La Clim bien trop forte. 16degres au restaurant

Nice double bed, sofa fine for children but not for adults. Breakfast was lovely and being included in the price was great value for money. Just right for a stop off at the start of our holiday.

Sofa bed wouldn’t have been comfortable enough if an adult had to sleep in it

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was decent and th location was great.

The bed was rock hard, and I'm bony and light and had a horrendous night.

Good clean atmosphere

Breakfast was brilliant. Apples and Oranges are so tasty, better than any supermarkets'. Rooms are well sound proofed so we all had a very good sleep!

None

Staff is excellent and breakfast is good.

Windows were little hard a to close. Room looks as a family room and was not quiet till late.

2nd time here, good value and great breakfast

All good

Food wax a little mediocre but ok for one night

Clean rooms with friendly staff - excellent breakfast - good location at a great price - lovely weekend - thank you

Nothing that made a difference

Excellent inn Very comfortable, clean and staff very friendly.

The way the chap cleaned the tops of the tables . Just wiped the waste food on to the floor for people to walk into the carpet.

The staff was very helpful and friendly The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Great for a one night stopover coming back from the Cotswolds

Clean and comfy with a bonus breakfast. Great location

Good size room. Free parking. Excellent breakfast.

Restaurant was too small to avoid waiting on a busy bank holiday weekend

It was all clean and welcoming:) staff all very helpful , very clean comfortable room , comfy bed , nice walk in shower , comfy bed and great breakfast:)

Nothing

Very clean spacious room very comfortable bed and pillows Air conditioning power shower and quality toiletries Hot breakfast and good selection of food staff where very welcoming friendly and helpful

Pretty much everything is nice: including staff, facilities, comfort and the location.

Wifi was a bit slower. The basin in the bathroom was plastic, which could easily catch stain.

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück

Preiswert

Breakfast was very good

Clean, easy to find, lovely staff.

For some reason we were given a room with disabled facilities. Not an issue for either of us but would have been nice to have been told.

The extra cost

It was Ok but replenishments were slow

Slow service for breakfast. Check in staff seemed to be preoccupied with their own things. Did not feel very welcoming

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel now and both times have been exceptional. Very clean and tidy and the included breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of items. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great aswell with a short distance to the town centre and surrounding retail parks. Personally I have Nothing bad to say about this one!

Nothing

Very spacious room, very friendly staff

Air con was on very high so it was freezing in the bar/restaurant

Precio calidad. Personal . Desayuno muy completo y de calidad

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money. The room had air conditioning The staff, particularly Chloe, were friendly and very hard working. Breakfast was really good with an extensive choice on a self service basis which was topped regularly. We also enjoyed an evening meal there. We both loved the design of the bathroom. 10/10 for innovation!!

The location was good in terms of access to major roads which suited us fine and the room had good sound proofing even though our room was next to the motorway. If you are looking for a hotel to explore the surrounding area by foot this isn’t the one for you. It didn’t matter to us but some people might want that.

Easily accessible, parking, comfy beds, very clean room and bathroom, good breakfast included

All good

Conveniently placed, nice menu, good breakfast

The property was clean, staff were friendly, easy parking, breakfast was amazing. Great value for money could not fault here. Great base to explore the Cotswolds

Nothing all great!

Location great, easy access off motorway. Room spacious, comfy and very clean. Didn’t use the bar, but looked like a good selection and comfy. Good breakfast. All in all excellent value for money. Extra not, Chloe who greeted us at reception provided excellent customer service, amazing attitude and very friendly.

Nothing.

Conveniently placed for travelling on.

The staff were ok except one who was a downright misery. Obviously did not want to be there. The admin between hotel and booking com was appalling The smell in the room number 35 was appalling it was sewers. This is apparant in other rooms we have stayed in this hotel lately ground floor(family rooms).

Good sized room with comfortable beds. Nice power shower. Pleased to have air conditioning although a little noisy. Free onsite parking was a bonus.

Breakfast was rather chaotic but hotel was busy. Had to wait for more plates and knives. Air conditioning in dining area rather cool and draughty.

Just off the motorway. Handy stopover.

The chaos at breakfast.

good, cannot remember details, but good.

I found this Holiday Inn Express easy to find with plenty of parking. Apart from an issue with the aircon/heating unit, which reception dealt with, I had an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom towels were very nice. There was plenty of choice for Breakfast, cooked, continental, cereal, fruit and toast. With fruit juices and hot drinks all available.

Nothing…!

Desayuno buffet bueno … buen precio , limpio y comodidades. Sitio tranquilo Aparcamiento gratis para el coche

Alejado del centro de la ciudad

Great location, clean and value for money.

Buena relación calidad precio y buen desayuno buffet. Limpio y tranquilo. Parking gratis en el alojamiento. Comodidad

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Breakfast ok. For a short stay near the motorway, its perfect.

Staff on reception desk very welcoming

Crockery ran out and wasn't noticed

Location, comfort and great staff

Nothing

Very smooth, from check in to check out. Breakfast was good.

Please check the elevator - it scared me to death when it hampered (and other guests said this always happens whenever you use it). And the rooms near the elevators are noisy.

Convenient, great staff

Very easy access to our destination

It was all good

Staff where friendly and helpful.

Air con in the room and a fantastic breakfast.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Colazione poco varia

The rooms were clean, had good air-con and a very firm yet comfortable bed. Check-in was very easy and we found the staff friendly.

Camera pulita, ampia e silenziosa. Colazione molto abbondante sia dolce che salato. Personale gentile.

The rooms were good, and the bed was comfortable.

To be honest, I didn't really like the breakfast; the things I was expecting weren't there.

The price

Location and sofa bed

Car parking

Food standard below average, coffee from machine at breakfast very poor quality

Very clean bright hotel, plenty of parking, lovely staff, large comfortable room, breakfast plentiful and hot and tasty. Great posiition

Lifts could be better, very jerky and slow and only one working

Everything is good

Nothing like that

Good price for 1 night with breakfast

Pillows were lumpy

Breakfast for free Room was nice Clean

Sofa bed on small size for us Bed on hard side

Hot breakfast would have been nice

Prima posizione, buona colazione

Nulla

Staff were really friendly and helpful

Not the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in.

The location was good the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, price was ok, good amount of parking.

The one thing that let the hotel down was the floor we was on and our room had a very strong smell off weed (drugs) which for a family hotel was unacceptable

It was comfortable and staff were great

Expensive for what it was

Čisto.in prijetno.

Pomožno ležišče ni najbolj udobno.

Clean up to date friendly staff, break fast 😁

Some of the other guests 😂

The breakfast was the same everyday. Would’ve been nice if it was changed

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Niente frigo. In tre le camere sono piccole.

Excellent air con. Helpful staff.

Very comfortable. Sofa bed was good as well.breakfast was good and had good options.

None

Cleanliness is always the first thing I look for wherever I stay. Overall, the hotel was clean and tidy. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the cleanliness of the carpet. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly , and the bed was very comfortable.

The cleanness of the carpet

Friendly staff

Breakfast coffee machines need updating. Horrible coffee

Loved the rooms and the fee breakfast was wonderful!

The air con was far too cold. People were dining in jackets!

Nice hotel, staff great and very helpful and i like hoe clean it was

Lift was out of order

Nice friendly staff, comfortable room and lovely food.
