No elevator

Hotel did not have an elevator but we were accomodated with a room on lobby level that did not meet using steps. Appreciatged this as it was not done at outher places wher we stayed.

No included breakfast. Restaurant on property is indepently owned. We did eat dinner there asd service was good, Also parking was pretty crowed.

Heating unit was extremely noisy all night making for two sleepless nights - actually we turned the unit off on night #2

Room was very clean with obvious effort to make it comfortable (flower decoration on bed, very soft sheets, comfortable bed and pillows). I liked that the floor in the room was not carpeted.

Window leaked water onto the floor while raining, clear previous water damage to flooring and ceiling, no elevator, no smart tv, air conditioning unit was very loud, bathroom vanity was very small with no counter space, renovations poorly done (paint over screw heads that were not flush with the wall), restaurant was not always open during their specified hours, moist smell in hallway. There was also notice in the room that the hotel policy was to not have staff tidy the room/restock supplies (coffee, toilet paper etc.) during the stay except upon request. I found this a bit odd.

Unfortunately there was little to like ..the outside facade was inviting.the rooms have comfortable beds good tv’s and nice tables. The bathrooms where a different matter!

Inadequate parking. There was apparent water damage on the first floor, ceiling tiles showing water stains .hardwood flooring separating along seams, 3-4 dehumidifiers employed along hallway the smell of mildew perhaps mould in the hallway. The bathrooms have no air vents for removing condensation from using shower the moisture collected on ceiling and corners and resulting mould could be readily seen Room 213 the bathroom had new sink, tub and toilet nice fixtures. The painting of the walls and chaulking of tub was substandard obviously someone with little or no experience did a poor job. It was a poor DIY operation the whole bathroom experience left a lot to be desired. I will not make a retur visit nor could I make a positive recommendation to anyone friend or foe!

It was a place to sleep and shower.

The bathroom had no fan, the floor was dirty especially behind the bed. The lights weren’t working in the room so I had to plug them in myself, there was no service to bring towels to the room and no phone to call down to the lobby. There was insufficient parking and the land around the hotel needed to be mowed. The hallways and staircases were stinky and musty smelling. The wall lights kept turning and nearly falling off of the walls. The key cards both stopped working the day we got checked in.

The staff and the Receptionist were bri friendly and accommodating.

Check-in and check-out were fine. The beds were good and comfortable, the air conditioner worked fine and the TV was fine as was the bathroom overall. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Staff also communicated well before my arrival with an issue via email. I didn't go to their restaurant. I was only at the Inn to sleep at the end of the day. The refrigerator worked very good and its freezer quickly froze my ice packs.

The desk lamp in the room would not light up due to a problem with the switch. The floor lamp worked but the switch was bad on that too so I had to unplug it from the wall in onder to turn it on and off. The two lamps on the bed headboards did not work either so ultimately, I only had one dim floor lamp in the room at night so it was very dark. I had to turn on the TV for a bit of additional lighting. The bathroom fan did not work either. Small improvements (new lamps with proper working switches) would make a big difference. I was nonetheless surprised that this Inn is affiliated with the Radisson brand.

Location of hotel was perfect for us, the size of the room was great (family of 4 with 2 young children), excellent price for the area.

Unfortunately there were a few downfalls, while the rooms were cool and comfortable anytime you left them it felt like a sauna in the hallways and lobby. Not a huge deal but the two overhead lights above the beds in the room I believe were burnt out (we did let the front desk know on checkout) and just personal preference of course the beds are on the firmer side for comfort. Overall we did have a good night sleep, and were comfortable with our one night stay!

Breakfast was very good and our server was excellent . The bed was comfortable and the room was large with two large chairs. There are two sinks in the bathroom but they are small.

The bathroom was not as clean as we expected. It did not have an exhaust. The TV could not be turned off so the screen light was on all night. The music from the bar area conflicted with the recorded music in the restaurant so it was noisy.

Location was close to where I wanted to be. Initially the cost seemed reasonable.

Lack of lighting in rooms, switches for existing lamps were located on the cord, but the switch was located under the air conditioner. Air conditioner did not work properly, refrigerator warm, tv remotes not working. Refrigerator and television was reported, maintenance staff unable to do anything but apologize. Room smelt old, floors dirty and in need or repair. Hallway carpet old and very dirty. Cockroaches in the room!

Hotel graciously checked us in at 2am after flight delays. Comfy bed.

General poor upkeep like broken laundry facilities (we had to find a laundromat because of this), no bathroom fan, paint splatter everywhere from a landlord special paint job.

Seemed quite new, in good condition. Clean.

Hotel out of town, not many restaurants nearby.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and generally updated. I liked having a window that opened for fresh air and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise featuring a Filipino breakfast as well as more regular fare.

The main part of the room is poorly lit with two lamps that are accessed at floor level. The room while updated, was not well finished in places. I hope they continue to update the place as that is probably the main detraction for people.

The room was small and dimly lit. Strong smell upon entering the hotel lobby. The staff was not friendly and was eating at front desk.

It was what we needed at the time as it was a last minute decision to stay in Sydney for the night.

The property is huge and very dated. It needs a lot of work. The TV didn’t work right and when we asked about it, there was no maintenance on staff. The poor young lady at reception was the only one there. She tried.

The room was clean and a nice color. Bathroom was mostly clean.

There was no working elevator which was very unfortunate. We were also supposed to have a courtyard view, but ended up having a view of a side parking lot and what appeared to be an apartment building. The atta he'd restaurant was very over priced for not the best food.

Staff was very friendly and the restaurant food was great. I had a 2 year old and 4 year old with me so we were a bit chaotic and they wanted to wonder arround the hotel a lot and not stay in their seats at the restaurant, but staff didn't seem to mind at all and it was a very relaxed welcoming atmosphere.

The small details of the place was a bit run down. Chipped paint and floor boards separating and toilet was running all night. For the price, these aren't details that negatively impacted our stay at all though.

Room are no longer cleaned between days, which is fine, but we do miss fresh towels being provided. We did go to the get some at the front desk one day, but it is still a service that is missed. Also, the room was fine other than the fact that the lamps were very dim and as such the room was quite dark. A few of the lamps were on dimmers but they were turned up to the max yet were still not very bright. Also the pool was out of service.

Price is better than most. Beds are great. Rooms and pool are dark. There’s lots of cosmetic issues. Toilets need to hold handle to flush properly.
