Some facilities for example no smart TV in this day and age, there was no fridge in the room which is a basic necessity. No tissue box in the room again one of the basics. I appreciate the breakfast was complimentary but if you giving something give it right. Everything was cold in the hot breakfast bar even I attended the breakfast at 7:30. There was no vegetarian options in the breakfast section

L'hotel si trova all' uscita della metro Centrale line che collega tutte le principali attrazioni in pochissimo tempo.La struttura e le stanze sono pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. La colazione è abbondante e prevede sia il dolce che il salato. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre presente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The breakfast could be improved. The selection was quite limited, with very few fresh vegetables and fruit, and there wasn't much variety beyond cereal and basic options.

Checked in around 2:30pm was allocated 2 rooms next to each other, rooms 113 & 114. When my daughter entered our allocated room,114, another family was already in that room. When we was at the reception, trying to rectify the issue, another member of the family in the said room told us that when she returned to her room, on the 2nd floor, another family was also in her room. Luckily, she hadn't left her belongings in that room. We were both allocated new rooms. The staff on reception explained to us, that because we booked in at the the same time, there was a default on the system and both our families were allocated the same room. I believe that this was a serious breach of safety and security on the hotels part

Une seule chose : l emplacement de notre chambre / dans le coin de l immeuble et côté route du coup on entendait le métro et les voiture camion de livraison poubelles etc … mais après avoir harpenter Londres de long en large tous les jours on dormait quand même …

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026We were in London for the My Chemical Romance concert at Wembley. The staff interacted with us about the concert and it was a very nice welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and full of information (we're from Manchester, we didn't know where we were going or how to get to places). Everyone was friendly. Not a single guest looked unhappy. Given it's not greatest part of London, you wouldn't think so once inside the hotel. It was very clean and easy to manoeuvre. We were given the option of extended parking while we did some sightseeing the next day. Overall made the weekend a very good experience.
Honestly, the only downside to this hotel was the area it was in but that can't be helped by the hotel itself and it gave us a very cost effective option.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The breakfast was very good. Tea/coffee fertility, shower clean room and the bed was excellent. The staff were very helpful with all I asked of them. I will and have already recommended this hotel. The best thing was the air con was working, a godsend.
I don’t think you can do anything more. Maybe having sky tv or a dvd player and maybe an ice cube maker or cold water dispenser.
