I like everything about just need more luggage racks

They should have more than three luggage racks for the King rooms outback, because nobody could get a luggage rack all weekend because people had them hidden in their room

The location was perfect. Close to everything. The room was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the patio looking out over the creek.

The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years. The room was great, the staff was really nice and helpful, and breakfast was really good too. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again in the future.

I loved everything about this hotel stay, so I don't have an answer for this question.

Our floor was on the 5th floor and the elevator was so slow, so that was a little annoying. The breakfast was a large reason why we chose this hotel. It was definitely nothing to write home about.

I could use little updates like a new mattress and also the toilet is a little low for all people you will fall back into it and everyone I’ve stayed in. They’re all loose from people falling down to them cause they’re so low and it’s hard for people to get up and also there’s no security cameras on the property.

Justin at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The balcony over the creek was nice and that's about it.

Beds uncomfortable, pillows even worse, dirty and old carpet and drapes, room smelled terrible even after spraying air freshener the whole 3 days there, have to drive around to get to breakfast (never made it over that way so can't rate that.

The location was 2 blocks off the Main Street. It was convenient, but far enough back to be quiet. Jess was helpful at check in. She was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was not having breakfast on site. We had to get up get dressed and drive to breakfast location. But it was definitely worth it.

We love the river view. The room was great no problems. Nice and quite. The lady in breakfast room was awesome. She was by herself and she did a great job by herself. She was there the whole time we was. Room was nice and relaxing and was nice. Bed was just right for me.

You need a least 3 or 4 rooms with roll in showers. So of us has a very hard time getting in the step in tubs. Because of health issues.

I loved the layout of the room, the view from the room and the quiet of the location. It was just close enough to the strip without all the noise.

The location and balcony was the only thing we liked. Was very disappointed in things since we have been there before.

The bathroom was dirty. Dirty toilet paper was on the tank. Look like someone cleaned the floor and just layed it there.

The inner tubing on the river was so much fun. Breakfast was amazing, too

Loved how the room was set up. Very nice with a great view. Very convient to everything pigeon forge and gatlinburg. For a quick stay this was a great place.

The pictures are deceptive. The property looks bad. The rooms were in desperate need of upgrading and looked dirty. Our “view” was an old dilapidated building across the street. It was very noisy. The ac unit in our room did not work properly. Maintenance said that was the best it could do and brought us a box fan. We couldn’t sleep that night so we checked out the next day, even though we had booked 8 nights. We were told we would be refunded for the 7 nights we didn’t stay. However, I am now TRYING to find out where my refund is. I contacted the property and was told the refund went to the Third Party that I booked through. I have contacted Booking.com twice and STILL have not received a response as to what happened to my refund!

We always stay here and 1st time we did the king room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Loved it

The fact I asked for a blanket for the sofa bed after several attempts to contact the office the lady said she would get one right over and no blanket ever madenit to my room! No new towels were left for us for a 3 night stay its like they forget about you on the other side of the creek.

Nice clean updated rooms, love the balcony overlooking the river. So comfortable and relaxing.

Breakfast was good.

1st. The river view wasn't so good. Too many bushes in the way of the view. The room had a smell like it was musty and molded. The room was cold and damp feeling when we entered. The commode was too close to floor. It was too short for my husband to sit on and I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The air filter was dirty and broke. It stuck out of the AC. The fitted sheets on bed were too big. They wouldn't stay fitted to mattress. I was really disappointed in the view of the river. The river was my main reason for getting the room. Check out time was too early, 10:00 .

The creek being outside your balcony was so beautiful!!! We had geese, badgers, groundhogs and a couple skunks who came by daily.

The breakfast and pool was over a block away. I wasn’t aware of that until we checked in. I felt like that should have been stated when I acquired about a room.

We always try to stay here when we are in town, like that the two beds are separate like they are considering it is usually my son and I. Enjoy the balcony and watching river,

Some of the other people staying there were very loud and some were a little odd.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work properly. When we got to our room, it was a bit warm and the temp was set at 68 degrees.

AC is where 1 bed is, cold, bathroom was a divider, other bed side, warm. On ceiling you could see the outline of every 4×8 drywall. Not a fan of carpet in hotels. Guest were feeding wildlife, geese and ducks. Should explain to guests that if you feed them they become dependent on guests and that human food is not what the wildlife need.

I liked the view of the creek from my room. It’s really a very convenient and ideal location as well. The value for what you are getting compared to what others are paying further up the hill, is reasonable as well.

It was grungy and outdated. The room smelled of old smoke from years ago. It was also loud. The garage underneath made it louder.

The creek was just awesome. The way the room was set up with the bathroom in the middle. Great idea. Food for the geese and duck, was just the best. I will be back

It was so close to everything and in a same time it was very relaxing. We loved the room size, clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was great!

Fridge was turned off didn’t realize it until the next day when we went to get something out of it. Parking was OK once we figured out the extra space, staff didn’t make us aware of the added space.

The only nice things are the look of the outside of the building and the river.

The breakfast room and pool are across the street from tower 1 (tower 2 is across the river and even farther away). The pool is in a parking lot and on one side is a noisy go kart track. There is little to no soundproofing so we heard the people above us and our room was across from the stairs and elevator so lots of noisy people walking around the door/window. This was in addition to the go-kart place which is open until 11pm. Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies and by the pool making it impossible to enjoy those spaces. Friday night, the smoke alarms went off at 1am for 45 minutes. Then again at 2:30 am. Nothing was on fire and there was no acknowledgement or apologies for being kept up. Then on Saturday morning, loud banging started at 5:45am (maybe dumpsters being emptied?). So we got no sleep. The breakfast was inedible. Watery eggs and sour waffle batter that stuck to the one machine that worked. Vending machines were mostly empty and much of the rest was expired. Some of the staff were very friendly and others seemed put upon to do their jobs.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The kitchen staff on the other hand was not the happiest. Didn't like the run down hotel across the street. Besides that rooms were clean. Nice view.. roomservice could cleaned are room and made the bed besides just stocking towels and tp.

Was great to be along the river. There were two queen beds that were seperated but the bathroom which was nice. The balcony had two rocking chairs which I enjoyed during my stay.

The building was across the way from the office. We would have to take the car to get to the office. It was okay though.

Everything! Had all that we needed, comfy beds, clean, all the staff was nice. The balconies with rocking chairs topped it off.😁 with the river, trees and ducks, it made it seem more secluded while being close to all the stuff.

Parking is kinda hard if you get to hotel too late. And office with breakfast is across the street with the pool just a little awkward is all

The river running behind our building, the geese and groundhogs that visited every day, the two king sized beds, the air conditioner worked great, the bathroom had a vent, the rooms were well lit and water pressure was great. Free breakfast was very good.

Our building was a short drive to the main office so a very short drive for breakfast. Could have walked in 6-8 minutes.

they do not have enough parking for the rooms that they have, every night that I came back I was not able to park at the hotel, had to park away from the hotel and walk back to the hotel which I do walk with a cane which it made it hard. If you stay more than one night they only chang out the towels each morning

PARKING. We also stayed in a separate building from the office and pool and breakfast area. It was confusing and we didn’t feel like we were even really staying at the hotel itself. Bathroom was on the smaller side too.

The half wall between the two beds. Made for privacy for our son. The very big room. The tv in each room. The balcony facing the river. The full sized soap and shampoo in the shower. The friendliness of the staff. The closeness to everything but at the same time far enough away to be quiet.

Stayed for seven days and it was the same breakfast every single day. Had to start paying to eat elsewhere. The fact building two is a cross the river and have to drive around for breakfast or the pool. Need a walk bridge between the two. The air conditioner is on one side of the room. So one side freezes and the other is warm. Used a large box fan and freezer packs to cool the other side.

I love location and the way rooms are set up.

If people would not smoke on balconies. This is my favorite spot to relax and read and listen to the water. No smoking means no smoking. I have to get up and go inside because it gets so bad. Should have a designated place. No smoking in rooms or balcony. Some people are allergic to the smoke and can't breathe.

We had the perfect room, 2nd floor, on the end of the building overlooking the creek at the waterfall.

The back of the room was not that cold, and our toilet kept running.

We all really enjoyed our time here! Our stay at Creekstone Inn was absolutely fantastic! We always choose here cause its always met our needs

The room was clean; the bed was ok could have been a little softer. We loved the creek at the back, but the goose poop is everywhere that you walk on the bottom deck.

The breakfast was not the best I have ever had and could be updated. The server who fixes your plate was not very friendly on Sunday morning 7/12/2026. Not enough parking spaces for all guest.

Beautiful by the creekside. Saw lots of wildlife but unfortunately no bears.

There was some sort of family/domestic disturbance. We heard lots of loud screaming and banging or slamming of doors. The cops had to come. I began to be worried that we weren’t safe there so we left early. While I know the incident wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it just unnerved us so much that we left before our final night.

The only thing that was somewhat enjoyable was the balcony.

We stayed on the second floor, the room was not cleaned well, the bed sheets had some stains , as well as the curtains. The toilet was not sealed properly, so it moved when you sat down. Parking sucked . would not recommend nor stay there again .

This is a wonderful property right on the creek. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. You’re also right on the strip so you’re close to everyone. We checked in at 1 AM and Carey was super super friendly. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. As someone who works in hotels, he’s the type of staff member I’d love to have on my team.

The parking was extremely tight spaces, unless you wanted to park in the basement parking lot, then you had to worry about flooding.

never saw the staff,other than checking in ..I didn't like breakfast being served to me I'd rather serve myself .....but we will come back

I genuinely cannot understand how this place gets good reviews. We have visited the US over 15 times and this is the worst place we have stayed by a mile. Curtains have to remain closed at all times or people walking past can stare in your room, these curtains are filthy/mouldy. The towels were stained, bathroom is ridiculously small at best. No idea how someone oversized would fit in it. The paint is peeling off doors etc, plug sockets don’t work, hairdryer doesn’t work, iron doesn’t heat up, ceiling in bathroom damp and damaged. Breakfast is like a school canteen, no room checks to take a table so people who aren’t staying there come in, park and have breakfast, no idea why. I ate the first morning with my youngest child but not after that. Waffle maker, great! However nothing to put on them for kids bar syrup, no sprinkles, cream, fruit etc.

We loved the location! Staff was friendly breakfast was predictable but tasty! Clean, decent beds.

The air didn't work well. Had it set on 61 cool max air and it was till warm. The farthest room(living room) with pullout bed was way to warm. The fridge had issues. It pooled water at the bottom and ruined the Birthday cake I brought for my son. It froze the cantaloupe and watermelon we had in the fridge before we were even able to cut them. Ruined leftover pizza we had. (Not a huge deal) but we planned to eat that for lunch the day after. These issues will hopefully be addressed and we would of told the gentlemen when we checked out but he never asked how our stay was.
