Loved everything but especially the view was amazing, had a wonderful week there.

Modern apartment design, helpful staff and breathtaking views. Great facilities with washing machine, dryer and coffee machine. This apartment has everything you need. I would recommend having a vehicle as this apartment is roughly 5 minutes out of town.

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved how spacious the apartment was. It was absolutely massive and had so much room, which was great. The view was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was amazing to wake up to! 😊 The staff were also lovely and friendly whenever we spoke with them, and they were happy to help when we raised an issue.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was the main thing that let the stay down for us. There was quite a lot of dust throughout the apartment, along with stains on some of the chairs and the carpet and flooring. It felt like the apartment needed a more thorough vacuum and dust before we arrived. The bathrooms also needed some attention, with mould on the ceiling in one bathroom and on the curtains in the other. We contacted reception and they were very kind in arranging for the bathroom to be cleaned and the apartment to be vacuumed. Unfortunately, the cleaning still wasn’t as thorough as we had hoped, and there was still hair left on the bathroom floor that wasn’t ours. We think the apartment has so much potential, especially because of its size and incredible views. A really good deep clean, more attention to detail from the cleaning team, removing the mould, and refreshing or replacing the carpets and some of the furnishings would make a huge difference. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness did take away from the experience. With a little TLC and a more thorough clean between guests, we would definitely consider staying again. 😊

The views and the location are amazing

Stayed for 10 days and we were told that our room gets serviced once a week, never serviced at all!!! Had to ring and ask for new towels after 8 days of being here. The room was dirty and had a strange smell when we first arrived, discovered a baby’s bottle under the couch with milk still in it, we found it about 3 days into our stay, the rooms aren’t very clean.

當天6點後check in發現已有車停在我們unit的車位，房子內也有幾處燈是亮著的，當下以為我們走錯unit，後來才知道是管理員的車，雖然經過溝通管理員很快把車開走了，當下還是有種不被歡迎的感覺；不適合行動不便的人，房子是兩層樓，進門前需先爬上樓梯，進門後是common area，要去房間再下樓梯到下層，提行李非常不方便

An incredible experience. The view from the living room and bedrooms was amazing to wake up to every day. It felt homely and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. An amazing, large space to stay with out family. The kids had heaps of room to play while we recovered from busy days on the slopes. Vinod the manager was just fantastic.

This was the perfect accommodation.

Lounge room was nice and big and a great view of the lake.

Bedroom was a bit grim and basic kitchen, however we had everything we needed. Just a batch update of decor would make it better.

The style of the apartment is beautiful with a fantastic view, good for money for location

Wasn't clean properly with mould on bathroom walls. Water didn't stay hot for a family of 4. They had off cuts of fraying carpet as door mats. When had shower in main ensute it flooded bathroom. Gas wood look fireplace was broken and not repaired balustrades tied up with metal zip ties because breaking , I feel like they are not maintaining property properly. With a good clean and some maintenance it's a fantastic spot

The views are stunning! Waking up to the lake and mountains on a sunny day is worth every penny. Our apartment had the kitchen living area upstairs to make the most of the views and bedrooms downstairs with the double sharing that view, parking very convenient too

We required an extra bed which was a roller bed that was very uncomfortable. Our 5th person slept on lounge instead.

There was a full, old cup of tea left in the property at check-in, which really makes me question how thoroughly the property was cleaned and checked before our arrival.

You can't do better than the view of the lake ... amazing. The heated bathroom floors in winter were great.

It was not clean at all.. The bathroom was very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned properly for months. Fridge was not working, main bedroom door was somewhat broken. Heater in room didn’t work at all not worth having at all.

The view completely blew us away, the beds were super comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful products in the bathrooms, staff were lovely. We stayed in apartment 2 which had 3 bedrooms and was absolutely lovely. So happy we booked.

Our room (2 bedroom apartment) was great. It was perfect for 4. The apartment had everything we needed. The view from the lounge room and main bedroom were amazing. The heating was great as we travelled in the winter months.

We loved everything about this property. If I had to pick something, it would be the driveway into the property and around the property was quite steep.

Brilliant views over the lake in Queenstown from an outstanding lakeside apartment.

The location/proximity to the CBD, great views, the facilities were exceptional - however the heating was Non-existent! We arrived without any heaters being turned on, windows open and the heating was as previously stated - no good. The electric heating took overnight to get a small amount of chill out of the place.

As previously expressed, the heating was just non-existent for this time of the year. No other heating was available.

The view was absolutely stunning — truly breathtaking, with sweeping sights of the lake and the mountains. The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and their kindness really stood out. Thank you to the team for your efforts.

These apartments should not be advertised as luxury. Each unit has a different owner, and although Mantra manages them, the quality completely depends on whether the individual owner has put any pride, care, or attention into their apartment. Apartment 15 was extremely basic. The dryer filter kept falling into the clean clothes, leaving dust everywhere. Apartment 16 was a bit more modern, but still nowhere near “luxury.” Their website claims the one‑bedroom apartments include underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, this is incorrect, as neither feature was present. Friends of ours stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment at the same time and also agreed it was not a luxury apartment. They were disappointed as well. Overall, the standard varies wildly between units, and none of the apartments we experienced matched the luxury description.

Location had amazing views of the lake

A couple small things, a dirty towel left on back of bathroom door from maybe previous guest, blocked shower drain that didn’t drain well and just the odd bit of dust around the place.

The plus point is the beautiful lake mountain views but it came with a price of steep slopes to access the apartment.

The main bed mattresses were acceptable but the single mattress spring was no good in the 2nd bedroom. Shower water pressure no good.

Steep driveway that was hard to walk on when icy and our apartment block didn't have stairs to take us down to our garages like others so we had no choice but to use the steep driveway.

The view to the lake was really nice, location also pretty handy as its half way between Town centre and Five mile. The apartment unit we've got was on the ground floor with allocated covered parking which made it easy to load and unload the car and a private laundry area also very handy. Heating was really good and we also had heating blankets

I requested an early check in which was subject to availability. I've got no response to my request beforehand or even when I arrived to the airport. I message the property but got no answer. When checking in, we got no explanation on how the property works (where the laundry area was located, rubbish collection, change of linen etc) Walls are VERY THIN, we could hear absolutely everything people above us were doing and their laundry area was above our bedroom. We complained about this TWICE as our neighbours were doing laundry at midnight and back at it at 5AM, making sleeping impossible. Bathroom had mould on the sealing and we found hair on the towels. You can tell that the finishes of the apartment are quite cheap, and outdared. Though carpet looked recently renovated. We stayed in a more modern backpackers hostel in Te Anau for cheaper cost

We loved the view and the appartment was comfortable and spacious. It was very warm on arrival which was great for a wet night.

The driveway was difficult and there was a broken chair and kitchen tap.

Beautiful views 360 degrees. Obviously on a steep hillside it was a struggle with luggage in and out.

A smashed glass in the onsuite bathroom . I got a piece in my foot. Everywhere else was clean they may have only picked up the larger bits. The driveway isn’t for the faint hearted 😂

The view was spectacular, well appointed and warm. Super spacious and comfortable.

Really blown away by the lovely views from the apartment. The unit is fully equipped with kitchen utilities, beddings and we couldn’t want for anything else. It’s a good 2km walk to the CBD. The Parking facility is good but access is via a very steep driveway entrance.

The internal stairwell was narrow to the bedrooms.

The location and view was amazing

The view is the biggest selling point of this property.As pre warned ,very steep driveways and not easy to park and drive in and out,even for a small car.Road in and out very congested.Will need a car to get anywhere.Unit clean and tidy.Nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry if travelling for a while.

For the price, the whole unit needs to be updated as looking very tired and furniture mismatched and old.With some small changes and love,could be fabulous.Bathroom and kitchen needs new tiles.
