up.

Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Pools waren auch ganz schön die Lage ist okay also man kommt relativ schnell zum Strand. Ist halt nur sehr laut aber ich glaub das weiß man, wenn man dahin hinfährt.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es dann doch teilweise um die Anlage rumne starke Geruchsbelästigung gab. Also es roch doch sehr nach Kanal.

The villa was fabulous, great resort with lovely pools and communal spaces. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

There were mistakes with bills and inflexibility over staying an extra week due to delayed flights. We moved our 80 year old parents to the main hotel from the villa and the transition was not easy. Mis-communication about the transfer of deposits from one room to another, and a delay in checking into the new room made this stressful for our parents. We paid for breakfasts before hand each day, but felt constantly harassed by staff to check we’d paid. Some days we were asked 4/5 times at breakfast to confirm payment which felt unnecessary and intrusive. I think this system needs to change. Also very loud music from the local market impacted our sleep until at least 12:30am until it ended.

It was a bit pricey for us, compared to other places we stayed. If you like staying near the resort then this is a good option, its in a quiet area but with enough going on in the area

Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. Khoi was amazing. It really was the best massage I have ever had.

Love this hotel just had the most incredible massage and facial by Leh. Was by far the best massage I’ve ever had !!!! Just wish we were staying longer to visit this fabulous spa again. I would give ten stars if I could.

We stayed at Centara Karon Hotel as a family of four and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were especially great with our children, which made a huge difference for us as a family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything ran smoothly during our stay. I’d also like to highlight the spa experience, I had a massage and it was absolutely wonderful. The therapist, Khor, was brilliant and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend using the spa services and asking for her if you visit. Overall, a lovely family-friendly hotel with excellent service. We would happily stay here again!
