Clean friendly and vfm

Me and my fiancé stayed for one night. We both really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the perfect size. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast that came included with the room was really good. They had lots of options and everything was great. The staff was helpful and friendly and very kind throughout our entire stay.

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast area was very small for the amount of people that were staying there. The tables were super close together and each chair was basically back to back with the chair from the next table. I understand there isn't really anywhere else with more space to have the breakfast area. It just would have been nicer if the area was bigger.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Einrichtung gepflegt. Die Pools waren ebenfalls sauber und gut gewartet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

The parking was very tight and limited, but they're always seem to be about two spaces left coming in late, with a bigger vehicle it was tight to get it parked

The pool had so much chlorine in it that it bleached my hair and bathing suit

The room was very big, had a fireplace, two queen beds, very clean and the staff was great. The linens were nice. They were better quality than most hotels.the location was amazing. You are right there, in the mix.

The coffee was not on point so maybe skip it and pick one up later. We were inside and pool side on the 3rd floor and going to your room was always hot, wet and reeked of chlorine.

We stayed 7 days. Staff was great and kind. Pools were kept clean and it was nice to see pool towels were available instead of having to use your room towels. Decent options for breakfast as well. I would book again with this location.

It was very clean, affordable, close & convenient and the staff were amazing. Had a hiccup with my reservation but Mark took care of it in no time and got us all fixed up. I really recommend this hotel. Absolutely could not ask for a better choice for breakfast either, it was great. Will be back.

Not anything did I not like

Close to everything we wanted to do. Was a little worried being right in the parkway but it was very quiet didn't hand to worry. Rooms were clean and water pressure in shower was very good (a lot better than others we've stayed at.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but that's just my opinion, it was a little firmer than I like.

My son and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. We love the pool and the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back to stay and bringing my daughter

The location and cleanliness, parking was good. Lovely hot water and comfortable beds.

It was a bit noisy at night with kids running up and down the slope. Also the breakfast was a little bland and repetitive.

Motel setting met buiten zwembad in het midden en mooi weer is al een succes formule opzich als je vakantie viert in Pigeon Forge. Kinderen sprongen er gelijk in. Heerlijke water temperatuur. Ondanks dat het aan de belangrijke weg ligt en daar druk is hebben wij er ons niet aan gestoord. En wij kregen notabene een kamer precies op de hoek aangrenzend met de weg. Tuurlijk. Je hoorde auto's enzo. Maar nogmaals. De bedden lagen prima en hebben goed geslapen. Als je de optie heb, zou ik vragen om een kamer met buitendeur in het gebouw dat parallel ligt aan de weg. Er zijn kamer die ook binnen hun deur hebben en dan zit je aan het binnenzwembad. Dus extra geluid kan ik mij voorstellen. Ondanks dat het zwembad daar open is tm 22u. Water is daar wel een stuk frisser dan buiten in de zomertijden. Wij vonden de doushe lekker. Ondanks dat het een doushegordijn had.

Personeel is zakelijk en kortaf. Ben ik niet gewend van de Amerikanen. Ontbijt gedeelte is klein en niet dat je zegt. Ga even gezellig zitten. Maar ach.. Het is gewoon weer even een simpel ontbijt zoals eigenlijk overal.

Our room was beside the pool on the ground level. It was really loud with the people in the pool yelling and they did not leave till 10 pm at night. We went to relax for the weekend but was annoyed by the yelling.

Comfortable, clean, staff friendly hotel. Outdoor and indoor pools both clean and available for long hours. So much to do in Pigeon Forge so impossible for any hotel to be located near everything. Reasonable value for money, it just doesn't inspire

CLEANING LADY THREW OUT OUR MEDICATION DURING CLEANING. ASSISTANT MANAGER LADY HAD TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME AND MY WIFE APON REPORTING THE INCIDENT!!

We came with very low expectations, but for just a very quick stay we didn't mind. The price was very low especially for being located so close to everything, but the beds were comfortable, the room was very clean the pools were alot of fun for the kids and breakfast was delicious and included in our stay! We had tried to book the same hotel a few weeks later, but it was already full, for very obvious reasons!

There were little bugs all over the floor of the room. They were not roaches or bed bugs.

Our air conditioner stopped working. After calling the front desk maintenance was there inn 5 minutes. ( time was around 9:30 pm). The maintenance man was so friendly and replaced it and had it working all in 30 minytime.

Location was good! The beds were comfortable and the pools and hot tubs were very nice! We also enjoyed the hot breakfast. Belgian waffles were our favorite!

I can’t think of anything negative.

We had a very good experience that started before we even got there. It started with Mark as he handled our reservation with great customer service. Once at the hotel, we had a spacious clean room. The bed was comfortable. The shower offered plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and stocked with food no matter what time we went over for breakfast (hours 7 AM- 10AM). The grounds were clean. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and professional. We were always able to get parking near our room.

I was expecting hotel slippers; unfortunately, there were none. Bring your own, because like me, I don't like walking barefoot. When I tried calling the reception three times, no one answered, but maybe they were busy. All good.

The staff was amazing, had an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, and the outdoor area had a baby pool.

The beds seem small even for queens, felt not like fulls. We were roomed directly next to the laundry/housekeeping facilities and they worked all night. We heard the noises from this, and there was constantly carts and foot traffic/talking outside of our door.

The breakfast situation. Too much going on in a small space. We were packed in there and could barely walk. The layout is just not working for a complimentary breakfast.

The room Had a bathtub. I am 77 years old. There were no grab bars. I felt very uncomfortable in there. I was afraid. I asked about walk in showers and she said they were all on 3 rd floor. Not ideal for the elevator. I did not ask about a handicap room on first floor. There is more that just me that are afraid of tubs. At least add grab bars in the bathtubs? Please

Very affordable. Centrally located to the places we wanted to go. It took us 10 min to get to Dollywood. Stampede is across the street. There are various restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good for the price we paid for the hotel. Children enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool.
