לטעמי היה מעט חשוך בחלל השינה וניתן להוסיף מנורת תקרה. קיבלנו חדר שמשקיף למגרש החניה ולאחר שביקשנו החליפו לנו חדר שפנה לבריכה

It was perfect! Very friendly staff. Pool area was such a fun for our kids. Great breakfast with verity of choice to compose sandwich, oatmeal or waffles.

This hotel is in the perfect location.. very clean pool. Room housekeeping could use improvement tho. Our room was very clean when arriving but during our week stay they did not come regularly and we had to ask front desk for clean towels and toilet paper.

Pools are made for kids, cant really swim there as adult. AC is blowing directly on bed, so you either freeze or sweat.

The staff were exceptional! They were kind and engaging and helped us with questions we had.

And the pool is truly a gem and is very well maintained by the staff, especially by the guy on the late afternoon/evening shift that is making a great job of keeping everything in order and being king and welcoming ! Thank you for that !

Loved this hotel from check in with Kim who explained all about the hotel including timings a true A*** service. Pool was amazing and breakfast was just what we needed to hit the parks.

Room next door had loud kids at 6am our first morning

Great property and location to parks! We loved staying here, first Kim at check in was fabulous!! We stayed in a family suite and had plenty of space to unwind at the end of a long day. The full size refrigerator and freezer were perfect for our camelbaks and extra water. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. I loved that they had a hot rub set at a lower temperature to relax the muscles after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was really good too although we missed it most days as we're we're out the door before 6. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Very scenic, close to the National Parks,and the pool was great.

Pillows were too small. Little square pilled weren’t comfortable.

High-end landscaping and walkway along the Colorado River and Courthouse Wash outlet; an excellent riparian habitat for SE Utah birds and Colorado River corridor birds. And the drive links the paved bike path to the river bridge and Lions Park.

The pool area was very fun and well maintained. The Room Service was very convenient and could be delivered anywhere within the hotel. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep food stocked and the area clean.

We stayed in a family suite and it was amazing!! The room was big and spacious! The pool was fun but a bit chilly! They had several hot tubs and one was reserved for kids/families so it wasn’t so hot which was nice. The waterfalls were fun for the kids. The breakfast in the morning was really good, although the waffle maker is always a bottleneck (not to e fault of the hotel). They also extended our stay by one night, which was awesome! The staff were nice. It was very close to both “downtown” Moab and Arches National Park. Would definitely stay there again!!

There was a long wait for the check-in person so find our room. She said they just switched to a new computer system. I get it, but the length of time it took she could have offered me a beverage or a snack or something while I waited. My husband and kids drove to get food in Moab and were back by the time it took.

It’s a great location right on the edge of town to easily head out to the national parks. The pool is wonderful, the scenery from the pool is even better, and the river that runs by is beautiful.

It was a typical hotel breakfast. This isn’t bad, but I would’ve liked to see more options.

Piscine superbe et équipements de l’hôtel au top 👌 à deux pas décentrer du parc national des arches et de l’agréable petite ville de Moab où on trouve de chouette petits restos pour tous les goûts et à un budget plus qu’abordable. Le parc de Canyonlands se trouve également à proximité mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps de nous y rendre (bien que celui -ci a l’air extraordinaire aussi).

We're on a Utah parks trip and visited Zion and Bryce Canyon first, staying in older style motels before staying in Springhill Suites Moab and while the pool and having a suite is nice.... the AC isn't working very well. First night, an engineer came and vacuumed the filters and said it was working. The second day, I told them it still wasn't working well, so they sent the "real engineer" to look. He acted like I was a total idiot. The humidity inside the room has stayed between 65-70% at 69 degrees. It just feels wet in the room and it's not comfortable. He then told me the units aren't meant to cool the room.... they cool the things in the room, like the bed, sheets, couch, etc. Then, as he and the coworker were leaving i could hear him mumbling crap about me. I won't be staying here again! That excuse makes no sense to me at all!

The location was perfect for visiting the Arches National Park. The pool was a hit for the kids.

The room is very small and the AC is very loud. Breakfast was good but very narrow space where the food was located.

Very family friendly. They had fun pools, ping pong table, lawn Jenga, and a basketball court.

Alert-they only offer housecleaning every other day. If you’re traveling with a family of four with children that enjoy the pool you will not have enough clean towels. I don’t need new bed linen daily but I do need clean towels daily.

The tub wouldn't drain so while I was showering I was standing in the water. Also called the front desk to have someone turn the frig down and they did but still didnt make my drinks cold. The nob was broken off

Good location to go to Arch national park and about 2-3 miles from city center. Beautiful surrounding area. Hotel facilities is very good for family with children. Room is very spacious with many towels and clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good.

A little bit pricey.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. The room was a decent size, and well-appointed with a separate sitting area. It was clean and very quiet. The pool area is fun with numerous hot tubs. The fountains at the pool can be a a bit noisy though, but you can also go sit by the Fairfield pool area. The hot breakfast was good with a wide selection.

Great location on the edge of town away from a lot of traffic. The facility was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was half a step above average. The fridge was decent sized. Pool area was nice! Our only complaint was the size of the room. We had a two-queen suite and it was TINY. There was no place to put luggage for four people. There was a closet with a couple shelves but not enough room on the shelves to organize everyone’s stuff for a week. No dressers or chest of drawers. Our suitcases were spread all over the floor which rendered the suite feature useless. I would not recommend this room for more than two people. A family of four will be really tight.

We stayed in a king room with a pull out bed. When we arrived to our room, we had noticed that the TV was broken, like someone had shattered part of the screen. We were not notified of this at check. We told the front desk and they told us they were aware of the TV. My husband also found empty used beer cans in our room. On top of that, anytime you open the door and tried to leave the room, the deadbolt would get stuck out and you had to go back inside the room to fix it so your door didn’t accidentally get left open. We brought up our concerns at check and the man at the desk told us that he would have someone call us in an hour and that he was not going to check us out until someone had spoken to us. Well, that didn’t happen. We received no follow up from them and our card was charged full price. I am very upset about the whole experience and don’t recommend this place.

The location is awesome, walking distance to the park entrance. We stayed in family room, it had two comfortable bedrooms and living room. Everything was clean and prepared for our visit.

The main pool was closed, this is something hotel should notify about in advance. We came with children and during check in learned that the main pool area is closed. While this wasn’t the main reason for visit it is not something we should learn during check in. The breakfast area, requires improvement. The service is slow, the coffee machine was out of order , not all menu items were available.

Three of us stayed in a "family suite" for three nights. This review is really 3.5, not 3. Pluses: quiet, clean rooms, above average breakfast . Weaknesses: odd maintenance issues. The bathroom sink and bathroom drains ran super slowly. There was no shampoo in the shower but TWO conditioner bottles. Fortunately, calls to the front desk resolved both issues promptly. BUT the "suite" lacks bedroom privacy. The 2BR units share a common hallway facing the bath. However, there are NO doors for the bedrooms. Moreover, the lighting in the master BR is horrible. So, if you're traveling with others be aware.

Very close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Clean, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Heated pool and hot tub were great!

The facility was very clean, in a good and quiet location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. During the check in, the front desk person was able to locate a room suits our needs though the hotel was fully booked for the night.

The breakfast had too less options given it's the peak travel season during our stay. The default guest wifi didn't work though we're provided another wifi to use. Lastly, the A/C fan shutter in the room was not adjustable and you can felt it directly blew into the body if stayed too close to the edge of the bed.

We stayed at Springhill Suites for 4 nights in Moab while we visited the national parks. Pluses were: it was very clean and quiet, and beds comfortable. Breakfast very adequate with many choices. Pool area large with several hot tubs so a great place for families with kids. The suite we stayed in was extremely spacious with a huge walk-in closet. Lots of storage space for hiking gear and clothing. The only downside is that downtown Moab is not a walkable distance. So unless you have a car, it would be hard to get into Moab for dinner (and Springhill Suites does not offer a dinner service). Other than that, we would most certainly stay here again.

This location was great, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nice.

The tv would go off at around 9-10 pm which I thought was strange. The pillows could have been better.
