El hombre de la recepción muy amable. Tiene muchas actividades para jugar dentro del recinto. Buena ubicación.

Caro para lo que es, habían muchas cucarachas y olía mal. Por lo menos tuvimos la “suerte” de que nos dieran un apartamento con aire acondicionado porque tienen muy pocos y te dan el mando dando un depósito de 20€ que luego te devuelven. Los horarios de la piscina de 10:30 a 18:30 en verano, abre muy tarde y cierra muy pronto, y el horario del buffet de la cena termina muy pronto, a las 21:30.

Zu viele Treppen und Schrägen, zu weit entfernt von dem Eingang. Zu langer Check-in, obwohl vorher online eingecheckt. Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei, der angeblich nicht angemeldet wurde. Er war aber angemeldet. Hundebesitzer sollten Wohnungen bekommen, die nicht so weit vom Eingang entfernt sind. Er kostet pro Nacht immerhin 15 €. Das ist eine Anmerkung und keine Kritik!

Me gustó bastante el apartamento,lo amplio y lo tranquilo ya que el nuestro estaba localizado en uno de los laterales del recinto

Не понравился момент в самом номере,стоит заглушка на воду для экономии ,из-за этого вода в душе практически не течёт,это большой минус!в номере в некоторых местах не работали выключатели и не было достаточно света!сама ванная в некоторых местах просто обрастает ржавчиной и это очень заметно и ее гигиенично,матрасы ужасно изношены и чувствуется пружины,подушки дешевого качества и так же требуют замены!комод на котором стоял телевизор не закреплены и не устойчив ,к нему просто нельзя прикоснуться,он шатается очень сильно,из за этого есть риск разбить телевизор! Бассейн очень маленький,и есть нюанс по гигиене,перед тем как зайти в бассейн человек должен сполостнуться чистой водой и смыть все свои косметические средства или песок ,а этого нет,из за этого в бассейне была пленка не приятное ощущение !В целом персонал работает отлично,было очень чисто !

No pudimos casi dormie por el horrible calor que hace en los apartamentos. Tuvimos que ir a recepción y nos dieron un ventilador pequeño porque el calor era insoportable. Debería contar con aire acondicionado.

Ottima posizione, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere un bellissimo appartamento con vista su tutto il complesso e una porzione di mare, con un bellissimo terrazzo. Se si ha una macchina a noleggio è facile parcheggiare fuori dall'hotel.

We have stayed in the Checkin bungalows three times before and have always had quite a good time. This time was a lot worse though so there will not be a fifth time. We stayed for 9 nights in room 169 which was dirty, dark and was so far away from reception was seemingly forgotten. The telephone did not work so any complaints that we had were made after an 8 minute hike up to reception. This brings me to the main issue that I had with this Hotel. Reception. None of the staff (except Mary Fe) seemed able or willing to help with any issues. When we checked in we were told that the room would be cleaned every two days. Then when it wasn't, I walked the 8 minutes (no phone) to reception we were told that it was every 3 days. Slightly annoying for most but my daughter is 21 years old and Autistic, mainly non verbal and very much stuck in her routine, so when she comes up from her swim, the next thing is her shower and we did not want a cleaner in at that time (some cleaners here are male) Trying to pin down a cleaning time (or even day) was exhausting. Worst thing was that we were checking out on the Saturday and our flight was not due to depart until 19.00 so we wanted to get a swim in for my daughter to break up the day for her. We asked if there were shower facilities on site for after her swim. There are not. So we asked if we could rent our room out for an hour or two just to shower my daughter after her swim. We were told that this was not possible but we could shower her at the pool. I tried to explain that although my daughter is 21, she has a mental age of around 6-7 years and has no real awareness of her body so showering her at the pool was problematic. Both receptionists just shrugged. But for the kindness of one of the other guests who was horrified by the lack of understanding from reception and allowed us to use their room to shower my daughter. A disappointing end to a disappointing break. I have= heard that this hotel is closing for renovations later this year so maybe some staff are worried about losing their jobs but maybe some of them deserve to lose their jobs

Nuestra estancia fue genial. Quería destacar especialmente al recepcionista superior, una persona súper simpática, amable y atenta. Hicimos el check-in el viernes por la noche y, a pesar de que era bastante tarde, fue un auténtico amor de persona y además súper generoso. No recuerdo su nombre, pero sin duda merece una mención especial. Los días estuvieron genial. Los apartamentos son bastante amplios e ideales para pasar unos días de tranquilidad. Quizás como punto a mejorar, estaría bien que tuviesen algunos básicos como aceite, sal, etc., aunque sí cuentan con cubiertos, platos y todo lo necesario. Además, nos dieron un recibimiento que merece bastante la pena. La zona para tomar el sol está genial, prácticamente nada más salir de la terraza, un 10/10. La piscina es un poco pequeña, pero se puede estar bastante bien. Quizás escasean un poco las hamacas, aunque tienen un solárium con césped donde puedes tumbarte cómodamente. Por la noche no se escucha absolutamente nada de ruido, algo que se agradece muchísimo para descansar. Además, es fácil aparcar en la zona y se respira mucha tranquilidad.

El alojamiento está bastante bien en relación calidad/precio, bien ubicado con supermercados farmacias cajeros centro comercial cerca.. el personal es excepcional muy simpáticos agradables y serviciales desde la recepción pasando por personal de limpieza, Lottie (chica de animación) personal de comedor y bar, piscina ,etcétera Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y bien atendidos , han cumplido con las peticiones que les hice y se los agradezco muchísimo ya que gracias a ello la estancia ha sido maravillosa. Sin duda volveremos.

Service is excellent ask to change rooms as im disabled I was to many stairs they give me another room straight away if I go any problem they resolve straight away.Food always fresh .Staff very friendly excellent service definitely would stay here again.

I do not recommend it! So far the worst I ever visited. No agency mentions the most important thing: the hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms! The rooms are old, the drains smell, and the hotel's general appearance suggests its best days are long gone. Expect stairs, stairs, and more stairs. The hotel is not suitable for older couples or people with mobility issues. The pools need repainting, and the sun loungers need replacing. The food is basic; if something isn't finished at lunch, it gets served again at dinner (paella, for example). They charge a €20 deposit for fans and €3 per day for the safe. It is a very basic hotel that I wouldn't rate higher than two stars. Feel sorry for the staff as they work hard.

Room was ok ish! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting shower head was filthy it was black with mould the corners of ground of shower had a big build up of grime. Mop and brush kept in bathroom was disgusting!! Ants everywhere to the point I bought ant killer to put down myself as they were all over furniture and kitchen area. Reception staff were a hit and miss some were nice the older lady was extremely rude. Hotel requires significant maintenance done broken tiles on walls. We were half board and couldn't eat a single meal in here we are out or used glovo app and got food delivered rather than eat in hotel. The toilets by reception are stinking of urine! Definitely would not return!!

We were apprehensive about our stay after reading recent reviews but thankfully we had a great time. We booked very recently and were looking for a relaxing time. Some main points from our experience 1) contact reception if your have any requests or queries as they were very accommodating and helpful. 2)There are a lot of stairs around the complex so be prepared but access to the main 2 pools and bar/restaurant are near the ground floor. 3)We(adults)had a decent sized 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with air conditioning. Room was basic but bed/sofa bed comfortable and nice big bathroom and shower. Small fridge, kettle and toaster which we used and 2 ring hob which we didn't. 4)We were all inclusive and the food was decent so no complaints from us. Plenty of seating available and good choice of salads, cold meats, cheese etc, grilled meats and vegetables and soup each day for lunch and dinner. Breakfast had good choices too with eggs, pancakes on offer with cold meats/cheese/yoghurt etc I know other reviewers have commented on the standard of food however can assure you everything we ate was delicious. 5)On AI you can help yourself to teas, coffees, cold drinks and water all day. I believe guests on bed and breakfast and half board also can help themselves to water. AI guests can also self serve wine and lager at lunch and dinner. 6)AI had Limited snacks available after breakfast and lunch e.g. cheese and ham toasties, burgers, hot dogs and chips (all made to order). You can also have ice cream from the freezer) 7)Alcoholic drinks on AI were "the usual" local brands but were ok for us. 8)All bar, restaurant, reception and maintenance staff in our experience were friendly, helpful and very hard working. 9)Only visited pool no 3 which was bigger than the other 2 with limited sunloungers available on a deck above it. Yes the pool/deck was in need of repair (as well as some of the older toilet facilities)but I get the sense that the hotel is working on improvement. 10)We didn't see a lot of the entertainment but there seemed to be different acts or bingo type events each evening. 11)There are lots of great pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area with a 5 minute walk either turn left or turn right to go down to the front. Special mention to Charlys, The Shamrock. 10) We learned there is a free courtesy bus to las Americas which stops outside hotel but did not use it. 12) Also a Special mention to "Mira"(I think that is her name)who checked us in as she was very welcoming and had arranged for refreshments and sandwiches for us as we were late arrivals. 13) You can request a late checkout( for a fee and dependent on availability)but no one we spoke to managed to secure one as we were told fully booked. 14) There is luggage room which is locked so you can store your cases before you leave and you can still use facilities and AI. The hotel should consider providing a "courtesy room" like some other hotels do so guests can shower. I would even pay a small fee however appreciate this would need maintenance (fresh towels provided and cleaned between use). All in all a good week in the sun and in our opinion good value for what we paid.

It was close to beach. The pool was not cold, which I liked. All the staff were very helpful and well mannered.

The steps in to the pool at one side were steep and needed to stretch to get in and out of it. All pools had steps (ladders) in to them.

Calor horrible, sin aire, ventilador bajo fianza pero solo había uno y es insuficiente, sin un toldo o algo para evitar que el sol de directo en la habitación por la parte de la terraza, la terraza hubiera estado mejor en el otro lado pq es insoportable el calor que hacía dentro de la habitación, mi perrita solo quería huir de allí, limpieza básica sí, limpieza de lo demás no (sillas con grasa, azulejos sucios, puertas salpicadas de tiempo, pelos en el sumidero de la ducha, ventilador con polvo exagerado...), sin secador, solo bajo fianza, sin vaso para los cepillos, pico sitio para colgar toallas, luz horrorosa, rampas y escaleras por todos lados, poco sitio de sombra donde estar charlando, y donde hay las sillas son de palitos y son súper incómodas, piscinas enanas y con todos los bordes sucios, la piscina pequeña que es la más que me gustó, el chico siempre la cerraba 10 minutos antes, tumbonas y sombrillas contadas, Apartamento con distribución rara y bastante obsoleto, sin vistas, nada llamativo, estuve en el básico, no repetiría ni regalado, lo siento. La cama del salón en de goma y es muy incómoda y calurosa y la almohada y cojín estaban ya deformados, me refiero a que no eran cómodos para dormir, hay que revisarlos y quitar los que ya estén rígidos.

We are currently staying here. I’ve only given it 1* as had to give it a rating. Honestly do not check in to this place, the staff are rude (lady at reception and a life guard) The rooms are dirty and dated. Food is very basic and not much choice. Public toilets are disgusting. Now on day 3 been told not aloud to jump in the pool. No atmosphere at the pool, had music first day but now not aloud. The staff don’t care. Honestly save your money and book elsewhere. We are trying to make the best of it and have a good holiday. DO NOT COME HERE.

Habían chinches en las camas y cortinas. Informamos a recepcion y nos cambiaron de habitacion, fuimos para pasar la tarde en la piscina pero despues de todo esto, llegamos a la piscina sobre las 6 y al poquito lo cerraron. Las camas eran super incómodas.

This is an honest review and opinion of our stay at Checkin Bungalows Atlantida. We had read many reviews before we booked this place, a lot of people said that you can get an apartment far away which is true as there are over 500 apartments at the complex. We emailed the Hotel prior to our arrival if we could get an apartment near Reception and surprisingly on our arrival they did oblige. Reception area is roomy and clean, although only 2 members of staff at Reception. We had arrived prior to check in time but the Receptionist was very helpful and checked us in and gave us a voucher for free lunch and showed us where to put our bags for storage. The rooms are clean big and fresh, not 5* but pleasant enough for nights stay. Our issue was aircon as its only in 1 room, you also have to pay €20 deposit for the remote, €30 deposit a day for use of an Iron and €3 a day fee to use the room safe. Rooms get cleaned every 2 days unless you advise them otherwise. We only booked Breakfast which was pleasant but quite repetitive. The whole complex is quite dated in need of a refurbishment but very clean. Tennis Courts, 3 Swimming Pools, Mini Golf, Solarium and a football court is available for use. There are no sunbed wars at the pool which was a godsend. Evening entertainment is not the best but you can't have it all. Overall a pleasant clean place with an excellent location.

Estancia bastante cómoda y agradable. Las instalaciones muy bonitas. Están reformando poco a poco y está quedando precioso. Las camas de la habitación bastante cómodas. El personal muy agradable y dispuestos a colaborar a solucionar cualquier problema que pudieran tener.

Estaba todo perfecto, muy recomendado.

No me gustó mi estancia por varios motivos. En primer lugar, el baño estaba sucio cuando llegamos, algo que considero inaceptable. Además, el alojamiento no dispone de aire acondicionado, lo que hizo la estancia bastante incómoda. Por otro lado, contratamos media pensión y nos sorprendió que las bebidas no estuvieran incluidas, salvo el agua de una máquina. Personalmente, considero que, como mínimo, deberían ofrecer agua embotellada. Comenté estas cuestiones en recepción con la intención de trasladar mi experiencia, pero la respuesta que recibí no fue la adecuada. Me dijeron que en 25 años nadie se había quejado de eso, una contestación que me pareció poco profesional y poco empática. Creo que todas las opiniones de los clientes son válidas y deberían escucharse con respeto, independientemente de si otros huéspedes se han quejado antes o no.

Muy mal que no había conexión wifi adecuada fuera de Recepción. Nos quejamos pero no solucionaron el problema. Por otro lado muy decepcionado con el bungalow,muy estrecho, el armario pegado a la cama no se podía ni abrir. No tienen en el salón una luz cálida agradable para la noche. Las camas incómodas y duras. Finalmente muy mal que dejen la luz de la terraza encendida toda la noche lo que impide poder dormir con oscuridad y así yo no pude dormir. También muy mal que la piscina cierra a las 18:30 horas. Me parece un horario muy temprano que impide poder disfrutar de la piscina

Struttura datata con diversi problemi: vasca danneggiata, piastrelle rotte, ventola aereazione bagno non funzionante, assenza bidet, assenza area condizionata e con il tetto a terrazzo si moriva di caldo. Ci hanno dato un ventilatore ma faceva poco. Le stanze destinate a booking sono tutte con un sacco di scale da fare quindi non adatte a chi ha una capacità motoria ridotta. Colazione e cena a buffet con sempre le stesse cose: patate, pollo, pesce fritto. Nella mezza pensione è compresa solo l'acqua ai pasti.

Fully understand the hotel being three stars, however a lot of attention required in terms of it's general appearance and maintenance, cleanliness, staff attitude! So glad we seen the tip of asking for fan on check-in, was the best €40 deposit all week for the two fans as the rooms are horrifically stuffy. The upkeep of the room, the whole apartment needs a refresh, in particular the toilet bowl, shower area and drains! The sofa bed in our apartment needs replacing as broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The receptionist were rude on asking simple questions, so had the fear of complaining to them. Housekeeping serviced on our second day with hardly any towels left for a family of 4, we asked at reception for towels or if the room would be refreshed later on in the week, to return to towels being left and a pathetic attempt of housekeeping service. We stayed full board, so ate in the restaurant most mealtimes throughout our seven day stay. We found the food bland but choices to satisfy two young kids. The restaurant staff need major training in manors as found them very rude with no acknowledgement or smiles, staff congregating next to their clear trolley chatting and laughing loudly is very odd putting whilst eating. Entertainment was poor, the hotel bar has a shocking selection of drinks so didn't tend to spend much time there. Pool closest to our room was ok, although some new sun umbrellas and loungers would be good as most broken. The self service washing was nice, €5 for a 30 minute wash left everything feeling refreshed. The hotel is close to the beach, some nice bars, would recommend Chicago's, Buddies and the Hoops bar. Alongside it's a short walking distance to Sol Arona where most of the tour buses pick up from which helped us find a perk of our accommodation. Would I stay here again, absolutely not, definitely not worth the money we paid through a OTA.

I have stayed here many times however this time was not the best. On arrival, we were put in a room up many stairs and steep slopes. Baring in mind my husband and mother in law are both unable to climb such high steps. We then got to our room to find we couldn’t even sit on the toilet properly as the bidet was situated and 2 inches from the toilet. The wardrobes in the bedroom did not open unless you moved the beds every time. Then the worse smell ever hit us. Sewerage!! We complained and someone came and ran the shower for a bit and said this smell would be back in a few days, due to their sewerage system. Within an hour the smell was back so I complained and we got moved. The slopes themselves are dangerous as the anti slip bits were very slippy and never been changed. A poor woman struggled to get down a ramp with her son in a wheelchair. Then there were the huge parties of teenagers that were staying. All running and screaming around the complex. Not a peaceful holiday at all. I really don’t think I will be going back there after this experience.

Just back from holidays. Stayed in double bedroom apartments ( family of 4 with 2 young adult) Was bit skeptical after reading reviews but... happy didn't get scared away. Place in fabulous location. Plenty things to do and not overcrowded. Hotel itself is fine. Rooms big enough, cooking facilities in the apartment. We didn't cook as stayed in AI. Saw lots off complains about food... Have to disagree as it plenty options to choose from - 1 or 2 types of fish, chicken pork or beef , plenty salad and fresh fruit... Yes it was shool tours staying but they didn't bother us at all..maybe because we had 2 similar age lads with us 😀? Staff is helpful- had issues with the door and it was fixed before we came back from reception! Pools are lovely and plenty loungers around Steps...yes they there but perfectly manageable ( my son was wearing boot but got around just fine) Anyways...wanted to say to those people who complains about everything- you know you are booking budget accommodation so don't expect 5*hotel service and steaks for dinner 🤣 Definitely will b back but to premium rooms ( with air-conditioning) as fans didn't do much with that heat but that's not hotels fault 😉 Thank you

When we arrived at the hotel there were dead and alive cockroaches in our room. I went down to reception and asked to move room to which I was told all the rooms are the same and there was no guarantee. However, the hotel did provide us with a cleaner room. We then went for breakfast of which the food was stone cold, it was the same at dinner as well. In the morning I then woke up feeling very unwell and had symptoms of food poisoning from the food at the restaurant. During our stay at this hotel the maid did not come in once so I had to ask reception for clean sheets, they didn’t even fit them for us like they do in other hotels I’ve stayed at. I was happy to fit the sheets don’t get me wrong but just seemed like the staff didn’t care and didn’t want to be bothered. There were no toilets but the pool and the ones outside reception weren’t clean so we couldn’t go swimming on our last day as we had no where to change. The only good part about staying at this hotel was the location as it’s close to the beach and had some very nice restaurants down there where we ended up eating although I had paid for half board there was no way I was eating at the hotel again.

Yo estuve hace aproximadamente 20 años y en aquella ocasión tuve una muy buena experiencia, por esto siempre quise volver. Sin embargo, en esta visita el estado de las instalaciones deja bastante que desear. Las tumbonas están muy deterioradas, muchas quebradas o hundidas, al punto de que ni siquiera se pueden usar cómodamente. El restaurante también fue una gran decepción. El buffet de desayuno era exactamente igual todos los días, con muy poca variedad y un café de máquina de muy mala calidad. Las preparaciones se sienten poco cuidadas, sin dedicación ni innovación. La bollería era muy mala y en el almuerzo buffet la situación era aún peor: muy pocas opciones para escoger y la comida parecía llevar demasiado tiempo expuesta, como los trozos de pollo a la plancha, que estaban completamente secos. Sinceramente, lo peor de toda la experiencia fue la comida. En general, esta estancia no se pareció en nada a la excelente experiencia que había vivido años atrás.

Checkin bungalow is situated perfectly for a very short walk to the beach and the shops, apartments were lovely especially if u get one with air conditioning Food was lovely, but a little samey most days, but plenty of variety Night Entertainment was good situated in the cave bar Pools were lovely and always plenty of sunbeds available Staff were very friendly and helpful A lovely lady( sorry cant remember ur name) who helped sort excursions and provide umbrella to take to the beach so we didnt have to pay beach prices If there was one down side which did ruin the experience it was the huge groups of teenagers that come with teachers, but are allowed to run around the complex screaming and shouting until 3am most nights which woke the children we had with us, even asking them to be quiet didnt deter them, nothing was done even when speaking to the teachers, they had no respect for anyone staying at the complex, many people were shouting out of there apartments for them to shut up, unfortunately this will stop me coming bac

Well my honest opinion the apartment was ok once you get up the stairs of hell , the location was spot on , the food was awful everything was with tuna or fish and lots of mayo , even the chicken tasted of tuna , same food everyday not much to choose from , they had a few bus fulls of teenage s staying which where very loud into the early morning and basically had no respect for anybody , would I stay again unfortunately not , yes it was a cheap getaway but wish I'd paid more and stayed somewhere else

il punto forte di questo albergo è la vicinanza con il centro e il mare, in 10 minuti a piedi sei Los Cristianos. Buono il servizio escursioni offerto dall'hotel. Appartamenti ampi e puliti. Parcheggio disponibile davanti all'hotel, mai avuto problemi a trovare posto. Buona colazione ampia scelta sia salato che qualcosa di dolce.

Premetto che avevamo richiesto una camera piano alto e in una zona tranquilla, peccato che ci siamo ritrovati un appartamento piano alto che affacciava sulla piscina, d'accordo che alla sera era molto tranquillo ma di giorno il casino in piscina fatto dai ragazzi e dalla musica sparata, non lasciava spazio alla tranquillità, l'unica salvezza era stare fuori il più possibile. Viste blatte nelle aree comuni, MAI negli appartamenti e sui balconi.(MENO MALE). Nonostante la manutenzione e pulizia continua, si tratta di un complesso troppo grande e vecchiotto e gli anni si vedono tutti.

Brak klimatyzacji (dostęp za dodatkową opłatą)Architektura obiektu,to istny labirynt na wielu poziomach z mnóstwem schodów.Brsk wind.Kiepskie posiłki i monotonne. Brak sali Tv. Podane odległości mocno zaniżone, odległość do pierwszej plaży piaszczystej to ponad kilometr (plaża przy porcie, nie polecam) a do dobrej plaży to prawie dwa kilometry. I teraz rewelacja: jeżeli kupiłeś HB to na obiad możesz za darmo pić wodę, żadnych soków. Nigdy więcej!!Nie polecam.

We arrived at Bungalows Atlantida yesterday at around 11am, even though check-in wasn’t until 2pm the staff were really helpful. They took us to the luggage hold and shortly after let us know our room was already ready, which was a lovely surprise after travelling. When we first got to the room, we found it was right next to the cleaning room and there was very little privacy on the balcony. We respectfully spoke to reception about how we felt, and they couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. They quickly moved us to another room with a much better view and a lot more privacy. Really appreciate how accommodating and friendly the staff have been so far — great customer service can make such a difference to a holiday experience!

After reading the reviews we was a bit anxious about staying here. We checked in last Saturday with Valentina I believe her name was she was absolutely lovely. We headed to our room which was clean yes there was a few things for improvement but it was clean and fresh for us. We were staying in a superior room were we had a bottle of Cava, 2 cans of pop and a bag of crisp and robes and slippers provided. We found no major issues with the room but as I said there are some areas for improvement such as paint what could’ve been doing touched up and the drain smell was bad at times. The room got cleaned twice during our stay which was ideal. The entertainment around the pool and the evening was good it’s a shame there’s not something on every evening like a live dj or act or even bingo. The bar itself was reasonably priced. The main pool was small but enough sunbeds were provided. There was also a lifeguard too which was good and I believe the other pools had them too. The staff all great and polite and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to these apartments.

I wish I could rate it 0. No remote or any buttons to use the AC. The only way to get air into the apartment was to open the garden door or a window in the bedroom that is full size and anyone could fit through. No security if you want a breeze. No hand soap provided, only someone's old mug. The cleaners left their bucket and mops. In the bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser didn't work. The duvets provided had no covers and they stank of BO. I handed the duvet to reception AND THEY REFUSED TO SMELL IT AND TOLD ME NOT TO PUT IT ON THE DESK. BUT THEY EXPECTED ME TO SLEEP IN IT. The food was akin to being in a homeless shelter or a prison. Absolutely disgusting. It doesn't deserve a single one of its 3 stars. 0 star review.

Nada, la comida bien pero no toda

No me gustó nada que no te hagan la cama a diario o limpiar a diario aunque sea ese baño nefasto, el horario del desayuno o cena está hecho para los giris en ciertas comidas cuando se acaban ya no ponen más, no volveré lo juro, el peor dinero gastado en un hotel o como quieran llamarlo, deberían de devolver el dinero más gastos por ir a este sitio, no tienen videl, no te ponen jabón, está sucio el baño en general, lo que es el suelo de la ducha es lamentable con manchas blancas en en suelo oscuro daba asco bañarse, no pasan a diario a limpiar y así está todo en la piscina voy un día y se había cagado un niño, lo dicho ni vuelvo ni mando a nadie a este sitio.

La distancia a recorrer desde la puerta a las habitaciones era muy larga, había bichos en los baños, el desayuno era el mismo todos los días y las cenas con poca variedad

The Cons Poor Room Maintenance: The hotel is very old and shabby. The shower literally came off the wall, and there was noticeable mould in the bathroom. No hairdryer is provided. Accessibility Issues: There are many steps throughout the property, making it difficult to navigate. Inconvenient Pool Layout: While there are 3 pools, the layout is frustrating. You can't actually sit around one of them (you have to walk to it from a separate sun terrace), and the other two are small and quite a walk away. Limited Food Options: The dining options were disappointing and repetitive. The meat selection was mainly pork or fish, with no beef or lamb available. The Pros Kitchen Amenities: The room does come equipped with a kitchen, including a toaster, kettle, and fridge, which is useful for self-catering. Price: It’s cheap—but suppose you get what you pay for! Final Verdict: Unless you are on a very strict budget and don't mind a lot of walking, stairs, and dated facilities, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
