The style of the hotel was nice lovely essence in the lobby waitress was very polite and one member of staff at the help desk was very helpful when I needed to book a taxi

We arrived a few hours early and we were checking in at the desk when we were asked (in a polite way) if we wanted to avoid an early check in fee which is usually £10 per hour if we go on to Google and leave a 5 star review with any positive comment they would not charge us which i did, it then dawned on me I booked this hotel based off the positive reviews so this was not a good sign..why would any decent hotel need to do that in order to get positive feedback before we have even made it to our room? After a few hours relaxing in our already clean room a light tapping of fingers was made on our door for about 20 seconds both myself and my teenage daughter did not make a sound and then a cleaner with no cleaning trolly or equipment entered in to our room and got a fright when she seen us there as she went to leave I asked what she wanted and she stuttered and made up some excuse like she left something there earlier on but said oh its fine its not here (she never even walked fully into our room to see weather this so called item was there or not) so this was a lie and she literally ran off. We were so scared to leave our belongings so we hid everything of value and took what we could fit in our bags to the harry styles concert which we shouldn't of had to do. After digging further I found alot of reviews of robbery in this hotel so thank god we got up and left as soon as we could the next morning but did not feel safe would never stay here again its obvious what goes on

The hotel was clean and tidy are hotel was the perfect location for a Wembley concert it’s near a tube station and only a 15/20 min taxi ride away. Breakfast was lovely in the morning a good variety of options.

Beautiful room, Location is good , mall , train station and local store , not far at all very nice and spacious room and the reception was grande especially Oliver , such a nice gentleman..

There is a policy for guest not to use the microwave in the kitchen for fear of being liable if it happens that guest falls sick due to a guest heating up food and that use affects another guest , the conversation went on to the extent of the manager saying , even if I had bought food from the hotel’s restaurant and couldn’t finish at once , if i ever bring that food back to be heated up in the same hotel , I wouldn’t have that grace to use the microwave honestly I was appalled because even in hospitals where health and wellness is of paramount concern you can heat up food in the kitchen anytime….As a point of suggestion, the hotel can draw up a document that indemnify the hotel against any liabilities or claim due to a guest falling sick just because they used the microwave, you can even have multiple microwave and have either dedicated to food bought outside your hotel and the food made in your hotel…Either ways it’s a win/win for both parties and you get to retain your clients… Shower could also function better by having a wall hanger where you can place your soap and whatnot , without having to use the counter top in the bathroom.. Also a side bed drawer will make the room function optimally as well.. Other than these few concerns , I will definitely still use the hotel again .. Great experience I enjoyed my time

Nach einer enttäuschenden ersten Nacht in einem anderen Hotel, war das Park Plaza eine enorme Erleichterung! Alles sauber, tolle Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Bus vor der Tür, Bahnhof ebenfalls. Gute Lage zum Wembley Stadion.

De 2x 1 persoonsbed was ook tegen elkaar. Heb gevraagd voor hulp en er kwam een vrouw met hoofddoek die dit moest oplossen. Vond dit heel ongepast, aangezien ik ook met een andere man in de kamer was. In ons geloof (Islamitisch) is dit sterk afgeraden. De vrouw in kwestie heeft het heel goed opgelost, daar niet van. Maar was enigzins ongemakkelijk. Douchekop lekte tijdens douche. Ook was tapijt een beetje nat. Heb dit niet aangegeven, want was lui en geen zin om weer iemand over de vloer te hebben die dit zou oplossen.

Schlechter Schallschutz zur lauten Straße, Seife und Lotion waren leer, wurden nicht aufgefüllt , Dusche nicht dicht. Steckdose in Bad ungeeignet für Fön, Beleuchtung in Bad zu dunkel.

I have stayed here since it’s opened and normally everything has been ok however, my last stay was the 3rd time my vehicle was broken into even though it was under the cctv. The staff Amin (I think) were very robotic in their response and weren’t particularly helpful, they just said oh sorry took pictures and then were more bothered about their own report than how I was feeling. I was offered a hot drink as compensation which really was a kick in the teeth. I requested that they at least pay for the parking for the next 24 hrs as I was unable to drive the vehicle because of the damage caused by the thief’s to which they just glazed over and when I repeated the question the just shrugged and said oh we can’t do that. I then asked to see if they could offer a subsidised room and they turned round and offered it to me at £270+ which was more than double what it would have been if I booked online. I asked for details of the security guard or access to the cctv for when the incident happened to which they did not provide. Having had such a bad experience, I will never return to the hotel nor will I recommend that anyone stay there. If you have a vehicle do not bring it to the hotel. In short, I would now advise everyone to avoid this hotel and will make it public knowledge that the do not respect their clientele whether they are new or a repeat client (at least once a month for the past 3+ years).

Siamo andati in Inghilterra in macchina e volendo fermarci una paio di giorni a Londra questo Hotel, come posizione era perfetta. Vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada, quindi facile da raggiungere in auto. Davanti a fermata della metro e del bus, quindi facile poi raggiungere il centro.

The standard of facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us VIP status which meant we got 15% off the restaurant and bar.

Wasn't any bins in the foyer area. We asked reception to dispose of any rubbish for us, which they gladly did.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was beautiful and had a lovely, fresh fragrance as soon as we walked in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was extremely quick and smooth.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the room rate, and the shower gel was empty. Luckily, we had brought our own.

Hotel je vrlo čist, udoban i komforan. Osoblje je veselo, raspoloženo i susretljivo. Velika prednost je blizina javnog prijevoza gdje su bus i metro stanica odmah pored hotela. Pogodno za poslovna putovanja.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Picadilly Line - man fährt zwar etwas in die Stadt, hat aber eine direkte Anbindung.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und überhaupt nicht das, was man bei dem Preis und 4 Sternen erwarten kann würde: Haare auf den Betten, dreckiger Boden, Dinge der vorherigen Gäste im Bettkasten des Schlafsofas, Staub auf den (im Übrigen zum Teil kaputten) Möbeln. An den Wänden im Bad war Undefinierbares zu sehen - wir hoffen mal, dass es sich dabei um Reste des Putzens handelt. Die Vorhänge hatten dunkle Flecken. Auf den Fluren sah es nicht besser aus: den ganzen Tag lagen dort Müllbeutel, der Boden war sichtbar dreckig und Geschirr vor den Türen wurde über Stunden nicht weggeräumt. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und das ganze Hotel unglaublich duster, was vor allem in den Toiletten und den Fluren mehr als nervig ist. Das Foyer ist unangenehm stark parfümiert, dass es an so manche teuren Modeketten erinnert.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large and solid bed. There are many thoughtful amenities, including a refrigerator, body lotion, slippers, bathrobes and an ice maker in the corridor. I also really liked that all the lights can be controlled easily from a panel in the room. The room is cleaned every day, which is a big plus. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of food, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

The location is a little far from central London. During our stay, some Underground stations were closed, which made getting around more difficult and added quite a lot of travel time. It would be more convenient if the nearby stations were fully operational.

Het hotel bevindt zich op een goede locatie. Binnen 3 minuten ben je bij de underground en de bus stopt voor de deur.

Ik vind de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding slecht. De vier sterren die het hotel heeft mogen mag minimaal 1 van af worden gehaald. Hotelkamers worden bijna niet of helemaal niet schoongemaakt. Ik heb 4 keer moeten klagen om mijn kamer schoon te laten maken. 2 van 4 dagen dat ik in het hotel heb verbleven is er niet schoongemaakt, terwijl ik daar wel om heb verzocht. Wij hebben meerdere malen aangegeven dat wij graag gecompenseerd willen worden, maar er wordt door het personeel telkens naar een andere persoon verwezen of gewezen: “ik ga daar niet over”. Geen “sorry, voor het ongemak”, bij het uitchecken. Toen wij op een avond in het hotel kwamen was heel de gang vol met handdoeken en dienbladen van roomservice. Ik zou dit hotel niet aan familie of vrienden aanraden.

Welcoming reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble, went the extra mile to help give us directions to other attractions nearby and sorting an uber. So friendly 😊 Room - clean, good size, good amenities A couple of items had ran out, once reported was delivered within 5 minutes! Location- great for Wembley Stadium. To get back from Wembley head towards teaco petrol station (20in walk) then order a uber Will definitely visit again!

The breakfast was very disappointing. Plenty of tiny pastries but other than that the buffet cooked breakfast all tasted bland so we ordered off the breakfast menu that you could pay a surcharge for - it was more disappointing. The pancakes tasted like a packet mix and the avocado on the avocado on toast was out of a container,it was really spicy and the water from the poached eggs soaked the bread so it was soggy spicy and had an after taste of vinegar. Definitely not worth paying the extra to have breakfast in the hotel.

Good location and transport links. The staff were faultless, very kind and welcoming, especially Raman the lady that checked us in early and nothing was a problem. The hotel is lucky to have staff such as her, great hospitality credentials.

My first room stunk of cigarettes, went to front desk and was given a different room. In my second room the chair in my room had very obvious dirty shoe marks, the shower was broken and sprayed water all over the door and hallway. When asked for help fixing it, the staff member behind the front desk said he would get someone to clean the floor and that’s it.

Comfy beds, great area with parking, air conditioning and good lighting in the room. Great and very helpful and very friendly team! Not every hotel covers this all. Especially to the chef a huge thank you! we came to the bar as a restaurant was closed at 22:10 (kitchen closed at 22:30 ) and we ordered a few different food in last minute as we came to the hotel at 22:00 and we were very hungry family and we know how annoying it could be to order in last minute (my husband worked in the kitchen in the past) but chef cooked really good meal for us, thank you.

For some reason links that I have received not working as I tried a several times to check in it probably because name of the hotel is different when I am activated the link and maybe that the causing the issue with the bank to approve the payment but when we went to the hotel, lovely lady helped us to check in and we paid on site.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Besonders gut hat uns die Steuerung der Klimaanlage und der unterschiedlichen Lichtbereiche gefallen, man konnte alles ganz auf seine Bedürfnisse einstellen. Obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es ziemlich ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir haben auch das Restaurant genutzt. Uns hat es allen geschmeckt und das Essen war relativ günstig. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Royal Park (oder Park Royal?), von der aus man schnell ins Zentrum kommt.

Die Lobby des Hotels war sehr stark parfümiert, nichts für empfindliche Nasen.

Very clean and quite sophisticated look of the hotel. Rooms very modern with loads of extras eg bathrobes, slippers, water bottles, cans of soft drink. Breakfast onsite was great £13pp if booked in advance otherwise its £16pp on the day. Good choice but restaurant is not that big so can get busy. In the foyer there are open vending machines to buy drinks and snacks which you have to pay for at reception. Outside there are a few food places, about 5 min walk..burger king, tim hortons, nandos Tube station is right outside but you do need to go thru a short underpass..felt safe enough for us

We were annoyed with the room service charge. Ordered a pizza around 11pm which turned up within 15 mins. However they charged us a tray charge of £5 and then it had a service charge on top of that as well. The tray service charge was not advertised anywhere in the room literature Also parking can be an issue as it's on a first come basis..maybe need to introduce a pre pay service. There is additional parking but its operated by someone else and doesn't look safe.

The hotel was very nice modern room was big enough facilities in the room were great. Staff seemed friendly and approachable

Hotel was booked for two adults and two children, on are arrival the sofa bed had no bedding so we had to ask for this. I feel the room couldn’t have been a bit cleaner, there was some rubbish under sofa bed and a lot of dust under the beds and around the skirting boards.

Distance from the center

I initially underestimated this hotel,because of the distance from Central London. However, the warm reception we received at the front desk, the general warmth and friendliness of staff, cleanliness of our room and public areas, all made the Park Plaza Hotel, impressive and exceptional. I am not hesitant to recommend this hotel, because what my family and I received, was not choreographed, but part of the DNA of the hotel and staff,and it could be granted to anyone.
