Very comfortable room with a good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We needed to have a second comfy chair in our room and the staff delivered it to us in about 15 minutes. Exceptional service! I was very impressed with the focus on sustainability too; the hundreds of solar panels, the all paper plates, bowls and cups and compostable cutlery. The management of this hotel cares about the environment. Thanks for that. Would stay here again.

Die Lage ist super und die Betten waren sehr bequem

Leider hat es sowohl im Zimmer als auch im gesamten Hotel sehr stark und unangenehm gerochen. Man versucht zwar, den Geruch mit verschiedenen Düften zu überdecken, aber meiner Meinung nach macht das die Situation eher noch schlimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung beschränkt sich leider hauptsächlich darauf, den Abfall zu entsorgen. Es wird ansonsten kaum etwas gereinigt. Für uns persönlich ist das zwar nicht unbedingt ein grosses Problem, aber zusammen mit dem unangenehmen Geruch ist es definitiv ein Minuspunkt.

L'hotel si trova verso la fine del paese di Moab e quindi vicinissimo al Visitor Center di Arches. Siamo stati benissimo, camera enorme, letto comodissimo e finalmente niente tenda nella doccia e niente moquette. Personale gentile. Ottima la colazione, uova buonissime e macchinetta per fare i pancakes. A parte l'hotel anche Moab è proprio una bella cittadina... tornassi indietro soggiornerei una notte in più.

Big clean room with comfortable queen size beds. Close to both national parks without having to drive through town yet close to town and restaurants and shopping.

The room lighting including the bathroom needs to be brighter. No light above the table. The advertised hot breakfast was very cold. Got down to breakfast at 6am when it opened and eggs were ice cold. Only fresh fruit were apples ( not sure who eats apples for breakfast). Bananas would be nice.

Rooms were clean. The location was just outside of downtown Moab to be quiet, but close enough to all the restaurants, etc. The back yard was very nice with a playground for kids and green space to hang out.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Everything was well maintained and we really enjoyed the hotel overall.

The only thing I would have preferred was for the pool to open earlier. Since it opened later in the day and we were out exploring Moab, we unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy the pool during our stay.

A nice oasis on a cross country tour. Spent two nights in this gem. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was super comfy and the room was super quiet ensuring a solid nights sleep. The breakfast was ample with several hot entrees and protein options. The outdoor pool, although not heated, offers a great respite from the Moab heat. All in all, it was a great stay.

Colazione buona, simile a molte altre in America. Stanza enorme, avevo prenotato un appartamento, molto comodo il letto, gigante. In camera c’era anche un lavandino con un cucinotto ma noi abbiamo soggiornato solo un giorno, per questo motivo non posso dire molto. La camera era pulita. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Il soggiorno è andato bene. Non abbiamo usato la piscina. Il prezzo per quello che ho prenotato e molto buono. La posizione è molto comoda, vicino a Arches valley e a dead horse park.

Struttura fantastica a 5 minuti dall'Arches National Park, poco fuori dal paese e con una bella vista sulle formazioni rocciose della valle di Moab. Stanza grande e ben pulita. Una bella area giardino e piscina ed ha anche una vasca idromassaggio! Servizio lavanderia ottimo e parcheggio gratuito. La colazione varia, sia salata che dolce, molto abbondante e buona. Per info la struttura accetta anche i cani!

Piscina comoda e pulita. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico. Lo consiglio!

Easy access to NPs and town resources. Excellent breakfast. Bed was comfortable but a tiny bit on the hard side. Room was huge. Nice to have laundry facilities.

Beautiful grounds, large clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff

I loved the location - close to Arches and just outside of downtown Moab. The hotel room was spacious and clean, breakfast was complimentary and well-done. The pool was large and they had plenty of little cabanas and lounge chairs to relax in. I also loved the little cafe inside...the coffees were delicious.

The only thing that really bothered me was the housekeeping staff. We had booked our trip 2 months prior and spoke with management about bringing our six guinea pigs. We have 3 girls and 3 boys. They travel in cages but in the room we have playhouses for both sets. They cant get out of them. They aren't strong enough. Its just a way for them to enjoy their time. Well the maids refused to come in and clean the room for three days, claiming our pets weren't in their cages. They were never loose for a second. Finally on the 4th of a 6 day stay they were told to make the bed. It just felt uncomfortable and made us feel not valued. We stayed in 4 hotels over two weeks and that was the only issue regarding our guinea gang anywhere.

I didn’t like that you had to order food in order to purchase an alcoholic beverage and that you could not leave the bar area. I would have loved to have a cocktail around the pool after driving so long and when we returned from our four day rafting trip.

We liked everything. The room was amazing, much better expected at the price point. Huge room (well, two rooms--a front room with a sofa and the bedroom), and a whirlpool tub to top it off. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were spotless. Excellent continental breakfast with plenty of options in the morning.

There was nothing at all to dislike. OK...the towels could be a bit larger. But seriously, the place is awesome.

Parking for trailers available. Pet friendly, Breakfast was good. Room was clean and roomy. In-house cafe made it much more convenient since we were able to bring our pet to dinner. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room was very convenient and the TV was very easy to use.

A nightlight in the bathroom would have been helpful and perhaps a hairdryer in the room.

We loved the entire facility. Our family room suites were exceptional, and the staff were awesome! The location was perfect for the national parks we visited. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations...they had everything we wanted and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the large, beautiful, shaded playground for the kids in our family group. This hotel is a GEM!

We were happy with EVERYTHING. We were not disappointed about ANYTHING. We loved everything about the property, our room, the amenities, and our stay.

The place is well located, on the outskirts of Moab, a 5min drive to everything in town, and an easy drive to the local national parks

Die Lage war Klasse. Man kann direkt in die Nationalparks starten. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Sehr große Zimmer mit guten Betten. Schöner Pool mit Whirlpool.

Der Whirlpool könnte am Rand mal etwas gespachtelt und gestrichen werden. 😉
