L'accueil a été très sympathique, avec de bons conseils pour notre bref séjour. Le petit-déjeuner a été tout simplement extraordinaire! Nous en avons trop profité, comme tout ce qu'on nous proposait faisait envie ... et rien ne nous a déçus!

Traveled up to Newcastle for the Eats and Beats festival decided to stay and book a room for the night my goodness we were not disappointed.Breakfast was very good served with a smile.The location was right at the sea.The room was very clean beds were comfortable.I would have no hesitation staying with this little gem of a place again.I have no problem recommending Conlyn house.

Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral und mit Blick aufs Meer, das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr gemütlich und bot zwei Fenster mit Meerblick. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

The room was small but very comfortable and the views were outstanding of both the mournes and the sea. We were made very welcome and breakfast was really good.

The breakfast was exceptional. Probably the best breakfast I have ever had in any b&b or hotel. Everything was freshly made. It was truly a lovely experience, the view was superb. 10 0ut 0f 10.

Such a lovely wee place, filled with character and charm. The staff were so friendly, warm & welcoming. It was beautifully decorated, my room was immaculately clean and the stunning view from my balcony was breathtaking. I'll be returning for sure and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else while in Newcastle.

This place is beautiful, perfect location right by the beach, lovely lady owner and breakfast attendant couldn't do enough! Will 100% be back 😇

This is a beautiful guesthouse in a fabulous location. A beautiful beach wall is just a cross the road. Maria, the hostess, answered out questions & ensured that we had everything we needed.

This is a nice place for a relaxing stay, or just overnight. Maria is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. It's right beside the beach and in the centre of the town, amazing location. I've stayed multiple times and I will be back again!

Lovely owner, so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast and location. Room had sea view and was beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable and the whole accommodation was beautiful and spotless. Will definitely stay again. Great value for money.

Stayed in Key West room. Wonderful view from the room. Attached terrace a plus. Room felt bigger than I imagined it would be. Parking wasn’t difficult but that could be because we visited at a less busy time (end April).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maria’s beautifully quaint B&B. We were very kindly upgraded to the most gorgeous room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea which really made our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Maria herself was absolutely fabulous, so welcoming & so helpful whenever we needed anything. We were left wanting for nothing! The location was great with so much nearby. We would highly recommend.

There was no parking on site but there was plenty of free parking on Downs Road & large car park at the top of it. This was very busy at peak times but we did always manage to get a space eventually.

Connor and Maria were amazing! We arrived late, and Connor was there to help us with parking. Maria served up an incredible breakfast the next morning; we had a bit of a travel pivot, and she helped us figure out a new route to our next destination, completely unprompted. The location is great: right along the sea/boardwalk, and only a block walk to the main shopping/dining area. We'll definitely be back!

I had a room with a sea view, it was very comfortable, clean throughout. The host greeted me with a welcome cup of much needed tea.Breakfast menu how a good selection of eats from cereal to cooked food. I would like to return for a longer break. The lady of the house was chatty and called everyone by their first name.

I wish l had booked a longer stay.

The view was the best for me and for my daughter she loved the beach right beside us and the host Marie she thought she was very nice

The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked breakfast together with extra cereals and other accompaniments. Marie was a brilliant host who made us feel very welcome and looked after our needs very well indeed.

I liked it all.

The room was very clean. Breakfast service was very good. Marie was very hospitable and did everything she can to make sure we had a good breakfast experience. She even let us use the clothes iron to straighten our clothes. The view from the room was amazing.

The room we were given was very very small. Small enough to where we had to shuffle around each other to move around with not a lot of room for our bags.

Mariah, was lovely from the moment we met, very attentive and helpful. My room was on the seafront and I loved listening to the waves of the sea when I opened the doors to the balcony, I just had to sit out and take in the scenery it was amazing and so relaxing. The room was a good size and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely and just enough for me. I would go back again as it is a fair price for such beautiful scenery and hospitality.

I used the shower and notice the steam wasn’t really going anywhere I looked up to the fan and it was clogged just needs a bit of a clean, but that wouldn’t put me off going back. It did get quite noisy after midnight and was able to hear everyone talking and shouting outside passing by after the New Year celebrations even when the windows and door was closed and it took a while to get back to sleep, but when I did I slept well.

We stayed for one night and had an amazing experience. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. We would definitely recommend this B&B and would love to come back!

The property is ideally situated in the heart of Newcastle overlooking both the sea and the glorious Mourne mountains. The property was spotless and so very comfortable. The host was so lovely and welcoming. Our room had all the facilities we needed and was decorated beautifully. The balcony overlooking the sea allowed us to enjoy a stunning sunrise. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was excellent. Great choice and excellent quality. Highly recommend it.
