We loved our stay here. The place was incredibly clean. Rooms were spacious. Food was good and activities and staff were lovely. I am still missing the gorges smell that they have all around the hotel. We intend to come back next year!

Non è molto importante e non ha rovinato la mia esperienza, ma nel bagno non era presente un "Porta asciugamani", c'erano i cassetti ma erano scomodi da aprire soprattutto quando avevi le mani o la faccia appena lavata perché bagnavi per terra. Per il resto andava tutto bene

Good selection but could provide a better selection of drinks as machine juice is a poor standard. Plus could provide a more personal service by providing omelette preparation and cook while you wait. No cava available which is usually a tip to a good breakfast buffet. Dinner menu limited as not enough selection of meat, pasta, fish dishes just leftover burger and sausage from pool bar. Salad selection above the norm.

No additional shower facilities for late departure, lack or tea, coffee and milk making in rooms. No locks on poor shower and changing room. Late bar lacks substance very basic. Cramped around the pool area with little investment on terrace seating. Could be a good quite zone with a bit more thought.

Bella camera, spaziosa e pulita. Buona posizione dell’ hotel, comodissimo parcheggio, colazione e cena a buffet piuttosto varia e di buona qualità.

La struttura è frequentata (direi invasa) soprattutto da famiglie con bambini, in larga parte inglesi, il cui comportamento nell’uso degli spazi comuni (piscina, ristorante) è risultato molto disturbante ed indecoroso. Nonostante l’evidente impegno e gli enormi sforzi fatti dal personale dell’hotel per tenere in ordine e per minimizzare i disagi e il disordine che creano in continuazione, francamente ciò ha reso improponibile la permanenza all’interno della struttura durante il giorno, costringendoci a rinunciare ad esempio ad utilizzare la piscina. Pare purtroppo che sia un problema comune per gli hotel dell’area.

Sve mi se svidjelo jako lijep hotel. Na prvo mjesto bih stavio hranu. Imali smo dorucak i veceru . Hotel ima bazen ali ga nismo koristili. Jako velik i zanimljiv hotel.

I loved the location near everything, the room was very spacious clean and had everything I needed, I travelled with my husband and one year old and found a gift for my baby which was very nice, the staff were very nice and helpful

One little thing bothered me I went to the reception to ask about a waterpark nearby and the women in the reception told me the information including the prices when I asked about how to get there she said to me you buy the tickets then I tell as if I was obligated to take from her to have information knowing that the free bus was at the door of the hotel I thought it wasn't nice

Comida, muita variedade e pouca qualidade. O hotel tem instalações envelhecidas e cobra valores caríssimos. Deveria ajustar o preço ao hotel em si!!

Finom reggeli, lehet kérni gluténmentes bekészítést, estére is felajánlották, hogy készítenek gluténmentes tésztát vagy pizzát. Jól esett a figyelmesség. A szobákban a helyiségek hőfoka külön állítható, ez szuper. Szép, új tágas volt a fürdőszoba.

Az igazán szép homokos partszakasz a kikötőn túl van, sokat kell odáig sétálni.

Las zonas comunes son pequeñas, coger una hamaca es una odisea. Con respecto a ocio hay una mesa de Ping pong para todo el hotel y dos mesas de billar la cual una de ellas estaba rota. A destacar los camareros del buffet que han súper atentos. La comida a mejorar

Mâncarea nu a fost pe gustul nostru. Vesela foarte murdară. Acest aspect a fost dezamăgitor.

Огромное разочарование по поводу питания- меню не просто скудное, а очень скудное,все включено здесь даже рядом не стояло, обеды и ужины одинаковые,в аппаратах с напитками не было дня, чтобы все работали.Вообще весь отель как один детский сад-бассейны оба заняты детьми,все развлекательные программы для детей ,за 9 дней небыло ничего интересного.В сравнении с отелем Sol но в лас-америкас это день и ночь.Вообщем,возвращаться туда уже не хочется,или только брать room only ,так как номерам,уборке и виду с балкона нет ни одной претензии,в остальном же это что угодно кроме как все включено.

Struttura di nuova ristrutturazione e restyling. L'organizzazione e il personale sono sempre disponibili per ogni tua esigenza. Stanza spaziosa e confortevole. La colazione internazionale è davvero ricca e di qualità. Posizione strategica per escursioni e mare.

La camera fondamentale era pulita, anche se abbiamo trovato spesso capelli lunghi in camera (non nostri...) e abbiamo richiesto la pulizia del pavimento; inoltre c'era qualche insetto (penso sia normale per Tenerife) nel bagno. Il materasso era un po scomodo.

El ambiente del hotel ( huéspedes era una mezcla de barriada y jersey shore ) nos quedamos una sola noche y decidimos irnos a otro hotel . Aunque el mobiliario es nuevo, el hotel no considero que sea de 4 estrellas. En el buffet muchos platos sucios y tampoco considero que esté a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

La struttura molto belle e abbastanza comoda a tutto. Lo staff molto preparato gentile e accogliente. Il mangiare molto buono e con tante varietà di scelta.

Il troppo caos causato dalla clientela, ma soprattutto dalle famiglie inglesi, che stazionavano perennemente in piscina, creando confusione e fastidio a chiunque ci fosse attorno. Stesso discorso negli orari del mangiare, dove bambini incontrollati scorrazzavano e mettevano mano al buffet con maleducazione e caos.

El buffet en cuanto llevas 2 dias se convierte en muy repetitivo, siempre la misma comida. La ducha de cortesía muy mal ,una ducha femenina y una masculina con tan sólo un cambiador mixto, para todo el hotel se queda muy escaso El fondo y los bordes de la piscina arañan bastante, cosa a mejorar. Las almohadas un poco incómodas Quizas tb apuntar que el hotel es tan grande q la zona de piscina se queda un poco pequeña y con poca disponibilidad de sombra

Una estancia muy agradable Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en el hotel. Está completamente reformado y decorado con muchísimo gusto, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy agradables, y tanto la comida como la variedad nos han parecido excelentes. Como único punto a mejorar, destacaría la zona de piscina, que se queda bastante pequeña teniendo en cuenta la gran capacidad del hotel. En temporada alta, como ha sido nuestro caso, resulta prácticamente imposible encontrar una hamaca libre, ya que muchas permanecen ocupadas durante todo el día, especialmente por huéspedes extranjeros con el régimen de todo incluido. Quizá sería interesante ampliar esta zona o buscar alguna solución para gestionar mejor la disponibilidad de las hamacas. Por otro lado, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente a nuestra llegada y tuvimos la suerte de ser atendidos por Paola Martín, Guest Experience Manager, quien demostró ser una gran profesional. Nos atendió de maravilla, con muchísima amabilidad y cercanía, y se preocupó en todo momento por solucionar la situación y hacernos sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias, Paola, por tu atención y profesionalidad! Sin duda, detalles así marcan la diferencia y hacen que la experiencia sea todavía mejor. En definitiva, un hotel totalmente recomendable y al que volveríamos encantados.

Hotel bien situé et le personnel super bien accueillant. La vue de la chambre, endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille avec les enfants.

Le buffet très peu varié, et pas toujours adapté pour les enfants. Les enfants ont toujours les mêmes plats c'est dommage. J'ai vu des enfants et les miens certains dîners n'avoir rien pour manger, c'est dommage. Les desserts toujours les mêmes.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia come struttura che come cibo. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la cordialità e gentilezza dello staff, nello specifico siamo stati supportati moltissimo dalla signorina Federica che ci ha aiutati a prenotare il trasporto per l aeroporto, occupandosi di ogni dettaglio compresa la cancellazione di una prenotazione precedente errata.

El buffet es muy muy flojo, la comida demasiado fría y poca oferta para los niños. La limpieza muy justita. Aunque hay que ser justos y es un hotel enorme pero podrían ponerle más ganas también.

El trato del personal fue excepcional desde la recepcionista ( una chica uruguaya encantadora) hasta el personal de las habitaciones y las instalaciones estaban muy cuidadas y limpias.

Me hubiera gustado probar gastronomía canaria en la semana que estuve no hubo nada, en cambio había turco, asiático. En otros hoteles tienen un pequeño apartado donde poder disfrutar de algunos platos típicos aunque fueran unas sencillas papas con mojo.

Abbiamo trascorso un bel soggiorno. Personale fantastico! Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Molto buona la cucina, ricca e varia sia a pranzo che a cena, e piacevole la piscina per concedersi un paio d'ore di relax.

Unico punto a sfavore la pulizia quotidiana della camera: al nostro arrivo la stanza era pulita, ma nei giorni successivi il servizio si è limitato al riordino del letto e al cambio degli asciugamani, tralasciando la pulizia dei pavimenti. Nel complesso una buona struttura.

Perfect area, couple minutes walk from all the little shops and restaurants while remaining in a quiet area itself. Beautiful, bright rooms and our balcony had a gorgeous view of both the mountains, city and sea. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast could have been improved. There were limited options and facilities like the toaster weren’t great.

El horario de la piscina era un poco corto

Tutto. La posizione, la struttura e il contesto. Lo staff è stato eccezionale, tutti estremamente gentili, sorridenti e professionali. La colazione è internazionale, buona e varia. La nostra camera aveva il balcone del salotto che dava sull’oceano, bellissima. Siamo stati benissimo.

Praticamente nulla. Ovviamente è un grande albergo, con tutti i pro e i contro. Nel momento della colazione gli ascensori sono , ovviamente, un po’ affollati ma tutto nella norma. Qualche ragazzo inglese un po’ intemperante ma comunque non dipende dalla struttura. La piscina grande ma essendoci tanta gente, risulta affollata.

Que las duchas de piscina por ahorro no funcionasen, y por la gran cantidad de gente y actividades en piscina tiende a sobrecargar el agua de cremas solares enturbiando el agua con las horas, algo poco agradable al baño ya que la piscina no es tan grande para el volumen de personas que frecuenta

Perfect location for ferry to La Gomera. 10 min walk. Lovely restaurant area for breakfast looking out over poolside. Very good selection of breakfast items. Nice balcony too.

The staff were really exceptional at this hotel, especially one of the ladies at reception. On the morning we arrived to drop our luggage before check in she could see my child was under the weather so found a clean room and allowed us to check in four hours early, which was a godsend. The hotel itself was really clean and the buffet was well stocked with good choices. There was plenty of activities during the day to keep kids and adults alike occupied, there was one man in particular working there that all the kids seemed to adore, he had a great way of getting them all involved and enjoying themselves. Location was excellent, bus stop outside with free shuttles to Siam park and Aqualand, just a short stroll to the beach.

The only issue I had with the property was the elevators. They were small and would only fit about 6 people without luggage, due to the property being 15 floors it was impossible to get an elevator at peak times. I would just be mindful of this if travelling with small kids or elderly, we saw parents resort to lifting their buggies down several flights of stairs when they couldn’t get an elevator.

Das Restaurant ist überfüllt. Das Essen holen ist wie Krieg! Die Aufzüge funktionieren nicht alle. Das Pool ist viel zu klein im Vergleich zu der Anzahl der Gäste.

Nice hotel if you are staying in the South, super clean rooms, nice staff and good facilities.

The staff near the pool bar wasn’t very nice. Also once I asked for a natural orange juice and they were giving me bottled one, unless I said thats not natural, they would have counted that as a natural.

Stuff on the reception was very friendly, made an upgrade for free. The room had a lot of space and amazing view, was clean and nice to stay.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, kényelmes ágyakkal. Reggeli bőséges volt és finom. Szállodából közel van bolt, onnan indul ingyenes busz a Siam parkhoz, rengeteg taxi elérhető, part is közel van.

Upgradeltek minket egy mozgássérült szobába, ahol nagyon büdös volt a fürdőszoba, úgyhogy szerettünk volna szobát cserélni, olyanra amilyet eredetileg foglaltam. Ez nem volt egyszerű, a recepciós össze-vissza beszélt, azt mondta lefoglalta, aztán kiderült hogy mégse, és csak másnap tudunk… de a végén sikerült a szobacsere.

The location is very good, walking distance from stores, beach, means of transportation. Room is clean and with a nice view (if you get the front sea view like we did). Breakfast is nice, has lots of options. We had a non working air-co so the receptionist helped us with changing rooms immediately. We really appreciated the service in general, all stuff was very welcoming and warm.

For more than 200€ per night I would expect the parking to be included in the price. The hotel charges 10€ per day parking, information which is not present in the description of the hotel, nor the reception asked us about whether we came by car or not. Luckily, we had to use the car the next day and parked it just in front of the hotel afterwards, where there were plenty of free spots. In mid season, parking for free might be more difficult outside hotel area, but there is plenty of parking around the hotel further towards the bus station. Another aspect is the quality of eggs/ meats/coffee and freshness of pastries. For the price, I would expect it to be slightly higher. We just went for other options from the breakfast.
