The property is right across from the main train station and an easy walk into old town. Rooms were a decent size and clean.

The property was slightly on the pricey side and if you wanted breakfast it was 25 francs per person.

the Location was great. Its just in the center

There is a problem in the Hotel with Hot water in the shower.Had a lot of issues with that during a shower and wasn't comfortable at all as it was switching to hot n cold every few seconds. The fridge inside the room did not work as well and neither the phone to call up the reception. The Hotel staff could do nothing but offered us some compensation for the parking at the end of the stay. The price asked for the room was far too much compared to the services overall

The location is impeccable—there’s no faulting that. It’s attractive, too, and close to markets, restaurants, tourist attractions, and the train station.

The bathroom is dysfunctional, the rooms lack blackout curtains, and the breakfast is terrible—one of the worst we’ve ever seen.

Friday night was a loud night from the bar. Like others no AC, so hot.

It gets a little noisy on the street outside when the bar closes, but the hotel has no control over that!

J’y étais allée la semaine d’avant (ch.214). Cette fois chambre 407. Très belle architecture. Emplacement idéal pour le KKL et la gare. Nous donne un pass pour les transports publics. Très bon restaurant. Personnel aimable. Bon petit-déjeuner. N’y suis restée qu’une nuit. J’ai préféré la chambre 214 car il y avait un canapé. Chaînes françaises.

Location is fantastic. Very close to the station and easily accessible with kids and big bags. Shops and places to eat are all super close by.

Fortsetzung von NEGATIV-ERFAHUNG (mehr Text kann ich unten nicht eingeben): Das Personal im ganzen Hotel hat keinen Blick für die Belange der Gäste. Auch alles Übrige entspricht kaum einem Standard. Oft endlose Warterei am Lift, Küchengestank im Flur, fehlende Beschriftung/Information im Zimmer, extrem ungemütliche Suite. Wegen fehlender Klimatisierung sollen die Gäste bereits morgens die Rollos an den Fenstern dicht schließen, um dann bei Dunkelheit oder Kunstlicht in der Suite zu sitzen. Das war kein schöner Aufenthalt und keine Erholung.

Die Suite hatte den Charme einer Bushaltestelle. Helle Decken-Lampe. Vier Steckdosen im Hauptzimmer. Zwei funktionierten nicht. Wir mussten unter dem Tisch herumkriechen und Stecker umstecken, um abwechselnd Kaffeemaschine / Ventilator / Lampe zu betreiben. Klimaanlage tut nicht. Später im Lift Hinweis, dass die Klimaanlagen wegen Denkmalschutz nicht funktionieren. Warum steht das nicht am Bedienteil im Zimmer? Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Zimmer unfertig. Schraubenlöcher, Gipserarbeiten mit falscher Farbe überpinselt, usw. Kriterien Handtuchwechsel unklar, Kaffeezubehör stets unvollständig aufgefüllt, Kaffeekapseln unbeschriftet, keine Milch oder Kaffeeweißer. Täglich ab 22 Uhr Fenster auf, um Hitze von bis 28° rauszulassen. Jede Nacht ca 4 Uhr laut schreiende Möwen im Innenhof. Ab 6 Uhr erste Lieferanten – bemüht leise – scheppernd im Innenhof. Ab 6 Uhr zieht täglich vom Flur aus intensiver Küchengeruch ins Zimmer. 4 Nächte kaum geschlafen. Am Frühstücksbuffet steht das Personal den Gästen meistens im Weg. Auffüllen am Buffet dauert oft lang, manches kommt gar nicht. Ein einfaches Frühstücksei gibt es – auch auf Nachfragen – nicht (außer hartgekocht). Eine einzige ältere Mitarbeiterin macht ihre Arbeit überaus gästeorientiert. Die einzige, die es im Griff hat. Bad: großer länglicher Raum ohne jede Ablagefläche, obwohl viel Platz wäre. Dusche Wassertemperatur schwankt oft schlagartig zwischen 24° und 41°. Auch in der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeit. An der Wand fest ein hoteleigenes Universalduschgel. Eigene Flaschen mussten wir auf den Boden der Dusche stellen. Keine Klimaanlage, auch kein Kühlschrank. In einem Billig-Hotel findet man dann wenigstens auf jedem Stockwerk eine Eiswürfelmaschine. War vor Jahren schon mal hier. Damals Personal sehr aufmerksam und um den Gast bemüht, die Zimmer ordentlich. Das Frühstück und das Drumherum war damals eines der besten was ich in Luzern fand. Jetzt statt Service ein Selbstbedienungs-Kaffeeautomat, der häufig ausfiel.

No a/c so you need to open windows and run the fan in hot weather like we experienced. Be sure to ask for room on side away from train station as it was very noisy until about 3 am every night.

Perfect location since we travelled by train! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. As the hotel clearly states, there is no air conditioning. One of the nights was particularly hot, which made it rather uncomfortable, but otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised — the food was excellent and we really enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to Nadim Rahimi, the Front Office Supervisor, who was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. He took great care of us and made our experience even better. We truly appreciated his kindness and assistance!

Muy buena ubicación.

The hotel was well-located across from the train station, which made it very easy for travel. We kindly had a room upgrade which we appreciated. Switzerland generally is very expensive (for Australians) so the room was good, with everything you need, and daily room service, however no air conditioning did mean the room was very hot during our stay. Breakfast was good, everything you want for a hotel breakfast. Staff were very accommodating.

What did you have a drink after a long day this morning at the hotel bar but every time we went there it was closed

Best part is the location; it's right outside Lucerne railway station. Travelling to other attractions was very convenient. We got a family room with 2 beds and it was comfortable. Nothing wow, basically well maintained.

Slightly overpriced. We had breakfast included in the price, but it was mediocre. We had breakfast on the first day but then opted to have elsewhere. Starbucks is right outside the hotel.

Prijs is ver overdreven voor een hotel zonder airco, want uiteindelijk is de kamer normaal, badkamer zelfs klein en het ontbijt is gewoon oké.

המלון ממוקם במרכז לוצרן, מוקף במסעדות, 3 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת ומגשר הפרחים המפורסם. החנייה עלתה 40 פרנק, אבל כשביקשתי להטעין את הרכב, לא גבו עוד כסף.

There is no Aircon in the property which generally isn’t an issue however this summer was extremely hot.

Soggiorno davvero ottimo! Hotel in posizione centralissima, perfetta per muoversi a piedi. Camera molto spaziosa e pulizia impeccabile, bagno compreso. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione più che buona, varia e abbondante.

Unici due piccoli nei: mancanza del frigobar in camera e costo del parcheggio interno un po' troppo alto considerando che è all'aperto.

Excellent trois étoiles. Très bel hôtel près de la gare, architecture préservée, personnel très accueillant, chambre prête avant 15h, laquelle j’imaginais beaucoup plus petite vu son appellation « Chambre simple confort » (214), mais c’était beaucoup mieux ce à quoi je m’attendais, très bonne dimension, avec coffre, thé, café, et les personnes de petite taille me comprendront, enfin un miroir amovible dans la salle de bains pas trop haut !, un canapé, chaînes françaises, près du KKL pour les concerts où l’acoustique est exceptionnelle, je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit donc je ne peux que parler des quelques heures où j’y étais, bon petit-déjeuner.

Sa position vers la gare fait en sorte que c’est un peu bruyant, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Property is well located just across the street from the train station and a short walk to the Old City area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, very close to the train station, particularly one right across the street to enter the train station. Room was good enough size for a family of 3. Hotel also provided portable fans to beat the heat! Only negative is staff at the reception. Naim at the reception was great and very helpful. However, Rico needs some training on how to communicate and communicate with the travelers taking a long overnight trip. We were bit early for our checkin and were told that room may be ready by certain time. When we checked, Rico's response was rude. Naim on the other hand was very calm and helpful for the whole stay.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé. Très bon restaurant et le personnel est très aimable.

Ma chambre donnait sur une rue où il devait y avoir un bar qui était ouvert tard. C’était bruyant et désagréable car j’ai le sommeil léger.

Yamin (I believe that is his name) took care of us at reception. He was the absolute best, made us feel welcome and ran us through everything we needed to know. He made our stay that much more enjoyable and is an asset to the team.

It would have been nice to have some AC at this time of the year BUT they did supply us with fans which done the job!

Location was perfect, right in town centre and just across street from main train station. Property looked new and very clean. Staff was really friendly.

Temperature in town was quite high due to summer. We were provided with a Fan which had to be kept on all the time to cool down the room. AC was apparently disabled.

The breakfast was horrible
