Lovely views, very spacious, catered for children and safe for them. Ideal location, very central and good value for money. Provided lots of information prior to stay re parking and how to get to apartments.

Some rooms were very warm on hot days. Directions mention black box donuts which is not longer there and theres a black box bakery in a different location so was confusing to get to. Instructions to open the bottom door would be helpful and a dew doors inside squeak and which can wake children etc but overall a really good ppacw to stay.

The property was very central to everything in Newcastle, it was clean and tidy and had great views of the mourne mountains and was perfect for our mini break

The property itself was great, the outside area leading to the apartment’s doors was a bit untidy. However it may be hard to sweep false grass.

So spacious and plenty of room. Local to everything and cleaners were so helpful when I asked for an extra black bag. Bathroom in every bedroom. Amazing adults and children had an amazing stay

Only thing that was tricky was the stairs. An elevator would be amazing or a stair lift for mobility people but wee just give mum plenty of time and a lot of help

Location - right in the middle of town and perfect for climbing Slieve Donard. Beds were comfy. Shower was good. Apartment a good size, bright and clean. Good view of the mountains. Clear entry instructions.

Entry to apartment is not very pleasant or welcoming. Furnishings cheap and basic. Artificial grass is awful when wet. Apartment could do with painting - some stains on walls. No bottle opener or enough cups. Was told to park in carpark that said 'no overnight parking' - might have been ok but didnt want to risk it!

Excellent central location. Lovely view of the main promenade and sea view. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. Great for a large family holiday. Really loved the Seaview accommodation here.

The beds need to be all replaced ASAP. They are far too low to the floor and the slats are thin and some were broken. Several of us took it in turns to sleep on the sofas instead. This one overhaul could completely transform this apartment where repeat bookings would be guaranteed. This is the only issue stopping us rebooking the apartment. Other than that it's a fantastic stay.

Beautiful apartment comfortable and central to town centre.

It was very central to the town and the beach which was great for my Grandchildren. The property was a good size for a large family.

As soon as we walked through the entrance door I noticed that it was very dusty and unkept. There was blood on the bottom step and the floor was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. This first impression wasn’t great. The apartment was spacious and clean enough but there were lights in the bedroom that didn’t work and the shower was quite slow. It just seemed like it was just cleaned and no more.

Really loved this holiday home. Absolutely spotless and Elin couldn't do enough. Excellent location. Will definitely return 5* Thanks Elin 100% recommend 😊

Very good location. The outside area to access apartment 4was dirty. Very worn artificial grass with dog poo on it that I had to remove to prevent children walking in it.

See above. Also the directions could have been clearer. Hard to spot the front door driving past. If said immediately beside amusements would have helped. Car park said No overnight parking so worried.

Roof stained from leaks, kitchen cupboard doors loose and silverfish crawling around kitchen and twin bedroom, lacking basic maintenance

The apartment is a bit tired with kitchen cupboard doors loose and mold in one of yhe bedrooms.

The open plan kitchen & living area and view of the mountains was very nice. I stayed in one bedroom which was comfortable.

Kitchen could have been cleaned better and the photos advertised don’t match. There is frosted glass until above half way of the large windows and the view is somewhat interrupted. The doors are at the other end of the open plan and the door handle is about to fall off. The shower handle is replaced by a piece of string. These need updating/replacing in fairness for people paying a reasonable amount of money to stay here.

A really big apartament in a central area. Big rooms with private bathrooms in each room. Living room has everything you need, and of course sea and mountain views)

It is not perfect, some renovation needed in the living room. Beds in the big room needs adjustment

Beds were very low to the ground. Plus the light in one of the bathrooms not working was a bit awkward, but not a show stopper.

The location

The apartment didn’t feel clean, the sofas were covered in stains there was a damp dog smell from the sofa nearest the bathroom and there was a massive stain on one of the beds. Also about 1:00 in the morning the noise outside the apartment window from drunks trying to get into there apartment was terrible considering it was during stated quiet hours.

Lovely spacious apartment clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities. Loved the balcony with a seaview.

The location was perfect just facing the sea view was excellent not too far from local restaurants and stores.

The property is disgusting. As soon as you walk in the walls are full of damp the walls have paint chipped throughout and the stairs could do with a hoover and mop. There is a room marked private with 2 chairs and children’s shoes I believe a family lives there and have attached 2 shed/caravans to the back of their property. Then to go out it’s Astroturf again that hasn’t been cleaned. The door to the accommodation was broke and didn’t lock. The mattresses were stained and piece of the bed was on the wardrobe. The windows were filthy with bird poo. I left the property due to this and asked for a refund which was refused. I would avoid. It also states beach view or Mountain View I picked Mountain View and it’s not Mountain View it’s a car park with vans and a building site. I would avoid at all cost!!

Some kitchen cabinet doors need new hinges. Lighting over kitchen area very dull.

Very central location. Clean and bright rooms. Shower was 10/10, good water pressure and lots of hot water. Good communication with the host.

The beds were a bit hard, and there weren't enough teaspoons. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped with saucepans and plates but there are plenty of restaurants to eat out in instead.Wouldn't have minded some extra towels as well.

Entrance hall was grubby, artificial grass was soaking wet and muddy and made the wheels of our cases really dirty, silvertail bugs in the living rooms and bedrooms and the beds are too short

It was in the perfect location, right beside a car park it couldn’t have been handier! Loved the views and the apartment itself was lovely.

Nothing, I was a little disappointed that the windows in the living area were mostly frosted but I understand that was for privacy.. jt was still a gorgeous view

There was a slight fear of the parking with the ‘no overnight stay’ but owner offered reassurance there have been no problems in the past.

Location was great.

The apartments were in total darkness walking out up and down stairs - nearly fell over. Needs spot lights. Under the mattresses were filthy, bed sheets and pillow cases all stained. Door handles broke and hanging off.

Each bedroom had an on suite .Good view of seafront .really warm and very clean .Central location .

Not enough mirrors and lamps , lights coffee maker or cafetière. We would have liked cooker instructions Few welcome essentials would have been good . Fee items needed repair .

A great location, apartment is big and spacious. All you need is provided, well stocked kitchen. Towels provided but bring your own toiletries. Overall a great weekend stay.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed for our stay The bars and restaurants were in walking distance from the location

The only thing was where the bathroom was located away from the bedrooms during the night we had to leave the light on in the bathroom to find our way there The two seater was blocking the radiator so we moved it to let more heat out

Nice big rooms and views. Good space for a family. The host responded very quickly to messages. Seen cleaners daily. Nice area. Good value for money. Felt secure with the PIN code on the main entrance door and then further security measures. I would definitely stay again. Quiet at night time. No outside noise issues at all for that matter. I love the location as we’re right in the middle of the main places you want to be going in the town.

Lack of windows, found it hard to breathe especially at night. The 2 windows in the living room space weren’t child friendly so we couldn’t keep them open as often as we’d like to. Didn’t feel overly clean as the floors were quite grubby along with a few other things and some of the pots & pans needed washed before use as there was thick oil in them. Also the hall and kitchen areas echo real easy, understandably can’t be helped as there are high ceilings but with a SEN child and a toddler I did find this quite challenging as there are also thin walls.

Great Location. Views out the window across carpark to the beach. Right in the centre of the main street. Close walk to everything. Although the apartment itself is looking a little rundown and used, the furniture and kitchen are very usable. The apartment is spacious and feels much larger than you would expect. Kitchen is very generously sized too and well enough equipped to make meals in. We enjoyed our few days stopover. Parking was 3 mins walk away. Wall that joins to the neighbours is very thin.

The property was in a prime location

I want to leave a honest but fair review, the property on arrival, was disappointing. The entrance to the “apartments “ was dirty and run down unfortunately.. the entrance and stairs and hand rail are in dire need of a good brush and scrub. The apartment its self was okay. It was clean to an extent. But the windows and run down rusty balcony was disappointing. We went for a break with the kids and came back exhausted due to no sleep.. the wall between the bedroom in apartment one, is right beside another apartments living area. We could hear every footstep , chair being pulled out etc all night long.. I did message hosts the first night but no reply!! My poor kids were so tired !! The bathroom was clean , but there was toothpaste etc up the bathroom door and sink. A lighter was underneath one of the kids beds. The kitchen cupboards doors were falling off at the hinges. And please don’t look along the sealing of the fridge ..
