I highly suggest that you put up a visible sign that can be seen from the highway. I missed my turn and had to drive back downtown to get back to the lane because the highway is busy.

Room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was okay nothing special, and they start shouting it down before 10am. Pool was awesome with arch waterfall. Only downside was it closed at 11pm and the older Asian gentleman that work there b very rudely was telling everyone to “get out” and clapping at us like dogs.

This was our hotel for 1 night while riding the. Canyon Spirit Railway. Between the Canyon Spirit staff and the hotel staff, we were very well taken care of. WiFi could be better, I found a few tiny spiders in our room but the breakfast was nice. Overall a good stay for 1 night. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Rooms were very clean, staff was so kind and attentive, and the manager was amazing. She was so kind and helpful not only to us, but we observed how kind and attentive she was to other guests and to her team members. The location was perfect and so close to arches. We will definitely return!

I really like the Holiday Inn's, bc most of them are new. The room was lovely and bright, but for me the downside at all Holiday Inn's are they all very noisy, don't get a room not on the top floor; you can hear every step people make above you. Walls are also very thin. To bad bc I really like their places

Enjoyed our stay here! Wonderful rooms and great breakfast. It is a bit out of town, so we decided to Doordash some sandwiches before we headed out on an excursion. However our excursion pick-up arrived before the doordash. Fortunately the front desk operator Jon was very helpful, he received our order for us, put it in a cool, safe place, and when we arrived home later in the evening quite hungry, he safely retrieved our order and even supplied us with plates and napkins to enjoy it with. Shout out Jon at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moab!

Excellent location just outside downtown. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is well maintained and very clean with nice well appointed room. The included breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well prepared. Especially loved that the breakfast was so well stocked (and had turkey sausage!!)

Not a fan of the way the staff pull the curtain on the breakfast area before the cut off time. But they were very nice.

Title: Exceptional Customer Service from Hiram! After a long morning of travel, my wife and I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Moab and were fortunate to be welcomed by Hiram at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, Hiram provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in all of our travels. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable. He was able to accommodate an early check-in, thoughtfully placed us in a first-floor suite, and took the time to explain all of the hotel's amenities and services. What impressed us most was that Hiram didn't treat us like just another reservation number. He recognized that we had been on the road for hours, made sure we were settled in comfortably, and even provided contact information should we need anything during our stay. In a time when outstanding customer service seems increasingly rare, Hiram stands out as an example of what true hospitality should be. He is a tremendous asset to this hotel and helped make the start of our Moab vacation a very positive experience. Thank you, Hiram, for your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Clean and close to fun places

Staff was horrible my booking was cancelled without intimation. When i reach there with family front desk guy did not even listen any thing. This is simply a scam

Breakfast was usually packed due to spring break time, but good amount of food was available and readily stocked up. Didnt use the pool, so no comment. Room was spacious in general and easy to get to.

Confusion in the system that led to longer wait times to get room assigned. But the manager lady and her staff went above and beyond to fix the system issue which gave our room to someone else..

We were disappointed in this room especially for the price paid. It was not clean, the shade on the window was broken, the shower curtain had a bad odor, the toilet was unclean. Staff was somewhat friendly. The list goes on and we would not choose this hotel in the future. Take my advice and shop other hotels.

Hiram at the Front Desk was so helpful. We asked to change rooms (first one had noisy neighbors) and he accommodated our request graciously and professionally. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with the result. It made all the difference in our stay. Great destination. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and perfect hot tub after a day of hiking at Arches National Park.

This Holiday Inn Express was very nice. It’s located just beyond all the Moab store/restaurant area, so it’s quiet! We could easily drive the short distance and park free to eat dinners or just go downtown. This hotel, the rooms and the breakfast room was clean and kept well. Our room was quiet and the cooling system worked well (quietly). The room was well thought out, too. Hooks were available to hang backpacks, walking sticks, etc. A special shoutout to Jon who was so helpful to us. He went above and beyond to assist us. Employees that helpful and nice are hard to come by. Jill was also extremely helpful and kind. In our 2 week trip to the Utah Mighty 5, this was our favorite stay!!!

Jon has the best customer service I have ever gotten from any hotel!!!

Our room had a large crack in the center of a tile in the bathroom. The edges were loose enough that someone could easily cut their foot. We let the hotel know, but they were all booked so instead tried putting duct tape on it. This came off quickly. With it being Spring Break, it wasn’t easy to just find another place, so we tried putting a towel over it and reminding the kids to avoid it. But after our first night + day of hiking and returning to shower, using the bathroom was just too stressful with the worsening crack. We checked out early rather than staying a second night. The front desk offered zero sympathy or solutions when we asked if they’d be willing to give us a partial refund. I wasn’t planning on leaving a spiteful review just to blow off steam, but AS WE WERE LEAVING we got an automated “Hey, how is your stay going?” text. I responded to it, and then got what appeared to be a human response that I found quite rude. Like, wow. There are lots of places to stay in Moab—don’t stay here!

Arrived late in the day with out booking anything. Thought I could get farther north but got way too tired to keep going. Hiram was my first point of contact at the hotel. He totally took over including helping me use my points and pointing out where to grab some good food nearby. This a true example of value added employee. He didn't have to do all he did , I'm so thankful I ran into him. Many thanks!!!

The walls were thin. The guests above us sounded like elephants having a relay race until almost midnight each night.

What a great place to stay. The beds are so comfortable and breakfast had a nice variety. Jill, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help us and she is such a nice person. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast, it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s "broken" machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an "out of order" sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Though I appreciate the staff greeting guests with welcome home, but home means laundry machines are working well.

What an amazing experience! All the staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was coy and clean. Jill made great area recommendations of area sites and downtown suggestions that included dinner at Spoke on Center. Joshua provided us with a terrific breakfast and suggestions on where to go pick up some necessities at Walkers. Where we were greeted as friends and assisted with our needs! We loved our Moab experience and will be back someday!

We loved our 5-night stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moab. We were checked in by Jon, who was kind, helpful, and competent, and just really seemed like he was happy to help us. In fact, every employee interaction we had at the desk, at breakfast, or in the hall was pleasant. Employees seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which is always nice to see. Our room was always clean, we spent every night in one of the two hot tubs or heated pool, and breakfast was great. The next time we get to Moab we will for sure book here. Thanks to the incredible staff for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.

Made a TripAdvisor account just to write a review! Our stay here was amazing and made our little weekend trip to Moab the BEST. The front desk workers were amazing and super helpful (Jon and Jill are the best). The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel overall was super nice. The hot tub and pool were epic, and the rooms were super comfortable. It was a great price, and I am just so glad we chose this hotel!

Room 106 was very noisy. There was a thumping sound coming from somewhere, the sound of water running from the bathroom and I could hear people in the room next door and above me and in the hallway.

Continental breakfast was delicious. Joshua totally helped me out. All the staff there are very professional. The room was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. This is my third time here.

This hotel is always clean and welcoming. Front desk attendant Hiram greets me as a returning guest and is especially helpful, making sure that I have everything I need. The nice evening attendant Jill says "welcome home" when I arrive in the evening, and Liz makes a fantastic breakfast! I will always stay here when in town.

Outstanding staff. One of the best, attentive and caring staffs i have met in my travels. All aspects of rooms and amenities were also top notch.

Stopped here for an overnight on our road trip as I had a video interview I needed to take. Jill (Manager) & Juan hooked me up with their conference room where I had great connectivity! They were so kind and reserved the room for me with a sign and ensured no other guests entered during the interview. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet! We didn't use the heated hot tub or heated pool, but the natural gas arch over the pool was awesome! Coffee machine was a cool modern machine that made a fresh tasty cup. I highly recommend this place! Jill and Juan were all-star hosts. Best part, I landed the job and it couldn't have been done w/o Jill and Juan! Thanks guys!

The front desk staff, particularly Jon, were very welcoming and friendly. The guy working the breakfast buffet was very accommodating and friendly as well. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was easily accessible from the freeway. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud and our remote control didn’t work. It would only turn the tv on and off.

All the dryers in the laundry room are broken, only one washer is available and with full occupancy all the time. The AC in the room was also broken and with large noise, overall the experience was awful

This place has the friendliest front desk staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. Thanks, Hiram and John. The fitness center was nicely appointed- yay for the free weights! Size of the center was pretty decent. We absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. The temperature of the hot tubs was perfect- I like a hot tub to be- hot! The breakfast was OK- truth be told, I'm a waffle girl, not a pancake girl. But, the cinnamon rolls were good. I would definitely return and, because of our experience here we decided to try another Holiday Inn Express in a different town. If they are as good as Moab- we'll be happy.

I brought a group of 48 travelers to this hotel and the Holiday Inn express was soooo wonderful. The staff was so accommodating, kind and helpful. Thank you to Kat, Jon and Juan extra especially! Because all three were beyond kind! Our rooms were clean spacious beautiful! And the breakfast was great! They were so helpful and kind and we will definitely stay there again when we come through! All my guests were very happy! Thank you Kat, Jon and Juan! Oh, and thank you so much to what must’ve been one of the managers who sent me a thank you for bringing my group there! When I arrived they had all of our keys ready and a beautiful, thank you note which I have never once received that before, that was so kind the people at this hotel, really appreciate your business and that means a lot!!

The mattresses were painfully soft ans offered little support.

Comfortable hotel, and it was obviously a resort town atmosphere vibe. We would consider making this a vacation destination in the future.

The only beef I had was the extortionate high cost of the hotel room, which was no different from any of the other Holiday Express Hotels we have stayed in; the only difference this hotel was obviously in a resort town, which is why we believe the hotel room cost was double the normal Holiday Express Hotel room cost. Drop the inflated hotel room cost, and you have a winner with us.

Just minutes from Arches National Park and the Petraglyphs this is a cozy home away from home. The pool with fire feature above the arch waterfall was amazing. The staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was great too.

Kat and Jon at this Holiday Inn front desk were wonderful. We came to the hotel after a long multi state drive. We were so thankful for their pleasant welcome and help in referring us to a delicious meal from a local restaurant . The rooms were so comfortable. Shower pressure great. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone traveling to Moab and Arches. And again, I want to thank Jon and Kat!

This hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows we have slept on. It was clean and very nice. It was one of the better free breakfasts.

I would stay at this facility if we make a trip to Moab again. It was very convenient, as well as a few miles away from the town of Moab and felt relaxing. My only criticism is that the shower was not as hot as it should be but we managed.

Pamela and kumar are the best and they helped us find a room when there was very hard to find one late at night and also they were very kind.
