Sehr gute Lage. Direkte Sicht auf die Kapellbrücke. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück ist für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu teuer.

The location is perfect with easy walking to the train station, old town, and many historical sights. There are many shops and restaurants within an easy walk. The view from the room with a balcony cannot be beat.

There is no AC so on a hot sunny day, the south facing balcony isn’t practical until the sun goes down. There was a fan in the room, but it still stayed hot until very late.

The location is very convenient. The staffs are nice and helpful.

It would be better if kettle is provided, but the hotel guests can go down to the restaurant for hot water.

The location is ideal for visiting and exploring Lucerne with quick access to so many attractions. The restaurant serves an awesome breakfast with seating provided indoors or outdoors overlooking the bridge/lake. So beautiful! Staff gave great recommendations. The Tuesday farmers market is just next to hotel- not to be missed by fruit lovers. The picture with rainbow was taken from my room (city view).

We stayed during moderately warm days so room was not very cool.

We were a group of five adults. Loved the location and the hotel’s restaurant. We all agreed that the only downside was the size of our rooms. Everything else was great including the comfort of the bed, the shower etc and the staff kept it all very clean. Given its price point we would certainly recommend.

Great location, a very clean room with a lovely balcony, and incredibly welcoming and supportive staff. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, with a great variety of food. I absolutely loved my stay!

The location is perfect: right in amongst the old town, on the river, next to the covered bridge, with outside tables for a very scenic breakfast. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was modern and very clean.

The lack of air conditioning meant that the room was quite hot at night. There was a fan, which helped, but did not completely address the issue.

初めてのスイス旅行の、最後の宿泊先に選びました。 Luzern駅から徒歩圏内、カペル橋のすぐ側（バルコニーからも見える）という、とても良いロケーションでした。 ホテルのスタッフも親切で、チェックイン時に周辺の地図を見せて、色々を教えてくれました。 部屋は広く、１泊だけでしたがリラックスすることができました。 朝食はついていませんでしたが、一定額のバウチャーがもらえて、それをつかえば１回にあるレストランで 朝食を安価で食べることができました。 またLuzernに行くことがあれば、滞在先の候補にしたいと思います。

（ホテルのせいではないかもしれませんがLuzern　Cardが届かなかったことが残念でした）

Because off hot weather the room was very hot, no A/C, so left the window open for air, and of course then it was noisy from people on the street.

Some noise from restaurants below along the river. Not bad. Room gets very hot even with a fan. Understandable when Lucerne temps get to 90F.

My bathroom was unbelievably small. But this is the tradeoff for a spectacular view from the room. I would choose this again

Hotel is very nice. Their restaurant is excellent. Best dinner we had in Switzerland! Room was very nice. It had no AC (normal for here) and so they gave us a small oscillating fan which was nice.

My gripe is we requested a "quiet" location and we were in a room exactly one floor above the back delivery entrance to the hotel. Deliveries started at 5am!!! Bang, clang, chatter...you name it. All between 5 and 7am. If you're an early riser, no problem, otherwise avoid at all cost.

We loved your facilities only rated down because of heat.

Personale tutti molto cortesi e gentili. Ho cenato presso l'hotel, ottimo con prodotti di qualità! Camerieri gentili e disponibili. Camera e bagno, puliti e adatti a una persona sola. Ben arredata.

La camera dava sul lato città e la notte era un po' rumorosa. Non molto ben insonorizzato. Si sentivano gli altri ospiti che in modo rumoroso rientravano nelle loro camere. Ma questo non dipende dall'hotel.

Noise from the street at night and surprisingly noise in the corridor from the cleaning stuff very early in the morning. Pillows are many but all of them are quite firm.

The view was stunning, the staff was amazing. The property except the room was really hot the fan didn’t do much at all.

It was a charming building in a great location. Just over the bridge from the train station. Recently remodeled. Beautiful view of the Chapel Bridge from our room. It is in a very touristy area which can good or bad according to preference. Nice breakfast with hotel credits covering the breakfast expense.

I liked everything. We were there in a heat wave and while there was a nice fan there was no air conditioning. However we were comfortable at night with the fan on and the windows open.

Location was brilliant right opposite chapel bridge and 5 minutes from train station. You have breakfast in the restaurant and are given vouchers. I liked that you could have a sit down and order breakfast.

Room was warm but you are supplied with a Dyson fan and windows open easily It has been a very hot summer , which is no fault of the hotel.

Location and view from the balcony were amazing. overlooking the bridge and mountain backdrop, located in the oldtown area. plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

This is our fault for not checking but there isnt any air-conditioning and with 30+ degree days, the rooms are HOT. We were supplied with a single Dyson portable "fan" - a ceiling fan would've helped heaps. The beds were uncomforatable.

Le miroir dans la salle de bains est placé un peu trop haut. Je mesure 1,62. C’était vraiment juste. Il n’y a qu’un pouf devant le bureau. Une chaise à la place (donc avec un dossier) serait vraiment plus confortable. Une fois le repose valise posé, on ne peut quasiment plus bouger. La chambre single est vraiment très juste.

Such poor facilities. Paying premium for location, which is the only thing going for this place. Cramped, outdated rooms. We went in summer where there is no AC, and each room was like a sweltering sauna. Asked for extra towels and extra fans however reception kept getting irritated.

It was a good location and the restaurant was good.

If it is warm at all this property will be very very uncomfortable. Sweating through the night was awful even with their fan solution. After staying one night all 3 couples in our party had to leave and pay for a new hotel for the other nights.

Our family took three rooms with balconies overlooking Chapel Bridge. What a fantastic vista and a wonderful outdoor space for our morning breakfast, which we brought up from the kitchen. Clean, quiet, superior room.

DO NOT BOOK. I booked two balcony rooms with a great view. They were hot like a sauna on arrival. The hotel's solution for this was small dyson fans that could not keep up. We decided to move to another hotel (Radisson Blue which was WONDERFUL and similar distance to train station) due to the discomfort. The hotel administration was unwilling to waive cancellation costs and we were required to pay city tax at the new hotel as well. In addition, there was no obvious reception desk. There was very little signage from entrance on water side to know where to go. No offered assistance with baggage. The shower was still dirty when we entered the room and it felt like a sauna. You receive a "voucher" for breakfast which is not enough and leads you to spend more. Very few amenities in the room. For the price, we were super disappointed in this hotel after being quite excited about the property.

Great Location

No Air Con, just a tiny table fan that did nothing while it was over 35⁰ inside the room. Couldn't give us a Kettle cos it was a "fire risk" yet had a coffee maker. Called the room "City View" just had a view of the wall of the building opposite, please just call it no view or show that photo on your website so you are not fooling people, just be honest.

Pro: great location. Easy to get to. Within walking distance of all. Good food in restaurant. Con: in the middle of the summer and NO a/c. Fan did not help. Window would not open. Was not able to sleep.

Location was great, restaurant was nice, staff was accommodating, bathrooms in-room were fantastic and modernly renovated.

Common areas a dated - lack of AC was a big issue in August; did not see this highlighted when we booked.

Schade hat es keinen Wasserkocher und Tee, für alle die keinen Kaffee trinken, gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Tee Laden, da könnte man doch Teebeutel von da nehmen und Werbung machen😊

Le manque de climatisation en été. Le soir il faisait très chaud dans ma chambre, des petites climatisations portables aurait fait l’affaire. Le ventilateur ne change rien du tout

NO AIR CON!! The rooms were like a furnace and made it extremely difficult to sleep The Indian restaurant staff member was always abrupt and slow with service, we observed an Englishman also experienced unpleasant experiences with this same waiter
